Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Unbelievable sunsets. Suites are huge and housekeeping is on top of it. Free parking. Very good breakfast with omelets to order. Room service was quick even on Super Bowl Sunday. A bit isolated from anything else, but all I need is here. Well done, Westin!
My wife and I stayed for a night recently with our two young daughters after a very long travel day. What a fantastic decision. The room was large, clean, well appointed. The bed was soft and comfortable. The highlight for me was the private enclosed balcony looking out over the mangroves and bay. Quite, dark, peaceful, private. We're looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
Pretty nice hotel overall. It is pet friendly but they never had any doggy bags in the doggy potty area. The pool was nice and clean. We loved the open play/ grassy area by the pool with yard games! The room was clean but there were weird dark scratches on our bathtub. They had lots of plug ins but most of them didn’t work. The views are amazing though! Love the boardwalk and shops! You can walk the...
We had a few issues witht the room. It was not as clean as you will expect for the Westin. There was water coming from the fan. The staff was nice and friendly. The resort is great. The view from our suite was amazing. I just think they need to revise their service to ensure rooms are clean and to make stay more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
Very nice enclosed free garage. Small boardwalk with a few shoppes and 2 seafood restaurants. Excellent customer service front desk, restaurants, maintenance, room service. Restaurant staff especially friendly and happy! Restaurant with inside / shaded outside seating, generous portions, limited menu due to off season but able to order Grub hub, etc. Although menu said blackened grouper you could...
This hotel is very nice. The balconies are wonderful and screened in... But if you are by the pool you definitely need bug spray. The pool is really small for the amount of rooms they have, but nice atmosphere. The only complaint I had was our cleaning lady did no cleaning. My kid left poo stains in the toilet and it was there for 3 days. There was nothing there for me to clean it with. Also a dirty...

We stayed 5 nights in July here after I‘ve already been here once. The rooms are new and very pretty! The staff has also been very nice everday. The breakfast was surprisingly good, but we were shocked about the disposable cutlery. There were no normal plates or cups. Please Holiday Inn: Save mother nature! This is the only reason why they don‘t deserve full 5 stars.
Room was beautiful and crisp clean. Comfy bed. Quiet hallways despite there being kids in nearby rooms. Pleasant and speedy check in/out. Room was ice cold in the heat of summer. Wish I could have stayed longer!
Great location for the Cape Coral bar scene. Super friendly staff, room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was great, you can really tell the staff take pride in their work. Didn't use the pool but the area looked clean and well kept.
Everything was awesome from the initial phone call, to checking in. I was traveling with 6 other wildland firefighters. I had booked multiple rooms. Malory at the front desk was awesome and dealt with the extra work with a smile. The rooms are clean and neat. This place is definitely worth the money.
It was very convenient to were we wanted to be in cape coral for our mini vacation. They do let you bring your pets, which was a plus. They had an outdoor swimming pool and obviously a breakfast bar in the mornings. The room was nice. Waking distance to some local restaurants, which we liked. Within a short drive to local beaches.
Usually, great reviews include boring words like courteous, helpful, and efficient. Rarely does a staff deserve the word heroic. We were in the hotel when Hurricane Ian whipped through Cape Coral. I don't think Batman could have sprung into action in an emergency like this staff did. Hours and hours later they were still on duty since the storm prevented their reliefs from arriving. And, as tired...

I was in town for a very short time. After easily checking in, I went to the pool area for sunshine. Having the Tiki Bar and Grill next to the hotel was wonderful. It had a relaxed resort feel to it. Very easy to relax onsite with food and beverages right there. I would also like to compliment the staff. I interacted with 4 different people, and all were friendly and very helpful. Thank you for...
I was a bit skeptical upon some of the recent reviews. However, my stay was great! Good communication (I was a late arrival), room was clean, comfy bed, and hot shower with good water pressure. People need to understand that this area (this property included) just had a major catastrophic storm a few months ago (I saw some pictures...wow), and they are doing their best to get it back to normal....
We were visiting to help w Hurricane Ian cleanup & the hotel was perfect for us! The front desk service has been above & beyond great!! The Tiki Bar also offers free hot coffee in the mornings.
When I went to book a room and saw the price for a holiday weekend (140.00 a night before tax on the hotel website) I decided to read some reviews before booking. I’m so happy I ignored the negative ones. First, I received a text the day I was checking in letting me know our room was ready and to call if we’d be arriving after 8. When we arrived, check-in was easy and fast (less than 5 minutes - I...
This resort will not disappoint. It is extremely clean, including the pool and deck area. The tiki had impeccable service and great music entertainment. The only negative is the shower was extremely hot and it seemed difficult to adjust. I will definitely be back!!
I stayed here for seven days July-August of this year. This place is fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great pool and Tiki bar/restaurant. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Cold A/C in the rooms. This is not the Ritz-Carlton and they're not trying to be. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The only "con" I have is that they could use some more healthy options at the restaurant

The only thing that I didn't like is that it's pet friendly. I love dogs but the person in the room next to us had two small "yapper" dogs that barked constantly. It interrupted our sleep every night. They would bark at 3 and 4am and every time they heard a noise. I mentioned it every morning for five days. They said they would address it. Nothing was done. No other dogs in the hotel caused any problems
Stacey was friendly, courteous, and very accommodating by giving me a room with handrails in the bathroom as requested. She was willing to change rooms if I wasn't pleased with the room but it was just as I needed. She was also helpful in getting me checked in for a second night when I decided to extend my stay. Good customer service! Also kudos to the breakfast staff person who was very sweet and...
My husband and I were in town just overnight, to attend his Mom's viewing and funeral service. The room was clean and in order when we entered. Upon return that evening we were exhausted, so we immediately showered and hit the bed. The bed closest to the window is where we slept, and used the other bed to throw our bags and lay out our clothing. Not long after after trying to sleep... the AC kicked...
Beautiful hotel. Very clean and well managed. Great breakfast included with each room. Nice pool. Nice workout room. Very kind cleaning staff. Very clean room. Great beds and bedding. I wish I could live here!
The linens were crisp, clean and comfy. The beds, on the other hand, were a little too stiff for me. The people here are extremely pleasant and very accommodating. What makes this place is the lady that works the breakfast. She was a treat first thing in the morning. So full of energy and compliments. I wish there were more people in this world like her. She was handing out Easter eggs to the kids...
Great breakfast variety. Updated rooms with great sheets. Closet a bit small, but we are not moving in. Just passing through. Quiet area not too close to the freeway.

The positives are that the staff is friendly and happy to help! The staff truly made my stay enjoyable. The prices are affordable and it's a huge plus that they are dog friendly. The canal view is wonderful and a great place to relax and read a book. However, the staff decided to hang a TV on the most beautiful aspect of this resort and it obstructs the view and is a terrible eye sore. Bad idea to...
The location can't be beat. The canal view is amazing. Close enough to walk to several restaurants. We only booked 2 weeks out, so our room was pretty small. That being said, it had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. Although we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked very nice.
Fantastic stay at the Hideaway last night. The King bed Suite is a full apartment for a great rate. I assume the other suite is also huge. The waterfront area was very nice. The location is very residential and quite. Restaurants are close by.
Very nice people. Meet a couple who comes here every year for a 2 week stay, so they must be doing something right. We were only here 4 days. Quiet area. It's a small place.
Rooms: I had a single king-sized room. The room was one large room with a living room and kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, etc.) with the bathroom and bedroom having their separate areas. Wi-Fi, shampoo, conditioner, and soap included. The rooms had non-electronic keys and each room had a rear view of a canal. There is one large communal swimming pool in front. What fellow guests were like: Most...
Love this little hotel. It is a hidden gem here in the SE Cape. It's what I believe is referred to as a "boutique hotel" with all the rooms being decorated a little bit differently. Each room has a separate sitting area when you walk in and a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator and coffee maker. Very cozy! They have a nice courtyard pool area as well as a very large relaxing deck with grill and...

It's not a fancy hotel, but it gets the job done. I rented a single queen bed, and the couch in the living area pulled out. I checked for bugs and can happily say everything was nice and clean. The 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher were all a decade out of date but they were clean and functional! I made great use of the kitchen. There were two TVs (if this matters to...
The rooms are always clean, and the service at the front desk is exemplary! Molly and Jeremiah are so friendly and accommodating! I stayed here for almost two months. I always felt safe and warm, and any needs i had were tended to with a smile. Great place to call home!
Front desk attendant Jeremy was the sweetest very personable. Though the suites aren't modern they were comfortable and not over priced. Suite was clean and it was quiet. I'd definitely recommend for traveling on a price wise budget and location was great as well.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Our servers were super friendly and attentive. Claudia was awesome. Made you feel like family.
Hilton is rethinking the hotel experience. 55" TV in a very efficient room layout with a helpful staff and beautiful gardens. The food is excellent with friendly service. I enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and well stocked. Carolyn was a gem. I had personal problems and she was so understand, in spite of my calling her at least 4 times. Oh and the young lady that did our drinks and served our meal to our room was awesome...
Highly recommend! I travel often and this is one of the best hotels in this price point. Many hotels still do not have Netflix and other streaming service capabilities in room tv and this hotel has that and cable. The gym is above average for a hotel gym. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and everyone seems super happy to be working here with lots of positivity. Lastly, the place is spotless...

The rooms are pretty nice. But the outside and the people wandering and sleeping in the parking lots was a bit off putting. There isn't on site front desk staff.. it's all on a computer. Which, like, whatever I guess. But it's not great for post check in customer service. The free breakfast they offer.. was pitiful. Basically a little bag of snacks. Don't go here over the $90 place down the street...
It was ok. Much better than the look from outside. It was clean. But, check in was completed virtually, and live online person who helped was not in United States (i asked). I did not like the method which takes away the job from USA citizens/residents. I am sure hotel pays 1/4 of to the remote virtual non-USA person compare to what they would pay to actual resident. I did not like this method at all...
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this motel. I would go as far as saying it was better then the Sheraton in tempa we stayed earlier on this trip. The motel room is modern, quiet and clean. Bed is comfortable and the staff ultra friendly.
Pleasantly surprised. Looking for a cheap hotel for one night of rest after a ling drive. The check service a little weird, there is no clerk. You have to use a kiosk system. The room was cheap, and I was concerned, then relieved once getting into the room. The water was super hot, most hotels it's luke warm. The ac blew super cold, again most rooms it barely works. The room was clean. Great stay
Although this was obviously an older building, the rooms inside were comfortable and clean. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only reason I gave it A4 is that the outward appearance the walkways the stairwells were in need of a bit of cleaning.
It was fine, all you need for a place to stay. Affordable and allot of nearby places to shop and eat within walking distance.

I stayed here back in November and forgot to write the review I was just thinking about all of the wonderful people that took such great care of me the nine days I stayed. My wife Ashley and agreed that we would return to this location for a week's stay if our other location on Sanibel Island was unavailable. Currently hot tub is out, only basic continental breakfast?? I choose this place because previous stays it had a great hot breakfast and nice hot tub for post baseball muscles.
Good budget friendly option. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was very good. The young man in the front desk was extremely kind and attentive.
La Quinta is consistent. It may not be the most luxurious, but it is always clean, it is always comfortable, and they always accept pets without an extra charge.
One of the most patient and accomodating staffs I have ever experienced. My home during Hurricane Harvey and Irma.I could never thank them enough for everything they did during such a trying time. Barbara who was there every morning for breakfast was a personal beacon of hope.

We are Florida Electrical contractors doing some electrical work at a ft Myers Marina. I booked 2 rooms for myself and my 2 employees. Rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Not to mention the overcrowded rooms with laborers for the...
Honestly it’s such a good vibe here. The only thing I can complain about is the noise level of outside and the weird sketchy people who book the rooms. Besides that this place is relatively nice. Nice pool, really sweet and supportive staff that simply go above and beyond. Big flat screen tvs, refrigerators, A/C, etc. & I think this place is very clean. The housekeeping comes every morning to clean...
We got a single queen size bed room, it was in a perfectly good condition as promised. The AC was cold, the TV, Microwave and Coffee machine worked perfectly fine. Hotel is in a location with all necessary stores nearby. Very friendly staff and convenient parking. Would definitely go back there if I have to visit Ft.Myers again.
Nice stay, but got here And there Are big and LITTLE cockroaches. And this is day 4 night 3 & I'm still seeing them. & Not to mention, house keeping . Continued to just help themselves into our room 3 times the first day. And once today. . A little annoying that our do not disturb sign wouldn't stay on the door. Wind kept blowing it away. Deff cheap though. Wouldn't stay here Alone... Just saying....
They have a pool & complementary breakfast. Juices, coffee, waffles, pastries, cereal, bread... not impressive but free!

Clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet. Not far from either ballpark in Ft. Myers, and convenient to the beaches. A good value and a nice property.
Pretty good rooms, mostly clean, found a cigarette butt in the coffee supplies. Complimentary breakfast buffet was nice and receptionists were very sweet. Would go again.
Comfy beds , nice pillow, we were upgraded to a suite. Showers are nice. We stayed New Year's Eve it was pretty quiet when we got in. Breakfast can be packed at times people bumping into each other.

Great location for a short stay - close to the airport and set in a shopping/restaurant complex.

This was very close to where I was working. The internet was advertised as high speed, but I could not connect. It was advertised as a hotel, but the rooms are motel style, the doors open to an outside walkway. The toilet would not flush correctly, you had to stand there and hold the handle. No elevator that I could find.
I've stayed here 6 or 7 times over the years of visiting Ft. Myers. It's quiet and well located fairly close to River District and downtown (given how sprawling Ft. Myers is) or head south and get to Sanibel easily. Lots of inexpensive eating options on Cleveland and Mel's next door is great without moving the car. Some rooms currently being remodeled but work is only during the day so it's no inconvenience...

Nice location, nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. 15 mins away from Cape Coral. Rooms really need upgrades. Even though I did not have any problems, my room was not very enjoyable for me. Bed was comfortable. I will probably stay again just because of price. Staff was good.
Traffic was loud at night and the door to the rooms are very thin. Other than that the stay at the hotel was wonderful.
It was all right, an average service. Nothing extraordinary but also nothing too typical. Rooms were clean and service was great. Location wasn't a factor for me so I was all right.
The service at the front desk was excellent and that was all that was good. I had to stay in the back building do to the hotel being booked. It's were laborer stay they said. It smelled like pot on the whole floor. The hot water didn't work in either of the two room and the air-conditioner didn't work.

This is a great, accommodating hotel, with friendly staff and a great location. I also learned that it is pet friendly for an extremely low rate of a $20 dollar service fee, dogs and cats are both welcome to lodge here! I stayed there for a couple months and the room did need some updating as most hotels do. As you can see from the pictures, the room's very nice. The staff very professional and friendly. The other guests are friendly. It's right across from Mel's Diner, and Sam's club is close by.
A little sketchy on the outside. The building is old. We put our own sheets on the bed because theirs were stained. Like that there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Desk people were real nice but they photocopied our i.d.'s (I understand) and our credit card (I don't understand). Said it was for their records. I don't like my information out there like that but they wouldn't give it back.
Cindy in the front office was great she made sure I was happy and answered all my questions, the staff was very friendly and my maid was very nice, the rooms are basic no frills but comfortable for the price, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. If your looking for a decent place to stay I would recommend Howard Johnson for the price.
Check in was somewhat hectic as the guy at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. 10 mins later finally all was sorted and we got our room key. Overall the room was great as expected at this level hotel. The shower was clean and it seemed to be renovated recently.

After 25 hours in a car with a family of 5, this hotel was our saving grace after a TERRIBLE incident with Travelodge. We are so appreciative of their hospitalities, kindness, accommodations, and cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here!
Fantastic manager, service and food. A good place for the family, food and drinks. Thank you Edison's for making my time in Ft. Meyers a little better.
The front desk staff were friendly, though one paid more attention to her phone than guests. The room was clean and comfy, the bed was AMAZING! Bathroom was on the small side. Breakfast was good; pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal and toast. Pool was great, kids really enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!
Ugly hotel in bad neighborhood. Lots of negative activity in and around property. Wouldn’t recommend families with children to stay there

Lovely house with large, well decorated and cosy rooms. We had a warm and helpful welcome from the Hibiscus House team. It is a place where you immediately feel well. Parking is easy. The house is well located to reach Sanibel Island by car. A supermarket is available just on the other side of the street. Good restaurants also available nearby.
We left today this beautiful house and we are sure that we’ll return. It’s my first experience (B&B) and I’m very happy that I booked Hibiscus House B&B Fort Myers, Florida. This property is sparkling clean, everywhere! We loved the house’s furniture, decoration, comfort in our room and the delicious breakfast. The location is just 5 or 7 minutes walking to the amazing museum Edison&Ford Estate....
The Hibiscus House is a lovely place to stay. We were looking to have an event there but our plans changed so we just spent one night there instead. The owner was very accommodating and flexible even with all the changes. For an older historic home, the inn was very clean and nicely renovated. It was quiet and cozy, and the home cooked breakfast in the morning was a great finishing touch. The location...
Wow! I read the reviews from prior stays at The Hibiscus House, and it led me to choose it for my three night stay. I was very impressed, and so delighted with my stay! Our host was one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! She’s very attentive, thoughtful, and an all around great person! Our room was comfortable, the bathroom large, and the night’s sleep amazing! You can feel the comfort level...
Charming bed and breakfast with a comfortable room and warm atmosphere. It’s a really, really old house who’s rooms have been updated. I was not a fan of bed and breakfast type places until I stayed here. Perhaps you can’t judge this book by its cover either because the outside could use some updating but this inside was nicely kept… the shower and bathroom were so clean I thought I was the first...
A truly wonderful experience. From the comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated room to the fantastic breakfast, a stay at the Hibiscus House is a memorable experience. Bob, the owner, is a wonderful storyteller and sits with the guests after breakfast, when his schedule allows. Sheila, the onsite innkeeper and Debbie, the chef extraordinaire, are both welcome assets. We brought family along with...

So so happy with our experience!! Check in was super simple & speedy. The room was clean and spacious. We checked in for one night, in the middle of the week and because they were slow they upgraded us from a regular room to a waterfront suite, at no extra charge. That was so thoughtful and we really appreciated that gift. We spent the entire evening watching a gorgeous sunset from our balcony. Thank...
Wonderful location. The views are beautiful! Quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Mr Bob the night security officer was super helpful! Heads up: the tiki bar has not yet reopened :/ The new owner stated they are working hard to complete that project. Nothing fancy about the room but it was fine for what we needed. Clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Legacy Harbor Hotel. The staff was amazing and beyond hospitable. The hotel itself was adorable and well kept. It was especially beautiful at night when the colorful lights came on. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. Not to mention the location! It was an 8 minute walk into the downtown area with all of the shops, bars and restaurants...
Clean a bit bleak with the decorations. Plenty of parking, nicely updated, nice staff. Some rooms face the water with nice views.
Love the location. The hotel is clean and well managed. The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt their rate was very reasonable.
really great staff, very clean and cosy rooms, everything you need for a great stay and breathtaking views out to marina and river! Best place in town!??? Thank you so much! Josef

The front desk ladies are so friendly! This is a cute hotel undergoing great renovations! Can’t wait to see the new furniture in place the next time we visit.
Loved the place. The front help are sweet and very helpful. Our room view was facing the city which was a nice view. The rooms are large and smelled Hella clean. Hottest running water possible and fairly quiet for it being downtown. Reason for four stars is due to the renovations being done leaving certain areas unattainable. Regardless, we would still recommend people to this hotel.
The unit is undergoing massive renovation but........the staff here is incredibly awesome! By far the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are super spacious comfortable beds and a view of downtown. The rate was discounted because of renovations. Overall the experience was fantastic.
Came out on May 4th, and my group of friends almost had the entire roof to ourselves. The ambiance is nice, but I had a minor problem: My drink was a Crown and Ginger, but it had this awesome bitter taste. I mentioned to the bartender the issue and she gave me a new drink, no problem. She put a little more alcohol in the second drink and it smothered the weird bitter taste I was getting before. I...
Nice and cozy! Rooftop bar is a nice bonus! Room was super clean, bathroom was pristine. Staff is nice and is within walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment. There are additional restaurants located in the lobby but definitely not restrictive as there are many good restaurants within 5 mins walk.
Stayed November 2017. Was supposed to travel to Ft. Myers for a local race but was deferred due to construction from Hurricane Irma. Originally picked the location for the convenience to race start/finish line. Still a great visit with the hotel close enough to walk to nearby local events, stores, and restaurants. Sanibel Island and Captiva Island is about a 30 minute drive, too. Definitely would return...
