stunning location and the reception area is inviting
My husband and I stayed here back in May for our Anniversary. Overall it was a good experience. We had fun, enjoyed the property and the beach. However; it was not the superior experience that I expect or have experienced at other ritz Carlton properties in the past. The only issue was that my husband and I were told we would receive a cabana bed complimentary because we were celebrating our anniversary...
My wife and I stayed here during a 5 day trip and enjoyed every moment. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with a king bed upon check in and were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel staff had set up decorations to celebrate the purpose of our trip. The room was very comfortable, pool and beach were beautiful, and the service never disappointed. We ate most of our meals outside of the hotel...
I stayed at this hotel for approximately 15 nights, so I had the chance to know the place and also the service quite well. The Lobby is both chic and comfortable, the bar at the lobby is really good and the service is also highly recommended. my room was very comfortable and room service was also great. housekeeping is of high standards and Mary that was in charge, was helpful and nice all the time...
Had a issue at the pool. Stepping away to buy 2 drinks in a coconut 🥥 which was under 10 minutes the staff removed our things from pool to give the spot to others. They tried to correct it but felt it could have been handled better. Hopefully our next trip there will be better.
Very hi standard of service, especially from the vallet and Maria from the front desk that was so nice to us 😍🎉

We had a great stay at Nobu. Prices of food seemed comparable for a resort stay, a few more dollars than restaurants outside the hotel. Everything includes a 20% tip, including a coffee at the cafe (I usually don't tip 20% for a coffee). Nobu restaurant was very good food, expect to pay $100+ per person. Service was very friendly and fast. Nobu shares a lobby with the Eden Rock hotel so they also share...
We are just finishing our stay here at Nobu and it was truly an amazing experience. The location, views, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. But the standout service is what truly sets this property apart from competitors. Richard R greeted us upon arrival and made it possible for us to check in hours early when we first arrived and offered upgrades to us. Richard was beyond kind and when checking...
We were really happy about almost everything at Nobu. The area of Miami Beach itself is a little pricey and since we were using public transportation it was tough to get a good breakfast that didn't make you feel like you were paying for dinner. Their beach is really nice. The service was excellent. The pools were good, and atmosphere was great outdoors and indoors. The hotel was scented with lemon...
I stayed at the Nobu hotel after having had an awful experience at the Fontainebleau my last time in Miami. This 5 start review is due to the fantastic service that I received this past weekend. Richard at the front desk was extremely nice and thorough. The highlight was the adults only Nobu pool. The staff at the pool treated you as if you were an old friend. These staff members made it extra special...
All around great experience staying here. Really beautiful resort. The spa was definitely on par with worldwide luxury standards. Rooms are small but well equipped. The staff was very attentive and great to deal with.
This place is heaven on Earth. We booked a room on the 8th floor and it had a stunning view. The lobby and bar have great ambiance and are conducive to intimate gatherings.

Classic Floridian beauty and class. The grounds by the pool /leading to the beach are stunning. The room is quaint, but spotless and decorated in a modern Miami style. Direct beach access with your beach keycard. Breakfast was excellent but pricey. Heads up - Parking costs $42 per day.
Great place to stay for vacation or to have your wedding reception. I attended my friend's wedding and they had their reception here (most of the wedding party and guests also stayed here or at their affiliate hotel). The hotel is very nice. It's on Collins Avenue and sits right by the beach and you'll have an awesome view of the beach (if you happen to get a room on the east side). They have small...
My first visit to The Palms was perfect and I will return. I needed a long weekend getaway from the snowy northeast. The Palms sits directly on the beach/ocean with fabulous views from the oceanfront rooms. The beach and pool chairs are high end with towel and drink service. There's a lovely and safe boardwalk that runs directly behind the hotel so guests can walk and jog throughout the day. I...
I held my wedding at the property. Vanessa was a dream to work with and readily answered any question I had. She was very knowledgeable about the capabilities of the property and was quick to help with suggestions for ways things could work best. She was a key player in making my wonderful day just absolutely PERFECT!
Happy Hour. Cocktails and Appetizers
Very happy with our stay at The Palms. This was my first time booking a trip to South Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the hotel options so even after all of my research I was still a little concerned that I've missed something. Thankfully every single one of our expectations were either met or exceeded with our stay here at the Palms. The rooms are cozy a little small but that's okay because...

I stayed in this hotel with my family from April 11 to April 16 and overall the rating is 4 out of 5, we were satisfied with everything, although on the last day of our visit we noticed that my wife’s new shoes were missing. We filed report together with the security guard. We hope the hotel management will consider its reputation, accumulated over many years, important and will respond.
This is not a five star hotel; it’s a four star. The rooms are adequate, but not luxurious. They have a ghastly picture of a chateau on one wall. The bathrooms are nice, and the rooms are quiet in the evening. We went to the beach and we were seated on the second row of jammed together beach chaises with a peek a boo view (about 1 foot) of the ocean. If you like loud & glitzy, their pool area is the...

Great location, very comfortable room with super bed.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Joey. It was in a great location. The only issue in the room is there are no cabinets/drawers to place clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases. There was a small closet but no where to place items that you normally don’t hang like underwear. Had a great experience at this hotel! We splurged for a suite and it was totally worth it! They even sent a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a birthday in our group. It was only built a year ago, definitely a hidden gem!
Great customer service. Jordan was awesome! The room I had was on the side next to a bar that had parties at night. Our room came with ear plugs placed at each night stand. It worked...I slept great! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Beautiful hotel. Good service by the pool. My room was perfect. Clean, smelled nice. Even had a second bathroom? It looked like a small apartment. Loved the room and the grounds. Only downside was the douche valet guy with the pony and beard and the people who are supposed to hold the front door open. They just stand and block the entrance while they loudly gossip, just ruins the whole entrance experience...
The place was nice, but not worth what I paid for it. First, the iron didn't work, it looked like it was from the 90s. My air conditioner never worked, they sent up a technician who literally just looked at the thermometer and stuck his hand in front of the vent and left. Some of the staff were rude, the vast majority of them were very pleasant though. The swimming pool area was great though, and there...
The negative reviews are absolutely FALSE. I have never written a review but felt it was extremely necessary in this case. From the moment we checked in my husband and I had an incredible experience. The service was phenomenal...
I stayed at the Mondrian for a work event. The catering staff was exceptional, however the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. (1) When I checked in around 4:30 pm, my room was not ready. Several members of my group experienced the same. What was interesting is that we all received different explanations for why our rooms were not ready upon check-in. (2) Our work meetings took place in...
Great views. On the 14th floor for example.
The Mondrian Hotel is beautiful however there is no clear sign in the front so it is a little bit confusing to figure out where it is from the street. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained especially when it does get busy and crowded of the staff is wonderful. They're currently doing construction so it can be noisy if you were in the spa or in the hotel rooms.

Perfect location in South Beach - no frills, but comfortable for what you pay for. Stayed there for three nights during Art Basel weekend for a girls trip and we all felt very safe here. Went to stay there in August 2021. The place was nice and clean, it's almost like a little apartment with a kitchenette. There is a security deposit and they have Beach towels for you to use. What a fantastic experience here! We stayed here to celebrate a bachelorette party and not only did they put decorations in the room, but they also gave us vouchers for free drinks and free breakfast (delicious) every morning! The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and within walking distance of the bars. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
The most amazing place you could ever stay. It's right across from South Beach! I liked it very much, I will definitely come again!
A local home experience, yes the experience was amazing from top to bottom. We had a party of 7 people on Saturday morning. The owner was very kind and accommodating to our group. Very worthy. Great location. There is parking nearby for $35 per night. The hotel is small, cozy, with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. There is a small swimming pool on the 4th floor. Very convenient location, southern Miami, 200 meters ocean, 20 meters ocean drive with all the entertainment. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
We only stayed here for one night and loved it!! The room was very cute, clean and bright. This small boutique hotel is located on the main street opposite the beach. Cool hotel; see if the ocean view is available. It costs less than $50 more and is worthwhile. Check the wifi; it wasn't good when I was there. Still, a great hotel.
Great location for those who want to be on the Ocean Drive and close to the Ocean. It not loud in the rooms due to the proximity of the busy street but our room was loud because of the constructions in the back yard and constant banging on the door next to us. Excellent hotel! Nabbed our stay for quite a steal, which is always great when staying in the tourist trap that is South Beach. Very warm and friendly staff. This hotel has great proximity to the beach, but it nicely removed from the hustle of ocean drive. I traveled for work and had a good experience. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are on the smaller side, but I wasn't in there much anyway. Rooftop pool is small but nice. Overall a good experience.
Everything was nice, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, check in was very smooth. The Hotel is conveniently located to everything; it’s within a 4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the mall. The only thing I noticed was the carpet in our room needed shampooing there were two small ink stains (appeared to be) but it wasn’t bad enough to complain about
I had a fantastic experience at the Berkeley Park Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We loved this place! we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location and hotel for our short stint in Miami. My partner had stayed here for a work trip before so we chose here for the familiarity. To my surprise it wasn't as coorporate as I was imagining which made the stay feel more relaxed. A great little hotel, just a block from South Beach. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. So all good except.. Tourist spot, that's all! Wife & I were in Miami on a business trip, stopped by just to have a drink. $50 for 2 mixed drinks, insane! Drinks were good but not worth that price. Place is over the top, definitely cool to see but not worth the money. I can't imagine what they charge for dinner

This is a fantastic place. Very relaxing and beautiful. I was able to enjoy a prenatal massage and a mud bath first thing in the morning. I couldn't have asked for more on my birthday.
The best feature of this hotel would be the spa. The pool does offer a nice view of the Miami skyline but I've been to better hotels with a view (Mondrian). However, I did enjoy the Alice in wonderland secret garden-esque set-up. Don't get me wrong, It's a not a bad place but it is standard in the luxury class of hotels in its category. At my arrival at The Standard Hotel And Spa of Miami Beach I was greeted and by Claudia Rachelle Figueredo a very attentive and professional valley parking attendant at this location, great initial experience!!! Amazing services and stay!!! Thank you, can't wait to come back!!
The facility needs extra cleaning. Shower area next to sauna was dirty and needs maintenance. Bathroom on second floor the same. The massagist were awesome. For the price they could provide better services at check in and be aware of the 30.00 valet parking.
Wonderful place to spend the day! You can even jump in the ocean from right by the pool. Their Thai coconuts are some of the best I've had, and I haven't met a cocktail or juice there I haven't liked

Beautiful & charming boutique hotel with great staff! Florian, at front desk, was so helpful and pleasant. We LOVED staying here!! The decor is on point, wasn't too expensive, pool side service was awesome and overall the vibe is relaxed yet bougie. It's a revamped old hotel so the walls are thin but we slept fine with a fan going. The kitchenette was a nice perk and we had a beautiful view from our window of the canal. Hotel Bellaza is an experience. Located in the street right opposite to Miami South Beach. Suites are great and well maintained. The decor of the hotel and surroundings look great. Lucky, there were road works opposite of the hotel causing a road block, management lowered the prices of the suites. Would like to visit again soon or later.
Our room temperature stayed at 72-74 degrees, which was depressing because the hallway and lobby were so much cooler, where we found ourselves hanging out sometimes just to cool off. Stayed here for two days during Thanksgiving season. It's close to the beach but still a small hike. One main issue was parking. I'm giving this hotel a 3 star review based purely on ascetics and amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and the price was valued for its location. I did feel that the pictures on google made this place look more like a 5 star than the 3 star hotel that it is.
Feel very comfortable in this hotel. Beach is very close and they provide all beach stuff. Staff is very friendly and sweet. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and informative. Some little things which is not very important was eliminated by the stuff above. Thank you! Tamara and Adam Kane.
Great hotel. Staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile to take care of everything for you. Rooms aren’t the biggest but they are very clean and well put together. Good food. Great service. However the live music is the reason to go. Awesome musicians.
One cool place on Ocean Drive. In the heart of the funky South Beach! Loads of fun and sun
The hotel was very nice! The rooms are small and it is not ocean front, due to the ocean being across the street and a walk way. But, that was about every hotel on ocean ave. I wish the construction was done it took away from the beauty of the hotel but I would defiantly come back here to stay again!!!
Great room view! Walls are a little thin, but the staff is great! Very clean food is amazing right in front of south beach ,will be going back!!

The place is very clean, and the lobby offers plenty of space to sit and relax. There's a bar and a restaurant, and...
