An exclusive location, crazy expensive, but luxurious with courteous and customer-oriented staff. Very close to the beach, good amenities. A certain mishap with my room service was corrected in a gracious and courteous way.
Unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectations. I will start with the positive things of staying there: 1) location is at the beach and in less crowded area compared to other hotels 2) Rooms are spacious 3) There are 2 pools with different dipth to accommodate kids 4) There are 6 bikes to use for free ( up to 2 h a day) Now the disappointing side came from a multiple things we experienced...
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Miami Beach EDITION for a friends' 40th birthday weekend. The service was awesome, from the front desk to housekeeping to the pool to the restaurant and bar. The room was spacious and clean. The location was also great, close enough but yet far away enough from the hustle of South Beach. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Miami.
I loved my stay at the Edition - the customer service was excellent, the food was great, room and bed were comfy, the amenities were plentiful and the location was great. Every single staff member that I encountered was super nice and helpful. I ordered room service two nights and both times it was excellent (pepperoni pizza and cheeseburger). Pool area was beautiful and I liked the mix of vintage...
I am only giving 4 stars and not 5 because our room was not ready until 5pm the day we checked in however, because of that, we received a $100 dining credit at the hotel and the staff made it easy for us to store our luggage and enjoy the pool and beach. The food here is great, the rooms were cleaned early each day and the hotel is beautiful. This is an elegant hotel and not a crazy party hotel.
Usually come to this Hotel for Business Conferences every year. The establishment has a Sleek Modern Design. Food and Service is rather Basic. Ballrooms are not very big. Just about big enough for a 150-175 people.

We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share...
We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. But the standout service is what truly sets this property apart from competitors. Richard R greeted us upon arrival and made it possible for us to check in hours early when we first arrived and offered upgrades to us. Richard was beyond kind and when checking...
We were really happy about almost everything at Nobu. The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner. Their beach is really nice. The service was excellent. The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon...
I stayed at the Nobu hotel after having had an awful experience at the Fontainebleau my last time in Miami. This 5 start review is due to the fantastic service that I received this past weekend. Richard at the front desk was extremely nice and thorough. The highlight was the adults only Nobu pool. The staff at the pool treated you as if you were an old friend. These staff members made it extra special...
All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.
This place is heaven on Earth. We booked a room on the 8th floor and it had a stunning view. The lobby and bar have great ambiance and are conducive to intimate gatherings.

I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.
This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening. We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the...
Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. The food was excellent with plenty of dining options. The check in process was seamless and allowed us to check in early. Would recommend staying here!!

Great location, very comfortable room with super bed.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Joey. It was in a great location. The only issue in the room is there are no cabinets/drawers to place clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases. There was a small closet but no where to place items that you normally don’t hang like underwear. Lastly, this is an adult hotel, but the pool on the rooftop closes at 7 pm which is way too...

Had a great experience at this hotel! We splurged for a suite and it was totally worth it! They even sent a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a birthday in our group. It was only built a year ago, definitely a hidden gem!
Great customer service. Jordan was awesome! The room I had was on the side next to a bar that had parties at night. Our room came with ear plugs placed at each night stand. It worked...I slept great! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They offer free breakfast outdoors in a lanai type area...with coffee, espresso, a variety of herbal teas (I had the hibiscus berry blend, delicious), a variety...
My fiancee and I had an amazing stay at the Greystone. While the place is still new and opening up, there's a great sense of pride with staff to ensure the experience is as amazing as possible. The rooms are quite beautiful; stylishly decorated and comfortable as well. The roof top pool is a great way to wind down the afternoon, with excellent cocktail service. Tourist spot, that's all! Wife & I were in Miami on a business trip, stopped by just to have a drink. $50 for 2 mixed drinks, insane! Drinks were good but not worth that price. Place is over the top, definitely cool to see but not worth the money. I can't imagine what they charge for dinner
If you are fan of Italian food and wanna go to a elegant dinner , one of the best options is Versace restaurant. Extremely romantic , elegant and gorgeous restaurant. The food and service is good . AMAZING EXPERIENCE. To walk thru and imagine the history of this mansion and the memories of those that have visited through out the years. This place deserves my 5 stars because of Matteo’s service. Highly professional, courteous, very polite, and delivered with perfect timing for everything we needed. I didn’t have to ask for a single thing or track him down. High end restaurants need employees like him. Promote this man.

The location is perfect and the rooms are modern and nice with a good bathroom.
great location with a good sized room for two suitcases.
Staff was on point. Great place to stay (all Sonder properties are) in a historic bulb walking distance from the beach and shops. Parking is not on-site.
Had such a great time here. Literally each and every one of the staff members were so friendly and accommodating. The location is great, maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and close enough to walk to ocean drive (~10 minutes) but not close enough to hear people yelling at night.
To my surprise, this is a awesome hotel.. very clean and safest i felt. Picture posted are exactly they were like that . This is as good as any big hotel like Hilton brand.. i will definitely come back again.. don't forget to check in online before arriving.. it's pretty easy and amazing stay..
Everything was so easy and a seamless experience. There were tiny little things such as the lack of amenities (would have been great to have some sort of outdoor space at least) and small bathroom basics like body wash were missing. The walls are thin so you hear everything so recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise it was a great experience!

This is a fantastic place. Very relaxing and beautiful. I was able to enjoy a prenatal massage and a mud bath first thing in the morning. I couldn't have asked for more on my birthday.
The best feature of this hotel would be the spa. The pool does offer a nice view of the Miami skyline but I've been to better hotels with a view (Mondrian). However, I did enjoy the Alice in wonderland secret garden-esque set-up. Don't get me wrong, It's a not a bad place but it is standard in the luxury class of hotels in its category. I wouldn't stay here unless I got a discount but I would come...
At my arrival at The Standard Hotel And Spa of Miami Beach I was greeted and by Claudia Rachelle Figueredo a very attentive and professional valley parking attendant at this location, great initial experience!!! Amazing services and stay!!! Thank you, can't wait to come back!!
The facility needs extra cleaning. Shower area next to sauna was dirty and needs maintenance. Bathroom on second floor the same. The massagist were awesome. For the price they could provide better services at check in and be aware of the 30.00 valet parking.
Wonderful place to spend the day! You can even jump in the ocean from right by the pool. Their Thai coconuts are some of the best I've had, and I haven't met a cocktail or juice there I haven't liked
Went with some friends for dinner and drinks and we loved the food and cocktails, our bartender Jeff did such a great job, great service, amazing view, can’t wait to go back. Highly recommending this place.

Clean, modern yet cozy, and great location
I really like the way the room was set up. My fav feature was being able to play music from the iPad on the wall. I would have given it a 5 if they had hand towels, complimentary stuff like Kleenex, and free parking. Location was great and in walking distance to the mall and the beach. The hotel is nice and very well located. The rooms are big but they were very dirty. We found body hair on the couch and after 5min walking barefoot my feet were completely black of dust.

We had a great experience with the hotel and management! The suite was spacious, modern looking and clean for a great price. It exceeded our expectations! Hotel Bellaza is an experience. Located in the street right opposite to Miami South Beach. Suites are great and well maintained. The decor of the hotel and surroundings look great. Lucky, there were road works opposite of the hotel causing a road block, management lowered the prices of the suites. Would like to visit again soon or later.
Our room temperature stayed at 72-74 degrees, which was depressing because the hallway and lobby were so much cooler, where we found ourselves hanging out sometimes just to cool off. The middle of our king size bed sunk in, which made it a little hard to sleep. Location wise, it was a nice walk from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Also, there is a free trolley nearby that can be very helpful...
Hotel was beautiful, lobby smelled so clean on arrival there. Front desk attendant was very helpful, and courteous. She held our bags when room wasn't rdy. Only issue was our cable kept going out every 3 minutes. We had the 2 bedroom suite it was beautiful. Would gladly stay there again.
Stayed here for two days during Thanksgiving season. It's close to the beach but still a small hike. One main issue was parking. I guess I can't complain much because it's Miami and parking is limited here. There are a couple of places close by that provide paid parking so it was okay. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated. We booked a double room and the master room was really spacious...

Great place, close to South Beach. The Craft Cafe has excellent coffee, hot or cold. So great that they were being filmed for TV while we were there. Rooms are older and current construction keeps it from being 5 stars.
Room was cheap price. Clean room and good service! Overall stay was very nice.
Good food. Great service. However the live music is the reason to go. Awesome musicians.
One cool place on Ocean Drive. In the heart of the funky South Beach! Loads of fun and sun
The hotel was very nice! The rooms are small and it is not ocean front, due to the ocean being across the street and a walk way. But, that was about every hotel on ocean ave. I wish the construction was done it took away from the beauty of the hotel but I would defiantly come back here to stay again!!!
Great room view! Walls are a little thin, but the staff is great! Very clean food is amazing right in front of south beach ,will be going back!!

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

I love the Loews in Miamai and have been staying here for many years. To be quite frank, this is a nice 3 star hotel at best. Staff is nice. Food was very bland at restaurants. Was being dripped on while eating lunch. No working power outlets. I get you did/are doing renovations, but don't try and pass this off as a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels.

Such beautiful place. Location is perfect if you like quiet and to be close to ocean drive. Very updated. Staff is so sweet and each penny was worth it. Valet parking staff always nice and on time and available. The backyard is the bomb. Umbrella, towels and chairs are included
Elevators and restaurants are not enough to accommodate the people when the hotel is full. Rooms are so so.
Good place at good price, the parking cost is $42 a day and the food is good. What I didn't enjoy was that the hot tub was closed to public by 5.30 pm!!! I hated it, same with the pool. They had a great view and respected my reservation king size bed with ocean view. I would definitely come back, the people at the front desk were respectful but the valet was rude
The ratio of price and quality is good.
My sister and I loved the room, lovely balcony, pools, beach access, and the shrimp cocktail ? Yummy ?. This was a nice little getaway for me and my fiance and our son! We really loved it although the beds were so small. Other than that we had a great time and it was at a great location. The price was reasonable also. I only paid 100.00 through Groupon.
It's cheap to book here and you have good parking space if you have a car with you. I also love how close it is to the beach, just a two block walk. The room itself is not all that, our power went off in the middle of the night but it wasn't a big deal. You get what you pay for but if you want to be really close to the beach and save money by doing so, this is a great place to start.
I guess the issue that it is right on collins ave. if you are facing the park on the back it is pretty quiet until garbage collection in the morning. the only walking distance you can go is the beach. no food or drinks around. however place is very decent and has very comfortable beds, very clean, free parking. it is a deal for me.
Location is great with open air park near by which has access to the beach however the location drives up the price
Hotel is in the heart of city, and you park around the hotel on the road. It's okay-okay one. It have a nice pool though.
