Malibu Country Inn

Lovely. Amazing front desk employees that care about making our stay pleasant checked us in promptly and walked us to the ice machine where I was ready to cool off the champagne:))))))) We were in the best suite in Malibu: looking at the mountain valleys and walking to the gorgeous beach and restaurants nearby. I was so impressed with the interiors and the sky lights and the jetted spa tub worked for us (to people who never know how to use them: water level must be deep). The towels were fluffy yet absorb well, ultra comfortable bed and perfect pillows, amazing naturally scented rose gardens and tea/coffee, well prepared for guests and impressive pool: warm, super clean, great fire pit to dry off next to. Oh and this hotel (or Palace shall i say;)) is Pet friendly. My pooches were excited to see "the edge of the world"= beach;))) Thank you so very much for making our stay so beautiful. We will recommend to all

Nice place, spacious, very clean. Loved it very much, good price and great staff. The view was outstanding and loved so much wish I could stay there for longer. And so do my kids

Amazing! The front desk employees were amazing, they were very welcoming and friendly, who cared for all our needs. An amazing view of the beach and the mountains, from our room, which ranked 5/5 for facilities. I would definitely recommend to others as it is full of great staff and is equipped well.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff, all were very helpful. The boss, especially was very helpful and appreciable, definitely worth all the money. Fantastic views, enjoyed greatly with peace and quite throughout my stay and a wonderful destination for a stroll that has amazing views. Great facilities, and if anything wasn't to my favour i would've been satisfied with their action to resolve the issues immediately.

Stayed at the Country Inn for 2 nights and 3 days in room 19. While there were a few cosmetic shortcomings with the room (small hole in the bathroom door, electric fireplace didn't work) the front desk let me know that they're still undergoing remodeling. I thought the room was super cute, really nice patio area and while they were fully booked, I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms/guests.
I had an issue with the CC I had booked the room with and the front desk was super nice and understanding while getting it sorted.
For me, having such great hospitality from all the staff is enough to know that I would gladly come back when I'm in the area again.
10/10 would recommend staying!

The staff is nice, I checked in right before closing. Stayed here because my company booked it for overnight. The room is super cute and the patio is something I'd want to enjoy if I were here for personal reasons. Amenities: coffee pods and good quality toiletries.
