Stayed here with a friend for 1 night in October. The elevators are small and outdated, hallways could use new carpet, and the room doors need to be pushed to lock correctly. The room itself, was nice, comfortable, and not too bad! Bathroom was spacious and updated, and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in town.

Great location. Old doesn't mean bad, it was clean, comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was quiet. The hike to and from the elevator was long... The stairs were steep. I highly recommend staying.

This hotel is awesome! Right away when I walked in I noticed the massive chandeliers hanging from the wall, the roaring fire and an older rustic like cabin feel. I'm a sucker for all things cabin so this really struck a soft spot for me. The entire trip I felt very relaxed looking out the windows to find big green trees and an ever flowing river. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping. Liked that the rooms had a nice balcony and small fridge. Rooms where very clean and bed was comfy. I've been here several times for different meals. The food is great and the menu is fun and interesting. They have a bloody Mary bar, a decent breakfast buffet and great service. I recently ordered a delicious salmon fillet bagel with chive cream cheese. It was a whole fillet! So amazing!!!

Conference/hotel stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was a little outdated but they are doing renovations. Watch out for the railing swing outside your window! Also, the light fixtures in the hall cut my coworkers arelm. They are at an odd height and extremely Sharp!

This trip my wife and son came with me. They provided us with a pack n play which was super awesome. They normally give you a crib with bars on it, which our son just loves playing with and never goes to sleep. This alone deserves 5 stars. The customer service here was also top notch. Conveniently located for my work event. Close to a number of chain restaurants. Has all the standard amenities as all the Hampton Inn including free WiFi and breakfast. Had some noisy neighbors that kept banging on the wall before 10pm, but they quieted down after that. Make sure together valuable s out of your car. There were strange people roaming the parking lot in the morning. One guest vehicle's lights were going off, and you can't get into the hotel's front doors without a room key at odd hours.

STAY HERE!! The absolute best. Tried to stay up the street and it was a nightmare. We came in desperate for a room and we got the family room. Was amazing and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. We were in Eugene to visit family for Thanksgiving. We've stayed in a number of hotels. The rooms here were large and the kitchenettes were very nice. The space was clean and simple. Breakfast was fine (the coffee was good) and I did enjoy getting to do a workout on a peloton while staying. The location is also among the best in Eugene if you want to hang out down town at all.

The staff are friendly and I have to say that the two separate says we had Josh on the front desk was wonderful and Desiree on our second stay was very helpful. We needed a place to stay near the train station as we were leaving very early in the morning. We were able to check in earlier and found our room to be very clean. It is an older motel, single story, but very well kept. Glasses are plastic. No coffee maker, but had microwave and small fridge. Nice place to stay for an older motel.

I travel with a group of medical professionals. Jessica who works in the kitchen saw that we leave well before breakfast at 6:30 so she laid out breakfast sandwiches and cold brew coffee for us so we would “have something in our bellies” 😭. What a treasure, thank you SO much Jessica. When you work a thankless job it’s the little kindnesses that mean SO much.

Sadly, we were just passing through on a move and had only one night to enjoy in this well-located hotel. In addition to the two of us, there were two packed vehicles and two dogs. The valets helped us unload what was needed for a night and then instructed us on where to park in their security monitored parking lot. We loved staying here. We have been to the one in Boise many times. The winery up top was a huge bonus because we could just walk out our back door and sit on the patio with a refreshing glass of wine.

A comfortable hotel right at the centre on Eugene. My room was very well appointed, with everything you might need. The reception staff we're friendly and helpful. They made my short 2 night stay that bit more relaxed. The Inn is within very easy wking distance of some interesting restaurants and made a good focus for my business visit.

Arrived at Signature Inn in Eugene after hours in an ice storm on I-5. The owner was so kind and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy with fun colors. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Also, the WiFi is fast for having to do work on the road. Highly recommended!

One of the most impressive aspects of this stay was the communication with the hotel staff. Communicating to figure out the shuttle was smooth as I got immediate replies to my email. Also, I was able to make a last-minute change to my pickup shuttle as my flight had arrived early and I was given a text message to communicate with the hotel. This hotel is well located near the university. The rooms are larger than usual. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was especially nice. There were cheese omelets, a pancake maker and the other standard items all served on real plates with real cutlery.

The breakfast was the standard fair for this type of hotel but the lady at the dining area was the most helpful and nice person, I wish I could add a sixth star just for her!

Great service here. My only complaint is that they only have one pack and play and one high chair. Pretty ridiculous when you have multiple families eating breakfast and you have to resort to baby eating on the floor. However the staff was super friendly and accommodating otherwise. A sweet worker even sliced apples just for my kids and brought a warm damp cloth to wipe their hands.

I've been to Eugene twice, the first time I stayed at the Motel 6 down the road, second time was at the Comfort Suites. This place was way better and so spacious! The only things I noticed was that the couch had popcorn in it and the comforters smelled like bleach, other than that, it was a great experience!

Made a last minute trip to Springfield for the birth of our first grandchild and needed a place to stay for the night. Room was clean, comfortable bed, small refrigerator and coffee pot, and very friendly staff and moderate priced rooms. Easy highway access and nearby restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to any traveler in need of a decent, clean and moderate priced place to spend the night

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Very clean location (inside motel) around back where we walked dog other half said people were “hanging” around so of course be sure to lock vehicles and have valuables with you at all times. While grabbing luggage from vehicle to go to room, and woman and guy came from around the back of motel and they looked as though on drugs and they couldn’t walk straight was talking...

Stayed here for wife's 50th high school reunion. Room was clean, comfortable and best of all, quiet. Staff from front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Tara and all of the front desk ladies were awesome.. we were there for a week for work and everyone was so helpful... the room was very clean and beds although not ours were pretty comfortable! Next time we work in that area we will definitely stay here!

Never knew a super 8 could be so nice! Work put me up here, and I was blown away! been to higher-end hotels and this place holds its own. Spacious room, king bed, nice furniture and finishings. Pretty classy! Impressive!

This place was nice and quiet in room 107. I needed to have a place to stay after day surgery. The housekeeping staff was great, they checked on my wife and I, but were not intrusive. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

We had a great time staying here on new years! It was a good price, super friendly front desk lady, & my kids loved playing their Xbox all night! The room was beautiful, clean, & felt very welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!

Check in: the girl at the front hypes was not friendly and when we walked in she had friends or family there visiting with her. No welcome. Was given our keys and that was it. Was not told about check out. Or breakfast in the morning. Room: it was fine. The bed was hard and there was white powder stuff all over the floor. The bathroom was clean. Area: lots of homeless around, the parking is ridiculous...

There was definitely a prostitute getting it on in the room next to us. Good thing I brought ear plugs. The waffle-maker excited us at first, but ultimately ended up producing waffles that taste like those styrofoamy dairy queen cones. But I will let these things slide because of the great location (close to downtown), high cleanliness, super comfortable beds, large size room, and friendly staff.

I had a very pleasant stay for two nights, and my biggest thing that I loved was the giant pillows in the room! Two pillows that were obviously expensive and super fluffy! The staff was great, and it's right across the street from some excellent food!

We stayed here while on a road trip. We were given a 1st floor room with a "jetted" tub as a bonus, but the jet system was broken. Regardless, it made for a nice bath in the morning and I'm sure young lovebirds would find the romance palpable. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was better than average. Fruit, quality tea and oatmeal, and a nice variety of the usual staples. Hotel location is great...
