Our bed has some kind of black stuff on it that I was able to wipe off. The toilet has urine behind the back of the lid, we were supposed to be in a villa with a jacuzzi and didn't get what we were told we were going to be getting. Kids mattress on the pull out couch had a stain on it. This is all after the first night we will see how the rest of the stay goes. The staff has been very nice and the...
We stayed in private cabin number 167 and we had an amazing experience. There was really beautiful nature and waterfall trails, and really relaxing pools to cool off in this hot weather. Then after enjoy some mini golf and get some ice cream or pizza from the marketplace. It was very vacation friendly. We brought our little dog shadow for the first time and he had an exciting time too. Very pet friendly...
Great value for all the amenities. Had a great cafe and pizzeria for on-site food. Pool was a lot of fun, very crowded, though. Bring your own life jacket. The public uses ones are never around period but put golf in shuffle board was fun. My teenager enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball with all the other boys. Convenient location near the strip period is nice hiking trail with waterfall. Rooms...
Beautiful place with so much to do while staying there. A family member has owned a time share at Westgate for sometime. I was invited to help celebrate her birthday. They held it outside in a picnic area and it was certainly beautiful . I walked around the grounds and was certainly impressed. I haven't looked into the cost, services or any other details, but our family member is very happy with...
Friendly, safe place to stay. Exceptional value for all the amenities included! I love to use their concierge service to save money on show and attraction tickets. If we have a day we just don't feel like getting out, we can stay on property all day and not feel like we have missed anything. Our kids look forward to going there. It's so nice to have all the space to spread out vs a hotel room.
Wonderful and restful Slept like a baby. We enjoyed our stay here and we did purchase. When we had an issue maintenance was prompt and kind. Only issue I had was with the new lady at the marketplace complaining about her job after she had been here only a week in front of customers. She was very unpleasant to deal with and constantly frowning. They need to replace her. But we love it here! Another...

This hotel is amazing! I have been blown away and so grateful for the service and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction that I had was positive. I got the feeling that the people who work there love their jobs and are genuinely happy to be there. I was greeted by every housekeeper that I walked by, which I really loved. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The people who worked in the restaurants...
I am really quite satisfied with my stay. The staff was extremely accomodating - especially the young woman at the desk, and the female dining room servers who were working so hard at serving so many people. Speaking as a veteran, I am supremely impressed with tribute to vets downstairs past the bar/dining area. Walls of what seemed like hundreds of pics of fellow vets made me tear up, twice. Thank...
The location of the hotel was great it was centrally located and close to all of the attractions. The hotel smells really nice when you walk in and the staff was very accommodating and quick with towels. The rooms are a little dated but not terrible. The hotel bar was great and the drinks 🍸 were good. Overall an okay place to stay.
After purchasing 1 room and two beds online for me and my family. When we showed up they said I had only 1 bed. I said that was weird beings I have 4 people. I definitely would not have asked for one bed. So she talked to the manager he made it happened for us. We ended up with a two bedded room. Everything else was great. In Branson it’s in the middle of everything just a block off the main strip...
Reservations was able to find us a room despite it being the same day. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. It was really convenient having a restaurant and bar on site, which saved us from the madness on the main strip. Our server in the restaurant was awesome. She shared a few bits of her Jaimaican roots and we shared a few bits of our Samoan culture. We would definitely stay...
We were VERY IMPRESSED with this Hotel / Time Share property! From the convention size, the friendly and helpful staff, the introductory special rate on an INCREDIBLE ROOM that should have easily gone for $120, but got a Saturday night far lower ... everything in the accommodations were excellent, plush and pampered! Be sure to enjoy the Indoor / Outdoor Pool, with the adjoining Bar service! It is...

We have stayed here before a was shocked on how run down it was. We have 3 units that could open up to each other… which is an amazing feature for a large family. Sleeping for up to 12… 3 kitchens… 4 bathrooms… super amazing. Downside is that two of the beds sheets actually had stuff on them (not stained… actually dirty.) Nothing has been updated. Stained carpet. Disposal doesn’t work. Lightbulbs burnt...
The sofa was leather which I get, stays clean but not comfortable. Beds were GREAT so were the pillows. Kitchen was adequate and had what you need with the exception of grilling utensils. Jetted tubs were great. Overall nice place
We stayed there 4 days 3 nights. The Condo which we were in was awesome. No problems at all. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer. Very convenient. An outdoor pool would have been nice. Worth the stay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and well appointed. My only suggestion would be to consider a restaurant on site, we would have eaten at least one meal there everyday.
This resort is very nice, I had a presidential room with seven people and it fit us all. My only complaints are that the pullout beds are really thin, and the sheet thing for the pullout beds had crumbs and little hairs on them. We also found a moldy m&m on the ground but other than that this place is really nice and good pool and pretty view
We love Marriott in general, and this Vacation Club Marriott that we were able to snag for Fall break is so awesome! We stayed in a one bedroom villa, which sported a full kitchen with practically everything you need if you want to cook any meals, and very spacious living room area, with a great balcony to boot! Our oldest child enjoyed the Kids Club games, a lot!!! We ñoved this resort and we will...
The suite was spacious, clean and quiet . They have many different activities for all ages to enjoy, from crafts, ice cream floats, stores by the fire at night. There's a pool and two hot tubs. The grounds include local vegetation, flowers and numerous paths to explore! It is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy!!
Rooms are homey and nice. They have what you need including a kitchenette and table etc. Very clean and updated. Location is central in Branson but not necessarily walking distance close to anything. You'll need a car to drive to historic downtown or to any of the touristy things to the west. That being said, plenty to do on site and I had a good stay

Terrific facilities, with a whirlpool and heated indoor swimming pool, cinema and great holiday decor. Lake view rooms have a gorgeous view. My mom and I go every year and love it!
A nice place to get away. Very private and beautiful views of table rock lake. The valet and front desk clerks were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and made recommendations for eating and entertainment. The only negative experience we had was at the bar inside the hotel. The bartender was very overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up with the amount of people that were coming in so she...
What a great experience. We were looking for a quiet weekend getaway and had our expectations exceeded. The only portion that was not excellent was the food at the cafe, which was still pretty good, but expected better for the price. The hotel was very clean. The employees were all polite, professional, and greeted us with a smile. Having a restaurant and a separate bar inside the hotel is a nice plus
Had a lovely meal in the Atrium Cafe last evening. Our server, David, was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Food was delicious and the atmosphere by the inside waterfall was delightful! The hotel is extraordinary and everyone has been friendly and professional. Saw a stunning sunset over the lake from the terrace and caught glimpses of the sunrise from our suite. Clean, comfortable, this resort...
We reserved a room for the annual army ball, and not only was the event well staffed and perfectly executed, but also during our overnight stay the service was exceptional! The view could not be better, and the food was delicious. I will recommend...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone from the valets to the front desk personal did a great job making me feel welcome and valued. The hotel and convention center is beautiful. Every aspect went very well. The fitness room is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Extremely satisfied.
The customer service is so amazing! Can’t remember his name but this older gentleman with glasses was so much help and very kind to us while checking us in😊 very clean room and bathroom! Not to mention the full size pillows which I loved!! Now a days you don’t see that anymore in hotels. This will definitely be on our places to stay next time we come back to Branson!
We had a wonderful stay! The room was quite, located on the 10th floor. The room was very clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the soaking tub. Every person we interacted with was kind helpful and displayed pleasant attitude of genuine service. It was a joy to come and go as the bell boys were just Johnny on the spot to help. They were grateful for a tip but did not display a demeanor of wanting one. We will...
We loved this hotel. This was the last hotel we stayed at on our 2 week long road trip from Georgia to the Grand Canyon and back. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express during the rest of our trip and didn't have any issues. Unfortunately I accidentally had a mix-up where I booked the last hotel (Holiday Inn) for the wrong date and when I got there they were booked up. I called around other hotels to see...
This hotel was awesome. They upgraded me without even asking. The people working the front desk were friendly as always. It’s what you’d expect from a Hilton property. The room was clean and immaculate. Room service was the politest I’ve encountered in a while. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Rooms are good sized and we had one that had great views of the Branson Landing. Location is premium if you want to hangout at the landing and partake in the eating and drinking scene. At the end of the night you simply walk across the street and go to your room.

The room was very clean, it was close to all the shows, they offer a great selection of breakfast choices. The housekeeper who cleaned the room after I checked out found my car keys I left on the dresser and turned then into the office who notified me I left them there so I could swing back by and pick them up. I would stay here again.
I wish I could leave 3.5 stars. Four is a bit of a struggle...three isn’t enough. The location is great. The staff has been excellent. The room is pretty nice - especially for the price - and is clean. The mattress was not at all comfortable for our back issues, which creates some additional challenges. (This relates to US; many have said the beds are fine. Our son said his was really comfortable...
For the money you can't beat this place. It's older and a little run down but they have a pool and 2 hot tubs as well as a playground. The staff was extremely nice as well. We were able to get 2 adjoining rooms for less than the price of 1 room at your typical chain hotel. It was so nice to be able to spread out a little! Breakfast was as nice as you get at any hotel, maybe even nicer. Our only complaint...
Room was okay, room smelled fresh. Bathroom was great. TV was nice a 47" LED. But the channels was so fuzy could barely be seen or heard on most all but like 3 was alright quality wise. Heater would not kick on by itself, but if you manually turned it up then back down it would stay on and run for a while. But while sleeping it would get a little chilly. Elevator tore up on the east side of our building...
The rooms are adequate & beds quite comfortable. It's nice having a frig & microwave in the room. On the downside, walls are thin and you can hear the people talking in the rooms adjacent to yours. And there were kids running down the outside hallway that were quite loud. The hotel boasts about its breakfast buffet, but truly it's nothing to write home about! It's all cold, microwavable food.... Something...

Need to update the televisions and so a little better maintenance. We had a leaky kitchen sink and that vanity sink that has the drain stuck in the shut position. Both were fixed promptly but should have been noted by the cleaning staff and fixed proactively
Having stayed at properties all over the country for business and for pleasure this particular property ranks at the top of my list. My family and I give it a 10 out of 10 on every category you can think of from the exceptional staff at the front desk and the concierge that would text us to ensure that we have everything we need, to the facility itself The comfy beds, the stocked kitchen with utensils...
The location and ease of these units in proximity to 76 and other destinations in Branson can't be beat. Off the beaten path, but minutes from getting there. I want to thank Paula, our concierge, for the offers to help with tickets or anything else we might need. That assistance helped a great deal during a hectic "Garth" weekend in Branson!!
We had a 3 king bedroom/3 bath condo with a lake view. The condo was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was quick and painless. Same with check-out. There were views of the lake from the balcony and sun room and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Branson.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is wonderful; the rooms are just fine; and it has two in-door swimming pools. Also, it is right across the street from Sweet Susie's yogurt place. Can't beat that!
Check in was easy. Rooms are clean. I've read the reviews below and I'm not sure what people are expecting for the price you are paying in a tourist town! The price was very decent and reasonable! I'm not expecting pillow top bed, satin sheets, and top of line rooms. Last year we stayed in a fancy resort cabins and compaired...I'd stay here any time. Love this hotel It's arranged over three buildings My family stayed in the observatory room with the planets in the second building and loved it. Can't wait to come back. We were here during a very hot week. It was miserable outside. It was nice to come back to college. The breakfast was great eggs weren’t very good and gravy had no flavor but the sausage was so good. Nice large, clean rooms. Nice location at the landing. Put us initially in a room that has HVAC issues but QUICKLY remedied the issue by moving us to the same type of room with the same balcony and view and comped us a large portion of the room cost. Rooms are pricey, but they have service down very well! Will stay here again.
The staff here gets 5 stars. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of our room. We stayed in a top floor room overlooking the fountain area. The room itself was nice and very clean. However, I'm really not sure why it is designed so incredibly poorly. Our room opened to a shared hallway with one other room. Additionally, we had two open vents to that hallway. This means that everytime someone...
I am always loyal to Hilton hotels as the customer service and quality is great no matter where I travel. Our stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing definitely stood out. Very nice rooms in a great location in the heart of historic downtown Branson and near the old downtown area shops, surrounded by modern shops and restaurants, and walkable to many activities and accommodations. Vacuum the hallways, very dirty. Make for an uncomfortable trip to the room. Staff is nice, room is clean. I am not used to seeing a hilton employee in Jean's with tattoos on his face. The valet basically gave up and said I'm out of luck, Matt saved my day, and made it right...
The suites are fancy, but also comfortable. The amenities in the room are great, down to details like being able to make the alarm clock completely dark without turning it off entirely. The shower is also great, with actual water pressure instead of the trickle you get in most hotel rooms.

I have no complaints about the facilities, location and staff. Everything was perfect. Cost/benefit ratio could not be better. The room is very clean, renovated and big and the indoor and heated pools are excellent. It even has an outdoor heated jacuzzi.
I see all these good reviews yet I was very disappointed. The beds were suppose to be queen size and they put us in a room with full size. I couldn’t sleep at all the beds were so uncomfortable. The phones and alarm clock didn’t even work. The room was dry I was up all night coughing. The staff was great and helpful. The tv remote was dirty and the mini fridge was so loud. My mom booked this place for a family reunion this weekend. For the price it was an exceptional value. They are remodeling and it shows. Lots of updating to be done, but our room was clean, bathroom was clean, beds and linens were clean. Location is a big motivator to choosing this place also. Very close to the strip and easy access to anything there.
A beautiful place to stay.rooms was clean. Very quiet place. Really enjoyed staying there... I will be back
Lodge at The Falls is an inexpensive motel the rooms are clean that is very firm but comfortable I slept very well it's dated rooms or dated and could use some upgrading are shower with a handicap shower and it was huge with a nice bench in it and that was a plus. Water park is fun. Kids liked it. Stayed over night. AC was off. We turned it on at around 3pm. Room finally got cool around 6am. Rooms are ok. The tower grill is a joke. No free breakfast

We usually stay in Airbnbs, but we had to resort to this hotel for this trip. And even though I have a phobia of hotels, this one did not disappoint thankfully. Our room was SPOTLESS. The breakfast was just enough. And the location of the hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything.
Stayed 3 nights here. Staff was amazing and just normal everyday people. Rooms were tiny but functional. Breakfast was mediocre but Darlene the food attendant was nice! I’ve stayed at numerous hotels here in Branson over the years. Non of them compare to the service I’ve received here. Devon is AWESOME! He is very nice, eager to help and he is the reason Grand Oaks Hotel is now my go to place when I come to Branson. Samantha was also a big help and very nice as well.
A\C unit is older, fan was a little louder than normal, but I managed to sleep through it. Didn’t quite cool the room as cold as we needed, but it was tolerable. It’s not the newest, but has charm and seems well-run. Great value for the price - friendly staff, spacious rooms, fun pool and jacuzzi - and they even have a game room for kids. In close proximity to a really great collection of specialty food trucks just a block a way. Perfect for our Brandon visit.
We just stayed for 2 days. Very reasonable price. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Carpet was a little tired but that was minor. Good breakfast served. Enjoyed the hot tub … good stress reliever after a 7 hour road trip. Nice staff and yes, we’d be back.
I really liked this hotel! It feels like a kid hotel this weekend. It has a nice pool area. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food must be good because was so packed in the breakfast area. The beds are comfortable. Love that you can watch netflixs. 1 con. The shower is not for tall people. Otherwise its a great hotel and will be back!
A friend suggested Branson Towers and we booked it figuring it was a simple, clean hotel. Simple and clean, yes, but I would like to add amazing to that! This hotel had the friendliest staff, ice cream socials (on the weekends), and the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I was very impressed and plan on staying here again in the future! Nice enough room with a kitchen and small living area. Everything was fine but the location was a bit far from attractions and stores. Weird traffic pattern to enter the resort. Look for the alternative driveway that goes straight in.
My family enjoyed this place. We went swimming every single day! The staff brings out s'mores for guests near the pool in the evenings and hosts a scavenger hunt for kids at night. One night my husband was trying to turn on the fireplace and it exploded... Just a little one but if he was any closer he probably would've gotten hurt or burnt some hairs. He called maintenance and they were very quick...
All of the people that we met in the resort including the cleaning crew on the day we were leaving were extremely pleasant and friendly. The suite we stayed in was very nice, clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We loved it.
My wife and I just stayed for our honeymoon. We arrived to towel swans in a heart w rose pedals. A very nice welcome. The Villas are spacious, and very nice. The location is just south of town and seems like you’re in your own world. Our concierge Tyler helped us get tickets to a show, and got us a hook up deal. We will for sure be coming back. Thank you Hyatt team for making our week so special!
We absolutely love our little getaway apartment! The rooms are spacious. The shower is phenomenal! The only two complaints that I have are this; The toilet is the lowest toilet I've ever seen in my life it's almost like sitting on the floor! And number two is there is a loud buzzing in the ceiling that went off every two or three minutes all day all night. We had to use a sound machine on our phone...

We were down here in the very beginning of their season and only one pool was open, it was chilly but the kids had a blast. This was a great resort BUT the reason I’d recommend it to everyone is because I’ve never stayed somewhere where the staff were so nice, accommodating, kind, welcoming, friendly, etc. They made the difference. 100% recommend this resort. Very nice condo. I booked through Vrbo and left a review on there website. The owners were wonderful. Our stay was nice cozy & comfortable. We also had a nice golf course view and lake to look at.
We rented an Airbnb at this location. The grounds were beautiful. The condo was nice. The heated pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was "closed for maintenance" such a disappointment.
Several years ago we stayed in one of the condos and had a wonderful experience. This trip we were on a bus trip and ate at the clubhouse restaurant...WOW! Old, worn, tired lady down. Smallest room we've been in for a vacation. Smallest bed to, used to king size every place else we've been. Not here. Roads torn up around, so in n out bumpy. Roaches, twice. Will not stay there again.
Timeshare condos that they rent out when they can't sell them. And they can't sell them. A little dated depending in bldg you are in. But in a great location just down from the Titanic. Indoor pool always and outdoor pool in summer. Beware the Timeshare sales pitch.
The Number to the front desk doesn't get you do the front desk. Neither does the button on the phone in the room. Frustrating to say the least. However, housekeeping was quick to respond to requests. Fantastic location. Room was clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable.
It's really an amazing place to stay very quite very nice very clean I really enjoyed it. I loved it. Me and my kids had a very great time.
Stayed in a Penthouse Everything was dated, comfortable, but not what I had expected. My first time staying here, but it was a late reservation. Actually, a next day reservation.

This was our second stay here. We absolutely love this Victorian style hotel! It’s super clean, beautiful and comfortable! Breakfast is great with plenty of good food & coffee with an assortment of creamers. Only complaint is gym isn’t the best but at least they have one.
The room was very nice, a bit small for 3 adults, one who was in a wheelchair. They did put up handrails and a shower chair for us. Their continental breakfast was wondering and they also have tea and cookies at 2 pm. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, not far from a lot of the different places to go and see. The price for 3 nights and 4 days and on a weekend was...
This Hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable. The Air Conditioning is the standard Window Type Units. Thermostats never control temperature well when you have that style of unit but at least they offered an option of keeping the fan running all the time. Many hotels do not. So that was a plus. Bathtub / Shower unit was well worn but again in good...
Room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. This is the third time I've stayed here, and I would definitely request a room on the back of the building next time. We prefer less noise and the views from the front aren't that great. The bathrooms are tiny and the rooms are pretty small as well, but it is not something that bothers us much. The pools are both nice and always kept clean.
Beautiful hotel inside and out. Employees were very friendly and helpful. King room was spacious with a couch & divan. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Never had any issues finding a parking spot near the front at any time of day. And even though the temperature outside was over 100 degrees the whole time we were there the air conditioner never had a problem keeping...
I was afraid of what I might reserved because the price was so low. This place was so nice. It was current, clean, and well laid out. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 pillows. The balcony with chairs was nice to relax on after a day of shopping! I will stay there again. Oh, and the included breakfast was good as well!

rooms were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The breakfast was good.
The hotel is nothing really special, but it's a good room for the money. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nothing impressive, but it is hot. It fit our needs nicely. Would stay again.
Location is perfect. Literally right around the corner from all the action. Beds comfortable, needs a little updating but it was very very clean. Great water pressure. Breakfast is free in the morning and includes both hot and cold foods. It was wonderful and no one in our family of picky eaters went hungry. Overall, a wonderful experience for the cost of $50 per night!
The Inn is close to many attractions, which is nice. It has rooms with 3 queen beds, which is good for larger families. The service is fine, and we haven't had any troubles with it.
Clean. Nice staff. Comfortable room. Big TV. Pool was over crowded. Free breakfast was OK. I liked the French toast. Great value for the price though. If you are in Branson, your hotel should only be a place to sleep anyway, because there is so much to do.
The 3 bed room was great for a family. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and biscuits n gravy and was really tasty. A good inn at a great price.
