My fiance and I checked in without reserving a room first and they had availability and were very friendly. Even the staff that we saw in the elevators were nice. The room was a decent size for being the smallest one they had and it was very clean. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking garage was way too tight and it wasn't even in the summer time. I would definitely stay here again...

We always stay at this place it just has good prices it has everything you need in one hotel. It does not have a water park but it has a bunch of pools indoor and out and hot tubs and a bar in a bar at the pool. If you go on off-season their prices are great I went on off-season for my kids graduation gift and I got a two bedroom for $85 plus tax can't beat that and it's quiet not a lot of racket....

This hotel is very easy to spot from the street. The parking deck could use some more safety traffic (when entering and exiting)...it is very unsafe. The suites could definitely use some updating. The elevator system could be a little more adequate regarding which elevator services which floor. Looking for a place that allows large dogs? This place is it. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely book again. The rooms are nothing fancy but they are clean. I was very skeptical after seeing some of the reviews. But we booked a bedroom suite it was well cleaned (I am germophobic and added a note on my reservation) and it was spacious. I have always loved staying here. This time was a little different. 3 times I notified staff that our ac was running consistently and the balcony was soaking wet. Our family had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The concierge wasn’t the most helpful when asked for kid friendly places for dinner. He was a bit gruff. Not enough stars to rate this resort. Property gorgeous and kept beyond expectation. Valet people went out of their way to help as did all persons taking care of You. Beyond a class act. I loved the size of our room, it was spacious and clean. Outside of the charging issue mentioned below, checking in was pretty smooth and our room was ready on time. We just checked in and the ladies at the desk were very sweet and helpful. Check in was quick and the property was nicely maintained. The beds were clean, the bathroom was sanitized and even the microwave/fridge were even clean. We cannot wait to enjoy the pool and all of the other amenities in the area.

You get what you pay for. At least, you do most of the time in Myrtle. Budget motel at a budget price point gets you a roof and 2 beds at a reasonable rate. They are not very friendly at the front desk. So don't expect much smiling when you ask the desk for any type of help.

Great location. Family friendly resort with so many amenities on site (restaurant, convenience store, arcade). No maid service due to covid precautions and "supposed" daily knock service for towels/trash etc... we never had a knock, but you can ask at front desk for anything you need. I enjoyed Compass Cove for a few reasons! The car garage with the elevator in it is really a good feature. I liked the abundance of rest rooms, and the pool/patio decks were easy and accessible. Everything with the rooms was great. They were clean and well maintained. Pools were great as well, staff kept them up and there were many activities provided by the resort. The room was super dated. The lobby is newly updated and beautiful, indoor pool could use an update, but the layout is really fun! The STAFF are AMAZING!!! So friendly and upbeat. They keep the bathrooms sparkling and the building is a clean add they can get it being that the carpet and walls could handle an update. The staff really impressed us 💕 they made our experience really great.

Great hotel, just a little run down and out-dated. But for the price it was good. Room had a few issues but Scott with maintenance was quick to fix them. Friendly service. We enjoyed the indoor pool areas. Since it was the off season it was very quiet in the hotel.

The pools, hot tubs and the other water features all worked and we're clean. The rooms are nice. Just remember that most All the buildings on the Ocean Front are older BUT the Landmark Resort does a pretty good job of keeping it nice. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We had to change rooms 2x the first room smelled like paint, the 2nd room they where actually painting. I found it ironic that this was being done on a high traffic Friday. Especially with at least 2 large family reunions booked. We settled for the 3rd room out of sheer exhaustion. Staff were Great overall. Resort has a lot to offer. But do something about those ultra-hard beds please! Housekeeping said there were no toppers for the mattress to soften it up front desk said there should have been. First night woke up every hour or two tossing and turning . I was down in Myrtle Beach to celebrate my upcoming birthday. The room was nice, but the sheets on the bed felt rough. There was a hole in one of the covers on the bed as well. We asked for additional towels and washcloths in our room, and the ones they brought up were dirty. For all the money that was spent for the room, I felt things could have been better. Check in at Hilton Kimberly gave us great customer service. Royale Palm Condminiums by Hilton. Adjacent to Hilton. It has large rooms with full kitchen, walking closet, laundry room. Excellent for big family. The units can be different and ours has nice palm features (dated), but clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a very comfortable and homey feel. Only thing was that the hallway smelled a little funny.

2 bedroom condo was nice and roomy. Location was convenient to many restaurants and nearby outlet mall. Was our favorite place to stay in Myrtle since we have been going there. Not a grungy beach hotel. Great onsite breakfast cafe and coffee shop. Condos are attached to main Hilton and have daily maid service with convenient parking.

Condo was very nice and up to date. Can't beat oversized private balcony. Little pricey but what do you expect for a nice oceanfront condo at Myrtle Beach?

Happy with our week stay there in a lake-view villa. Grounds were very pretty and kept up very nicely. Villa cleaning could stand to be reviewed and done more thoroughly. Water pressure lacked power. Overall I would stay there again.

AC isn't working, very disappointed. Kids always were in the hot tub, the hot tub is meant for adults. Ocean view was nice, and needed due to the fact the AC was out, I even spend a night outside due to the AC being out. Breeze felt good.

Good stay :) We ran into an issue with a random guy walking around with a dog on no lease, and he approached us two separate times at night. The dog was not friendly, and barked/growled viciously at us, and came very close to us, and our baby. We called for security and they handled it. Beautiful two bedroom appartment style rental with an immaculate and fully stocked kitchen. Pros: -3 flat screen televisions -jacuzi bathtub -cozy living room with two pullout couches -5 min walk to a pristine beach -incredibly friendly hotel staff who are helpful and always ready to accommodate Cons: -Town is over three miles away, and the shuttle only takes you two miles 10/10 will go back

The room was quiet, clean, beautiful view. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. The shuttle was awesome the drivers very nice. The pool and hot tub area was very neat and well kept. The access to the beach was well marked and easy. The breakfast buffet was very good nice variety. Would recommend this place to others as well as we would return.

I loved everything about my stay! Even extended it an extra day! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The ocean front room had a perfect view. The balcony was tiny but not really a complaint. The turf sun patio was great and kept the congestion around the pool to a minimum. I will definitely be back!!

I really have nothing bad to say about this resort. Very chic and the pool/beach access isn't over crowded at all. The rooms were nice and the oceanfront balconys are completely worth the view. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was very generous. I would stay here again.
