Fantastic experience! Great location; can easily walk or take trolley to explore beautiful downtown area. The main floor of hotel was gorgeous. LOTS of options for food & drink. Staff was amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. Easy access from parking garage to hotel. Our room was perfect; clean, comfy beds, big fluffy towels, Starbucks coffee, beautiful view of park & the Devon. Highly recommend...
The staff is absolutely outstanding. Jenny helped me on Sunday and was an absolute professional with an out of this world, positive and helpful attitude. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. My desk lamp hasn't worked properly either time I've visited but I also didn't ask for a new one. They have an on-site breakfast place and a restaurant with good food and a nice bar. Their shop for...
The employees of this hotel were fabulous and very welcoming. We actually stayed across the street but my husband had work meetings and we had awesome waitresses and waiters for our dinners each night in the Ballrooms. They were very accommodating and made is enjoy the time we had there. The company we were with hosted Neal McCoy as our entertainment and the Sheraton had the area set up nicely for...
We stayed here before getting on the Amtrak train to go home. Very nice staff. Loved the pool. The restaurant is full of great food. I loved my cauliflower tacos. I've never seen these on a menu before. My friend adored her chicken pasta.
Iam a massage therapist. They don’t let me park for free like other hotels. If there’s no free street parking I have to go the there garage and Pay $10 or valet for $37. Hotel is nice/staff friendly
Came in for a playoff game. Great location to stadium. Walk two blocks, indoors and your at the game. Food at hotel was decent and the rooms clean and comfortable. Didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities, but nice hotel at a great rate.

Everything was really great, very pleasant experience. Front desk/Housekeeping/Maintenance staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I was here for a month-long stay and I genuinely can say if you are traveling or needing something for more than a few days than this would be a great option. Its dog friendly as well & all the staff were super friendly towards my little pup...
The staff was very friendly and kind. The size of the room was nice, and able to have a cooktop was a great feature.
Clean, smelled good, friendly housekeeping. Maintenance came and replaced a broken ice maker and they were both friendly and quick.
The room was very nice, almost like a bachelor's apartment. I could live in there as if it was rental.

Rooms were spacious and clean, if a bit dated. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, and both my husband and I had a good night's sleep. All the staff were friendly and professional. Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet service was exceptional. The coffee shop was almost empty on Sunday morning, and was very good. My only complaint is the room didn't have a fridge...
Stayed here for 4 days, checking out on Saturday. Good location for events at the convention center. Bell hops were very helpful. Some outlets in the room didn't work. Didn't have refrigerator in our room. Breakfast was good until the weekend crew came on. Weekend waiter was rude, said his boss, the chef, told him I couldn't order the same breakfast I had been ordering all week. I didn't think it was...
We were greeted right as we drove up by some very friendly valet staff. Next we were welcomed by a really fun front desk team. Within minutes of entering our room I was contacted to see if I needed anything and I did. A small request was handled within another few minutes. Our room, a small suite, is perfectly appointed and features that rare 2nd bathroom. Last night we managed to walk to nearby...
This hotel was very comfortable.. nice area. Perfect for families but we went for work meetings. Lots of things to do in walking distance. You can walk to the Paycom center, Oklahoma city bombing memorial, myriad gardens and other neat historic places. The room was large but definitely needs some updating. We had to move rooms at 11:30pm our first night. But they were wonderful and helping us quickly...
We had a fantastic 7-day stay. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself is located in a great area to walk to restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well. We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us. We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street. Mitchell Morris was one of the valets...
Great location next to the convention center, Bricktown and Sight-seeing within walking distance, didn't need a car! No shuttle from airport. Breakfast club room was nice. Rooms were clean, beds extremely uncomfortable, had springs sticking through the mattress, the staff could do nothing about during our stay. No one had changed the pullout-dirty sheets. No extra blankets or pillows. All outside noise...

Front staff was nice. Its straight out the 70's . No remodel . You know what kind of motel this is . You need to be super cheap / on a budget to stay . It's one of the cheapest places in the area. The staff was nice and helpful. If you can't say something nice sometimes you shouldn't say it at all. 🤐
Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. I had a really nice experience here. Staff were great, rooms are spacious and clean. Very...
The rooms are ok. I actually have a CRT tv in mine 😂. The restaurant is closed right now due to COVID. Laundry facilities are pretty lacking. There are long-term staying options as well.
I haven't stayed here for years. Pricing is the same for 10+ years. It is definitely starting to show its years both inside and out. Generic coloring and comfort all around. Worth the money and satisfied overall. If you need more than "the cheapest" this is not it, however will not disappoint on a super tight budget.
The internet works fine qnd I've only seen ants outside. However, I'm used to nicer. Even motel 6 I enjoy more. Big windows but dark and creepy feeling all around. Plus some areas are dirty.
They have rooms for cheaper that have not been remodeled yet, but are still great rooms. And they allow pets!

I went there for couple nights for an event. due to having to valet I had the pleasure of Gerardo parking my car. He was very kind, had manners ,and was very professional also very helpful with directions. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!
We came into town for 1 night to go to a Thunder game. This hotel was in a great location to attend a game, short walk to Paycom Center. You have to use their valet for parking which will be $35 + any tips you leave the staff. Other than the cost being a downside, the valet process was pretty quick and easy. Breakfast costs $15/person so we skipped. Overall a good experience if you’re in the area and...
I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Kamden through valet parking, and his service is consistently outstanding. He’s always on time with my vehicle, extremely helpful, and genuinely friendly. Camden goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless, and his welcoming demeanor is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his valet service to anyone.
The Staff was great. The location was amazing loved being walking distance to the ball field and river walk. Only two issues: the hot water on the top floor took 15 min to get warm, no exaggeration. Also, if we are paying 38 dollars for parking, I have a hard time giving a 7 dollar suggestive tip. The guys were awesome and we left a tip but not 7 dollars. The bar and food area was awesome and the staff...
I recently had the pleasure of having Cole valet my car, and I was thoroughly impressed with his service. From the moment I handed him my keys, Cole exuded professionalism and efficiency. Just spent two nights here for a work trip. Nice place with modern appointments, very clean and comfortable room, friendly and competent staff. My room was also very quiet - I never heard any other guests or traffic. Not super fancy, but excellent for the price, and I'd stay here again.

Very accommodating!! I needed early check-in and when I called I was told my room was ready and I could come on and check in. Ms. Alexis was so kind and patient and very welcoming. She was equally as pleasant over the phone as she was in person. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Clean rooms and clean grounds. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be staying here...
Check-in was a breeze. Room was big enough for our family. Location good for our needs. I really enjoyed the pool with my son. Very relaxing warm water with light music playing. We were the only ones there lol Very quiet place.
Rooms were clean. Everything worked. Only issue was we stayed the same day as a convention and were told they would be at the pool from 3-6. No biggie. Apparently, no one could tell time and at 930, they were still being loud and disrespectful. But the hotel is overall pretty good.
This is an AWESOME place to stay if you have kids. Their indoor pool is the main reason we always choose them. We have family that lives in OKC that we could stay with, but the pool is more than worth it!! Plus check out is at noon so they get a whole extra hour to swim than they do at most of the places in this area!
Heat isn't working in our room. Maintenance came quickly. They fixed the contact switch temporarily to get heat working before I could finish writing this review. Cannot complain about service or staff friendliness. Cleanliness could be improved in bathroom and hall carpets.
Very nice staff. Great rooms would recommend for any type of overnight stay what ever the reason. Great breakfast.

A modern, attractive hotel, providing all the amenities one would expect at the price. It is in an excellent location for the Amtrak train station.
I stay there often on business travel. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous and have quickly resolved the few problems that I have had over the years. The bar staff is excellent. The bar manager, William, takes good care of me when stop in. His personality and focus on excellent service is what makes the hotel bar and restaurant such a great place to hang out after a long day.
The room is beautiful but specifically I’d like to mention the bartender William. Extremely friendly and helpful. Very refreshing display of what a good bartender should be. He takes great care in checking on the patron and making sure he makes himself available. Extremely satisfied with my barroom and dining experience!!
Ellie at the front desk was awesome. Took special time to make sure rooms were set up and all my family’s needs were accommodated. Also Karen in the breakfast area went above and beyond to try to accommodate my wife who has celiac disease. She actually came to our table to find out what types of food she would be able to eat. Self contained with washing facilities. Spacious room. Breakfast was very good and a bonus with real crockery and cutlery.
For starters Shane Combs who prepares the breakfast set up made me very impressed. Food stations were organized and in order where people were not running into each other. She had enough utensils, trays, cups, which made for a pleasant breakfast. She greeted everyone and would periodically ask people if they needed anything else. She had trays set up so you can put all your food on at one time so you...
Every time we stay here (which is a lot) we are SO satisfied! The staff is great and friendly. The breakfast is amazing! Oat milk is on hand and I don't have to ask for it - which is a big thing for a vegan. My husband, baby, and dogs always enjoy staying here and will continue to do so every time we pass through!.
This hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping staff and kitchen staff are beyond reproach. You can readily see that each of the staff employed here enjoy their jobs. There are always smiles, always a friendly "Hello, how are ya" I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Ladies and gentlemen, Keep Up The Fantastic Work!!...
Bree was absolutely PHENOMENAL! We came from another property with issues and was beyond frustrated at 8:30pm. She was patient, helpful, and swift with check in and anything we needed. My stay at this hotel was great - comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and great location. But for me, the true standout was the amazing staff. Cynthia was one of the kindest Hilton employees I have ever interacted with and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The folks working at the breakfast area were all smiles and very friendly. And Rodney the shuttle driver went out of his way to drop...
The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast choice is decent, and they make you breakfast per your request such as scrambled eggs and omelet. But the line for getting the freshly made food is quite long. The cart is very scarce, it took us several tries to get one to take our stuff inside. It is pet friendly, but the pet fee is $75.
Stayed here four nights during some work related training. Very clean and quiet rooms. The happy hour with free drinks every evening was a very nice perk. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I even ordered dinner from their in house restaurant one evening and it was delicious. They definitely made being out of town more comfortable.
Hotel and staff were great and welcoming. Only issue I had was adjusting the room temps (hence the 4 star instead of the 5 star), seemed like you couldn’t control the temp to the room. It was definitely cold which is welcoming after coming in from the heat, but at night it was definitely cold. Rooms were definitely cleaned with pride.
I stayed here for a week and also attended a conference here for that time. The staff was incredible the entire stay. The front desk was helpful when I had questions and the restaurant staff was top notch. The food was very good. I had almost everything on the menu and loved it all. We have been to this hotel twice for a karate tournament and have stayed in two other local hotels as well. This hotel is by far the best! I love this hotel! Gorgeous lobby and wonderful helpful staff especially the staff at the Piano Bar. Comfortable room on a quiet floor. Lovely 1 night stay. Although I do not believe in ghosts, the drawer in the bathroom vanity was open in the morning which I did not open the night before. Very odd. Despite my visitors, I would stay again.
This was a very historic building but it was updated. The bar was very spacious and had a lot of room along with a piano. My favorite hotel! Always so kind and hospitable! I do the in room massages. Every time I pull up the Valet are ready to take care of me - Val, Chris,Brian and the whole team - you’re the best!

This was probably the best Marriott experience I've had. The room was in pristine condition, the air conditioner worked perfectly. I wish they had free on site parking but the Valet was convenient to use. I also wish they had a breakfast buffet.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little weekend getaway from home! I chose it because it was one we haven’t stayed in before, it had a pool, and it’s walkable to so much. The pool is small, but it was just what we needed! You could order food and drinks via text and they brought it right out. We just wanted a quiet escape and it provided that. Nice hotel, clean rooms, bar has some good drinks and Great bar tenders. The restaurant has some good food and Great choice if you are not looking to go out. Typical hotel breakfast in the morning, good to get your day started.
A good hotel on balance, but you get the sense that it was once something special. On the plus side, the decor is nice, the service is very good, and the location is easy to get to. There is plenty of free parking in the lot or on the road. The breakfast is outstanding with scrambled eggs that aren't a soupy mess like most hotels, a larger variety of food (multiple protein options plus biscuits and...
It's fine but try another hotel first. + the employees were very kind and always had a smile - the place was FREEZING. I turned my heat up to 90 and finally just turned the whole system off which helped a little bit. I piled my clothes on my blanket to keep me warm at night. Great place to unwind. I was unhappy about the spa being out of order as I look forward to that at Marriott properties as a Gold Elite member. Quiet neighborhood but close to dining and shopping. Clean and comfortable rooms in an upbeat theme hotel.
This is a wonderful hotel! It's in a quiet neighborhood but still close to dining. The property is in excellent shape, the rooms are clean, and the elevators are fast. Every morning I was greeted by Lola in the dining area. She always had a smile and made me feel welcomed. She was the best part of my stay! Comfortable stay, nice room. Overall nice experience.
Stayed 2 nights so that I could be at the hospital with my dad. The rooms were extremely clean and inviting. All staff was kind and helpful but the breakfast attendant, Lola, absolutely made my day. She’s the type that knows no strangers. Her bubbly personality made me feel right at home…like I was having breakfast with a friend. Thank you, Lola, for being so kind…I needed it.
Loved staying here! Perfect romantic getaway for my husband and I celebrating his birthday. Definitely 5stars in my book! Staff was so helpful and made sure we felt welcome. The room was exactly what we wanted and was told about. The jacuzzi bathtub in our room was amazing.
Great rooms and great staff. We had a mechanical issue with our original room, and we were moved immediately. Breakfast and dining was fabulous. Chef TJ was the best. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond. Try the parfaits. Pinkies up!
Very nice for the price. I recommend booking online and adding breakfast in with the price. I did this and it only added $7 to the total and that was breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the parking in the connecting parking garage. But it was $20.00 a day. 😡 There were a few things that could be improved. 1. We were in a king bedroom and it really needs a chair (other than the desk chair). 2. The view from our room is amazing. The pool is really cool with a splash feature and slide but it is so over chlorinated that it made my kiddos 🤢 sick. So we had to leave and shower off. I had a pretty good experience here. There were a lot of bikers that booked the same day as us and the front desk lady Melody was amazing ! The staff in the morning at the counter and breakfast area were great. The food we had for breakfast was also very good. The area around the hotel was a little concerning in that there was quite a few homeless people about a block away. I would have preferred a firmer mattress. But overall the room was decent.

I love this location. My very first time here. My experience was excellent. The service was excellent! The staff was pleasant. Love the happy hour and the mere fact that my breakfast was made fresh daily! This location was very close to everything. Will visit again.
Beautiful interior. Large kitchen and workspace area, which worked perfect for our plans and longer stay. Great breakfast, with a decent selection of fruit, grains, and made to order eggs. Welcoming evening reception, though this embassy uses a ticket system for the drinks, which is a little odd. Loved the staff! They are friendly, helpful, and just made the stay even more special.

Second time staying at this line of hotels and every single time I am so impressed! I’m a huge fan of art, and I love that they incorporated a beautiful hotel, and blended it with beautiful artwork. This is such a great idea, and we had such a great time. The employees (Erica, and a man with a beard) were so kind, and helped us out tremendously!!! 10/10!!!! Will definitely be staying here again!
[ + ] The embodiment of perfection. the room was sizeable and unique. the museum exhibits were remarkable and thought provoking. staff were approachable and more than helpful when needed. and the in-room dining options were divine. [ - ] my only gripe might be in regards to the lack of pet friendly walking areas. it's somewhat difficult to find anything within close proximity, and walking down to...
All I can say is … it was different. Between Mind-blowing and mind-boggling, I don’t know which one to say… Service: the staff are very friendly and always on top of everything. Surroundings: Sightseeing ~ not short of things to see … there’s museum, art exhibition, some creative art sculptures , and even a few videos /movies to watch . Room: upgraded to a suite. Room was huge with tall ceilings...

Front desk did not ask us if we wanted out chocolate chip cookie, neither when we checked out. I had to ask for my cookie. Did say that I received 3 given to me by the hostes. our room, was good, but bathroom was not clean. Clunk of hair behind bathroom door. Was going to take picture but forgot,
I would have given the hotel a 5 star but there was only 1 issue. Everything else was great, great room, clean and huge. Great breakfast, very yummy. Great service, all the workers were nice. The location was great because it's nestled away from other hotels in a quiet area. The only issue was the pool and hot tub. There was some mold growth and water was very thick and seemed like it hadn't been...
The place was very clean and the people at the hotel were very friendly, definitely recommend and would stay again.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a while. Very much enjoyed the staff, how clean the room was, the extra space in the suite, the comfort of the bed, and how quiet it was. Will 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. 5 minutes from the rental car return and 8 minutes from the airport. No brainer.
Very clean hotel, great lobby entrance with a well stocked market area for different items. Bright lobby with a restaurant, and a decent sized bar that was staffed appropriately. Comfortable room and comfortable bed. Great place to stay if your flying in and out of OKC.
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location... However, we were disappointed that the hot tub/spa was out of service even after we were told it was working. There was a sign up that showed considerable age indicating the hot tub was broken. We asked about an expected repair date and were told it was unknown. Our experience with Hilton hotels and hot tubs is starting to replicate that...

Probably the cleanest and most efficient hotel we have stayed at in the past 20 years. The hotel and the rooms were spotless. Easy parking and conveniently located with restaurants and stores to choose from. Was not able to try the hot breakfast due to our early flight but I’m pretty sure it would have been delicious.
I showed up at 130 am exhausted and nearly to the point of tears after another hotel across the street checked me in to two absolutely disgusting rooms. I can't remember the staff member on duty name that night (maybe Brandi?) And I'm so sorry about that but she was genuinely my saving grace. She had several lovely concersations with me while checking me in which calmed me down significantly, and...
The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is close to the airport. I would stay here again.
Comfortable and clean room. Welcoming staff. The bar had a poor selection and the interior was going through a remodel. They kept it away from the rooms they were leasing and overall was a good stay.
Hotel is in process of remodeling and the new newly done rooms are really nice. Some of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast is excellent. Everything from room service is good as well. My favorite place to stay in OKC.
Chrystal at the front desk made me feel at home. I give her a 10 out of 5 stars!!! The staff seen working is dressed professional and very down to earth and easy to talk to. Thanks for being so chill I will recommend Hilton Garden Inn to all my closest friends and family.
