Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton

This was a last minute, one night stay for us. Check in was easy. The rooms were a nice size and clean. Air conditioning was great. The rooms a bit dated.

The hotel’s great, and the service was great, and In terms of food they have a good variety.
From my last time staying they have remodeled a bit.
I will mention my parents rooms had a bad ac (barely cooled), a weird microwave (made a loud noise when turned on), a fridge that didn’t work, and really just smelled weird when entering. Yet mine was really the opposite with everything working, which is interesting considering they were on the same floor but I guess I got lucky.

We stayed here during power outage from Irma. I have stayed there at least twice before. I always have a good stay. Staff is helpful and hotel is nice. They have a very small but friendly bar in the lobby.

We stayed here when our power was out from Hurricane Irma. Usually a loyal Marriott customer, we chose this hotel because of availability. It is a clear difference, not for the better, between Hilton and Marriott properties when it comes to customer service. From the moment we called to make the reservation, we did not feel valued. Mind you, noone was rude or did anything wring, but they definitely were not going the extra step to make us feel special or welcome. Check-in was fairly smooth and the room was spacious, although sparsely decorated. The mattress was like a rock...not anything cloud-like for sure. Room was clean. I did like the Neutragena products in the bathroom. While I probably wouldn't stay here again, I wouldn't necessarily advise against it either.

I've got to review this based on the price also. It was very inexpensive compared to other Hilton branded hotels. The rooms are not very fancy, and the included breakfast is barely better than a continental. But let's be fair, it's a great value for less than $100. Rooms are clean, and service staff is polite. Would I stay again at this price point? Absolutely, which is why I have it at 5 stars.

Hilton Garden Inn hotels are always our first choice when traveling. The location in Boca Raton, on Congress, did not disappoint! Starting at the front desk, each and every team member was always friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and if we needed anything during our stay, the request was filled in no time! We're returning in Nov, and we already know we're going to be staying at this location.
The location is is perfect. It's close to the highway exit, so we could go north or south, east to the ocean, or head west to the Everglades. It made our stay all the better.
