The room was fabulous. The bed was like sleeping on a pillow. Would like real eggs and not whatever they were. The breakfast bar had something for most people. I do not eat bread or flour items but there were three choices of different brands of yogurts, hard boiled eggs, sausage, eggs in the hot pan (scrambled), and bacon. Coffee and various kinds of tea were for any time also. I really enjoyed the...
This place checked all the boxes for us. Right near the freeway and some other roads. Near the sights we wanted to visit. We went to Tucson one day and it is on the south side of town. We liked it! The man at the front desk from Montana was cool, he set a welcoming tone from day one. Surprisingly quiet. The suites were spacious. Clean linens and surfaces. Shower head was nice and tall! There were TWO...
Good place & friendly environment... *Yet they had turkey sausages for breakfast. *Bathroom was a bit snug & compact due to bathroom door was too close to toilet. *Hotel walls were thin or not insulated very good: we could hear the 101 freeway traffic- that was annoying. *USB portal on desk did not work. *TV only had one channel. *Parking was limited, cuz it was shared a parking lot with Hampton Inn...
This is a good pet friendly hotel! They do have a decent continental breakfast, and a nice clean environment! Staff is very nice, and the pool is open until 11pm! I would stay here again if I brought my dog! Great place to stay if you need a home away from home for a few days! However, this place did teach me what a sofa bed is, and I did debate sleeping on the floor during our 3 day stay, as it almost...
Had to stay an extra day in AZ due to flight being canceled. Picked this property because it had a 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was awesome. Pool and hot tub were great even in Dec. Front desk person Steve was really kind.
Good Hotel with spacious rooms and good staff. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative is the location, There are no restaurants or shops in walkable distance.

This was a really fine hotel, probably the best one I've ever stayed in. I usually go for La Quinta or Days Inn, but I think this was the first suite I ever stayed in! This was like a mini-apartment! It had two bedrooms, a den complete with a coffee table, a TV and comfortable couch, and also a nice kitchenette and a full bath. I have to say I was impressed! My travelling companion who is often...
Quiet clean and cozy. I was attending a birthday bash. Free use of propane grills. King size bed noce and comfy. We were pretty loud in the rooms and you couldn't hear anything in the hallway.
Nice Hotel. The hot tub worked, good pool, nice rooms. No complaints. Also, it's right next to The U.S. Egg breakfast resturant which isn't the cheapest but it's really good.
Good value during spring training and Nascar weekend. Nice comfy room and bed. Breakfast was very average but the staff was fantastic, especially Alfredo. Fitness room had three machines and only the recumbent bike worked. The fitness room did not have disinfectant wipes. Parking was adequate and the property is near many eateries.

I have since been trying to find that coffee. Possible for you to tell me where I can purchase some?
The property is nice, clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable (as well as the couch, which I tried sleeping on to avoid the noise). The reason for 3-star versus 5 is that I was completely unable to sleep. There was a loud, vibration sound either above or outside of my room. I travel with both high quality earplugs and an eye mask (Although I am not a particularly...
The aesthetic and location of this hotel is what you would expect from Westin but it was shocking how thin the barrier was between floors. We were on the third floor and could hear the people above us get out of their (squeaky) bed, walk around, and shut their door. Also, the shower in the bathroom could be cleaned a little better as we noticed both yellow and black marks indicating potential mold...
Solid hotel for work. Rooms were clean and had a nice vibe. There was plenty of open space to hang outside of the room and they had a complimentary happy hour that was good. Surrounding area was safe and I was able to get an outdoor run in the mornings. There's a gym, too, but I prefer running outside.
Hotel was nice, but the room I was in smelled like old curry had been left in the fridge. Giving the hotel one more try in a couple weeks. We’ll see if service can improve.
Love the modern design of the hotel & the rooms. It also smells so good you feel like you’re at a spa! It’s our second time staying here & the staff is so helpful & genuinely caring. Love staying here

Good location, friendly staff, excellent facilities but thought the covid cleaning was a bit out of date as no masks or social distancing is required in AZ
We love this Holiday Inn. The staff is all so nice and happy, the bed's are super comfy, rooms are very clean, and the location is perfect!
The GPS was wrong, but I eventually found it. Great location. The room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drea the bartender was especially nice. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town.
Overall a decent hotel, but def not a 3-star. More like a 2.5 star. Also the entire lobby smells like sewer gas. I swear everyone that works here is nose blind to it, and it smells so bad. So if you don't have a very strong sense of smell then this place is the one for you! Otherwise I'd try somewhere else, like the Marriott Residence Inn. Same price and its WAY nicer (and doesn't smell like poop)
Enjoyed it very much! Rooms clean ,beds super comfortable..we were greeted, very nicely. hotel lobby beautiful.also dog friendly.nice presentation, with bowl with doggie. Treats.n bowl with water.😊
Beyond amazing. Only stayed one night, but just wow. Free Keurig coffee. They let you use the liquid creamer if not a fan of the packets. Amazing food. Clean. Staff is beyodn friendly and goes above and beyond. They understood we are a family of six, with two toddlers and did not mind them running around. They understood and helped the beat they could, being it wasnt their job. Beds are super comfy...

My fiancé and I checked in late at night and they were very accommodating. I give it 3 stars because the bed is soft and comfy, the service was good, and the shower was hot. However when we checked into our room we saw a cockroach on the wall, and at first that was fine, but more started coming out. So if bugs don’t bother you and you just need a place for the night that’s affordable, it’s good place...
I'm assuming Nick is the manager I am very pleased with the hospitality and the room was huge and extremely comfortable, clean. I really appreciate the help. I recently move to Arizona from Minnesota with nothing and living out of my car isn't the easiest thing for me I never been in a situation like this but this hotel definitely made me feel like home. Thank you very much. Definitely recommend this...
I used this hotel last week. The bed was comfortable and breakfast good. The driver to the airport was very nice and informative. I really enjoyed my time. Will stay here again.
Great place for a great budget only two people per room and location kinda of sucks staff is friendly rooms are clean
This is a clean, family run hotel with comfortable rooms and safe courtyard parking near downtown Chandler. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the rear room 109 with an enormous king-sized bed that was quiet and like sleeping on a cloud. Large room had a fridge and microwave in a small kitchen area with table.

Hard to rate this because staff was friendly, room was clean and very spacious, breakfast was decent (although eggs in the shape of pancake is unappealing and so far no non-pork meat options). The room, fixtures, and building itself is pretty shabby and worn...nothing that can be done by the desk staff so I didn't bother them. But the photos give you an accurate representation. It's not the Ritz...
We received a large comfortable suite with plenty of room for a large family. The view of pool and palm trees was wonderful! Breakfast had egg/sausage bagel sandwiches, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, and more. Great stay!
Staff are very friendly and the rooms are quite spacious. Excellent location if you need to pick up supplies and restaurants all nearby — Starbucks in the parking lot! Solid value for money — and a very comfortable stay. I stayed here for a couple of days after a long trip from SE Asia —and was quite pleased with the expereince. Recommended for those transiting through or needing a place to crash...
We held our annual Vietnam Reunion here and everyone was extremely happy with this hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. We were also provided with a Hospitality Room on the same floor we were all on which was nice for us to all get together in. All the staff and the front desk were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. I never heard a negative remark from anyone. Lots of places nearby...
If you're visiting anywhere near the area, I would stay here over anywhere else. Even if it is a bit out of the way from where you are headed, worth it. The beds and pillows are awesome (huge bonus). Rooms are always very clean, fridge and microwave, and the AC actually works even when it’s 110° out. They have a big breakfast in the mornings that is super convenient with options. The staff is great...
Close to where we need to be. Staff are friendly especially the guy who checked us in. Free coffee / tea / water at the lobby. Very Comfy beds, clean towel with amenities Room was very big and spacious. Has coffee maker, microwave, and fridge AC was working very well. Beddings were comfy as well. Value for money was not bad. $95 for a king room was very good.

Stayed here 8/12 for the night. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. It was a great view to watch a beautiful Arizona sunset! Our room was clean and quiet. Great value would stay here again if in the area!
Nice hotel. Lovely pool area like a resort. Room was nice and big and clean with a balcony overlooking the pool and offering a view of the gorgeous sunset. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was sub-par. More like a glorified continental breakfast. The staff was kind and accommodating.
We had our big state convention at this Holiday Inn. Nice rooms. Loved having the fridge for being there all weekend. Nice ballroom space. Helpful staff. Great service staff in ballrooms. Noisy next to freeway. GFWC Arizona
Great experience! The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and it is convenient located right next to lots of food locations that are walking distance and old town and fun spot that were just behind us.
I have zero complaints with this hotel. They were incredibly friendly and our room was very nice. The amenities were better than most hotels I've stayed in. We had access to a fitness room, pool, full service bar, and restaurant.
We arrived late at night and the clerk didn't give us breakfast tickets. So we had to pay extra for that. The bathroom doors do not lock in the room (I'm a mom so this is important to me) and the doors are this weird kind of see through thing. I know, I have issues. But the room was clean and supplies were there. Located near easy access to the freeway. And close to a water park if that is your...

It has been 2 years since I've stayed here. This is a long shot but last time I was here my BABY ring fell off my necklace somewhere between the hotels or near the golf course, I looked forever until It got dark and I had to give up. It is under remodel construction; a fact not mentioned at time of reservation. It was clean and neat but missing the usual small amenities: tissues, an alarm clock, an ice bucket (there was ice machine), there was a desk chair but no side chair, no decaff coffee for the in room coffee maker or in the very nice breakfast line. The employee were friendly and helpful. I'm feel it will re-emerge as a stellar...
Nice place. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little bit on the small side, but are well kept. The complimentary breakfast is surprisingly good. They serve fresh eggs! None of that powdered egg mix nonsense. I wasn't thrilled how all the soaps were nailed down to the counter tops. I also had a broken hair dryer in my room, but overall it was a nice place to stay. I also got to pet...
This place was great! We arrived on a Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. Green Tree is located on a road with other hotels set away from the main road making it really quiet. Let's just say my company will not be booking here again. The only reason they got 3 stars is because of the front desk crew on Sunday, Nov 10. When I checked in on the 9th, Giselle was very rude. Not only to me but to other guess as well. I called my company so they could hear how rude she was. She DOES NOT need to be at the front desk! As a General Manager of a hotel in Anchorage, I have high standards for hospitality, and I am thrilled to say that my recent stay at the Courtyard Mesa by Marriott exceeded them in every way! Nice and quiet. I stayed here for 10 days for work. My room was nice and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and tables. Front desk people were nice and accommodating. Definitely stay here again.
Visited here for three days. Check in and out was smooth and painless. Rooms felt small and a bit cluttered compared to some other Hotels i have recently stayed in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area with hot tube. A/C worked great...specially for a summer visit where temps average 110 for the duration of our trip.
I had an extended stay at the property. The good - Excellent and helpful front desk staff - Comfy beds - Location, close to freeways and a good number of restaurants - Plenty parking Not so good - The hotel shows its age, but they appear to be doing a good job of keeping up - The majority of rooms seem to be connected for the most part; if you are not comfortable with a door in the room - The restaurant...

Well, I wouldn’t have stayed here due to the reviews but this week (2nd/3rd week of January) the rates went sky high at the hotel I usually stay at. The phrase “You get what you pay for” became evident the minute I drive up. Staff was nice and courteous and...
Very friendly staff very polite. The room could definitely use a maintenance service bathroom door was broken, bathtub was running no matter what you did to try and stop it ( shut it off) shower head leaked worse then the titanic. The worst part was there were bugs in the room . It's wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but could definitely use some help.
Honestly this place would've been fine other than the odd lack of furniture and the questionable beds. No protective cover at all between the mattress and the sheets, and the sheets were so thin you could see the dirty mattress underneath. Deal breaker for me. The beds were probably great fifteen years ago. Sketchy area, but I knew that when I booked. Front desk gals were nice, though.
Having recently undergone a complete makeover, the motel has a fresh feeling. We appreciated having inside corridors. The décor of the spacious room was very attractive and contemporary
t is completely remodeled and has large rooms and is as nice as any Hampton or Fairfield Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. It is safe and the managment is very friendly and helpful.
The owner was really inviting, and had a barbecue for all the guests at the pool. My room was very comfortable, and the location was great for the airport and a variety of restaurants.

Room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, but besides that very clean. Checked in around 2 AM and left early the next day. Room included a fridge and stove which would be nice if you need that. Owners are very friendly, when checking in the owner Barak will give you a bottle (s) of water from the long drive - rooms are very clean, bed is comfy - has security cameras and you feel safe - you park in front of your room - least then 10 minutes from Sloan Park.
I drove from Portland Oregon to Mesa for spring training and I was so glad to find this motel. I stayed for 11 days and have no complaints. I needed a last minute Motel for a quick trip from my home in Las Vegas to Phoenix, AZ. My mother-in-law uses this motel every time she comes thru the area, and recommended it to me. The rooms have had remodeling done & now they are actually nice rooms! I was shocked. I will go here again soon.
The place is being remodeled. It isn't a Howard Johnson anymore. It's a red roof inn. Google needs to update their search engine. All the rooms are being redone. Yes it's a little dirty; housekeeping could use some retraining. The bathtub still had hairs in it from the previous guest. The attendant at the front desk is nice and helpful. She's never rude. There is construction on the road right out...
Renivating all rooms, walls are paper thin, fixtures are not fastened right, keys hardly work, heaters don't, the only good things were 3... Office staff were super nice, rooms were very spacious, really quiet.
The people running it were nice & very helpful with ANY & ALL issues me & my guest had during our 1wk stay... Other residents kept to themselves... It is said to be a bad place but its cheap as well.
I stayed here and the rooms were CLEAN. Nice actually compared to the hotel off black canyon highway Super 8 where their towels look like disgusting ****. VERY clean room! Great price and the staff honestly couldn’t be any nicer! Derek and the lady with the dark hair.. ah I wish I remembered her name but SUPER nice! Very accommodating! Definitely will be back :)
So we got here yesterday and checked in with a very nice & helpful lady up front. I like the place overall but I am also a very easy to please person. Very basic rooms, but service was wonderful and the price can't be beat. Every time I've stayed here the rooms have all been impeccably clean. Darlene and Monique at the front desk are always asking if we need anything and attentive to any questions we had.
This place is awesome. Go on line to get the room for Hella cheep. 39$ a night. Walk in 71$ but this room is huge very nice. It doesn't smell like the other hotels I've been too.
More like a 2.5. It's shabby. Carpet unravelling, furniture is old and ugly. Very basic. It is quiet. Seems to be clean so if you just need a crash pad, it will do.

Great day of golf for a player at any level! Staff is very polite and helpful as well. Grounds manager Eric Maldanado is really working hard to bring the course to a higher standard. Can't wait to see the progress! Definitely returning to its former glory and beyond! Highly recommend giving it a go!
I worked with Adrian. He is so nice and professional. My room was great and it was a pleasure to have my party here. Recommend. Their linens and runners were beautiful. I provided and did my own table setting.
Very nice course. Some holes was a little soggy. Mostly the course was dry. Very challenging but the fairway was wide so very forgiving. No indoor dinning due to covid. No carts allowed in parking lot however at the end of our round the starter did let us drive cart to car because my daughter had foot surgery and the hop was gonna be long. The Grapefruit and Lemon trees was Awesome!
The room are very spacious I was disappointed that the hot tub in our side of the resort was not working.
We stayed over labor day weekend for our wedding. We booked 8 rooms and the staff went out of their way to make this special time great for our whole party. The rooms were all remodeled and worth the value. The ladies at the frond desk are awesome and will make your stay memorable. Thank you for the great time.
