I was here for a work meeting. The lounge by the front desk was comfortable and fit a lot of people. Front desk staff was friendly and bathrooms we're close and clean. This is a nice place to stay for a trip to Epic. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport and the Epic campus, and it's in a much better location than the suburbian hotels. The capital and all of the bars and restaurants it offers are a short (and also free) shuttle ride away, all at a significantly lower price than the actual downtown hotels. The Sheraton Madison is a very decent hotel for the area. The interior looks fairly new or renovated, and the rooms are nice enough (typical Sheraton decor and hotel feel, if you’ve been to others). The staff was very helpful the last time I was here, and there are enough amenities to be comfortable (the workout room has enough machines, and there is easy access to the restaurant or outside food).

The rooms were very clean and the food was delicious. But the staff at the desk was wonderful. I only stayed one night, but I dropped off a family member for a second night. I attended a conference at the hotel. The hotel was recently renovated. The public areas and conference rooms are very nice and tasteful. The location - right on the Capitol Square - is great. Decent hotel but I'm a bit concerned about front desk and them giving out private information to random guests. 15$/night to park which isn't horrible but their parking ramp is small mostly compact car spots. I almost didn't stay here because of the negative reviews but glad I did. Place was great. Rooms very spacious and service desk accommodating. And some unique touches such as a master light switch as you come in to the room and an electronic plug-in panel for the TV in case you bring your own electronics. Sam at the front desk is wonderful after checking in on Sunday night and not having the best service he went above and beyond to help me. I was having trouble sleeping because my room was facing the side of the hotel next to the busy road, but Sam got me switched and upgraded, and I finally got a good night sleep. I travel a lot for work, and stay in many hotels, and I can tell you you won't be disappointed if you stay at this location. The staff is very friendly and greeting, and make you feel like they actually want you to stay there. The cleanliness is 5-star and they do a great job with their breakfast.

Very clean (seems like a newer hotel) and front desk staff was very friendly. Standard breakfast for a HIE, but seating was nice and spacious. I liked that they had soap(s) in pump bottles at the sink similar to what they offer in the shower/tub.

Everything we experienced at this property was very nice. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.The breakfast was the best we’ve seen in hotels that offer free breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean. I would give high marks to the housekeeping staff.

Great clean and comfortable hotel. One of the best I've been to in a long time. The staff is super friendly! Especially the gals who were working the shift breakfast in the morning! Super fun, high spirited and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Only downside is it's sort of noisy. Maybe it was just the full house on a Saturday night.

Great, just wish they had fans in their bathrooms in the rooms. Went swimming multiple times and suits were always wet due to not being able to air dry fast enough. Excellent and friendly staff!! Pool area great for families!! Very clean!

Very nice hotel - very clean and cozy. The staff has been very nice and the pool is great for adults and kids - even has a water feature!
