Beautiful location and building. Very picturesque. Staff was all very polite and attentive. Caroline at the Reception and Lindsay at the Edison Restaurant were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

We love the Grove Park Inn, especially for the holidays. Thanksgiving lunch was outstanding, with a variety of options and a view to die for in the Blue Ridge. On Saturdays after Thanksgiving Santa comes for the children. I can't wait to come back next year when they have fully recovered from the hurricane and the gingerbread displays are fully back.

So far so good in this hotel smack in the middle of so many awesome restaurants and shops. The staff has been very nice and the rooms spacious and excellently appointed. The valet parking doesn’t break the bank and the room rates are very reasonable for what you are getting. Only bad thing so far is that the bed is concave. The middle is lower and it’s not comfortable that way.

It was fabulous!! I went on a girls trip with 2 teenagers and the location was perfect. We never even saw our vehicle until check out. We have just about stayed all over town in Asheville at this point and the Windsor is my personal favorite. It’s in a beautiful historic building. It is luxurious while still feeling cozy and intimate. The rooms have everything you need and are so thoughtfully styled. The location is walkable to all the good stuff. Accommodation was very nice! Love that Dove hand soap was available for the bathroom sink and not just one little hand bar. The housekeeping service were like ninjas cleaning up my kids mess before I came back with napkins. I don't even know how they found it that fast.

Every noise my neighbors made was heard and I was right by the stairs so they was a lot of stomping... What a fantastic hotel! It's nice and clean, the staff are polite, and there are open amenities and a big breakfast. Our room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was practical and we had no issues with the shower or toilets like some other hotels. The pool has heating and is indoors, which was very enjoyable out of the sun in the summer. I would absolutely stay here again.

I am a Nurse at Mission in the OR. Clean is of upmost importance to me. This hotel is super clean! Check in process was fast and the staff were excellent. The CI is in a prime location and next to the Texas Roadhouse, so you can walk to and from the motel and restaurant, without getting others involved😄🍺 respectively. The rooms are nice, the hotel is dog friendly and breakfast was pretty good - The bed wasn't made properly, the fitted sheet was just under the blankets. This isn't a huge deal but having to remake the bed was unexpected. If you can book your room during the week you will save considerably. Friday night cost significantly more than Wednesday and Thursday

Hospitality, food, the look and feel of the house, everything being so clean, etc. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have stayed in B&B’s where everyone eats at the same table, which is fine, but sometimes you don’t want to make small talk with strangers at 8am. The room was clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very clean and the motel was comfortable. It was very quiet. The owner was very nice and we were appreciative of him. If we find ourselves in Asheville again, we will stay here. We had another reservation that fell through at the last minute at another hotel, but we are happy with how our trip turned out staying at Whispering Pines.

I've stayed at The Pines several times but my last stay was disappointing. Aside from being pet friendly and having a fireplace, The Pines has gone downhill. Shabby chic has become just shabby. This is the absolute perfect place to stay when visiting the Ashville area! The cabins are super cute, quaint, clean and give you the rustic vibe experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed in cabin 11 a two bedroom cottage. We were comfortable and appreciated that our pets could join us. The sign at the road is hard to read but there is an easy turn around point if you miss it.

Discovered this gem and will never go back to a hotel when staying in Asheville! All the other reviews here are spot on: quiet, safe & secure, great shared amenities, easy walking to downtown AVL but you wouldn't know it by how peaceful the street is. Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and well- maintained. The host was great and gave me a tour, the rules, and offered local eateries and things to do. if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep that's close to the action for a good price, stay here. pricier than the hostels but a better value with privacy, parking, and location.

Why stay at an expensive hotel when there's this gem in town? Clean, affordable and walkable to all of downtown-I never stay anywhere else when I'm in Asheville.
