The room was clean there was no maid service on the weekend due to Covid I understand but they gave us extra towels that they were they did to make us comfortable

The room was spacious and homely. I loved the glass screen shower doors. The people at the front counter were very helpful.

This was my 1st time staying at this Hyatt. The service was great. The workers were helpful. Will be staying here again next time I need a hotel in the area.

Location is good. Although out of the hotels hands the traffic is ungodly. Rooms are spacious and we'll clean and the staff is amazingly awesome. Always saying hi or asking how my stay was. I definitely would stay here again.

Typical hotel. Clean and quiet. The staff is really friendly and helpful. However, the free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

I give them 4 stars for the service the comfortable beds and pretty decent breakfast. The managers are pretty good as well, they work fast and efficient. The stay was awesome, you will enjoy your stay here. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the hotel is old even though it's keep pretty well it's still old. Clean but old lol however overall a great stay its placed in a busy area...

Everything was excellent staff is fantastic, love the layout of the rooms and the variety of restaurants in the area.

I needed a place to stay while driving from FL to CO and along the route there's not too much so I thought would be OK with an aloft in what looked like an OK area. Overall the place was fine - standard aloft hotel - but the cleanliness could have been improved, for example I found hairs on the pillowcases : ( thank god I had some lysol spray with me

Aloft Hotel was very nice! Spacious bed and room. Quiet and safe. The best hotel clerks both days and night. I really liked their southern hospitality..."Yes Ma-am" LOL They were friendly helpful. Bubba, the hotel bar manager told me some history about a Motown star that I did not know about. (I am from the Motor City). Bubba was bubbly in personality that made out of town quests feel welcome!

Very friendly staff greeted us at the front desk. Room was clean, no shower cap. Hole in comforter, one complimentary bottle of water for two, empty bottle in trash, one non-decaf coffee for two. It didn’t appear that housekeeping restocked. Housekeeping knocked on the door early. It’s a good location, close to downtown and the hospital.

Southern hospitality is alive at the Aloft. Everyone at the front desk is extremely accommodating, especially Amanda. The bar staff at xyz is fantastic as well, suggesting drinks based on likes and dislikes. Aloft is the perfect hotel for the downtown Homewood area.

Absolutely loved this little boutique-style hotel. The valet was very friendly and courteous. She offered to take my bags and was overall very hospitable. The staff was incredibly friendly and resolved issues promptly. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The views were great and it was located in a good walking distance to other businesses and restaurants.

Stayed there last night we had the king suite. Room smelled like bleach and was clean. The suite is really big. Only downside is walls are thin I could hear music, talking, and when someone was in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean, the food is great, the hotel staff was awesome! When I first checked in, a young man by the name of Lawrence checked me in, he was awesome! He made my check in simple and fast. I stayed here for five nights and I enjoyed my stay. Loved the stay here. The girls at the front desk are amazingly warm and inviting. They helped with with everything to make us comfortable and were so sweet about it! The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. I would stay here all year if I could!

Very nice hotel for a quick overnight stay. Room was spacious, and I got a great night's sleep! The employees were willing to go above and beyond with anything I needed. I originally thought breakfast was at 7am in Saturdays (as listed on the guest guide), but at 6am it was ready to go, and they were happy to let me grab a bite before I left.

This hotel is amazing! The management and staff went above and beyond. I am so glad that we picked this hotel for our wedding party. Exterior: Rough, in a not so great part of town, beside a homeless shelter and feeding place, sketchy crowd outside sometimes, but on the higher floors it seems safe because there is no outside access to the higher floor. Staff: Nice, kinda mean but will accommodate to the best of their ability, Rooms: the renovated rooms are surprisingly nice, let out am audible "wow" after walking in, nice bedding...

Stay for concent at BJCC & only hotel near has better price so stayed for price is good hotel to stay room remodel on front side & was good stay

I was traveling by Amtrak(Amtrak) & motel was reasonable & very near walking distance so stay good for price I will stay again
