Rooms were nice and clean but you could hear people and doors closing in the hallway (there was a gap under the door). Larger room than typical for this class of hotel. My king bed room had a small sofa and foot rest that was nice. Room was immaculate and well maintained. Good climate control pass-through wall system but with wall mounted controls. Worked well. In Florida A/C is used about 10 months or more out of the year. The room was cozy and the amenities have the standards of Sheraton at some points. The bed sets were comfy and elegant. The reception area has a pretty good coffee machine that can even makes cappuccino or french vanilla latte with a thick layer of foam.

The check in experience was nice and smooth. The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays. The room was a decent size and was superficially cleaned. Upon further use of the room, some of the sheets had spots on them. One comforter stored in the closet had an old blood stain in it, (reported it to the front desk). The rest of the room was clean. It's OK. People are friendly. Facility looks clean in the lobby and the pool is very nice. Elevators are pretty slow. Rooms are clean but lots of noise coming from people down at the pool area and the roadway.

Can I ask why the TVs are bigger than the picture? You lose half of the screen size and it is harder to see. Whatever the setting it is should be removed. I have tried a bunch of stuff and given up every time we have stayed here. Upgrades on that and some bathroom upgrades are needed. But still a great place to stay.

Best deal for a medium priced hotel with a great view of the river, and I have stayed at most. The rooms are clean, large, and for the most part comfortable. The TV is the biggest disappointment. Hard to find the big channels. Too many available.

They were rock hard and very noisy when you moved in them. Highly recommend! I travel often and this is one of the best hotels in this price point. Many hotels still do not have Netflix and other streaming service capabilities in room tv and this hotel has that and cable. The gym is above average for a hotel gym. We evacuated to this hotel from Ian as we where hit directly. I had to do on line reservation. Lesson #1 book a rm asap for an evacuation plan....trust me i started 2 days before all booked in 12 hrs...Thank God Lani Kai called to cancel due to 18 ft surge...good thing we didn't stay there we'd be dead as it is gone now😪😪😪 Get to this hotel no power no Generator no help or flash lights what a mess...

Cannot believe what a great find this place was, staff was extremely friendly: even at 4 am Maribelle was cheerful and just really helpful, and the shuttle driver was really a pleasure to deal with also. This is one of the best run Hilton hotels I’ve been too. Everything was clean and the coffee was fresh. The front desk was very accommodating and the breakfast was also clean and stocked. I will be doing more travel to Ft Myers over the next year will go out of my way to stay here.

This was very close to where I was working. The internet was advertised as high speed, but I could not connect. It was advertised as a hotel, but the rooms are motel style, the doors open to an outside walkway. The toilet would not flush correctly, you had to stand there and hold the handle. No elevator that I could find.

I've stayed here 6 or 7 times over the years of visiting Ft. Myers. It's quiet and well located fairly close to River District and downtown (given how sprawling Ft. Myers is) or head south and get to Sanibel easily. Lots of inexpensive eating options on Cleveland and Mel's next door is great without moving the car. Some rooms currently being remodeled but work is only during the day so it's no inconvenience...

Room is clean. Place is under construction but it was still very quiet here. Front desk guy who checked us in was very nice. Bed is super comfy! I have nothing to complain about!!

No elevator! There was a room available on the ground floor but the night clerk put us on the 2nd floor and said that they might have a bottle floor available for the next nite, I went to the lobby to get another night if they had one on the bottom floor, The day shift clerk said sure we have a brand new room ,He said I don't know why you was not put in this room last night,it was available! Very good location near a lot of places. Heated pool is so refreshing. They must be doing a bunch of refinishing while we are here. Lots of rooms are not available..including the rm we asked for but hey we loved this place.

Great price , extremely small bathroom, saw a small live roach in the bathroom but just killed it and flushed it, beds were pretty comfy , wifi was easy worked good but at times it was very slow
