My wife and I stayed for a night recently with our two young daughters after a very long travel day. What a fantastic decision. The room was large, clean, well appointed. The bed was soft and comfortable. The highlight for me was the private enclosed balcony looking out over the mangroves and bay. Quite, dark, peaceful, private. We're looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

We had a few issues witht the room. It was not as clean as you will expect for the Westin. There was water coming from the fan. The staff was nice and friendly. The resort is great. The view from our suite was amazing. I just think they need to revise their service to ensure rooms are clean and to make stay more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The balconies are wonderful and screened in... But if you are by the pool you definitely need bug spray. The pool is really small for the amount of rooms they have, but nice atmosphere. The only complaint I had was our cleaning lady did no cleaning. We stayed 5 nights in July here after I‘ve already been here once. The rooms are new and very pretty! The staff has also been very nice everday. The breakfast was surprisingly good, but we were shocked about the disposable cutlery. There were no normal plates or cups. Please Holiday Inn: Save mother nature! This is the only reason why they don‘t deserve full 5 stars.

Everything was awesome from the initial phone call, to checking in. I was traveling with 6 other wildland firefighters. I had booked multiple rooms. It was very convenient to were we wanted to be in cape coral for our mini vacation. They do let you bring your pets, which was a plus. They had an outdoor swimming pool and obviously a breakfast bar in the mornings. The room was nice. Waking distance to some local restaurants, which we liked. Within a short drive to local beaches.

I was a bit skeptical upon some of the recent reviews. However, my stay was great! Good communication (I was a late arrival), room was clean, comfy bed, and hot shower with good water pressure. People need to understand that this area (this property included) just had a major catastrophic storm a few months ago (I saw some pictures...wow), and they are doing their best to get it back to normal....

This resort will not disappoint. It is extremely clean, including the pool and deck area. The tiki had impeccable service and great music entertainment. The only negative is the shower was extremely hot and it seemed difficult to adjust. I will definitely be back!!

I stayed here for seven days July-August of this year. This place is fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great pool and Tiki bar/restaurant. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Cold A/C in the rooms. This is not the Ritz-Carlton and they're not trying to be. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The only thing that I didn't like is that it's pet friendly. I love dogs but the person in the room next to us had two small "yapper" dogs that barked constantly. It interrupted our sleep every night. They would bark at 3 and 4am and every time they heard a noise. I mentioned it every morning for five days. They said they would address it. Nothing was done. No other dogs in the hotel caused any problems

My husband and I were in town just overnight, to attend his Mom's viewing and funeral service. The room was clean and in order when we entered. Upon return that evening we were exhausted, so we immediately showered and hit the bed. The location can't be beat. The canal view is amazing. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. We only booked 2 weeks out, so our room was pretty small. Highly recommend! I travel often and this is one of the best hotels in this price point. Many hotels still do not have Netflix and other streaming service capabilities in room tv and this hotel has that and cable. The gym is above average for a hotel gym. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this motel. I would go as far as saying it was better then the Sheraton in tempa we stayed earlier on this trip. The motel room is modern, quiet and clean. Bed is comfortable and the staff ultra friendly.

Although this was obviously an older building, the rooms inside were comfortable and clean. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave it A4 is that the outward appearance the walkways the stairwells were in need of a bit of cleaning.

We got a single queen size bed room, it was in a perfectly good condition as promised. The AC was cold, the TV, Microwave and Coffee machine worked perfectly fine. Rooms were nice and clean but you could hear people and doors closing in the hallway (there was a gap under the door). This was very close to where I was working. The internet was advertised as high speed, but I could not connect. It was advertised as a hotel, but the rooms are motel style, the doors open to an outside walkway. The toilet would not flush correctly, you had to stand there and hold the handle. No elevator that I could find.

I've stayed here 6 or 7 times over the years of visiting Ft. Myers. It's quiet and well located fairly close to River District and downtown (given how sprawling Ft. Myers is) or head south and get to Sanibel easily. Lots of inexpensive eating options on Cleveland and Mel's next door is great without moving the car. I stayed there for a couple months and the room did need some updating as most hotels do. As you can see from the pictures, the room's very nice. The staff very professional and friendly. The other guests are friendly. It's right across from Mel's Diner, and Sam's club is close by.

A little sketchy on the outside. The building is old. We put our own sheets on the bed because theirs were stained. Like that there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Desk people were real nice but they photocopied our i.d.'s (I understand) and our credit card (I don't understand). Said it was for their records. Cindy in the front office was great she made sure I was happy and answered all my questions, the staff was very friendly and my maid was very nice, the rooms are basic no frills but comfortable for the price, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. Check in was somewhat hectic as the guy at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. 10 mins later finally all was sorted and we got our room key. Overall the room was great as expected at this level hotel. The shower was clean and it seemed to be renovated recently.

Lovely house with large, well decorated and cosy rooms. We had a warm and helpful welcome from the Hibiscus House team. It is a place where you immediately feel well. Parking is easy. So so happy with our experience!! Check in was super simple & speedy. The room was clean and spacious. We checked in for one night, in the middle of the week and because they were slow they upgraded us from a regular room to a waterfront suite, at no extra charge. Wonderful location. The views are beautiful! Quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Mr Bob the night security officer was super helpful! Heads up: the tiki bar has not yet reopened :/ The new owner stated they are working hard to complete that project. Nothing fancy about the room but it was fine for what we needed. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Legacy Harbor Hotel. The staff was amazing and beyond hospitable. The hotel itself was adorable and well kept. It was especially beautiful at night when the colorful lights came on. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. Not to mention the location! Clean a bit bleak with the decorations. Plenty of parking, nicely updated, nice staff. Some rooms face the water with nice views.

Loved the place. The front help are sweet and very helpful. Our room view was facing the city which was a nice view. The rooms are large and smelled Hella clean. Hottest running water possible and fairly quiet for it being downtown. Reason for four stars is due to the renovations being done leaving certain areas unattainable. Regardless, we would still recommend people to this hotel.

The unit is undergoing massive renovation but........the staff here is incredibly awesome! By far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are super spacious comfortable beds and a view of downtown. The rate was discounted because of renovations. Overall the experience was fantastic.

Came out on May 4th, and my group of friends almost had the entire roof to ourselves. The ambiance is nice, but I had a minor problem: My drink was a Crown and Ginger, but it had this awesome bitter taste. I mentioned to the bartender the issue and she gave me a new drink, no problem. Nice and cozy! Rooftop bar is a nice bonus! Room was super clean, bathroom was pristine. Staff is nice and is within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. There are additional restaurants located in the lobby but definitely not restrictive as there are many good restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Stayed November 2017. Was supposed to travel to Ft. Myers for a local race but was deferred due to construction from Hurricane Irma. Originally picked the location for the convenience to race start/finish line. Still a great visit with the hotel close enough to walk to nearby local events, stores, and restaurants. Sanibel Island and Captiva Island is about a 30 minute drive, too. Definitely would return...
