Was here for 2 weeks, nice place, great staff, but an extra shoutout to Jim on the cleaning crew who kept an eye open for a nearby laundromat for me! We have been going to Crowne Plaza San Marco Resort for the past 10 years the end of February from Chicago, and we love. Make sure you request that your room faces the courtyard. This area around the hotel has really grown. You can walk all over the area. Very family oriented and the big pool is relaxing. Service was excellent, they are very dog friendly. The only thing I found is hotels in the US have a pet charge. I've paid anywhere from Twenty dollars to seventy five dollars for the two of them. With some places wanting to charge up to seventy five dollars per pet per day. Personally I've never heard of this in Canada or Mexico

This hotel is really nice considering we have stayed here at least four times. Staff like to think they are on daylight savings because my clock is an hour ahead and made me wake up super early. I changed it back and they keep changing it I guess. Other than that it's great, breakfast is good, Saltwater Pool. It really has that resorty kind of felling even though it is a hotel.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotels to stay at. Super fast internet and very comfortable! Staff was extremely nice and thoughtful. If I had known there are "pet" floors I would have requested not to be on one. Dogs barking kept us up two nights in a row. I left a day early, giving up a days rental, so I could get some sleep. Solid hotel for work. Rooms were clean and had a nice vibe. There was plenty of open space to hang outside of the room and they had a complimentary happy hour that was good. As usual, another great Marriott location. The rooms were good with good service. The guest laundry was on the pricey side and didn't work very well. The location is amazing, an easy dozen food location not very far from the hotel. And a shopping mall across the way. It's right off the freeway and easy to get to.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. My suite had a full size fridge and a cooktop. Very convenient location yet pretty quiet. I'll stay here again!

You know, I've been to a lot of places in the world, this rates up there as a pretty good hotel. I wish that they had executive floors like I've seen overseas but I'm just being greedy at this point. It's very clean, rooms are well kept and staff are very kind.

Beautiful interior of the bedrooms and fantastic accommodations in the rooms. Location was close enough in the town that we didn't need to go far to reach necessities.

We stayed 3 nights in the family suite 2 full beds and a pull out. It was overall great. It fit my husband and I and our four kids (15,13, 11, 10) the staff were friendly and attentive. The dishes in the room we're dirty in the cupboard but once we asked for new dishes we got them right away. Could have used more meat for breakfast instead of having gravy with meat. What I liked about the room setup and reservations - NO DRAMA. All went very well as it should unlike many other COVID related circumstances of our current world.

Very wonderful staff around the clock. Went above and beyond surprised me with complimentary parking and knew I preferred low floor, thanks! Breakfast was just right and staff there are very helpful and kind as well. Just a tad snug for our family of five, could use a way to set/store luggage. Pool and hot tub inoperable to the kiddo’s disappointment so had to knock a star.

Convenient location to access, near shopping and freeway access. Pool area is a tad bleak (just a square pool in the concrete), but our kids aren’t picky. The staff were helpful and friendly. I loved our room, very quiet, clean, Breakfast was wonderful, I actually would’ve given 5 stars if the spa was working, ( which was a must have in our choosing a hotel) we told the front desk about it and she suggested to go next door to the hotel and use their spa facility. Um no thank you. Didn’t feel like driving in a wet bathing suit
