Oceans One Resort

Enjoyable stay in condo 1802. Great view, oceanfront, clean, comfortable beds. Adequate living space for our group of 6. Pool area great for kids and easy access to beach only steps away. Host was responsive and had detailed communication. Would definitely stay here again.

3 of us women stayed here and on the 21st floor. The view was spectacular! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen/living/dining room was in one room, it was small, but we didn't spend much time there. They provide dishes, silverware, and cookware, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. No ziploc bags or vacuum. There is a broom. It was still a great place and would use them again!!

My opinion the rooms are nice for the price. Our white socks were dirty soon after arriving I'm assuming the carpet because the tiles were clean. The NOISE music they are playing ALL day is so loud we couldn't enjoy the balcony and it was beating into our heads in the room with the door closed. WaY too loud and I love music. Other than that staff has been very nice and helpful. Appliances all work. Looks like a picture was take off the wall and not replaced. We loved the amenities except one hot tub was down the entire week so crowded hottub. 😫

Our overall stay was great. Our room at the resort was generally ok however there were a few areas in the room that could've definitely used some improvements. The vents in the room started sweating, the shower curtain in my room was dirty, It looked like mold, but it wasn't, thank God. The burners on the stove was rusted. The carpet was dirty near the washer and dryer because new ones were delivered, when we tried to vacuum the plug from the vacuum was broke off and still in the wall socket (dangerous). The pool area was awesome.

First two bedroom I checked into I wasn't thrilled with. Just because I love lots of light but they're smaller two-bedroom both bedrooms are in the back with no windows. So I spoke with the manager Ray. And he was super friendly and nice and took his time and was able to find something for us to move into right away for our entire stay even though they were almost to capacity for the weekend. The room I'm in now is wonderful. The other reviews I read actually scared me a little. I'm not sure if these people are comparing Myrtle Beach resorts to the Ritz-Carlton or Trump Towers. But Myrtle Beach is a older Beach Town. Many of the resorts are trying to reinvent themselves. And I can say that oceans one has done that. I love this room. it's glass windows from floor to ceiling throughout the entire room. We're overlooking Family Kingdom and the entire ocean. The bed is super comfortable. I love my Jacuzzi bathtub. The outdoor pool is slightly heated which is wonderful at night. I will highly recommend this room to anyone. I did a lot of homework because I've been coming to Myrtle Beach for almost 20 years now and it's really hard to sort through so many hotels. This will be my new Myrtle Beach home. Full kitchen. Contemporary Style. The distance from the beach is closer than any Oceanfront Resort I've ever been to. Hope you enjoy my pictures as well. It's very accommodating for families. And we're only a half a mile from the boardwalk South. And directly behind Family Kingdom. Everything you need is in walking distance. Besides maybe a grocery store but that's only a half a mile as well. Hope this helps you guys.
