The receptionist at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She checked us in with no issues and she even gave us directions on where to go. The rooms were super clean and my husband and I loved the massage chair! We had absolutely no issues. I even called down to the front desk and told her how much we loved the rooms. Absolutely the best. I won't hesitate to return. I had the opportunity to go there this weekend for a birthday celebration. I usually choose them and every time I come they exceed expectations. The customer service is fantastic, this is a place where you walk in and feel like a queen or king. Attention to detail, room cleanliness and understanding of your needs. Irreproachable

We stayed with our three kids. The facilities and amenities were great. It was easy to get to, and attached to a mall, so we were able to walk to dinner. The indoor pool was huge and great for our kids to get some energy out after a day of driving in the car. The only downside was all their two-bed rooms were doubles. We were a bit uncomfortable fitting all 5 of us for a comfortable night's sleep....

Not the JW Marriott level I'm used to. Rooms are small, smelled like a 2 star, and service staff lacked professionalism. The indoor pool/gym are great, and we'll kept. Parking is $32 for self. Probably pick somewhere else in Buckhead.

I attended a jazz concert in one of the ball rooms. It was very spacious and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.

What a magical experience! Surprised my husband with a hotel stay and I'm so glad I chose the Grand Hyatt. The grounds were magnificent. Our room was very clean and spacious! Nice hotel in a quite area, near the Lenox mall. The hotel is great and quite big. Rooms are really clean and comfy. Breakfast is good with a wide range of things to eat. Staff is great and helpful. I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was amazing! The hotel staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They upgraded me to a great room, surprised me with wine, cheese and fruit tray and handwritten note. It was truly an unforgettable experience and I'm so glad that I recommended the hotel to some of our wedding guests who also enjoyed their stay very much!

I was rather disappointed by the jerks who were smoking pot and making a ton of noise next door. Best experience always! Manager is super nice and friendly..very clean and following all sops..they gave us a high floor with city view which made our experience even more wonderful! Spacious rooms. The location is so convenient. Walking distance between the mall and so many restaurants. Fantastic how they have workout clothes for “rent”. Very well maintained Westin property.
