We were in Eugene to visit family for Thanksgiving. We've stayed in a number of hotels. The rooms here were large and the kitchenettes were very nice. The space was clean and simple. Breakfast was fine (the coffee was good) and I did enjoy getting to do a workout on a peloton while staying. The location is also among the best in Eugene if you want to hang out down town at all.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was splendid. However our (spacious and comfortable) room had a funny smell. Peroxide, if I were to guess, although I'm not a chemist. This was a lovely and affordable stay in Eugene. The room was very spacious, including a bed, couch, kitchenette, desk, and bathroom. Everything was clean and looked almost new. Parking is easily available in the lot outside and breakfast was free! Such a rarity in these times. The breakfast included your classic coffee, waffle maker, and cereal. Incredibly nice and friendly staff! Very nice rooms, decor and breakfast. Seems like a great place for a longer stay. The location was very convenient, but walking downtown Eugene at night wasn't my favorite, nor was the room fridge; that made a high pitched whistle when it ran.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at over the years, hands down. The desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly; my room was very spacious and super clean, in great condition; the other guests were quiet and respectful; and I was even provided a to-go breakfast when I had to leave at 4:30 a.m. to catch my train! The hotel is cute/clean, but it cannot handle being booked to capacity. When we tried to shower the water was lukewarm at best and when we called the front desk we were told it was because they were completely booked and the heater couldn't keep up. One of the most impressive aspects of this stay was the communication with the hotel staff. Communicating to figure out the shuttle was smooth as I got immediate replies to my email. Also, I was able to make a last-minute change to my pickup shuttle as my flight had arrived early and I was given a text message to communicate with the hotel. The rooms and amenities are very nice but somewhat dated.

We had the double bed room that was quite spacious compared to other standard double bed rooms with their extra sitting area and desk. Wireless was fast and easy to connect. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We have had to stay here several times unfortunately for medical visits. Boy is this staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean but old. They have done what they can to make it look nice. As far as Motels go it is on the upper end.

They say non-smoking, but when you enter the room it does have that subtle but noticeable smell of cigarettes. I did not really mind it. Bed and bathroom were clean and operational. Service desk was prompt. Cleaning services were good. It was quiet and if you just need a budget place to sleep at night, I had no issue with it.

Excellent customer service by the office staff. The motel room was very clean and accomadating. Safe parking and motel is close to the airport, mininmarkets, and food establishments.

A clean room in a well maintained older facility with an accommodating proprietor living onsite, overall a good, honest old-fashioned value.

Place was clean and inexpensive. Not that close to a lot of dinning option though. Close to the airport, Which is why we stayed. Would probably stay again for the same reason and it was affordable

My room was small but comfortable and quiet. On ground floor, I had to go up a floor to get ice. View was car parked directly outside.

The hotel met expectations. The rooms are clean and the lobby is nice. I will caution folks not to pay for a river view. It is ……underwhelming. But otherwise a great stay.

A bit out of the way, but it is an astounding, new hotel. I Enjoyed everything about this hotel, especially the breakfast which offered alternating quiche and chicken sandwiches with cheese (not a fan of, I don't have access to running water at work). The rooms have ample lighting and even the cheap rooms feel somewhat like a suite compared to other slightly dated hotels. There are no vending machines...

Omg this place is actually great. Not gonna lie I usually have a list of complaints about hotels and I don’t even have one here. The bed is comfy, the pillows are great and it has that clean bleach like smell to it. The room itself is so clean too! It’s quiet in here and just overall comfortable

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious and they have a 24 hour pool and workout room. Breakfast had warm food and it was all available at 6am. Hotel is right next to a big park which I walked to in the afternoon. Staff were very friendly. I came for work, so I'm not sure what the daily rate is.

This is a great hotel with friendly staff and a very convenient location! The first room we had smelled like cleaned cigarette smoke so we asked for another room - the front desk worker was super friendly and had new room keys for us right away. The best stay yet in Eugene. Clean professionally run. Location quiet next to walking and duck ponds. Many guests had their dogs. Very comfortable.

Although the hotel was in the process of being renovated, everything was still accessible. The rooms look good, and level of service was still very high.

This trip my wife and son came with me. They provided us with a pack n play which was super awesome. They normally give you a crib with bars on it, which our son just loves playing with and never goes to sleep. This alone deserves 5 stars. The customer service here was also top notch. I recommend it.

Conveniently located for my work event. Close to a number of chain restaurants. Has all the standard amenities as all the Hampton Inn including free WiFi and breakfast. Had some noisy neighbors that kept banging on the wall before 10pm, but they quieted down after that. Make sure together valuable s out of your car. There were strange people roaming the parking lot in the morning. One guest vehicle's lights were going off, and you can't get into the hotel's front doors without a room key at odd hours.

I love this motel 6. not only is the location awesome, the entire property upkeep is spectacular. I was able to easily check in early, before 3pm, without any extra fees. there's no deposit or credit card authorization for incidentals, which was a blessing. and to top it off, NO PET FEE!! yay! the front desk staff, particularly DESIREE and JOSH, made my stay most enjoyable. both of them were eager...

The staff are friendly and I have to say that the two separate says we had Josh on the front desk was wonderful and Desiree on our second stay was very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very hospitable and one went out of her way to give us fresh towel. The rooms are very clean and if you have anything issues at all the staff promptly respond and take care of everything.

Enjoyed two nights at Signature Eugene. The location makes it convenient to the centre of town and also to many newer restaurants, coffee, and craft beer locales.

Arrived at Signature Inn in Eugene after hours in an ice storm on I-5. The owner was so kind and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy with fun colors. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Also, the WiFi is fast for having to do work on the road. Highly recommended!

Absolute hidden gem of Eugene. All new, modernized rooms. Looks like something out of the Jetsons. Such cool decor. Friendly staff. Free tray of treats in the room. Hardwood floors. Very clean. Brand new pillows. I'll be staying here every time I visit my student now.

Did an overnight stay while on a motorcycle ride. The motel has been very nicely remodeled. The room was super nice & clean with new bath/shower and comfy beds. The room was fairly quiet for being in such a traffic-heavy area, although I might recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. One of if not the cheapest in town, even so the rooms have always been clean. I have stayed at Courtesy Inn probably at least 10 different times, never had a complaint. Staff is helpful and friendly. Not sure if there is room service, but I never order it anyway. It is close to the rougher parts of town, but other than that it's a good, mostly quiet place to stay the night.

Was a fairly large clean room with a comfortable bed. Was pretty quiet for being next to a main road. Staff was nice. Right downtown so was close to most things. Only issue I had was the bathroom just seemed to stay cold especially the floor but other than that we had a nice stay and would come back. Free continental breakfast

In town on business - Great place to stay on a budget. It is right next to a busy road, but the noise isn't too bad. Clean rooms, great service, cold a/c (SO nice for these HOT summer days). They even have a continental breakfast, though my work had me leaving too early to grab some. It's within walking distance of fast food, coffee, food trucks, bars, a dispensary, tobacco stores, convenience stores...

I loved my stay at coutesy inn! Location was wonderful right downtown and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I will be going back there next I visit Eugene.
