Beaver Creek, 0130 Daybreak Ridge 🧭 Map
Beaver Creek holds a special place in my heart. I lived & worked here, and met my husband Smoke here over 20 years ago! We come through for a few days when we can. The Ritz Carlton in Bachelor’s Gulch is a wonderful summertime escape. The property is peaceful, the staff is friendly and attentive and the vibe is relaxed and dog friendly. Delicious food at Wyld too. A special shout out to the manager...
We came here for a meal and to enjoy pool time for the evening. Anna at Fireside bar and grill made my 5 year old son and I feel so welcome and special. Her service was unmatched! We will remember our experience there for years to come. Also, Mark at the front entry was incredibly kind and helpful as well! We sincerely enjoyed our evening at The Ritz!
We came to celebrate our engagement and had a phenomenal time! The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout the resort and we felt welcomed and pampered from the moment we pulled into the inviting courtyard driveway. Thanks to my Marriott status and a particularly gracious team member at the check-in counter, we were treated to a wonderful suite with a view that made our stay feel extra special....
Marriott Disguised as a Ritz Carlton
It was a Marriott charging Ritz Carlton prices without the service you would expect.
I paid $13,000 for the week and the bellman didn’t even offer to bring up my bags.
I was also charged $9,000 in room charges that I did not make.
I ultimately got them removed, but then I saw a charge to my room 3 days after I left the property.
I called the manager and told him...
Came to the Ritz-Carlton for drinks, expecting top-notch service, but it was more of a workout than I bargained for. We were sitting outside near the fireside bar, and not only did we have to go to the bar ourselves, but the bartender told us if we wanted drinks from the QR code on our outside table, we had to get up and take a scenic walk to the inside bar. “Luxury service’ includes a few extra steps...

The staff was phenomenal. Front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated as their #1 priority)
Excellent location. The property is great with a lot to offer. Only 2 restaurants but having the resort close to the little village makes it the perfect spot to find anything you need. Great for families too, since the ski lifts and skating rink are right outside
What they do well, they get perfect. Where they drop the ball is a bit disappointing. We booked a king room and got a double twin, not that big of a deal, if I actually fit on a twin by myself, let alone cuddling with my wife. The pillows were all too soft, as was the mattress. I'm guessing we got stuck in a kids room, or "the mother in law you don't like suite." Everything else about the room was...
I'm a Globalist who hadn't stayed at a Park Hyatt before. There are only a few in the USA, so when I saw this one was available for 25,000 points a night I booked a few nights. I used a suite upgrade. Is it weird staying at a ski lodge hotel in Beaver Creek in August? It kind of is, but there was plenty to see and do.
We went on a 5 mile hike across the slopes over to the Alpine lake. The slopes here...
Amazing service and impeccably clean rooms! Can’t wait to visit again. Special shout out to Josh for arranging a delicious cookie platter and tent/teddy bear set up for our kids. They felt so special. The valet drivers go above and beyond as well. The rooms have everything you need and more.
I’ve been meaning to post a review of this Park Hyatt in the Vail /Avon/Beaver Creek area. My husband and I stayed at Park Hyatt last October. We absolutely loved it. The hotel was packed because there was a wedding there. Our room was upgraded as per our request. We are loyalty members with Hyatt. They could only give us a better room, but not suite, which the hotel was apologetic about. My husband...

Exceptional option for a snowboarding trip!
From start to finish, our experience at The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas has been outstanding. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — truly making our stay something special. A big shoutout to Madison for her thoughtful communication and for surprising us with a welcome gift that included wine, chocolates, and a handwritten...
Perfect family ski vacation spot.
Room was perfect for our family with two young kids. Kitchen and dining area were great for dinners in a few times. Location of the villa rooms is funky, but the rooms are great.
Such a nice property. Easy access. Friendly staff. The amenities always available. Good food and good ambiance. Great options for families
I've stayed at a few properties in the Vail/Breckenridge/Avon area and this is my favorite so far. I have not stayed at the Ritz or Grand Hyatt in Vail and those may change my mind but I digress. It's worth noting that there are only a little over 30 villas available at the vacation club property so booking here during ski season is very difficult. I stayed in a 1 BR villa on the 3rd floor with...
Excellent accommodations, everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, many activities in the lobby and beautiful views. We loved the look out bar, the gym and the hot tubs. The hotel is very pet friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to this resort when you get a chance. Completely worth it. We will def be back.
Excellent
Loved our stay - we had a villa with full kitchen and laundry. Staff were so friendly. Loved the hot pools and afternoon cookie and hot chocolate

Wow the other guests were super noisy all Saturday nite...but it was real nice and quite on Sunday nite.
Excellent service and beautiful hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help us with local transportation and getting back after a concert. Would recommend 10/10!
Great customer service. Hotel shuttle will get you anywhere skiing, shopping and dining.
Very friendly staff and overall pretty clean. We did see dental floss in the hallway.
They have a shuttle to take you to Vail and a lovely staff, would book again. Great rooms.
The property could use more attention to cleanliness. We had to request a room change because the first one was not clean. Unfortunately, in the second room, the toilet became clogged at night. Despite reporting the issue, maintenance didn’t address it until the following day, forcing us to use the hotel’s public restroom overnight.

What a great introduction to Vail. One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff fantastic & even met a few delightful owners the day we checked out. Will definitely return.
Perfect spot for skiing. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities we needed and more. It was cute, cozy and very comfortable after a long day of skiing. I would stay here again if skiing Vail. Great value as well.
Vail Run is a great location. It is near the main highway, but is on a frontage road. Easy to find. Close to dining, mountains, grocery store, Starbucks
Etc. Terry and Juan were great. Both were very accomodating, friendly, and funny. Pool and hot tub were great. The boys enjoyed the game room. (16 and 17). The shuttle ran all day, would even take you to the grocery store. This resort has several other...
Very clean room with everything we needed. The staff was friendley and made late check in a breeze. The hot tub and pool were a big plus. Downside was that our room was on the highway side so there was a lot of road noise at night that made it hard to sleep. If your a deep sleeper, no worries. Would stay again but would request a room not facing the highway.
Very friendly staff at check in and around hotel. Very clean!! It was quiet and easy to get to every thing from this location.
Enjoyed Our Stay
Extremely friendly staff. Shuttle service from property to the mountain was extremely sufficient. Ski lockers provided, nice hot tub and great little pizza restaurant attached to the building. Good communication overall from the staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, safe and beautiful place to be with family a relaxing time, thanks
I think this is one of the best timeshare in the Vail Valley. We already have a reservation for next year. The facility is great and the staff is outstanding.
Full sized premium appliances, and very roomy 2 bedroom units. The staff is wonderful both cheerful and helpful.
We love this place as if it's a home away from home. we come here at least twice a year and the entire staff makes us feel like family. I love how all the guys are always in communication from the ski valet to where you turn your boots in to the front desk all of them greet you by name. The concierge made great recommendations as we were there over Thanksgiving on a place to go find a turkey dinner...
The service was impeccable and the staff is super friendly knowledgeable!
Amazing place to stay for a ski trip. The room had a full kitchen, plenty of seating, dining room table with 6 chairs. 2 beds/3 baths. Gas fireplace, small bar cabinet with all different glassware for white/red wine and cocktail glasses. The staff is above and beyond. Greet you by name, always friendly and smiling. We had an issue with the fireplace not turning on and called the front desk. They...

Lodge at Lionshead
Vail, 380 East Lionshead Circle 🧭 Map
We just recently stayed here for 5 nights. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. First, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time in Vail We had a bunch of questions before the trip. The concierge and front desk staff helped us tremendously answering all of our questions. No way we could have done it without them. The hotel itself is located walking distance...
It was fun, free parking was nice, the bathrooms were so tiny and boring, and the water pressure was pretty much nonexistent. Nice kitchens.
Very nice hotel that is close to the Lionshead Gondola and lift. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to stay. Close to lionshead village and easy walk to vail village. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms of our 1 bedroom loft.
The staff was unbelievably helpful with our difficult and changing situation. I recommend staying here any time.
With last minute plans to stay in Vail, Lodge @ Lionshead really came through for us. Great location and truly beautiful with amazing amenities. Big shout out to the staff for being so accommodating!!
After a great day in the mountains, we were looking for a place to stay as we wanted to get one more day in for skiing! After some quick searching, we came across the Lodge at Lionshead with affordable rates especially since it was last minute. The staff was great and very accommodating for our party and got us a room in no time. The views were spectacular and the place was gorgeous. The city has...

Staff was amazing, overall decor was very charming. Furnishings could use an upgrade/update. Bed was not comfortable but location and charm made up for it!
I didn’t stay here, but met some folks here and had a drink next door. This property is beautiful and right in the heart of vail. The staff was really helpful and professional.
Definitely stay in this hotel is so beautiful and cozy. The spa is my favorite part. Is very relaxing. Cleanliness is also a 5 star. Is in the middle of the village so you don’t have to walk much after a night of food and drinks. People are professional and friendly. I recommend this place anytime.
We stayed at the Sonnenalp for a last-minute get away leading into Memorial Day weekend. It continues to be our favorite hotel in Vail! Our wonderful stay was marked by the warm, friendly, and attentive staff. They made us so welcome that we felt like we were in our own home. If you've never stayed at this hotel, the authenticity of the Bavarian style throughout takes you to the Alps immediately. The...
What a difference superior service makes! Loved the turndown service (with delicious cookies and plenty of drinking water) the constant attention to the room and the property in general, the concierge, the front desk staff. Everything was top shelf. Every member of staff made us feel welcome. Even appreciated Housekeeping arranging my toiletries on a towel. It all felt so welcoming and like we mattered...
We've stayed in Vail plenty of times and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Special shoutout to Austin, who was so kind to us, and when hearing it was our anniversary, gave us a late night complimentary dessert.
I think the price for the hotel is worth it if you take advantage of the amenities. The pool, sauna, and steam room are...

Solaris Residences
Vail, 141 East Meadow Drive, Suite 1000 🧭 Map
We had a girls trip planned and the resort we were booked at had a water line break so they were able to make accommodations at Solaris last minute. We arrived very late and was greeted by the front desk employee who was very helpful and informative. The condo was nicely stocked and the location was perfect. Housekeeping came everyday to turndown the beds, replace bathroom supplies and take out the...
It's a shame there are so many one star reviews posted that are simply about the parking garage and rates, not about Solaris Residences themselves. We have stayed here several times and just came back from a trip for the month of July. The staff is working overtime to accommodate all of its guests and they're doing a fantastic job. Have patiences during the pandemic - many hotels (and restaurants)...
The property is nice, staff very friendly, and over all no complaints. Since we’re in this COVID-19 world, you really can’t discern bad service with the new rules of the pandemic. I can say the staff was very friendly and our 3 bedroom looked over the plaza and mountains. Would recommend and stay there again.
Have a big apartments of 6 bedroom! If you make a reservation for winter you'll have the same nights FREE for next summer!!

Vail, 231 East Gore Creek Drive 🧭 Map
Our 3rd stay. One of the founding hotels in Vail, if not the first. Family-operated and in the very heart of Vail. I consider it ground zero with everything branching from there. It is old European elegance - it's age shows, but decor is unique, very clean, feel like you are checking into an austrian/german hotel. In fact, a guest from Munich said he felt he was at home, Pepi's bar...
The location is unbeatable and it has tons of Vail charm
A great spot if you only have one night in Vail. Sits right in the heart of downtown near all of the action. The rooms are dated, but I found it added to the charm as the room was extremely clean.
This place is amazing! It's rustic, but the rooms are very clean and everything is well kept. Staff is fantastic, the food was incredible! Only complaint; it's a little hard to figure out how to get to and where to park. But I called, and the staff explained all this to me. Great experience overall, would stay here again!
Edit:
I stayed here 4th of July night. The sound of the fireworks echoing...
Quaint, lovely, and unique hotel. Old fashion Austrian-style lodging. Has a touch of homey-ness feel. Attention to detain in decor and cleanliness. Will definitely be back!
We loved our stay here and would love to come back again. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and also had a balcony overlooking the cute scenery in Vail. We loved how central it was to the shopping, dining, and mountains. All in walking distance. They served breakfast which was totally awesome. We ate bagels, hard boiled eggs, and pastries with coffee and orange juice...

Thanks so much to the amazing management team at Big Horn rentals! Clint, gets especially great shout out for an engagement of associate who helped us throughout our entire stay!

Stayed a few days at Commerce Exchange in Frisco during my annual ski trip. This was my second experience with Bighorn Rentals, and zero complaints! The condo was larger than I expected, and exactly as described and pictured online. Thoughtfully decorated, extremely comfortable and clean, and stocked with anything needed. Very pleasant stay and can’t wait to return! Thank you!
