I was there on a family vacation and we all had a great experience, i noticed the only thing alot of members who vacation there can complain about was the pool and arcade/theater hours. Keep the fun open longer!😄it's so hot out there it would be nice to enjoy the pools without the scorching heat.

Nice place and atmosphere. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Room service for essentials like body wash, bottle in bathroom was either empty or did not work. Requested a new one but when service person showed up he said they were out of them, so no replacement.

Beautiful Resort!!! We arrived for our family vacation & nice greeted! We arrived before check time! We had to wait about 30 minutes to get our room & wifi fee with California taxes! The resort is spacious, family friendly, and wonderful amenities! I wish we could rate at half stars... The resort is really 4.5! 😊Overall, really nice! Highly recommend !

We had so much fun in the pools and lazy river! This Worldmark was 116°-120° in the last 5 days. If you like the heat, this is the place! They upgraded the arcade and activity center in bldg 16 and it's really nice for the kids to play and cool off too!!! We LOVE this place

It's so very hot. We're talking over 120 degrees every day. The pools are awesome, the air conditioner is keeping up. The public use grills are so useful. Everyone is kind. There is a free use theater space where we've watched a few movies.

We really appreciated Sonja, the lifeguard and staff member. She went above and beyond in honouring our wedding anniversary with a gift basket. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and local areas of interest. Very relational and welcoming. As well, Denise at the front desk, and relief at the pool, was very friendly, gracious, and attentive to us. Angel was very kind in helping us with our luggage...

the hotel is a simple place on the main road … basic and convenient. there are 2 great things about it: 1. Jacob at the reception- so nice and friendly and made me smile and welcomed ♥️ 2. great hot tub - so nice after a long hike

I stayed there and am shook after what me and my mom witnessed we saw a woman with long hair in front of our room once we went over there she vanished i even checked my bag and my small braclet was gone from the room thats all i can say. Good breakfast by the way.

Extremely impressed. We weren't expecting much, a last minute stop on a long drive home from a road trip vacation. Everyone we interacted with, whether on the phone or in person, was very friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and included a refrigerator and microwave in addition to usual coffee maker. Temperature was perfect. The included morning breakfast was a big surprise...

Place is quite dated, pun intended Hah.. its clean but needs new mattresses, the breakfast food needs better preparation it's pretty gross. Can't even eat it. You just have to eat the prepackaged cereal or string cheese or something. There's apples and bananas. Employees are nice and treat guests well.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! We checked in late in the evening after a long drive and the night staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room was in excellent condition and wifi was FAST. Really appreciated that. Breakfast was solid too, with hot and cold/takeaway options. Overall had a great experience.

Rooms were well furnished and the bathroom was very clean. I found something light to watch via the DVD rental shelf they had next to reception. I enjoyed that as an alternative to flipping through channels. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. I was on the go and needed to get some quick rest, so it was perfect.

Room was clean but not pristine and sufficient for my one might stay. Disappointed it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. I am a sound sleeper, if you aren't then be aware that train tracks are just across the street.

Had A great stay a fast check in he was very nice and a smile never left he's face. Only thing that should of been better was the dusty room house keeper didn't do a nice clean looked like it hadn't even been mopped.. It was late so I cleaned it my self so check in and front desk are awesome housekeeping needs to step it up!

The room I requested wasn’t ready at 2:45PM when we tried to check in, which is not that big of a deal, but the front desk gal was less than desirable. Not rude, but she obviously didn’t care whether we were put in a room or not. My husband was in dire need of a restroom but we were denied. He had a stroke and is obviously disabled, having less control over some functions than an able bodied person...

Best place that I have stayed in in a long time I mean this place was immaculate it even had shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall for you just in case you didn't have yours it had a full size closet and the toilet part of the bathroom was in its own area it even had a area for me to do my makeup like a vanity built into the bathroom like I said it was nice we had our own little kitchenette...

We've stayed at this hotel for over 15 years and it's beginning to show its age. Tiles in the bathroom are chipped in several places. The tub's over fill drain fell off exposing a lot of mold and mildew. The location is fantastic and very convenient for our needs and we will continue to support this place. There's a lot of construction workers with big trucks that stay here that take even the handicap...

Despite its humble appearance, it has hot water and free WiFi Internet. For me, that goes a long way.

The front desk service was great . Accommodated another stay. There must’ve been a misunderstanding, when I booked for two nights. Come to find out it was not set that way . So front desk did make it possible for me to stay one more night . I came here not for Please, but a family emergency.

Facilities look new. Breakfast room is huge. Lots of seating. Seating includes lounge type seats like sofa, arm chairs, TV seating lounge. Breakfast is regular fare, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, coffee, juices, cereals, muffins, etc . The Casino is nearby..kinda a long walk to it..I would take my car to go to it.

We were so appreciative of the extra clean room and extra space after driving from Florida on Hwy 10. The floors in our room were a laminate instead of carpet and felt so clean. A welcome change from hotels along the truck route! I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

The staff at this hotel is simply amazing! I had a little bit of mishap where I had misplaced by backpack which had many valuable items. I was under the impression that I had left the backpack in the room. They helped check all the cameras and helped me identify my mistake. Check in was easy, our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. They served biscuits and gravy, Turkey sausage, scrambled eggs along with many more items.

The rooms are clean but their cable is down this time so far it seems like the air conditioner Works won't know 100% until I leave it on for a while hopefully the cable will be back up this afternoon I'm only staying here 2 days so I guess I can live with it

I have nothing but good words to say about the staff here at Royal Plaza Inn in Indio, and that’s an understatement in itself. Long story short, I had a bad tire blow out on the freeway coming from CA to AZ, and have been ultimately stranded here in Indio while my vehicle matter is being worked out, which was looking grim. If you are coming through Indio, and see Royal Plaza Inn, don’t be deceived...

Don't you just love it when Front desk is Courteous!! Sylvia the Lady at front desk is Great. Rooms were so clean. Beds are comfortable. No smell of Cigarette smoke in my room. Very Quiet. Every one was so accommodating. Restaurants are walking distance. Free Parking. I can't complain.

I got jumped robbed and beat at this place. I will never forget. No help or security owner was just there watching did nothing could have called the cops but no. Am thankful to be alive that is all I can say

Not only are the remodeled rooms 5 star, the service is even better! Always have everything I needed and more. Staff was GREAT. Breakfast was awful, basically non-existent but the coffee was OK. There are no wash clothes at the hotel, bring your own. The air conditioning units was filthy, a health hazard.

Front desk staff were nice and friendly, and I knew what to expect when booking something this cheap in an area like Palm Springs and surrounding towns so no gripes there, either, but the docking of 2 stars is due to a mandatory $250 deposit fee that I was verbally assured would return within 24 hours. Then I called, and they changed it to 72 hours. Here we are 80 hours from me booking… and nothing...

Key didn't work to get into room...front desk person finally went to room with a computer to open door....never did get a key. People very nice but place quite run down. Pool sitting area closed so no place to sit outside on a nice evening.

Our room was nice. Very updated for a 2 star hotel with cool features. It has all the things you need when you are out on a weekend getaway. Iron. Fridge microwave blow dryer. Our room had a sliding door and small balcony. Nice for the price!!!

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Condo was in great shape. For an older place I wasn't expecting the renovations. Loved access to pool and hot tub and golf course. Price is reasonable

The property was poorly maintained and outdated, except for the kitchen appliances. There was an odor in the unit, the on-site laundry room was close for repair, and the pool was not heated. The only value was in the price per night.

Rooms and structure are amazing. However one of the pools was closed for construction and the other wasn't clean. Restaurants was closed. 3 stars overall.

OMG this was the best spot to park our RV for dry camping. We parked here for Coachella and it was great. The staff were helpful and really knew the best things to do in the area. Our space was on the casino parking lot and there was a lot of security for the area. Next year we plan to park here, go to the festival, and hang out in the casino. By far, the best thing about Village 29 was its location...

We stayed at the Days Inn on our way to NM. We were pleasantly surprised when entered. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us the best restaurant recommendation right opposite the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. Great value for money. Happy to recommend. Thanks to the team.

Really nice ladies at the front desk and the rooms were clean and comfy. Definitely a little older of a hotel but they stay up on it. Reasonable rates. The room was spacious and clean with king bed, sofa and desk. Per friendly of always a plus and I was only charged $10 for my dog. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Hot shower with plenty of pressure. Breakfast was minimal and all carbs, so we did not partake. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.

Rooms look updated and nice but the bed sheets were not washed. Previous persons hair on pillows sheets and some blood marks. Questionable folk just outside of room. My wife and I no longer felt safe and we ended up leaving just after it got dark.

I can't be more pleased with this inn. Stayed in a 1 bed room. Perfectly clean, good mattress, comes with fridge and microwave and coffee maker. For the very reasonable rate I expected far less. So rude at front desk! Room was disgusting , no tv it looked like it was torn off the wall. Cabinets were missing, the front desk people were so rude I couldn't believe it! Worst place ever ! Do not ever stay there! The Uber driver took us there we got locked out of our gated community we were staying at our friend was sleeping and didn't here the buzzer at 3am

Its a different motel experience then I expected. The rooms weren't luxurious but more common but I'm more common. The rooms all seem to have front and back doors. I appreciate this because I am so paranoid about fires and earth quakes. Over all I enjoyed my stay. There is a large grass area in the middle of the motel where I heard children playing. Children playing is always a comforting...

Not a great area and there is always lots of trash around the wall but they do have nice rose bushes and the pool and hot tub looks better than a lot of places. The rooms are really big in the back part by the pool which surprised me.

If you have arthritis the pools here are great in cold water. There is one pool with one temps COLD ONLY.

Very nice and relaxing RV resort. There are two small ponds with grass around them and ducks that you can feed while you relax. There is a heated pool with hot tub in the middle of the resort with plenty of seating around to take your book or laptop and relax. The staff at the front desk are very accommodating and nice. Perfect. Clean. Dog friendly. Sweet staff. We’ve been all over the country and Shadow Hills is in our top ranked resorts to stay at. There are multiple dog runs, a pond and fountain with a walking track around it. Sites were paved, yet there was plenty of grass around the park. The bathrooms were pristine and even had extra toiletries in case you needed anything. Being 8 miles from the Polo grounds...

Super quiet and peaceful rv park with a nice pond. Clean spots, not stacked on top of one another. Only complaint is it’s pretty hard to back into the spots as there’s NO space to pull forward so have your back game on 100. Also dog areas are small but there’s plenty of space around the park to on leash walk your dog.

We have stayed here in the past. Most recently we stayed twice during October 2022. We love this RV resort. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have always been assigned to the sites in front of the office. They are easy to back into and clean. We like the privacy hedges and the fact that we have plenty of room to park our tow vehicle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shadow Ridge. We were there because of a truck malfunction that left us stranded in Indio for a few days. We stumbled across Shadow Ridge, and they found us a spot and let us stay. They even gave us a site easily accessible by tow truck as our toy hauler had to be towed. I felt their pricing was very reasonable and their amenities were nice, especially the pool. ...

This is a secret awesome spot to stay for Coachella. It’s ten minutes away on the shuttle line. Great tent and RV camping packages. Clean bathrooms and showers.

I STAYED IN ROOM 134 FOR REFERENCE Check in easy. Hard to hear from office window, desk person could be at least welcoming. Paid ahead of time through Expedia, but was asked for card at check in. I assumed for incidentals. But this motel has no incidentals, (no room service, no maid service, not even a telephone) I don't know why it was swiped. No deposit was charged but I will keep my eye on my account...

Motel is a little off the freeway. We wouldnt have known about it except the Days Inn employee referred us here. Room was clean enough. Beds were ok. Located around a bunch of auto body shops. It was quiet though which was nice.

The Holiday Motel, located on Sun Gold Street, is one of the few remaining mid-century motel signs in Indio, CA.

Stayed here for Weekend 1 of Coachella 2015. Owner was super nice and accommodating. Rooms are kind of small, but I would definitely stay again. It's only a 9 minute drive from the Polo Grounds!

Mr Patel rocks. He and family own + run property. Awesome ...easy location. Clean! Wish he would work on weekly rate. But his quality justifys larger rates on weekend. Secure. Mr Patel is a hands on owner. You will run into him caring for his investment at least 4x a day. Actually deserves more stars if pool was heated and a little cheaper. Go Bless him!

Beautiful rv park. Lots to do in the area. The landscaping in Indio is so pretty. The park is very organized and check in was a breeze. Sites are very large and the area is quiet.

Nice quiet park. The staff was very knowledgeable, and professional. Full 50 amp hookups. Coded gate access so it's safe place too.

We love this place! It’s clean, secure, and we feel so comfortable here. We stay several times per year for extended periods of time. This time we stayed 32 days. We feel at home with our little pup and we will always recommend it. The pools and spas are clean, all laundry facilities are clean and operating. We even love the grounds keepers!!!

We didn't stay here in our RV and only visited the social hall for a gathering after a funeral. The staff was friendly directing us with a good attitude. The visit went so smoothly we never even thought about it, really. Park looked clean and had attractive landscape.

Ernest was a spectacular host and made us a wonderful breakfast. The facilities were outstanding, especially the hot mineral tubs. They were just what we needed. And an absolutely beautiful and quiet location. It was so relaxing. It is a clothing a optional resort and I felt absolutely no issue with taking advantage of that. There is ample privacy and no one around for a long way in any direction...

Loved the mineral hot tub, pool, and just the overall property-its gorgeous and with alot of meaning put into it. Enjoyed my conversations with the host over breakfast. Room was very comfortable and I loved stepping on the heated floors. Would love to come back again as a solo traveler or with family/friends.

The inn is lovely and the mineral bath is fabulous. Ernest is very attentive, doting and friendly. Keep in mind, that it definitely feels like you’re staying at your grandpa’s house— which might be fun for some travelers and off-putting for others.

Ernest was a great host. He made Hawaiian French toast with fruit for breakfast. The mineral hottub was warm and relaxing in the cool 43 degree night air under the stars and moon. The shared shower was a bit different, but worked out. Bed was comfy and slept well. Would recommend this place. It's farther out of town, but we didn't mind the desert drive.

We were greeted (and treated) like a family here, Ernest (the owner) showed us the place and shared a bit of history about the house and the mineral spring. We were the only guests in the house for that night, Ernest called us in advance to check if we wanted to have mineral bath and what temperature we prefer, which was extremely nice of him.
