Our bed has some kind of black stuff on it that I was able to wipe off. The toilet has urine behind the back of the lid, we were supposed to be in a villa with a jacuzzi and didn't get what we were told we were going to be getting. We stayed in private cabin number 167 and we had an amazing experience. There was really beautiful nature and waterfall trails, and really relaxing pools to cool off in this hot weather. Then after enjoy some mini golf and get some ice cream or pizza from the marketplace. It was very vacation friendly. Friendly, safe place to stay. Exceptional value for all the amenities included! I love to use their concierge service to save money on show and attraction tickets. If we have a day we just don't feel like getting out, we can stay on property all day and not feel like we have missed anything. Our kids look forward to going there. I was very impressed with this hotel. Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and well appointed. My only suggestion would be to consider a restaurant on site, we would have eaten at least one meal there everyday.

This resort is very nice, I had a presidential room with seven people and it fit us all. My only complaints are that the pullout beds are really thin, and the sheet thing for the pullout beds had crumbs and little hairs on them. The suite was spacious, clean and quiet . They have many different activities for all ages to enjoy, from crafts, ice cream floats, stores by the fire at night. There's a pool and two hot tubs. The grounds include local vegetation, flowers and numerous paths to explore! It is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy!!

Rooms are homey and nice. They have what you need including a kitchenette and table etc. Very clean and updated. Location is central in Branson but not necessarily walking distance close to anything. You'll need a car to drive to historic downtown or to any of the touristy things to the west. That being said, plenty to do on site and I had a good stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone from the valets to the front desk personal did a great job making me feel welcome and valued. The hotel and convention center is beautiful. Every aspect went very well. The fitness room is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Extremely satisfied.

The customer service is so amazing! Can’t remember his name but this older gentleman with glasses was so much help and very kind to us while checking us in😊 very clean room and bathroom! This hotel was awesome. They upgraded me without even asking. The people working the front desk were friendly as always. It’s what you’d expect from a Hilton property. The room was clean and immaculate. Room service was the politest I’ve encountered in a while. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are good sized and we had one that had great views of the Branson Landing. Location is premium if you want to hangout at the landing and partake in the eating and drinking scene. At the end of the night you simply walk across the street and go to your room.

Great resort with great amenities! This resort offers everything within a walkable distance. Two different restaurants, several pools, boat marina, and daily activities for kids. The one restaurant is setup via a food truck with lots of outdoor seating, tv's and games, next to it is a bar for adults. The pizza restaurant is also good. Generally good. Disappointing no shampoo, tissues or soap in room. No instructions of property amenities or what is available. No ice found in complex or instructions if and where items were or if even available. First key cards didn't work and then 3rd night didn't work. After hour staff fixed it and did well. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels here in Branson over the years. Non of them compare to the service I’ve received here. Devon is AWESOME! He is very nice, eager to help and he is the reason Grand Oaks Hotel is now my go to place when I come to Branson. Samantha was also a big help and very nice as well.

We stay here once or twice a year for our Silver Dollar City experience. This is a clean, very friendly hotel. Hot tub and pool are nice and clean. The breakfast is fabulous. It has a variety or hot and cold breakfast options.

This hotel is "off the beaten path". It was peaceful (Wednesday & Thursday) and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset views! The evening cobbler, cookies & ice cream was a nice bonus. Beds were great. This was our first time bringing our dog on a trip. They were great accommodating for her. Breakfast was a hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with the usual cold items. Our room was pretty nice. The beds were really comfortable! The heat kept our room nice & warm! Unfortunately there is a marijuana shop next door! This a smoke free hotel! The room was clean and quiet. The staff were courteous and responded quickly to our requests. The indoor pool was clean and heated, so it was usable during the cold weather. We enjoyed being able to check in and out through the app.

The staff at this location were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. The hotel sits on top of a hill so we also had great views from our window. Overall a great stay.

Outstanding, beautiful, the best time I have had in a very long time. The Cabins are great, jucuzzi bath, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. You also have a dinning room and fireplace, nice country setting.

We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful time. The cabins are roomy, clean and stocked with what you need to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect to us, within 2 miles of the “strip” and a Walmart but out enough that it was quiet. The staff were very responsive and checked on us twice during our stay. When returning to Branson, we now have our go-to place.

Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfy. We had a wonderful time in MO. Easy to get to many restaurants and attractions. Most only 5-7 minutes away by car. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which we later discovered was a time share that isn't regularly available unfortunately. It was very reasonably priced for the space. This place is rated 9.6 out of 10 for the 2017 guest review awards. I was pretty impressed. Quiet place to stay, Clean, Breakfast is good, To my surprise the room came with DirecTV. Nice staff. Only problem was the mattresses need to be replaced, They sag in the middle and were super uncomfortable on our first night but we were able to somewhat adjust for the rest of our stay. If the mattress was more comfortable I’d have no problem giving a 5 star. Would absolutely stay again.

Econo Lodge was great. Had bed bugs at Southern Oaks next door. Stayed one night there and the other 3 here. Breakfast was good. Friendly employees and even let us and another couple play cards in the lobby. Great time and highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again.

Can't beat that price. Rooms were very clean besides the fridge. Rooms were also updated and modern. However their site showed an indoor pool and they didn't have one. All in and all I would recommend and it helped save our family a lot of money to be able to go and do!

Absolutely loved the 3 bedroom condo. We stayed during the winter so the outdoor areas were packed up, as expected. The recreation building had pool, airhockey, and arcade games. There was fresh popcorn always available. You could check out card/board games for your room. The indoor pool and hot tub were plenty big, and one outdoor hot tub was open as well- nice touch for the cd evenings.

Great place to stay with family. Lots to do for everyone. Spent lots of time in the indoor pool. Arcade, outdoor games, different crafts each day and even karaoke. Only issue we had was the dish washer quit draining but they were on top of it. Maintenance showed up with in 20 minutes of us calling and had it fixed in another 10. We love it here. Cozy and off the beaten path so it’s quiet. Views are nice too. Staff were friendly. Only complaint is no coffee in the activities center like there was before COVID. The other Wyndham down the hill has it in two locations. Seems odd and short sighted.

Rooms are decent, everything is here as expected. Unfortunately, our room had some interesting floor issues where some spots just felt soft. Bathtub also suffered from softness issues on bottom of tub, I thought I'd fall through if not careful.
