Austria Hof is an amazing hotel that I have visited many times over the years. The location is perfect, with the ski slopes just across the street. The view from the balcony of most rooms is breathtaking, allowing you to see the mountain in all its glory. The restaurant is a highlight, serving delicious food that keeps guests coming back for more. It's so popular that it's always a good idea to make a reservation. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Austria Hof to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Austria.

I've stayed here many times over the years. It's totally Alpen kitsch, but I love it. If you're looking for the fancy experience next to shopping and trendy restaurants, don't stay here. Stay lower down the mountain in The Village. This place is classic CA, and It's one of the only hotels with a real bar and restaurant where the food is actually good and large. The rooms aren't fancy, but they aren't small. Also, they are each slightly different. Location is great for the mountain sports: across the parking lot from Canyon Lodge. While you can't ski out, many seasons you can practically ski in.

Surprisingly quiet and comfortable for an older, budget Lodge. I absolutely loved my week-long stay and we'll come back again. I don't like that they sell parking spots, though. They barely have enough parking for guests so once I got my spot, I went out of my way to avoid losing it meaning I never drove out to meet friends or get dinner. They'd have to come get me or I'd ride the bus. That was a bummer. I noticed other guests not being able to even get a spot.

The place is pretty cute and rooms are nice and big. The receptionist was also really nice. We thought we were going to have a great stay but we left early because I got a skin rash after going into the hot tub. The sound in the hotel carries throughout the hotel, you will catch up on your neighbors gossip. We were supposed to get a call from management but 3 days later and still no call.

The place is pretty cute and rooms are nice and big. The hot tub was a nice surprise. The receptionist was also really nice. We thought we were going to have a great stay until we realized there was absolutely no soundproofing and you can hear absolutely everything in the rooms around. Even more so in the morning when the cleaning ladies in the hallway were making SO MUCH NOISE. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the people staying in the hotel for a rest.

For the hotel price it should be more up to date. Rooms are clean but beds are not very comfortable. No A/C and thin walls. Friendly staff though with nice Alpine ambiance.

Great place to stay! The staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice, and spacious. We had no issues parking, and even though there’s no AC, we were plenty comfortable with the windows open. We greatly appreciate that there was a box fan in the room to help pull in the fresh air from the window. We didn’t eat here this time, but maybe next time. We would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Bennett was so nice. The service was amazing. We had to move out of the bar because we had a 17 year old but the wait staff made the transition so nice and comfortable. It’s how people deal with “challenges” that show how great they are. Literally, the best service I’ve had in a very long time. Don’t remember everyone’s name but everyone was very accommodating.

Staff was nice and so was the room. Didn’t offer refund after we had to leave without choice due to heavy snow storms. Not even any credit. Wasted almost 2000 dollars just to stay one night and leave first thing in the morning.

About to spend our 3rd December ski week at the Hof, need I say more? Ok, fair price, great location, comfortable room, friendly staff. No resort or cleaning fees and family owned. Fun bar and good restaurant on site if you are lucky enough to get snowed in!
