Good but lots of hidden fees and costs, missing basic free amenities in rooms like water
Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation
I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.
This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening. We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the...
Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!
Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

Great location. Clean hotel. They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great. I only received a message about the construction work after I had checked in and booked. There is no reference of the construction and update taking place...
It's located next to the Marriott Royal Palm Hotel, making it a prime location. It's not far from the shopping district, and a short walk to the Italian food street. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The lobby isn't grand, but it's quite unique, with numerous palm trees adorning the entrance driveway. There's also a palm-lined staircase leading down to the pool, giving it a very...
The seaside view is better, the city view is nothing special. If you are going to the beach, you still want the seaside view. The room is average. The shower head leaked, but it was repaired immediately. The response was fast.
I was expecting more for this price, i never saw a 4 star not providing slippers , i had to ask every day to have them, same for water, just the first day you get it, then you have to ask for it. The pool is very nice and the hotel too but the bedroom feels old, i got a shower in the tub which is not very cool.
A great accommodation experience! I will stay here again when I come to Miami. The location is good, close to the beach, you can go there from the back door of the hotel, and the swimming pool is also good! !
The hotel is very big, especially the swimming pool area is very big and very photogenic. The basic room type can also see part of the sea view. The front desk service is pretty good. Overall, it is a hotel with high cost performance

My girlfriend and I booked our anniversary trip here and it was the best thing we’ve ever done. Diego who works in reservations is one of the best employees working at this hotel. If your looking to book a trip ask to speak to him. Anything you need he is the person to speak to he made our trip so memorable. The hotel should be a 5 star hotel it’s clean, the beach is beautiful and the rooms/views itself...
The hotel is beautiful it smells amazing all the time! Our room was super cute but it was not serviced daily. I even went to thr reception and mentioned it and the cleaners came and made the bed but never changed the towels or trash. There really is no where to eat but a small cafe that's good and there's 1 restaurant by the pool. We ordered food with the servers at the pool which was great! We did...
Wonderful hotel! I absolutely enjoyed staying here. The staff is amazing and extremely pleasant. We had our room changed because I accidentally booked the wrong room and the was no hesitation moving us to the room I initially wanted to book. The pools are really nice. The hotel is just overall amazing. Clean, beautiful, nice appearance all around
While the hotel undoubtedly boasts a prime location and offers a range of appealing amenities, the practice of imposing a significant $200 per night incidental fee after check-in warrants careful consideration. From a guest's perspective, discovering such a substantial charge after arrival can indeed feel less than transparent. While hotels often have policies regarding incidental holds to cover potential...
Really can’t say enough great things about Eden roc. Took a sort of extended vacation, stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute of it. Highly underrated gem and my new favorite hotel in Miami Beach :) There were a lot of people checking in when I arrived, but front desk staff were on top of it and super attentive making it a quick and painless process. Rooms are clean, spacious, top notch...
Wonderful holiday. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in. The view from our room was amazing! Clean and spacious room. I really liked that there were different pool options to choose from. Also the jacuzzi was great. Malibu Farm is also on site and they had a great menu right on the beach. They also served breakfast all day which I really enjoyed

A hotel suitable for families or couples Service is relatively slow
We stayed in a small suite with two bathrooms and a small balcony with a harbor view. The beach was very quiet. The pink color was very pretty. It was very photogenic. The facilities were a bit old. Hotels in Miami are generally older.
Please note that it is far from South Beach, so it takes some time to get there, and the sand at the private beach in front is not very fine.
I had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and luxury. The pool area is absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing with amazing drinks. The bar offers excellent drinks!! The food was equally impressive! What really stood out, though, was the VIP access to the beach. It made the entire experience feel extra special...
The lobby and pool are very nice however the rooms are very out dated. We stayed in a 2 bedroom however, the main bedroom with a king size bed didn't have a door. One of the bathrooms didn't drain well. The floor caved in a little in different places. It just needs a major face lift.
Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated. Bed in room was very comfortable. Crisp linens. Balcony. Tranquility pool on 7th floor was fabulous. Breakfast outside on the patio, facing the ocean, was wonderful. Cable channels are limited but most folks aren't visiting to watch TV. Lobby coffee bar had delicious ice cream. Helpful gracious people working there.

They charged us mini bar fee which we didn’t use. Thanks trip.com help us for refund.
This hotel really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, welcoming, and super fun. Will definitely be going back.
Eden Rock is located in the same building as Nobu, but for the twice cheaper price offers waaaaay better rooms and condition. So I liked it a lot/
The room was OK, Japanese style, clean, good environment, but the service was not good. No one was serving at the front desk at night. The hotel is located in the Nobu Hotel building, and the two hotels share the same building.
This room type is relatively old, and the view is worse than the more expensive rooms. You also need to buy water in the room, but you can use a water bottle to get water downstairs.
This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden...

The hotel is in a very good location, right on Lincoln Avenue in South Beach. The rooms are nice and soundproof, but the room rates are high. The Greek restaurant in the restaurant should have been outsourced, the price/performance ratio is too poor, and the service is average.
As people who travel regularly, we place a lot of emphasis on other reviews when booking. I was rather concerned reading previous reviews of this property, but having stayed at multiple other Ritz Carlton’s (Singapore, Koh Samui, Dalllas, Melbourne etc) we hoped the brand would live up to expectations and great experiences at other properties. IT DID NOT! Strongly suggest avoiding this property at...
One of the affordable ritz carlton but it seems that the hotel is a little bit outdated. Great location tho
If you stay here, you can understand what i gave the all 5 stars to each criteria. very awesome and nice hotel. I really enjoyed.
Building was bit old and foods were ok. Not the best ritz carlton i have ever stayed
The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from...

Excellent location and they had their own beach lounge chair, umbrella, people who were excellent and on top of things
Positive: Check-in was great! Super easy and friendly staff. We were able to check in early and received our room right away. The pool area was very nice and the pool was very clean. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. Lobby area was also nice. Very walkable area with plenty of things around the hotel. Negative: Rooms were dated. Time to update some of the furniture. The staff, especially Christopher, was very helpful with me checking in and assisting me. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and I politely asked if my room was ready and they were able to get me in. I want to take the time to say the service in the hotel is absolutely incredible. We are here for a couple days during mandatory evacuation and the hotel staff has been more than generous and accommodating. Everyone from valet to front desk and food services. It is truly heartwarming to have such a great experience in such an uncertain time. I would come back to this hotel any time.
My wife and I stayed here for two days before leaving on a cruise that weekend for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Although our stay was short, it was incredibly relaxing, and we had an absolutely great time at the resort. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Very satisfied. The sea view is beautiful. The balcony is large and comfortable. The hotel service facilities are also complete.
The location is great and you can ride bicycles for free
The overall evaluation is satisfactory, but there was an authorization limit problem when checking in, which was finally resolved after negotiation. The staff's service attitude is very good, the breakfast is also very rich, and the location is excellent.
Booked during the Thanksgiving holiday, the price is generally high, not worth the price. The room is on a high floor, but the balcony is facing the sea, you can see the sea, the view is quite open. The location is quite convenient.
Love this hotel! Just got back from our fourth visit. Didn’t have a great experience upon arrival, But Rachel from guest services made everything better. Highly recommend hanging out by the pool and ask for servers Kat or Daniel!! These two servers are amazing and made our time by the pool very enjoyable. I can’t praise Kat and Daniel enough. The best service we received during our stay 💯

Great hotel and great service! Own beach area and pool with parties.
Decent enough hotel. Room was clean, the shower and TV had some maintenance issues. The beach front was absolutely lovely, the service was excellent. I thought drinks from the bar at the pool were overpirced at $15 per and up before tax! Breakfast was good. Food quality and selection was above par.
Fantastic property!! Better than, (yet including the) comforts of home: possibly the most comfortable hotel bed ever, great pillows, great food, super friendly people. Great service all the way to housekeeping - and beach crew.. Throw in the resort superlatives-superior IPA served by Raymond at the lobby bar, and a custom cocktail by Thomas (ask for the rosemary/Orange whatnot)... beachfront relaxation...
The check in process was great. We arrived early, and were told that we could go to the bar while they got our room ready early. They texted us at the bar when it was ready. Room is great, clean, bathroom is nicely updated. The hotel restaurant has some of the best hot chicken I have ever had. Limited beer menu at the bars, but all in all I would absolutely stay here again.
Great hotel, staff and service. Really enjoyed my stay here and as a Hyatt Globalist you get some added benefits of free breakfast and much more. To annexing pools and cabanas. The room type should be the most expensive in the hotel. Check-in was delayed until 5:30 pm. The mattress of the king-size bed in the guest room collapsed in half. It was not repaired that night. The lock was replaced the next morning...

Grounds are super cute. Not high end but, Def 4 star. The actual rooms are more akin to a 3.5 star hotel. I am sure their are nicer ones but, my room was not attractive and the window faced a wall.
Stayed during the busy July 4th holiday, and had a pretty good time. Even though the hotel is somewhat dated, rooms were clean. Had a pleasant relaxing stay. Pricey bar and restaurant, but then again, all of Miami Beach is fairly pricey.
We had a wonderful time at Shore Club! The poor reviews regarding the rooms had us worried, but our room far exceeded our expectations! Room was fine. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. Dinner buffet was good too. A/C worked well and was comfortable. Hotel has secure storage for early arrival/late departure.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and all that was available was a double room. The room itself is nothing special, beds were like a medium firmness and the room had a kind of mustiness. But, with that said, the hotel itself is VERY nice! Because who stays in the room on vacation! The pool area is amazing with seating all the way out by the gate, nice outside and inside bar area...
Gorgeous view from rooms above the 7th floor! We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, 5*. We also had dinner at the restaurant, very tasty! The beach is gorgeous!
I have been to many hotels, there is something to compare with. I expected better, I think the price is very high. The room is strange, the sinks are in the hallway, there is a glass door to the toilet that does not close or lock in any way (that is, not for the shy). There was no hot water in the shower, I don’t know why. There were no bathrobes or slippers, no dental kit, and there wasn’t even drinking...

Unfortunately this hotel does not offer shower rooms if you have a late flight and want to spend the day at the beach. They only have “changing rooms” which are equivalent to a changing room at a mall. Great hotel otherwise, but very inconvenient for those looking to make the most of their time.
Great location right by the beach. Staff were really nice and helpful, the cafe in the lobby area is excellent. The pizza from the restaurant is delicious The pool area is wonderful and Jerry was great. We had three ocean view rooms and one of them was covered by trees so u saw no ocean that was disappointing. My family and I stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside for three nights. Overall, great hotel experience. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were cool. Most amazing place. Customer service was remarkable.
There are aspects that are 5 Star and others that simply are not. For 5 stars, and the related price point, details matter. The gym bathrooms were out of order. The only consolation provided was a reduction in the resort...

Beautiful always, a spot worth experiencing. Very nice staff in hotel, restaurant and bar closest to beach entrance. Lobby bar is intimate and inviting - bar tender takes the job quite seriously but drinks are top notch.

Went for NY2018. Amazing vibe, festive more lounge like room themed for Studio 54 with an original Studio 54 DJ, brought in 2018 with a great crowd with lots dancing
