The Westin Fort Lauderdale

This stay was absolutely AMAZING! If you are looking for amazing customer service, clean & cozy quarters & great dining options all in one place this is the hotel for you. Firstly, I have to thank Taylor for being so hospitable and welcoming. From the time I stepped into the lobby, his smile was present and the professionalism was outstanding. Throughout the stay whenever he saw us he’d stop by and greet us and make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Edwin, the bartender, did an outstanding job handling the crowd and orders. The breakfast buffet was incredible and the staff were always so kind. They even remembered what drinks we had from the previous day! The dinner menu is very tasty, as well. You would expect the options to be found in a fine dining restaurant.
All in all a 100/10 stay and can definitely say anytime we stay in Ft. Lauderdale it will be at this location. Great customer service truly makes a big difference, this hotel is such a gem. Thank you all so much for an amazing stay and experience!

I am still at the hotel as I am writing this review but my experience has been nothing but amazing from the day that I arrived. The service from the front desk to house keeping has been amazing. The bed is the most soft comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the view is absolutely amazing. I love the amazing service that I have received during my stay here from making sure that I am provided with everything I request to putting me in a room on the highest floor with the most beautiful city view of ft Lauderdale. The shower is spacious and the soap that is provided smells so good. I can go on and on about the amazing experience that I've had so far. The only critique I have is that I wish that the rooms had a microwave in them instead of having to go downstairs in order to warm up our food. I will defenitley be coming back again. 10 out of 10. If you are in ft Lauderdale or ever want to visit I would highly recommend you to stay at the Westin Ft Lauderdale.

Great hotel very friendly staff. The rooms are nice very clean. Elevators are the fastest I've ever seen lol.
The staff for breakfast is honestly amazing. Extremely professional polite and good at what they do.
I hidden gem in my eyes only complaint is people that are obviously not staying at the hotel some have flat out said they weren't too me yet allowed into the pool area.

Absolutely Loved! We stay at this hotel a lot in the past few years. We arrived yesterday 6/13/2023. They gave us champagne and a free drink at the bar for being silver status. The pool is wonderful. My kids had so much fun. The room is spacious. We had the Double Queen beds with sofa bed room. Loved it. 😍 The staff was wonderful and so pleasant 😊 I do t know how many times the kids lost or deactivated the keys but they were great about giving us new ones

Check in was smooth! Staff are amazing! Pool is beautiful! The rooms need to be updated. The hotel lost partial power on the second day of our stay, including AC. We were given $100 of our stay and vouchers for dinner for the night. The bartenders in the lobby bar are the best, tell Suzie Dawn said hi. I would stay again.

The Westin Fort Lauderdale is a lovely hotel. It's close to the east-side of Fort Lauderdale which is convenient for friends and family during extended stay periods. And the property is beautiful, clean and has a very professional security staff.

I've stayed here a few times..the staff are always polite and welcoming. Very nice hotel beds are comfortable. Good selection of wine at the bar.

Came for a week long business trip. Very comfortable room. Nice pool area. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Best hospitality I’ve had! Better than the service at The Ritz. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The front desk staff were amazing, courteous, accommodating...I seriously can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Jermaine, Raphael and the staff at this hotel are the absolute best at what they do. When I say that Jermaine single-handedly changed my vacation and how my last day would go that is an understatement to the experience he created for us. And it didn't just stop after we checked into a beautiful room that he kindly put us in due to the issues we experienced all day but the manager the next morning extended the hotels kindness once again and got us breakfast. I really wish that I could put into words how meaningful the staff and all that they did for us was. Outside of the fact that the property is beautiful the rooms are clean well-kept and the amenities are endless it's the people that make this hotel one I will visit again and again. Because of these people they have represented the Westin in a way that has completely changed my perspective on travel and where I will stay when I do. I just want to say again thank you to the staff here and for all that you had given me before I came back to Philadelphia.
