I had such a phenomenal experience staying there! The staff was absolutely so kind, especially Shanika! She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and amazing time there! I would definitely give her a promotion if I was part of the leadership there because she is definitely someone who is at the heart of ensuring the hotel runs well.

Aside from that, the hotel was walking distance from the beach and so many nice restaurants. Very clean and luxurious with a wonderful view. 10/10 experience! Did not want for anything

What I liked about the Hyatt was the way the staff worked to get to make my stay easy and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn’t like was my TV kept going out but I think that was a service issue. Hyatt Centric south beach will always get my stay.

LOVED our stay!! The Hyatt Centric SB had the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The best sleep I’ve had in a hotel with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Really enjoyed the Netflix capability.

The room and bathroom was comfortable however the second floor room didn’t have great ventilation. The stay was quiet and peaceful and service was prompt. But our check-in was delayed by half hour and when we got into the room there was no hand soap and trash and enough towels.

Great location, easy to walk around. Miami beach, close to food, and shops.

The bathroom was nice, the shower was large, the door didn't quite close all the way and the wall between the bathroom and room had frosted glass panels. I didn't like that, you could hear everything and it was weird, especially because I was traveling with a friend.
The staff was friendly.

We were here on business, and as a Hyatt globalist chose to stay here. The hotel is newly renovated which was nice. The walls of the rooms are very thin and doors are heavy, you can hear everything going on. The hotel lobby and the street lobby both have an overpowering perfume smell that made me nauseous and hard to breathe. I am normally not sensitive to smells but I couldn’t stand whatever scent they were pumping into the AC. The staff was all very nice and friendly. There was a lovely lady from Zimbabwe who checked us in and upgraded our room. Also Anna is the shining star bar tender, gave us a great recommendation for dinner one night and ended up having the best dinner all trip. Thank you, Anna. I didn’t try the breakfast that was complimentary with my globalist status. I did order some fries with a glass of wine one night and they were some of the worst fries I have had. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen but they were not crispy and seemed undercooked. Location of the hotel his great, on Collins street there is a lot within walking distance. They do not have their own gym or spa. They share this with the Lowe’s hotel across the street so if you want to go to the gym or spa you have to walk to the Lowe’s hotel. Overall the hotel is fine for a business trip or passing through stay but I wouldn’t stay for a romantic trip or anything longer than a couple nights.

They should have let guests use the Lowe’s pool while theirs was being renovated.
