Wonderful staff, very clean! Prices are wonderful, the pool is great, you can also get rooms literally pool side, walk out of your room into the pool area. Has an arcade, a deli and literally a few seconds away from restaurants and Gettysburg park. Tons of paranormal sightings and stories in the area! So much fun. Highly recommend

Just outside of Gettysburg there are two hotels joined. The Eisenhower at first look seems rather drab but under the premis of getting a newly renovated room at such a low price with a sliding glass door leading to the pool, it was a no brainier. Nicer than expected. Nice accommodations. Attended a conference. Food was good, but the person running the food service one evening would not replenish the desserts even though they had several racks of them in an open meeting room not being used. The hotel has a cool theme with all the historical Americana decor. The room is good. The staff are well trained and attentive. The breakfast buffets at the hotel was not for me. I really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet in the room but my view was of the roof above the pool. And someone left a odd piece of trash out there.

Great stay at a Courtyard. We stayed there with minimal expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable but dated. The breakfast was very small and the same thing every day. If staying one or two nights that's fine but after that a change would be nice. I like to give my disabled person's point of view, I travel alone. I use an electric mobility scooter and when I tried to get into the place, I couldn't open the door while driving my scooter through. This hotel has been recently renovated and looks great! The king size beds were amazing and the rooms were huge and spacious (and very clean!) Jared the front desk man was our MVP of the weekend, who charmed the masses with his ability to handle any situation with ease and professionalism. Stayed at Aspire in July of 2018. Many people on here are speaking of the older, adjacent hotel, The Eisenhower. This hotel was expensive and did not need to be. It was comparable to a motel 6 on the inside. There was coffee in the room but it was the worst room coffee ive ever had. There was no free coffee at the hotel or at the adjacent Eisenhower. No free breakfast at all. For the price it should have better everything. The room was large but the bed wasnt comfy. Overall i I was disappointed.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The front desk manager (Dan) was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the decor they had out for Christmas and they even had a few free snacks and lemon water. The room itself was perfect and we had zero issues.

Have stayed at a number of Garden Inns being a member of the Hilton rewards program. Our room was clean. You can adjust the room to very cold if you want. Which with COPD this is very helpful. My family loved the stay here. The hours for the bar could have been expanded. The pool was very well kept and kids loved it. Room was well stocked and clean. This was a very nice hotel. It looks like they are renovating because I did see carpet out side and the inside was very nice and cozy looking on the lobby. The room was CLEAN with a good mattress. Plenty of on-site parking. Reasonably quiet. The room was spartan with minimal furniture and totally devoid of pictures or ornamentation. The lighting was inadequate. Despite the shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to book a room there again.

Very clean and spacious room. We got one of the fireplace rooms which we paid extra for but well worth it. Even though we didn't use the fireplace. 😂 The room did not have a tub just a shower which was fine. The air didn't work very well either but it's an older hotel so expected I guess and it was very hot in Gettysburg. The parking you had to pay for but it was not too far from the hotel.

Besides a great location, the property was meh. Cleaning/maid service was spotty, the property needed an update/painting, “suite” was extremely small and should not be billed as such, shower had no hot water for most of the time, room was not even in the hotel proper but over a walkway to another property. I've had the pleasure of staying at the Baladerry Inn on four occasions. The Inn is in a perfect location for exploring Gettysburg. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the grounds are peaceful. Judy, Kenny and staff are exceptional and make you feel very welcome in your getaway home. The best part... your daily 3 course breakfast, that are so good, I have to ask for the recipes. YUM. Very big and cheap rooms. Equipped with everything you need, good breakfast and the location even has a swimming pool and hot tub.

Very clean and cozy. Great staff, a hot tub and pool (I never got to use them, but those are great amenities to have!), and surprisingly-good coffee from a machine (24 hours). The shower had great water pressure and they are truck friendly, even though theres not much space for a tractor & trailer. Bobtail tractors will work though!

I can't even begin to praise this place enough!! We walked into the room and was extremely pleased with it. Updated , clean, and decorated very nice. They had a very nice breakfast, the help was very nice the check in very pleasant and because of this we will be staying here every few months when we come to shop!!

We booked across the street a month ago & when arrived they over booked us. We’re from Philly. The lady was super friendly and accommodating to get us & our dog in. Only thing that wasn’t pleasant was only having one working light outside the bathroom, hot and cold water reversed, the AC didn’t work. And we had about 13 stink bugs hanging with us. It was only for an evening so it wasn’t worth complaining...

Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub. Staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. My key card worked properly all week. I recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book a room again.

Super friendly staff! If you don’t mind a little extra walk, great location. Very quiet! I would definitely stay here again. Close to many stores and fast food. The room was very clean. Only downside was no housekeeping to take the trash accumulated.

The front desk people were very nice. The price of the room was great and it was very clean! They had coffee but no breakfast which was no big deal. There's plenty of places to go. We will be back.

I stayed with a party of 9. We had 2 rooms with each having 2 beds. Rooms were clean and functional. For the price, can't complain - that stated, you get what you pay for. No breakfast buffet or drink options - watered down coffee or hot water to brew your own.

I have stayed at a lot of bed-and-breakfasts in my lifetime, but this was hands-down my favorite. Steve, our host, was so knowledgeable about history, but also about the community. I stayed in the String of Pearls WW II themed room. It was lovely. The bed was comfy. I stayed for 2 nights. It was perfect for me for a little getaway. Barbara was so nice. She gave me directions to some of the places I had planned to visit, which were all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gettysburg.

We stayed in the King suite on the bottom floor. The place was comfortable and the antiques were wonderful. Great location to many locations(center of most). Great place to relax and feel like family. Barbara was very sweet and accommodating to life circumstances. Everyone was lovely. We will be staying again. I highly recommend this jewel to stay at. Such a beautiful space to get some rest after traveling and enjoying the town’s rich history. The themed rooms are immaculately kept and the family who owns the Airbnb are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. The ice cream next door is also phenomenal :)
