We can’t say enough about now nice this hotel is!
The staff is amazing…Janet who helped us previously with our booking, the front desk staff person when we arrived mid afternoon Sunday April 21(she was so friendly and extremely helpful), the woman who handles the breakfast room (which was excellent!!).
Our room was very, very clean and extremely comfortable; great shower, very comfortable bed, nicely appointed and spacious.
Based on this great experience we have booked our next two stays.

Before placing judgment....I think this hotel is in process of being updated. Room was VERY small. My coworker's room apparently was nicer than mine. Maybe I was unlucky enough to get a room that hasn't been updated yet. The room felt more like a cheap motel. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of hot water and very good water pressure. But definitely not up to the standards of a BW Plus status.

I was sooo tired driving 12 hours and the last 4 hours through pounding rain until 3am.. This hotel is Amazing! Great price! Make sure to call the hotel itself to book, instead of going through those travel apps.
As soon as I came in Tim had all the paperwork ready and a room within 2 mins. And my free waters since I am an elite member. Also, he gave me a late check out. I’m just sad I missed out on their complementary breakfast they have quite the spread. This Best Western has great decor The landscaping it very nice. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are so comfy I was out like a light. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.. Definitely highly recommended!!!

Amazing stay! Traveling 10hrs and needed a good hotel to rest. Looked around the area reading reviews of other hotels, this hotel stood out to me. Booked the room an I was so happy I did. Was first greeted as soon as walking in which was nice knowing the person was awake unlike other hotels where there sitting down waiting for the next person. He accommodated us by giving us a quiet room on the other end where there was no noice. The rooms were VERY clean! A the shower had hot water pressure. The beds were clean and comfy. The breakfast was AMAZING! Fully stocked. The waffles had toppings an the hot bar was fresh. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Thank you for the stay Best Western. The owner of this location is doing a great job!

We stayed for one night on our way south. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hallway carpets are due to be replaced. The breakfast was very good. They have someone keeping an eye out for something that needs to be refilled. They have a nice dispenser for fresh brewed coffee and for hot chocolate. Easy access to I65.

Had an exterior room since I was traveling with a dog for easy access for him to go in and out. Door was very hard to open. Tried to get back into the room after taking dog out and the key wasn’t working. Turns out the battery died in the door keypad so the sensor for the room key was not working. We were told that the maintenance person would be here in 10-15 minutes, did not show up. Then, the manager would be here in 10-15 minutes, who then had to call someone who lived 30 minutes away and had the only key to open the door. This person took 1 hour to get here. We had to wait 1.5 hours to have access to our locked room with all of our belongings in it. After that, we were only offered $20 off the room, then turned to $30 when argued a little bit but could not do it for free since “we were still staying,”yet it was 11:30pm and impossible to find a different hotel at that hour. Room had to be switched after the whole fiasco from exterior to interior. Went from a king size bed to a queen size bed, which is not the room I had booked. I wouldn’t have been as upset about not getting my money back if I had the same room given to me. Do not stay here if you want to relax and not worry about having your belongings locked in a room you can’t access for hours.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good quality/variety of hot and cold options for breakfast. We stay at this particular hotel 2-3 times a year. Highly recommend.

This is an older hotel that has had some updates. The room I had was small. There was barely room for the toilet & shower. Had to almost get in the shower to close the door. The toilet was really low & the shower curtain rod had been replaced so many times a new piece of sheetrock was actually needed. The only items available for the breakfast was muffins & eggs. Place was adequate but not impressed.

The continental breakfast was good with a medium selection of items. I was able to be accommodated as a last minute arrival when traveling from Texas to NYS.
However, be sure to check your rooms upon check in as my first room had Mold on the lamp shades and the bathroom ceiling. I was given a new room and had no issues after that. The only other complaint I would have is the price was steep for the type of rooms that were offered and the quality of the rooms,

Room is clean and bed is nice. Bathroom is okay but could use a refresh with added lights and a fan. A/c is cold and parking spaces are large. Area seems okay. I would stay again for 1night only. My puppy was okay here.
