Excellent breakfast, the staff was overly friendly and helpful, and extremely prompt. As per the breakfast it was at the table in 5 minutes or less which sad important for people on the go. The coffee and cookies were delicious!

Be aware that this hotel hosts several armed Texas and Florida state troopers since this is a border town. But they are very professional and well behaved.

The room was reasonably clean, but there was a noticeable smell of humidity the entire time, and in the morning I noticed a 1-foot cluster of mold stains on a bathroom wall. The only two towels in the room were raggedy and had holes.

This hotel appears to be slowly upgrading. The lobby is beautiful and huge, plenty of seating which you'll likely need as check in is typically slow. The employees are extremely sweet. I could live here. The rooms are spacious. The private balconies overlooking the pool are a great place to chill and relax in the evening. You can truly come here and lose yourself in mini resort setting.

Staff was amazing and hotel was very nice and clean. I attended a wedding and everyone I came across made me feel welcomed. Juan, one of the banquet managers went above and beyond to help me get a bottle of champagne for the bride and groom. Definetely a good place to stay when visiting McAllen.

Quaint establishment with unique Marriott experience. The room was average in size and amenities. My room was on the first floor next to dumpsters (street facing) which made for a noisy morning. Nice lobby/bar area.

Luxury hotel in the Texas tropics at a reasonable price. Spring for a courtyard view and you get a nice little balcony too. Bar and restaurant were great, but so was Salt, the restaurant across the street. Although just passing through, would consider for a future holiday in the tropics.

Had a wonderful stay at the Raddison Hotel! Super close to the airport, which was important. But also within walking distance of quite a few restaurants, the mall, and stores. Great gym at the hotel! Clean room, great staff. Very warm and inviting.

I’ve been staying here for work for a few weeks, and I have to say it’s been a real pleasure with the staff and breakfast every morning. I was able to become friends with a worker named Leo he’s been really good too me and my co workers he is always there when we need something and has a great personality; good job to all the staff and management we all really appreciate it.

I was here for a professional development day. The ball room was set up nicely. They had a breakfast buffet with servers set up for us with a full breakfast that was AMAZING! We had an opportunity to order a box lunch ahead to pick up and eat there. The club sandwich and Radisson chips were delicious. Everything was excellent and comfortable. The location was near the main shopping centers and with good parking spots. Also, the interior design was very trendy and not like your typical Texas hotel.

My family and I LOVED everything about this hotel. The entrance lobby contains a beautiful and positive atmosphere, the staff workers were nice and presentable, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the restrooms are quite marvelous. Let me start off by saying that Cambria is my favorite hotel. The service is top notch, rooms are clean, the bar is fun and the pool don't even get me started. But I'm giving it 3 stars this time around because when I arrived late in the evening the lights in the bathroom did not work and I was too tired to bother with it.

Great place to stay if you're visiting the RGV areas. It's close to main highway that takes you to all major tourist attractions. There's a lot of places to dine around the hotel also.

Could not check in early, then even past their stated check-in time room not avail. Suggest managemt to be more flexible especially towards heavy travellers. I've stayed at this location twice whilst in town and have enjoyed everything about the stay. Happy hour is my favorite thing about this place free beer and pulled pork sliders. Rooms are great. Prices for a room felt higher but the breakfast and Happy hour well prices are good across McAllen airport easy to walk well worth the price staff are very friendly and helpful in anyway. Most of the staff was nice. The location was great. However, when you think of the Hilton Elise, I think of cleanliness. I went to wash my face in the morning, and there was a long strand of hair on the hand towel.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Only 1 elevator which is extremely slow. Walls were super thin - our neighbor arrived to their room at 1am and proceeded to have a long and loud phone call, so we did not get a great nights sleep. Shuttle is not 24 hour - our flight arrived after 11pm, so we had to get a taxi. We booked this hotel BECAUSE it had an airport shuttle.
