Piccadilly Inn Airport

I just wanna start by saying that please, Don't rent a room in this hotel. It is filthy and nasty and I have a video to prove it roaches all over. I tried to work it out with the staff. I sent them emails twice with the video. They ignored me. They didn't even reply. They do not care, so please, if you can don't go there. Too bad. I cant upload the video, so I can show you all. Big big roaches.

The woman in the front give very poor service. Are very rude. I was there in Fresno for a funeral and it was running passed check out so I went on line and paid for another day. I then called the front desk and explained that the service was longer than expected and I wouldn’t be in until 1pm to recheck back in but that I had already extended my stay. The lady at the front desk said if I wasn’t back by 12pm I would have a $50 late check out fee because their policy is you have to come recheck in before 12pm even if you did already pay and extend the room. Did I mention I was at a funeral! So I had to leave the service early just to satisfy the ladies at the desk. Talk about evil! I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re staying over a day.

Staff was nice.
Breakfast was amazing.
Hotel needs updates.
Carpet is in need of cleaning.
Two soda machines in building , both broken.
Pool was locked up, filter broken.
We repeatedly had to walk to the desk for coffee and sugar.
Never saw a housekeeper.
We were told to put our trash in the hallway.
On a lighter note, the breakfast and wait staff were awesome!
