Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Unbelievable sunsets. Suites are huge and housekeeping is on top of it. Free parking. Very good breakfast with omelets to order. Room service was quick even on Super Bowl Sunday. A bit isolated from anything else, but all I need is here. Well done, Westin!

My wife and I stayed for a night recently with our two young daughters after a very long travel day. What a fantastic decision. The room was large, clean, well appointed. The bed was soft and comfortable. The highlight for me was the private enclosed balcony looking out over the mangroves and bay. Quite, dark, peaceful, private. We're looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Pretty nice hotel overall. It is pet friendly but they never had any doggy bags in the doggy potty area. The pool was nice and clean. We loved the open play/ grassy area by the pool with yard games! We had a few issues witht the room. It was not as clean as you will expect for the Westin. There was water coming from the fan. The staff was nice and friendly. The resort is great. The view from our suite was amazing. I just think they need to revise their service to ensure rooms are clean and to make stay more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The balconies are wonderful and screened in... But if you are by the pool you definitely need bug spray. The pool is really small for the amount of rooms they have, but nice atmosphere. The only complaint I had was our cleaning lady did no cleaning. I was a bit skeptical upon some of the recent reviews. However, my stay was great! Good communication (I was a late arrival), room was clean, comfy bed, and hot shower with good water pressure. People need to understand that this area (this property included) just had a major catastrophic storm a few months ago (I saw some pictures...wow), and they are doing their best to get it back to normal....

We were visiting to help w Hurricane Ian cleanup & the hotel was perfect for us! The front desk service has been above & beyond great!! The Tiki Bar also offers free hot coffee in the mornings.

This resort will not disappoint. It is extremely clean, including the pool and deck area. The tiki had impeccable service and great music entertainment. The only negative is the shower was extremely hot and it seemed difficult to adjust. I will definitely be back!!

I stayed here for seven days July-August of this year. This place is fantastic. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great pool and Tiki bar/restaurant. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Cold A/C in the rooms. This is not the Ritz-Carlton and they're not trying to be. Nothing fancy but everything you need. The only thing that I didn't like is that it's pet friendly. I love dogs but the person in the room next to us had two small "yapper" dogs that barked constantly. It interrupted our sleep every night. They would bark at 3 and 4am and every time they heard a noise. I mentioned it every morning for five days. They said they would address it. Nothing was done. No other dogs in the hotel caused any problems

My husband and I were in town just overnight, to attend his Mom's viewing and funeral service. The room was clean and in order when we entered. Upon return that evening we were exhausted, so we immediately showered and hit the bed. I stayed there for a couple months and the room did need some updating as most hotels do. As you can see from the pictures, the room's very nice. The staff very professional and friendly. The other guests are friendly. It's right across from Mel's Diner, and Sam's club is close by.

A little sketchy on the outside. The building is old. We put our own sheets on the bed because theirs were stained. Like that there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Desk people were real nice but they photocopied our i.d.'s (I understand) and our credit card (I don't understand). Said it was for their records. I don't like my information out there like that but they wouldn't give it back.

Cindy in the front office was great she made sure I was happy and answered all my questions, the staff was very friendly and my maid was very nice, the rooms are basic no frills but comfortable for the price, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. If your looking for a decent place to stay I would recommend Howard Johnson for the price.

Check in was somewhat hectic as the guy at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. 10 mins later finally all was sorted and we got our room key. Overall the room was great as expected at this level hotel. The shower was clean and it seemed to be renovated recently.

Staying at this resort was amazing! I really love the facility. The pool was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. My favorite experience was the spa. BUYER BEWARE! If you’re looking for a suite, be careful, there are TWO types and NO PICTURES of one of them. So, you think you’re getting a reasonable price on a suite but it’s really just a regular hotel room with a wall dividing the sitting area. we own a condo here and it is such a nice spot to come with your family. there is a big pool and a hot tub along with a really nice beach with chairs you can use. You also see dolphins all the time.

Large room at an affordable price. The kitchenette provides the ability to store or prepare food. For someone who travels a lot, this is a big bonus. The room is very spacious providing opportunity to move around. All in all it is a great value and a comfortable stay.

Loved the pool area. Room was fine - comparable to other Courtyard by Marriotts I've stayed in. Hotel is situated on a busy road without many food options in the immediate area. The bistro in the lobby didn't have much on the menu, and is only open for a few hours in the morning and in the evening. No complimentary breakfast.

Larger room than typical for this class of hotel. My king bed room had a small sofa and foot rest that was nice. Room was immaculate and well maintained. Good climate control pass-through wall system but with wall mounted controls. Worked well. In Florida A/C is used about 10 months or more out of the year. Very nice lobby area - much larger and nicer than similar hotels.

Fair Motel... Kick'd out the riff raff. Very clean. Price is very reasonable. Anywhere else at this price, you'll be awakened by the street prowlers. The management is very fair, but don't put up with off the chain nonsense. And it has a clean working pool! Do yourself a favor if your wanting a good motel, stay here.

I frequently stay at Motel 6. I have a dog and they are very pet friendly. I did not have my dog with me on this trip.. It's not the Ritz, but very comfortable and clean which is what I want for an overnight stay.

Everything was well enough during our stay here. It was clean and well managed. The only problem we had was our next door neighbor had a pit bull in his room that did not care for our two small dogs and tried to get at them every time they went out. that of course is not the Motels fault, it was just the luck of the draw. We will stay again next time we are in Cape Coral.

We stayed over a week at candlewood suites, the staff was GREAT and helped us EVERYWAY possible. TJ went above and beyond helping us, he was WONDERFUL in a horrible situation. After 8 months here, management keeps changing my rates--upping them mostly. Is that any way to treat a long-term resident? NO!

The room itself was beautiful and spacious. However, the water pressure was low snd then stopped running. The clerk said that happens sometimes and I just need to wait for the pressure to build back up. I was too tired to try to go anywhere else so I just used a bottle of water to brush my teeth and wash my face. It felt like camping.
