Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water
Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation
I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.
This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening. We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the...
Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!
Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.
We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the...
Close to beach , good location , staff are so nice
Wonderful stay ever. The location, the staffs, let me start with Brad the reservation agent, who helped us to book this amazing accommodation room with food and beverage deal. i thank you so much well done. Neysha at the front desk, she was so sweet and she went beyond and above our expectation . she even recognized our anniversary sent us an Amenity. we appreciate the love. Awesome staff. The...
I love the Loews in Miamai and have been staying here for many years. It is well-run, with large, comfortable and quiet rooms, a beautiful boutique and central location with an easy walk to shops, Lincoln Road, and other hotels. It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in). It attracts...
To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

My girlfriend and I booked our anniversary trip here and it was the best thing we’ve ever done. Diego who works in reservations is one of the best employees working at this hotel. If your looking to book a trip ask to speak to him. Anything you need he is the person to speak to he made our trip so memorable. The hotel should be a 5 star hotel it’s clean, the beach is beautiful and the rooms/views itself...
The hotel is beautiful it smells amazing all the time! Our room was super cute but it was not serviced daily. I even went to thr reception and mentioned it and the cleaners came and made the bed but never changed the towels or trash. There really is no where to eat but a small cafe that's good and there's 1 restaurant by the pool. We ordered food with the servers at the pool which was great! We did...
Wonderful hotel! I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The staff is amazing and extremely pleasant. We had our room changed because I accidentally booked the wrong room and the was no hesitation moving us to the room I initially wanted to book. The pools are really nice. The hotel is just overall amazing. Clean, beautiful, nice appearance all around
While the hotel undoubtedly boasts a prime location and offers a range of appealing amenities, the practice of imposing a significant $200 per night incidental fee after check-in warrants careful consideration. From a guest's perspective, discovering such a substantial charge after arrival can indeed feel less than transparent. While hotels often have policies regarding incidental holds to cover potential...
Really can’t say enough great things about Eden roc. Took a sort of extended vacation, stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute of it. Highly underrated gem and my new favorite hotel in Miami Beach :) There were a lot of people checking in when I arrived, but front desk staff were on top of it and super attentive making it a quick and painless process. Rooms are clean, spacious, top notch...
Wonderful holiday. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in. The view from our room was amazing! Clean and spacious room. I really liked that there were different pool options to choose from. Also the jacuzzi was great. Malibu Farm is also on site and they had a great menu right on the beach. They also served breakfast all day which I really enjoyed

A hotel suitable for families or couples Service is relatively slow
We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.
Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.
I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury. The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks. The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach. It made the entire experience feel extra special...
The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.
Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Bed in room was very comfortable. Crisp linens. Balcony. Tranquility pool on 7th floor was fabulous. Breakfast outside on the patio, facing the ocean, was wonderful. Cable channels are limited but most folks aren't visiting to watch TV. Lobby coffee bar had delicious ice cream. Helpful gracious people working there.

Seems like it's closed for renovations. I could be wrong.
I love it there I can't wait to get back , I can't wait for my vacation .
I had a nice time staying here. I would go back. Nice people, staff and love that you can just go from the pool straight to the beach.
My experience here was special. Everything was perfect. The location was great and the service was amazing. I also ate there 3 times during my stay and the food was great.
The price for parking is ridiculous but its better than the other parking. The people at the front desk where VERY RUDE..... The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.
As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at...
One of the affordable ritz carlton but it seems that the hotel is a little bit outdated. Great location tho
If you stay here, you can understand what i gave the all 5 stars to each criteria. very awesome and nice hotel. I really enjoyed.
Building was bit old and foods were ok. Not the best ritz carlton i have ever stayed
The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from...

The staff, especially Christopher, was very helpful with me checking in and assisting me. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I politely asked if my room was ready and they were able to get me in. I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating. Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. It is truly heartwarming to have such a great experience in such an uncertain time. I would come back to this hotel any time.
My wife and I stayed here for two days before leaving on a cruise that weekend for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Great place to relax by the ocean. Everything is within walking distance.
Very beautiful! This is Miami!
This is a great Starwood property in South Beach, with great views of the ocean and the nearby nightlife on Collins Ave and Ocean Drive. Style of the hotel is very art deco, which had been well maintained by the excellent staff. The valet parking guys were especially nice and helpful throughout our stay. Love this hotel! Just got back from our fourth visit. Didn’t have a great experience upon arrival, But Rachel from guest services made everything better. Highly recommend hanging out by the pool and ask for servers Kat or Daniel!! These two servers are amazing and made our time by the pool very enjoyable. I can’t praise Kat and Daniel enough. The best service we received during our stay 💯
Stayed here for 3 nights, and everything was top notch. I read the negative reviews but decided to stay anyways and glad I did. I expirebce nothing included in the negative reviews. Fun place with hip vibe typical of W and perfect fit for Miami Beach - club music and adult atmosphere. Great location and phenomenal service (thank you Rita!) from staff. I chose this hotel based on customer reviews, and we would give The W on South Beach 6 stars if we could! The service and hospitality were outstanding! The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they go above and beyond to cater to your needs/requests. Our room was beautiful, the hotel maids who cleaned our room every day were very thorough and detailed oriented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great hotel and great service! Own beach area and pool with parties.
Decent enough hotel. Room was clean, the shower and TV had some maintenance issues. The beach front was absolutely lovely, the service was excellent. I thought drinks from the bar at the pool were overpirced at $15 per and up before tax! Breakfast was good. Food quality and selection was above par.
Fantastic property!! Better than, (yet including the) comforts of home: possibly the most comfortable hotel bed ever, great pillows, great food, super friendly people. Great service all the way to housekeeping - and beach crew.. The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. Room is great, clean, bathroom is nicely updated. The hotel restaurant has some of the best hot chicken I have ever had. Limited beer menu at the bars, but all in all I would absolutely stay here again.

The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. After a long travel day, that included a delayed flight and a 1AM arrival at the grand beach hotel, Sophie greeted us with a warm and gracious welcome. My family and I stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside for three nights. Overall, great hotel experience. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were cool. Excellent service from the pool attendants Augustine and Santiago really made my stay special, as well as the always reliable hotel staff. My family and I love the Grand Beach Hotel. First of all, when you walk inside, the lobby is very interesting. It's like walking into an open-plan home. Grounds are super cute. Not high end but, Def 4 star. The actual rooms are more akin to a 3.5 star hotel. I am sure their are nicer ones but, my room was not attractive and the window faced a wall.
Stayed during the busy July 4th holiday, and had a pretty good time. Even though the hotel is somewhat dated, rooms were clean. Had a pleasant relaxing stay. Pricey bar and restaurant, but then again, all of Miami Beach is fairly pricey.
We had a wonderful time at Shore Club! The poor reviews regarding the rooms had us worried, but our room far exceeded our expectations! We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share...
We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. We were really happy about almost everything at Nobu. The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and all that was available was a double room. The room itself is nothing special, beds were like a medium firmness and the room had a kind of mustiness. But, with that said, the hotel itself is VERY nice! I have been to many hotels, there is something to compare with. I expected better, I think the price is very high. The room is strange, the sinks are in the hallway, there is a glass door to the toilet that does not close or lock in any way (that is, not for the shy). Beautiful hotel. Good service by the pool. My room was perfect. Clean, smelled nice. Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. The place was nice, but not worth what I paid for it. First, the iron didn't work, it looked like it was from the 90s. The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street.
It was wonderful everyone friendly and respectful. I will be back in april

Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I was surprised to see St. Regis as child friendly as this one, but you can tell they train their staff well to work with children. Don't worry, if you don't like kids, you won't even know about them because they have another pool that is just for adults. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was always fresh and fast...

We couldn't made a better choice for a few day getaway. Kudos to Michael, the front desk manager who was unbelievably courteous, going out his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Any issues were resolved quickly in a professional manner. Thanks as well to the wonderful staff. We will definitely be coming back here and give the highest recommendations.
Cool hotel! And the beach is like in the Caribbean)

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard. Breakfast was excellent but pricey. Heads up - Parking costs $42 per day.
Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel). The hotel is very nice. It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small...
My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms. The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day. I...
I held my wedding at the property. Vanessa was a dream to work with and readily answered any question I had. She was very knowledgeable about the capabilities of the property and was quick to help with suggestions for ways things could work best. She was a key player in making my wonderful day just absolutely PERFECT!
Happy Hour. Cocktails and Appetizers
Very happy with our stay at The Palms. This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something. Thankfully every single one of our expectations were either met or exceeded with our stay here at the Palms. The rooms are cozy a little small but that's okay because...

Girls trip is off to an amazing start!! We arrived in the morning and while waiting for our rooms, we were taken care of incredibly. Belen and Julian have been so accommodating. Their pool team helped us out 10/10 and made sure to provide us water for hydration but also kept the party going with amazing drinks and food. We ordered tacos post flight and they were the best tacos and guacamole. The...
This is a very nice hotel with a few monetary surprises. First of all, the lobby is open and beautiful. There's a coffee and pastry shop in the lobby so it smells amazing every time you enter. The room we had was very nice, with the largest minibar I've ever seen (and decent prices for a minibar, especially for the area). The bed was very comfortable and they had the best shampoo, conditioner, and...
Wide bedroom, half modern, half art deco style but very comfortable. The atmosphere is querky, even if the hotel needs a refresh. Big swimming pool, where they make you pay to stay on a bed.... Perfect location for shopping.
I just returned from my second trip to Nautilus and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location, rooms, and service are all excellent. We actually preferred the King room to the suite we had last time. The cafe they added to the lobby makes for a relaxing morning sipping espresso in the back yard. The back yard area with ping pong table and other games is also a welcome addition to the...
One of my favorite hotels on South Beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The hotel is beautiful!! Extra comfortable beds and pillows, which is great because I often get poor sleep when traveling. And the pool is my favorite on South Beach.
Place was unkept and elevator kept breaking. Had worst overall experience at this location was there from Sunday to Wednesday February 21, 2018.
