First start out with a good. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. The bar area as well maintained with a very friendly bartender. The rooms are spacious. Now what needs work. The carpet in the hallways needs replaced or deep cleaned. It is also probably time for a refresh of the mattresses and a mini refresh of the room. The rooms above were very loud, which made it hard to sleep for a light sleeper There’s a breakfast buffet with meats, eggs, potatoes, and fruit. Unfortunately, I could not have any of the meats because they said the meat on toast inside the serving dish. I informed the food counter, and the front desk that this makes it inedible for anyone with a gluten allergy. The next morning, they were still serving at the same way. There was no action taken. This is not a great way to start your day without breakfast.

I travel frequently and have never encountered such rude hotel staff. Before my trip to Oklahoma City, I called this hotel to ask about their shuttle service. The lady who answered put me on hold for five minutes, then repeatedly said, ‘I don’t understand what you’re saying’ without making any effort to listen.
I have a heavy New Zealand accent, but most hotel staff are open-minded and accustomed to assisting guests with different backgrounds. This interaction felt needlessly rude. I ended the call and quickly got the information I needed from another hotel. I hope this hotel improves its approach to guests from diverse backgrounds.

Front desk did not ask us if we wanted out chocolate chip cookie, neither when we checked out. I had to ask for my cookie.
Did say that I received 3 given to me by the hostes.

I would have given the hotel a 5 star but there was only 1 issue. Everything else was great, great room, clean and huge. Great breakfast, very yummy. Great service, all the workers were nice. The location was great because it's nestled away from other hotels in a quiet area. The only issue was the pool and hot tub. There was some mold growth and water was very thick and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the gym was very clean though. So overall experience was great. Make sure when you're booking, book option with breakfast included. You will get vouchers for your breakfast.

If you stay here don't accept anything but the top floor. Unless you enjoy hearing every footstep from your upstairs neighbors. They rattled the decorative wood dividers in our room all night with every footstep. Also the bathtub in our room squeaked and rattle every time you shifted your weight. I thought it would crack at any moment.

This was my first time staying at a double tree and I won't stay at another double tree again. The breakfast they serve is literally the same breakfast a person would receive at a Hampton Inn & Suites except it is not free. As a gold member, I did receive $30 credit toward breakfast and the snack bar so it was free. If I wasn't a gold member, I would have been severly frustrated at this and I don't like the idea of how this affects non gold or diamond members. The pool and hot tub are small. The TV channels offered are limited in the guest rooms.
Also the Ice Machines on every floor are broken and we had to get ice from the 1st floor. The room we stayed in did not feel very clean and there were no trash liners in the trash cans.
I love Hilton hotels but I won't stay at another double tree. I'd rather stay at a Hampton Inn & Suites, Home2Suites or Embassy Suites.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a while. Very much enjoyed the staff, how clean the room was, the extra space in the suite, the comfort of the bed, and how quiet it was. Will 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. 5 minutes from the rental car return and 8 minutes from the airport. No brainer.

Very clean hotel, great lobby entrance with a well stocked market area for different items. Bright lobby with a restaurant, and a decent sized bar that was staffed appropriately. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Great place to stay if your flying in and out of OKC.
