Best Western Cape Cod Hotel, Hyannis1 / 35
Hyannis, 1470 Iyannough Road 🧭 Map
The room was clean and a good size, the beds was comfy. There is no comfortable seating in the room we had. Breakfast was very good. We specifically went here because it was pet friendly (with a $30 upcharge). I was disappointed to learn I was not allowed to leave the dog in the room. First time we have traveled with my little 10lb dog. So going pretty much anywhere was out, even to the pool or Spa...
Stayed here for two nights during the winter. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable, shower worked well. The breakfast was also solid for a hotel. For under $100 a night in the winter this is hard to beat. It was packed and at some points it was loud but it did not bother us. Will return if we are in the area. Nice property...
It was nice, we got to take our pets which is always a plus. The pool area was very clean and had a hot tub and a sauna which was quite enjoyable. The breakfast was also good, a bit sparse on variety in terms of the day to day but filling for those on the go
We are staying here when we have our dog with us. Dog rooms are dog rooms. Less furniture, simple , first floor location. Staff is aways nice. They provide us with extra pillows, blankets on a really cold night and towels. Pool is small and heated. Hotel also proved a simple hot breakfast. Dog stay cost $30. Location is great - 2 min with car from Olive garden and couple more local restaurants also...
Dog-friendly hotel- clean, convenient; rooms with outside access; plenty of parking; reasonably priced. A few minor nits: empty poop bag dispenser; loud refrigerator; limited surface space. Beds have light coverlets, presumably for easy, frequent laundering- a good thing for pet-designated rooms. Recommend to those traveling wiith Fido seeking "budget"-level accommodations.
We had wonderful experience at Best Western Cape Cod. Hotel is very close to route 132 but still very quite. Staff is very friendly and helpful to any needs. We had king room and it was well maintained with lots of floor space. Swimming pool is huge. They have excellent hot breakfast.

Lovely little hostel located on the waterfront, easy walking access to the ferry terminal, beach and high street. Clean, and nicely decorated communal areas. One of the better Hostels I stayed in while in the states.
This hostel was incredible! My partner and I had a queen sized private room which was perfectly sized and very homey! The greatest part was that we even had a WATER VIEW from the room window!! All shared locations were super clean and cared for. If you like to cook, a unique range of herbs like lemon verbena, basil, cilantro, and more awaits for you in the garden. Everyone on the property was so lovely...
I've stayed in more than a hundred hostels all over the world and this was one of the nicest. It was cleaner than many of the hotels I've stayed in. Really spotless, which is unusual for a hostel. Well run and clearly well cared for - it's even got a charming backstory.
First time coming here great staff love this place definitely so worth it ! Definitely coming back ! Price was great bed was comfortable everything was nice and clean !
I usually cringe at the idea of staying at a hostel, but this place was absolutely perfect for a quick weekend at the Cape. Much cheaper than any nearby hotel, clean, tidy, friendly staff, plenty of bathrooms, beachy decor, and books and games for guests to use. If you're afraid of hostels, give this place a try anyway, you might be pleasantly surprised.
I stayed in the cabin not the main building and it was very satisfactory. The main house had a nice game/dining room.

Not a bad experience. I have dealt with much worse for more money. Quiet little place set back away from any city congestion. Pool was older, but well maintained and nice still. I would stay again if needed.

Nice bed, great view. Quant little rooms, though spacious for two people. I only regret not trying out their pool. Cape Wind made for a humble temporary home.

Stayed in a newly renovated room. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great Value.
Low rates was a big plus. Staff very friendly. Room was huge and super clean. Love the body wash and shampoo dispensers instead of mini bottles. Over all very nice, would stay again.
For the size of the room (we got the room with 1 king and 2 queen) it was excellent for what we needed. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The decor is straight out of the 70s. It is in desperate need of some update. But it did the job and the price was great! My waffle on the other hand....😳
THE NEW PILLOWS ARE HARD I've stayed here many times and I've never had an issue.its not the nicest place in the world but it gets the job done. super close to everything PLEASE CHANGE THOSE TERRIBLE NEW PILLOWS or at least put some soft ones
The room and parking were excellent. Indoor pool and hot tub, divine. Breakfast was your basics, plus a waffle maker. The staff was quick with any request. While our room was cozy warm, the hallways were very cold. To be fair, it was one of the coldest new years in decades. My only issue was the wifi internet kept going down. Would definitely stay again.
I was only there over night and we had a nice stay. The staff were nice the rooms were clean and accommodating but definitely needs some remodeling. If you have kids I would only recommend a night or 2 unless they can shower instead of taking a bath, the tub was clean I know because I went and got some cleaning stuff and tried my to clean it myself thats when I realized it was just stains but still...

We liked absolutely everything! It's a a very cozy and friendly place, where you really feel the Cape Cod relaxed vibe. The breakfast and the access to the barn is just great! The staff were very friendly and the recommendations booklet really feels like it was made with love and purpose. So many great things to do and see nearby - great restaurants too.
My boyfriend and I just stayed at the Red Horse Inn recently; we like to explore different parts of the cape and this was our first time in Falmouth. Absolutely loved it here. The owner was extremely sweet and welcoming. We loved that we were located just minutes from everything: Dunkin, Starbucks, Walgreens, other stores and restaurants, the downtown shopping area, and even the ferry we took one day...
Highly recommend the Red Horse Inn for a stay in Falmouth. Clean, spacious room with friendly staff and nice amenities such as breakfast and beach towels provided. Walking distance to many attractions in Falmouth including Main Street, beach, and island queen ferry!
This place is LOVELY! That's the word we kept saying over and over again while we were there and have continued to say since we returned home. It's cute, it's quaint, it's exactly what you want. The rooms were immaculate; so clean and bright. The air conditioning worked perfectly and wasn't noisy. The bathroom was a good size and there was a tiny little ledge above the sink that held everything we...
Great location! You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Close to ferry. Close to restaurants and shops. Clean quiet bright and airy. Complementary coffee and tea in the barn and homemade muffins at breakfast, as well as yogurt granola bagels etc. Beautiful garden sitting area to congregate. Fridge and freezer in every room. We really enjoyed being able to park and walk to everything.
Very spacious rooms and a cozy barn which offers 24×7 coffee. There's also grab n go kind of breakfast from 7am to 10am.

You can’t the location of this place- right across from the Heights beach, restaurant on site, and easy distance to other Falmouth Heights locations (restaurants, etc). The room itself was newly renovated, except for the carpet. We did not have housekeeping service, which was weird. Shower was cold for at least 10 minutes. Be prepared for LOUD drunk individuals when Shipwreck closes. We were awakened...
Arrived a bit early for our stay. John at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us checked in to our room. The room was recently upgraded and was large, clean and very nice. John was also very helpful in finding local spots for food. Great service.
After I made the reservation I read the reviews and was scared that I made a mistake. However, the motel was fine. I did not expect a 4 star hotel for the modest price I paid. I expected a clean, safe motel close to the ocean and it was. Yes the bathroom is small compared to the chain hotels but only one person needs to be in the bathroom at a time so it was fine in my opinion. We did not have any...
I've stayed here several times in several different sized rooms and they've all been wonderful. The staff is very nice and the hotel is located in a very convenient and scenic part of Falmouth. The smell of the ocean adds to the ambience
The hotel was fantastic. We got to our room after the office closed and left before they opened. They left our key in a drop box for us which was very convenient. The room was above the British beer company so we were able to get food and drinks then stumble back to our room without having to drive. Even above a bar our room was very quiet and we slept right through the night without a problem. Great...

We were very impressed with the place. Our window face the ocean and that was beautiful. It was so nice to wake up to that. We enjoy it so much.
We were centrally located and enjoyed our Falmouth Harbor Walks. There was plenty of room in our unit, even though there was one bedroom and one bathroom. We loved the surrounding towns, the restaurants, and the museums!
I booked it for my husband, he stayed in the studio - it had everything he needed - he stayed for 3 nights - only the bed was not very comfortable. Front desk staff very attentive and welcoming. We want to come back in the summer to enjoy the beaches around,
Great service. The staff really know the town and where is a good place to grab a bite to eat. We gotta go back in the warmer months.
This is our second stay. Stayed in the smaller building in a one bedroom with full kitchen. Very comfy and clean. Next time, I may request a second floor room due to noise from upstairs. I'm sure the folks upstairs have no idea that their walking around sounds like a family of horses. Toilet flushes and running water are loud. The mattress could stand a replacement as well. These are our only quibbles...

My friend and I spontaneously booked a night here. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and kind!! It’s a great little location. The room was also nice and clean. Definitely would go back if I am in the area again!
We stayed the weekend at this charming place a few times. Always a pleasure with owner Virginia and front desk lady Terry. The rooms are just how they are pictured. Your probably going to be gone all day visiting all the cool stuff Cape Cod Massachusetts has to offer then when you get back to your room it feels like your home. Hope everyone who stays has a nice time here. Kevin
Great location at an affordable price! Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. This is the Cape, where buildings are older and this place had that vintage charm. Parking is a little tight, especially with a car seat, but service is fantastic. If you bring your children please bear in mind- walls are thin, you'll need a stopper for the tub, and most likely a power strip for extra outlets.
Oct. 2023 One year ago we stayed for our first time at the Town and Beach Motel. We returned again this year, because although it’s not fancy, we knew we could count on having a clean room, clean bath, comfortable bed, and a good shower, with friendly and accommodating owner host. We were pleased yet again. Also, the location is fabulous.
This is a FAMILY run business. What that means is…you have people who are vested in trying to please you. They talk like REAL people. No, they don’t have a huge ice machine you can fill your cooler. They do have ice for a few cold drinks. We slept in a room with two double beds. This was all we needed. We had plenty of towels; a nice shower; toilet & sink. We were able to watch the Packer game...
Good location in centre of Falmouth, reasonable walking distance from bus station. Coffee and tea available at reception. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Clean.

Sea Crest Beach Hotel

Started here for 1 night over the weekend while checking out wedding venues down on the cape. We picked Sea Crest because of it's location right on the water, we had a great view of the ocean from our room, and the rates were very low during the off-season. As soon. as we got to our room, we changed into or bathing suits and hit the pool/jacuzzi area. Make sure to sprint to the door leading to the...
The best and pretty much only good thing about Sea Crest is the view. Our room was OK and the bathroom needed serious maintenance. The tub was painted… and did not drain. It’s also not close to much else. A 15 minute drive will get you to restaurants and more but the hotel is in more of a residential area. Get an ocean front view or pass on Sea Crest.
I was very impressed with the SeaCrest. One negative though. The Front Desk was very good at check-in and questions throughout the stay. The person checking me in mentioned he worked at Marriott for a number of years and it shows in his ability to provide excellent customer service. Overall the staff was very pleasent throughout the resort. Now the negative. You can only get a buffet for breakfast...
Went their for a wedding and it was very beautiful. The staff was amazing. The place was very clean.will be going back for another engagement.
It's a good place to go on vacation with family. Nice quiet environment and helpful staff.. It directly faces the sea view.. And it's built in a way that most rooms have at least a view.. Loved it..
Great hotel and even better location. We had our Grad Week event here and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a lobster bake dinner that was delicious and the venue was in a tent on the beach.

Tom and Bill were very welcoming and hospitable innkeepers. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were wonderful. So close to Main Street. Would go back for another visit without any reservation.
The Inn is a wonderful change of pace from the sterility of big box hotels. It has old world charm combined with excellent service. The room was immaculate and we were there during a hot spell and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious with great choices that would suit anyones tastes or dietary restrictions. We would stay here again whenever visiting Cape Cod.
What a great b&b. Lovely b&b. Rooms nicely updated with the quietest ac ever. Great bathroom towels and linens. Bed very comfortable Breakfast was outstanding. Walk to down town falmouth. Inn keeper and owner Tom was a great host as well as Brody..who is not a bear. We will return.
We had a wonderful time staying at Palmer House Inn. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning! We stayed in the Emily Dickinson room and it was so beautiful as was the whole Inn! We were also so close to many restaurants and the nearby bike path. Definitely will be staying again in the future!
We had a really lovely stay at the Palmer House Inn! The room was perfect - quiet and very well kept, with all the amenities one could want. The grounds were beautiful, even in winter, with cardinals and carolina wrens greeting us in the morning. The short walk to town was great with our dog, and it was easy to pick up food from the many tasty local restaurants. The highlight of the stay for me though...
We do a lot of long road trips throughout the United States and Canada and more often than not end up staying at B and B's or small Inns. The Palmer House met and exceeded our expectations. The location is terrific ..... 3 or 4 blocks to the center of town, Inn Keepers with a wealth of knowledge and lots of suggestions, extremely spacious and comfortable accommodations, and super good breakfasts. Nice clean rooms. Great location, short walk to downtown restaurants & shops. Short drive to beach. Nice indoor pool. I prefer main building but secondary rooms are just as nice. On sight restaurant is great. Only downside is no room service.
We spent 2 nights at Inn on the Square and thought the outside was beautiful and charming, the inside style just average, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk clerk was not totally on his game and confused us. He sent us to the wrong building, charged us the wrong figure, tried to check us out early, and other than those things was friendly. We did have breakfast on Sunday AM at Percy’s and...
We stayed in the king jacuzzi suite. We didn’t utilize the tub, as it was literally falling apart. We had to push the door closed completely as it was too tight against the carpet. Overall clean, although there were some stains on the curtains. They were very accommodating though! My boyfriend had an allergic reaction from dinner the night before, and the front desk receptionist was very kind in helping...
Very pleasantly surprised! We booked a two room suite , it was very clean. We are fussy about that , have to say the bedding was fresh and clean including pillows. Large bathroom was as well. Wish I knew there was a microwave and refrigerator. Seems to have been updated recently Have no negative comment and we’ve stayed at larger hotels. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Staff was pleasant...
This is a solid 3 star hotel walking distance from Falmouth square and its many restaurants, bars, shops. The rooms are clean but a bit cramped. Decor is traditional hotel- lots of red velvet and carpeting. Not luxury at all but nice enough.
The staff here are so kind. I flew in and wound up arriving early without my luggage (shout out to American Airlines!), tired and stressed. Since it's the off season, I was able to check in when I arrived early. The worker at the front desk was friendly and even recommended the restaurant connected to the hotel for lunch. They called right away when my luggage arrived as well. Would love to stay again

The room was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Good size, clean and comfortable. Close to the center of town (Woods Hole) and just a 5 min drive to Falmouth center. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly.
Stayed in a “Canopy Deluxe Room” for a week. Super comfy, extremely clean, very welcoming but low key if you don’t want to socialize. The ferry is literally right down the road.
Stayed in the Pavilion with two of my friends. Room was very spacious and large enough to accommodate a family. It was very clean and earthy, but what I really liked most about my stay was the staff. Everyone at the front desk I interacted with was so friendly, particularly Amanda and Lashonda (sp). I received check in texts from the front desk welcoming me and asking for any requests, and I even received...
Great location. So close to Woods Hole town center and the beginning of the Shining Sea bikepath! The complementary rental bikes worked great. Staff was friendly. The hotel grounds were quiet and well maintained. Cornhole was nice to have onsite, we played a few rounds. Room was clean and updated. The beds were comfy but I wish I had brought my own pillow- too fluffy for my taste. Another downfall...
