The hotel is nice, the rooms are well kept. I was surprised with all the renovations still taking place arpund the resort that the hotel is still operating at full pricing. The entrance way is under construction and isn't such a beautiful experience to arrive to. They could redirect the main entrance to make a better experience. There aren't as many services right now because of the construction ....

The Boca Raton is a unique golf and pool resort with "exclusivity" as one of it's main appeals. Beautiful resort with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. What really stands out is the service. Everyone we spoke to; bellhop, reception, waitstaff, etc. was extremely friendly and helpful. An outstanding property with top notch service across the board. The restaurants on-site offer amazing variety. The private beach is very nice as well and the spa is one of the best I have seen. The area it needs improvement on is the service at the front desk, they made quite a few mistakes. But overall highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation with some unique experiences.

Our company had a business event on friday. Since we had the entire weekend off i decided to take my family along. I book a nice room for me my wife and 2 year old daughter. The price wasn't bad at all especially for all you get. My wife enjoyed the stay and we are coming back un July. Guest service is the best this is a 5star hotel most definitely.

Not a bad place to stay in Boca the staff was very nice. The breakfast is really big and there’s a ton of options and it’s right next to this strip mall that has a ton of different food options and shopping so it’s centrally located and the rooms are definitely pretty good. The bed is good nothing spectacular, but also worth the price.

Unfortunately, an issue with room service and the property's response to the situation is preventing a 5-star review. The meal was ordered with no condiments and came covered in mayo. The kitchen closed so a replacement could not be made. My daughter was assured that the charge would be taken off. Well, it wasn't and after going back and forth with the hotel several times they don't even see the charge...

Stayed here for a wedding great staff great room. The pool was amazing the restaurant was great. Didn’t hit the gym but it looked nice. Multiple restaurants within minimal walking. Had Roscos Tacos and it was great.

Booked a King bed room for four and requested a roll away bed. Upon arrival at reception was told that a roll away bed could not be put in the room I booked due to fire safety constrains. Being an Ambassador member we asked for upgrade. We were told none. Parking lot was empty. We then asked if they were full. She said, no they had over 100+ rooms still available. When I asked if a suite was available she said yes, but was booked for 9/7/22. Well we were only here for 1 night so that should have been offered to us. Not happy with how she handled our reservation after a 4.5 hr drive...

Everything! The staff at this location go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Even sending texts to during your stay to see if there is anything they can do to make it more enjoyable.

Honestly the best. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, the Westin, 4 seasons, and st Regis. This hotel is upscale but not pretentious. I’ve been looking for reasons to not like this place to save myself some money, but no luck. This will be my new place for weekend getaways. The renovated rooms are very large with wonderful views of the ocean. The staff is the MOST respectful , courteous and polite ever. And all the food is fantastic. This is THE place to stay on the ocean in Palm Beach....

Small Resort in Delray they have a pool,gym and beach. They give you a bracelet at check in for all guess staying at the resort that gives you access to pool and their private beach. We had a fantastic experience. We thought we were getting a normal room but found out that actually we had a suite which was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, and overall I would totally stay there again.

Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was slightly dated with a smaller TV than other equivalent hotels. This hotel is surrounded by upscale ish restaurants within walking distance. That was a plus for a change. Lastly, this hotel had a door person. Very unusual for price point.

We had a WONDERFUL time celebrating my mother~Law’s birthday at the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel! Wonderful Customer Service! Clean rooms, and the lounging outdoor poor bar looked like an Oasis! I definitely recommend for only $170. per night!

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice. The staff always greet you as you walk past them. Rooms are very nice, especially the bathroom. Very clean and have a modern aesthetic. It is a very nice resort.

This is a nice place in an excellent location. Close to the mall, FAU, and many different dining options. Comfortable rooms and a decent gym that gets the job done. Excellent customer service. Staff were exemplary, going above and beyond and displaying outstanding customer service. Breakfast was also great (made to order omelets were really good). Docked a star because the rooms themselves are quite outdated, bordering on dingy. Serious renovations are in order to bring the rooms up the standard that the Hilton brand is known for.

The hotel was pretty standard, the room was definitely outdated, but it was nice enough and the suite had a desk and couch as well. This is an OK Holiday Inn. It was u Der going renovations when I stayed over. These renovations are necessary. I stayed in a renovated room which was OK. The lights were funky and not laid out well. WiFi worked well. Front desk offered below average service. There was a small fridge in the room which was nice. No full length mirror in room.

A good and comfortable space where you are given your space and privacy. The rooms are comfortable enough and well-equipped with utensils, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. Also, very close to the beach.

Love this place! I stayed here when visiting my grandma and now I come here for every visit. The rooftop pool is so much fun - a great view and always clean and tidy. There are some tables on another area of the patio to have lunch outside. The room we occupied the two nights of our Xmas getaway ended up being unforgettable! The room service, however...blankets we ordered didn't arrive in the few minutes to the room as promised. The ac was so cold during 32 degree weather. We needed them. They arrived the next day. The bar/restaurant in the hotel was convenient.

I book the room for 2 nights. I let them know base on my circumstances I can only stay for one night. I ask them to reimburse me for other night that I didn't stay in room. I would be satisfied if they reimbursed me half of the money. I even paid for insurance to wave their non refundable policy. Even the insurance couldn't stop me from losing my money. That was very disappointing.

The room is fine, but everything is done virtually. Any problems you need to get someone on the phone. Automatic door combo did not work but they were able to fix it remotely. Been her 3 times, this is second time with a lock issue. TV set is big and clear, but the system to access it is a continual frustration.

Very nice rooms, and access to a hotel pool and gym, but there is no real service outside the optional maid coming in to clean up. I washed my clothes myself and it was a nuisance because there's nobody at the front desk to help when the machines are broken. It's walking distance to the beach and Publix, however.

This hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was amazing (I highly recommend the waffles). We had to leave Cape Coral because of the hurricane. We found this little gem of a place with our family to stay. It was awesome! The breakfast was great, the service was great. My grandson particularly liked the wildlife; turtles, iguanas, fish, birds etc. Thank you for making what was a very difficult time much more fun!

Stayed in a double queen room with pull out hidabed , it had nice comfortable rooms, excellent staff and affordable pricing. Very spacious! A great value. A short 1.5 mile drive to Yamato Scrub Natural Area which makes for an awesome place to walk, run, or bike.

This is a very nice property. It looks a little bit on the older side and quiet. It's pet friendly and the staff here are really nice. The breakfast has good choices. The only thing that I may have an issue is that this is the first property I've been to that does not have a guest laundry on-site. You will have to find a laundromat if you want to do laundry.

Although this is an older hotel that would benefit from a more modern appeal it is still a comfortable hotel in a nice safe location. My husband and I had a nice breakfast, quiet stay, and the staff was kind and helpful; especially Kelson who went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. He is definitely an asset to your hotel.

I love this hotel!!!!!!! It’s always spotless clean and the service is great. The only downside is that nothing is within walking distance and we had to Uber everywhere which got expensive. The location is quite confusing to get to. If you don't have it set in your GPS, you would never find it. The parking lot is extremely inefficient, with only one way in and 2 different ways out. The hotel itself was very clean. I got there in the evening, however the entire front desk staff had gone home for the night. The visit itself was enjoyable at the very least.

This place is easy to find from the interstate, and is very clean. The reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. I normally don't spend that much for this type of hotel, but I realize that hotel rooms were scarce during Spring break, and with that consideration, we we're very happy with the value and appearance.

You would think being next to a small airport or a road it would not be a peaceful place to stay, you'd be wrong. This is one of my favorite hotels of all time, it's clean, the staff is friendly, it's well-maintained. A delicious breakfast in the morning. We love pulling up to this hotel. It has an elegant but unassuming modest home feeling. Our expectations are high and we're never disappointed

My stay was excellent. Especially the customer service at the front desk as well as the breakfast staff. Latoya does an amazing job. Her customer service was better than anything or anyone I've ever experienced. Some people just get it. Keep up the great work.

Nice staff. Easy check in. Decent facilities. But everything looks old. The carpet in my room was ripped. The pool had leaves and bugs floating on the surface. Needs a renovation.

The hotel is nice enough and the rates are great for those who need a suite with multiple bedrooms and a kitchenette and/or an extended stay. There are some minor cosmetic issues that could be addressed but are easy enough to understand due to limited bookings/income during the pandemic.
