The Lodges at Gettysburg
Gettysburg, 685 Camp Gettysburg Road 🧭 Map
Picnic, Fishing
Decided to try the Thanksgiving buffet rather than cooking at home. We enjoyed the experience. The setting was beautiful and the facility is top notch. The buffet was set up in a spacious banquet room with smoke room between tables. There was a large selection of appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts. The food tasted very good for a large buffet with two serving lines. I would have liked to have...
Thank you Beth, Denise and Nona! You all were wonderful !
Nona ran our wedding (which she usually doesn't do) and it couldn't have gone any better. She was helpful, personable and down to earth. She was great. My kids loved her!! The bar staff was great, kind and very accommodating. We are so happy we picked the Lodges to have our wedding! We will definitely be back for our anniversary!
What a fantastic place! Gorgeous property with stunning views from the hilltop location (especially at sunrise). The cabins themselves are beautiful and so comfortable. Rustic decor yet luxurious. Super location, a few minutes drive to the battlefield and town, but you feel miles away. Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would LOVE to have a wedding or corporate event here. Only regret was...
Staff was friendly. The lodge was well maintained and extra clean. The view was amazing from the lodge. The tavern restaurant on site is a 5 star rating cooking to me. The presentation and taste of food was astonishing. The whole experience made my 10th Wedding Anniversary weekend memorable! I would definitely recommend this !
Beautiful country side is one of the features you will enjoy. The Lodges sit on top of a hill and view of the valley is stunning. The service is wonderful as well. The Lodges are awesome. We attended a wedding there and many members of our family. We all loved our stay.
Very pleased with our stay at the Lodge! Very clean and staff very accommodating. Great Location, close to all. We will definitely be back!

Gettysburg, 516 Baltimore Street 🧭 Map
The staff are very nice, and the location as others have commented is perfect for exploring the town & the battlefield and beyond. I was teaching a class here in the area and so really needed to have a good Internet connection… It was only so-so… That’s the only thing that could be improved… The coffee in the lobby is excellent.
We stayed here for the first time and we brought my niece and nephew. This is an excellent place to stay if you've got kids! The breakfast in the morning was top notch and the kids looooved the pool!
Great Hotel...could not ask for a better location which was right on the main street! Room was very comfortable, clean. Looking forward to coming back to this great city and definitely going to book again at this Hotel!
This is a pet friendly hotel, but they do have rooms that pets are not allowed in. Walls are on the thinner side, and traffic can be heard inside even on the back side. Beds were comfortable, and the a/c will definitely freeze you out. There is a mini fridge, but there was no microwave in our room. Rita's water ice is across the street, as well as a lot of the ghost tours. The union cemetery, as...
Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it greatly. Arrived a few hours early but the staff went out of there way to get our room ready. We checked in at 145pm tyvm. Location was perfect , several shops within walking distance as well as several places to eat. Jenny Wades house was next door! There was construction going on but the noise was not bothersome. The breakfast selection was excellent and fresh. Battlegrounds...
We liked everything and have not a single complaint. The staff made us feel welcome and was exceptionally helpful.

Inn at Herr Ridge
Gettysburg, 900 Chambersburg Road 🧭 Map
200 year old Inn and Tavern located less than 1/2 mile from the start of the battle of Gettysburg. Facility was used as an operating room and recovery station for confederate soldiers right behind the front lines of the battle. Also a stop on the underground railroad. Supposed to be heavily haunted but we had no unusual guests going bump in the night. Room was quaint and cozy with 10' ceilings...
We had a great time at the Herr Inn. Our room was beautiful, clean, and romantic (Room 7). Our dinner was outstanding as was the service and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The only thing that could use improvement was the breakfast. We were disappointed with the selection (shrimp and grits or waffles) and would have liked a little variety and perhaps a breakfast meat like bacon or sausage...
We attended a wedding reception here and it was perfect. The staff was fun and friendly, chatting with my 10 year old and bringing him a special box for extra cupcakes. The room was comfortable despite a chilly evening. I’m thrilled my friend’s reception was full of great memories, laughter, and no stress because of the exceptional services this venue provided.
My wife and I have stayed here before. It was excellent then and is still excellent. The room was comfy/cozy with beautiful antique décor. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast (not The Livery) was delicious. We will most definitely return many more times.
We recently had our wedding in the wedding barn with over 135 people. We also had a lot of out of town guests and we took up the whole property. Everyone was very accommodating and were very helpful and made our special weekend perfect. I would especially like to mention Michelle who was our wedding liaison and Diane who was the manager of the inn.. They were excellent from the beginning of the weekend...
Impossible to beat this wonderful historic venue.. First class service... Wonderful atmosphere and ambiance and amazing cuisine that is wonderfully prepared... Been coming here for 15 years and would not consider another spot near or in Gettysburg...

Raphael Inn
Gettysburg, 32 E. Lincoln Ave 🧭 Map
Thank you Alexandra and George for making us feel like family. Enjoyed visiting with you both...you are so knowledgeable about many things, especially the Gettysburg area.
Your breakfast was not only delicious and artistically plated, but we also felt like we were in a French restaurant because of the music being played, and George was a fabulous waiter!
Plus, I had the best night’s sleep in your wonderful...
We enjoyed our anniversary trip to Gettysburg. We were pleased to stay at the Raphael Inn. I booked our stay directly with Alexandra. She was full of so much information about the area and let us use their CD to follow the driving tour of Gettysburg. They were happy that we were there and it showed in their concern that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was special and well served. Our bed was...
Owners are very friendly. Helped us with our tour planning. Beautiful place to stay. I felt like I was staying at a good friends house. Will definitely stay there again!
The couple who owned this establishment were very friendly and treated us like family. The rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the food was delicious. The dogs who lived there were friendly, too.
We had an amazing stay at Raphael's Inn. Our hosts, George and Alexandria, were not only gracious, but very helpful for first time visitors to Gettysburg. Our room was adorable, and our private bathroom was stocked with everything we could have needed. And, of course, breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Love the Inn, George and Alex are the most gracious hosts. We are heading back this Thanksgiving 2016. Looking forward to those superb breakfasts and coffee!

very clean
good breakfast
excellent front desk staff…friendly and helpful
Great rates for a decent hotel. Always clean and pretty quiet. Love the cemetery view! The hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly enough. Complimentary breakfast buffet has a little bit of everything.
Nice place friendly staff. You are right on the battlefield, with a short 10 min walk to downtown gettysburg. Comfortable, clean rooms. It would be nice if the city had street lights from the town to the hotel. Although walking by the cemetery in complete darkness was kinda cool.
Room was very comfy. Shower had very little pressure. Has the slowest elevator ever. Breakfast was ok nothing to wright home about. Location was ok, if there would have been a sidewalk down that far on Baltimore Street, minutes from Historic Downtown Gettysburg.
Cancel this rating, April 28th, 2018 they are currently remodeling the hotel. Room is very comfortable and clean. Hotel is not really big, so no room is a far walk from the front desk, unlike the place I am at this evening. Rooms are suites, and are plenty spacious. Highly recommended. Only downside, there is no food or Gas Station in walking distance.
It was a good place, beside the fact that they were redoing the floor tiles, it was still a very clean place. The elevator is somewhat slow but they usually open up the fire escape stairs so you can go up faster than the elevator. The pool is small and only 4 ft deep, and the food was good. Overall a good place. Rooms had 2 queens and 1 sofa couch for 5 people, rooms were clean based on our 3 day stay

North Ridge
Gettysburg, 1950 Biglerville Road 🧭 Map
Not operated as a motel any more. It has been converted into efficiency housing for people waiting on their permanent housing to become ready. You have a microwave, extra large dorm room refrigerator with freezer, bed, table, dresser, TV, bath room, mailbox and parking. 7 min ride to Lincoln Square in Gettysburg 10 min ride to Biglerville.
This motel has been under-starred. Cindy is a fabulous host. Works hard to keep this place comfortable. Rooms are nice and comfortable. getting improved. Just far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet while on vacation
Stayed there with my husband for a couple weeks very quiet everyone was friendly would recommend if u need a place to stay

Quality Inn At General Lee's Headquarters
Gettysburg, 401 Buford Ave., Gettysburg 🧭 Map
This was a great stop over parking at your door. swimming pool.. breakfast..and great views.and just 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
Hi Matthew, I'm the new General Manager of the Quality Inn at General Lee's Headquarters. First and foremost, I apologize for the poor service you received. There has been quite a few fantastic changes implemented since your last stay. I am very proud of all my staff and hope you will allow us another opportunity. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Great hotel, very clean, very friendly staff. Fantastic location for touring Gettysburg, made it so easy to pop back to the room for breaks. This place is located within feet of the battlefield and even has its own museum located on the premisis. It actually enhances your stay by being able to see so many monuments and historic buildings from the hotel. An absolute thrill for the Civil War historian...
Very nice!! We stay in a lot of hotels, and I was very pleased with our stay here. Great location. The room smelled so clean and the bed slept great. Great service also and good breakfast!! Right at the number one stop on the Gettysburg battle filed tour.

Inn at Cemetery Hill
Gettysburg, 613 Baltimore Street 🧭 Map
Great place to stay while you're in Gettysburg. We loved the location, and the room was clean and quite large, plenty of room for our family of 4 (with two boys ages 12 and 14). Large bathroom and full size tub/shower with great pressure out of the shower head. Beds were very comfortable too. Everything in the room was very clean and in very good condition. Breakfast was the typical microwaveable items...
The room was CLEAN with a good mattress. Plenty of on-site parking. Reasonably quiet. The room was spartan with minimal furniture and totally devoid of pictures or ornamentation. The lighting was inadequate. Despite the shortcomings, I wouldn't hesitate to book a room there again.
I can’t say enough good things about the hotel another service absolutely loved this place!! I love the blanket in the room
So much I need one please tell me Where to buy one the most comfortable blankets ever! Everything about this place was simply amazing thank you for everything! Wish I could give you 10 🌟’s
This hotel is right in the middle of the action at Gettysburg and very close to the national military cemetery, the meeting point for most ghost tours, and some great little restaurants and activities. Only about 1.5 miles from the visitor center, too. Hits my main points: it’s clean, has a decent (free!) breakfast, and parking. The beds were also very soft and comfy, a definite plus. Thanks for a...
Hesitate to leave a review, because I want Charlie & Karen to always have a room for me! They are beautiful people inside and out. Charlie's warmth and thoughtful patience shown thru the first time I called. Now, about the rooms: clean floor, bathroom and sheets. Amenities, all the necessaries are here including working fridge & freezer, and the center of town is right out the door. This is a lovely...
