La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Fresno Yosemite

Do not check in this hotel AKA motel this is not hotel. Let me tell you that it’s not renovated. It’s old. She was dirty mattress was beat up. Bathroom was dirty. Every inch of our room was dirty. The location is horrible so do yourself a favor do not book this hotel I pay $470 for three nights and I know my family suffer because it was my fault. I did not pay for refund, never going back there we were there May 24 until May 27 morning we check out around 3:30 in the morning because we were tired living in such a dirty room. Lamp was broken. Everything was broken. Everything was ripped.when charging so much to the customers.

Cockroachs - I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on May 3-5th. On Check-in hotel did not honor my Wyndam early check-in membership. We had to wait 3hr's. The hotel seemed nice, but we was forced to sleep with the lights on because we killed 2 cockroachs first night and didn't want more to come out when sleeping. So we sleeped with lights on. Next morning we asked for maid to wipe down room to stop more roaches from coming out. 2nd night we killed 2 more, and sleep with lights on again. At check-out the ft desk girls said I would receive a discount for my stay. It was a lie. I paid over $330 to sleep with cockroachs.

The rooms were terrible! We had no hand soap. We tried to use the body wash in the shower as hand soap but it was out. There was mildew stains all over the drywall in the shower (and they said they just remodeled). The toilet paper roll was leftover had about one swipe worth. The carpet was dusty with dust bunnies. The TV remote didn't work. The safety lock on the door didn't work. We had a "view" of the pool, but curtains that wouldn't close all the way so our room was flooded with the pool lights. We were looking forward to breakfast but it opened to late for early risers. The pool was unheated and frigid. This was beyond the worst stay I've had at a hotel.

First I should say front desk folks get 5 star, very nice people. BUT it was the worst stay I’ve ever had in La Quinta. The bed and bathroom was clean but the room floor wasn’t vacuumed and dust on all surfaces. Both toilet sink and tub were clogged. The entrance door lock knob was broken, so It wouldn’t lock the door. The neighborhood doesn’t seem safe. The breakfast station was so so and always missing coffee. No trash can in the restroom… very disappointing

There was nothing good about staying here. The night we checked in, there was only 1 cart to bring up your belongings. The elevator to go up to the second and third floor was on the opposite side of the front desk, making the walk a chore. The elevator itself was dirty and the tiles on the elevator ceiling were broken/missing. The overall appearance of the hotel was disgusting. Black stains on the walkways, dirty handrails, dirty stairs, dirty everything. Once we got in our room, there was a dirty feeling. The room was run down, NOTHING like the pictures provided on the site. The toilet/shower area had mold all over the walls and ceiling. There was urine all over the toilet and the shower itself was dirty. We took pictures to have proof. We called down the the front desk and ended up changing to a different room. The second night we were there neither of the 2 room keys worked so we had to go back to the front desk to get our keys redone. The morning after there was limited breakfast items, one waffle maker for almost 20-30 people trying to get breakfast. The next morning after that, the woman who supposedly did the “breakfast” came in late and had nothing prepared. We checked out with no breakfast. As we were checking out, the front desk asked how our stay was. We told her we were disappointed and she said she would have the manager/owner/boss either call us or email us that day. Never got a call or email. Extremely disappointed and frustrated having to pay money to stay here and will NEVER stay at this location again.
