My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, on a road trip following a wedding nearby. We cannot say enough great things about this B&B!! Megan and all of the staff were SO friendly and welcoming. It was ok. It just needs a bit of an upgrade. Somethings needed to be fixed before checking in, like the hot tub. Just felt it was bad business.

we rent a house from this place every year and we have so much fun they are very friendly if something is wrong as soon as we call they send someone there

The house we rented has a hot tub, pool, three bathrooms and five bedrooms. Its perfect for vacationing with multiple families at once. Also the shopping center is right across the street.

Wonderful stay at Owen's Motel. Mary at the front desk was so accommodating in our telephone conversations. When she said "I'll call you right back" SHE DID. THANKS! The owner was super friendly. Give them a call.

Have been staying here on and off since the 80s. Family needs to start putting money back into the motel. They only have 1 ice machine for the whole property also we had to move into another room because the one we were in had roaches.

The rooms are old style Nags Head but very clean... The employees are the nicest people ever! The location is wonderful... Right in the middle of anything you could want to get to.

Great stay. Good size room though bathroom is small but all is very clean! Mary at the front desk is exceptional!! Very friendly and accommodating. Her and Kenny (maintenance) both made us feel like we were at home!

Owen's motel exceeded expectations. For a 2 star motel it was very nice. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It has great heat and ac. We stayed there for a 2 day 1 night fishing trip and will definitely stay there again.

We liked the proximity to the beach and the hotel pool. Laundry facilities came handy. Breakfast was good.

It was off-season, to the staff was not too busy but they were extremely attentive kind and made my stay very welcoming. The view is outstanding because it is right on the water. The off-season prices were very reasonable. At least during off season I highly recommend this as a great place to stay

Access directly to the beach. Balcony three floors up from the sand. Every hotel employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean. No sand spurs in the dog grassy area. Very pleased with our stay!

I've been going to this hotel since I was 15 (now 23) almost every year and I've never had a bad experience here. I absolutely love this hotel for its location, service, and the always kind staff! I was fortunate enough to stay for a weekend in 2020 for my birthday and even with all the protocols they had to follow I still had a blast. I always get an oceanfront room so I can have the door open listening...

The rooms were spotless (my partner even checked with a blacklight and found nothing). Probably one of the cleanest chain hotels I've stayed in. The front desk was super helpful getting me checked in after an unexpected hiccup. Great location on the beach.

Basic, nice place. Basic. It is undergoing renovations and they try VERY hard to take care of the guests. Maid service, very good. Everything was clean. We had a third floor, ocean view and it was wonderful. Breakfast comes with it, but is quite hohum. But I will absolutely stay there again!

We've been going to Dunes South for over 30 years. We love it, but it's nothing fancy if that's what you're looking for. Great location, clean, and office staff is very reliable to handle any issues that arise.

Some of my fondest childhood memories are from the many family beach trips we had while staying at our Dune South time share. I love it!

We are staying at one of the homes at this site. The house is great, right on the beach. Wonderful view if the ocean from the dining and living room. Lots of amenities and a place to park our car to keep it out of the sun. Only things keeping it from being 5 stars are the intermittent WiFi service and some issues with the drains in the tubs and sinks. ADDENDUM...Had a great talk with the owner...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable accommodations. Older condos, for the most part, but nicely done. Management is responsive to questions and needs. I have been coming to Dunes since 2005. Great location.. off the main drag but oceanfront.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit right on the beach. It was very clean and gorgeous. Loved that the laundry machines were huge and held more than 3 towels. We we're scheduled to stay in unit 301 close to the road but we're upgraded to unit 313 beach front because it was off season and the occupancy was low.
