Rooms were spacious and clean, if a bit dated. The bed was one of the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, and both my husband and I had a good night's sleep. All the staff were friendly and professional

We were greeted right as we drove up by some very friendly valet staff. Next we were welcomed by a really fun front desk team. Within minutes of entering our room I was contacted to see if I needed anything and I did

We valet parked, and it was the best situation for us. We texted about 20 minutes before we’d need the car, and it’d be there waiting when we got down to the street. Mitchell Morris was one of the valets

Check in and check out was a breeze. Valet service was exceptional. The coffee shop was almost empty on Sunday morning, and was very good. My only complaint is the room didn't have a fridge or microwave

This young man was extremely polite and attentive to every guest, and we watched him run every time someone called for their car. He made an incredibly favorable impression on behalf of the hotel

Last night we managed to walk to nearby eateries and find quite a few local amenities, making this location very convenient. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit

We have family that lives in OKC that we could stay with, but the pool is more than worth it!! Plus check out is at noon so they get a whole extra hour to swim than they do at most of the places in this area!

Only issue was we stayed the same day as a convention and were told they would be at the pool from 3-6. Apparently, no one could tell time and at 930, they were still being loud and disrespectful

Rooms are neat and are very clean. Has a nice indoor pool and fitness center. Only had one dryer and washer for the entire hotel, but the hotel provides laundry service. Overall a nice hotel.

Room was big enough for our family. I really enjoyed the pool with my son. Very relaxing warm water with light music playing. We were the only ones there lol Very quiet place

This is an AWESOME place to stay if you have kids. Their indoor pool is the main reason we always choose them

She was equally as pleasant over the phone as she was in person. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Clean rooms and clean grounds. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious

The bar manager, William, takes good care of me when stop in. His personality and focus on excellent service is what makes the hotel bar and restaurant such a great place to hang out after a long day

Also Karen in the breakfast area went above and beyond to try to accommodate my wife who has celiac disease. She actually came to our table to find out what types of food she would be able to eat

The room is beautiful but specifically I’d like to mention the bartender William. Extremely friendly and helpful. Very refreshing display of what a good bartender should be

He takes great care in checking on the patron and making sure he makes himself available. Extremely satisfied with my barroom and dining experience!!

Ellie at the front desk was awesome. Took special time to make sure rooms were set up and all my family’s needs were accommodated

And Rodney the shuttle driver went out of his way to drop me at the rental car center to pick up my car. An already great stay was made better by these kind and caring employees

Overall great hotel just wished the pool area didn’t smell so much like bleach/chlorine and had a hot tub area. Great location with many surrounding walking distant restaurants to choose from

My stay at this hotel was great - comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and great location. But for me, the true standout was the amazing staff

Cynthia was one of the kindest Hilton employees I have ever interacted with and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The folks working at the breakfast area were all smiles and very friendly

Stayed here four nights during some work related training. The happy hour with free drinks every evening was a very nice perk. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic

I even ordered dinner from their in house restaurant one evening and it was delicious. They definitely made being out of town more comfortable

The view from our room is amazing. The pool is really cool with a splash feature and slide but it is so over chlorinated that it made my kiddos 🤢 sick. So we had to leave and shower off

that night we stayed in a room next to a barking dog, we talked to the front desk, I didn't want to fuss because I love dogs, but they were so nice April, Makayla and Dre got us a new room on the same floor that was nice and quiet and comfortable

We had a great family weekend, Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rooms were a little small but more than sufficient for our needs. We had 4 rooms (2 adjoining) and had no issues with any of them

But the real draw is the staff. I checked in with Kyle (I'm pretty sure that's his name) and he is very soft spoken but super sweet. we decided to stay an extra day because of a storm

There were a lot of bikers that booked the same day as us and the front desk lady Melody was amazing ! She handled the lobby by herself with at least 30 people trying to check into their rooms

She provided me with all the answers I needed and felt like she genuinely cared about providing everyone good service. One of the smoothest hotel experiences I’ve ever had

The area around the hotel was a little concerning in that there was quite a few homeless people about a block away. I would have preferred a firmer mattress. But overall the room was decent

Just spent two nights here for a work trip. Nice place with modern appointments, very clean and comfortable room, friendly and competent staff. My room was also very quiet - I never heard any other guests or traffic

I went there for couple nights for an event. due to having to valet I had the pleasure of Gerardo parking my car. He was very kind, had manners ,and was very professional also very helpful with directions

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we called to confirm twice that the indoor pool was heated. Both times, they said yes to 82 degrees, in fact. Otherwise, we recommend the place

I have stayed at just about every hotel in the area and I really think the DoubleTree is a notch. I highly recommend staying here when in the area

Front desk did not ask us if we wanted out chocolate chip cookie, neither when we checked out. Did say that I received 3 given to me by the hostes. our room, was good, but bathroom was not clean

There was some mold growth and water was very thick and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, the gym was very clean though. So overall experience was great

If I wasn't a gold member, I would have been severly frustrated at this and I don't like the idea of how this affects non gold or diamond members. The pool and hot tub are small

It's difficult locating the closet as it is hidden by a wall mirror! The pool closes at 10 PM! Despite no pets allowed, some guests brought their dog and it was barking around, made some people uncomfortable and they left

CLEAN, CLEAN!! We have had wonderful experiences both times. This hotel is as good or better than some of the higher end hotels we have stayed at. Whenever we are in the OKC area this will always be our go to!

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn a few times, and although it is not a luxury hotel, it is nevertheless a comfortable and friendly place to stay. I have always found the room to be neat and clean, and well-cared-for

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a little weekend getaway from home! I chose it because it was one we haven’t stayed in before, it had a pool, and it’s walkable to so much

The pool is small, but it was just what we needed! You could order food and drinks via text and they brought it right out. We just wanted a quiet escape and it provided that. We also enjoyed walking to businesses nearby

The floors were very nice and the other in room amenities (wine chiller, coffee pot fridge, etc) were great additions. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. Cons: The top sheet had multiple questionable stains

The room was spotless and very nice. The only reason for the 4 star was the room wad a little loud, we could hear other people walking above us. But don't let that deter your stay, well worth it

The Broadway Inn & Suites is located right of I235 so access is easy and opportune. The front desk attendant was very courteous and helpful and establish my reservation promptly and with ease

The staff is very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The was a great oatmeal bar worth several fruit toppings, a pancake maker that was fun to watch

Great price, great service, and very clean. Breakfast was closed due to covid but they have a restaurant on site with the best chicken and waffles i have ever had

The “gym” was a treadmill, elliptical, and broken chest/arms/leg machine. Overall had a great stay! Shout out to Matt at the front desk and Paul in the kitchen

This hotel has a splash pad in the pool so if you have anyone who loves to swim this is the perfect hotel. It's always clean the the breakfast is great.

I have stayed in many Hampton's, and this may have been the nicest one yet! Good location, lots of parking, big fitness center, kid friendly/wade in pool, and a large breakfast area

Excellent location to spend the night before an early morning flight. There is a wonderfully scenic walking trail just behind the hotel and restaurants within a short stroll

My kids have requested to only stay at Hampton Inn moving forward due to the pool area here. Breakfast was excellent as well with eggs, sausage, waffles and plenty of cold items

We started in one room that the ac and ice box didn't work and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. They moved us to another room where the TV didn't work. The motel is not located in the best part of town

Good value, just off the interstate. Most rooms are away from street noise, and the location is elevated relative to the highway. Good-sized rooms that are well-lit, and feature queen- and king-sized beds

The pool had a broken lock on it kinda sketch but on the plus side it had a zero entry pool

We spent a couple of days here. We like it because our daughter is in a wheelchair. The rooms are nice and large. It was one of the hottest days of the year about 104

It was one of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever gotten. Hotel is in good location and the kids liked the pool. Overall not bad, but I would not come back because of the poor sleep I got on the bad mattresses

Great place for an overnight "staycation"! Movie theater and restaurant in walking distance. Bed is extremely comfortable! Front desk clerks were full of personality and exhibited wonderful customer service

The hot tub works and we had it to ourselves for an hour!! It was nice and peaceful. No kids screaming and splashing us. The hot tub was greenish dingy stain and smelled like an old fish tank

Door to our room very hard to open and close, bathroom door knob does not latch. Other customers complain about quality of rooms. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it your hotel a 3 or 4

Not sure why the price is so low cause this hotel is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet, front desk was extra friendly and got me extra pillows. The only issues I had were water pressure was low and the rooms are small

Small hotel, but service is top notch. Paul, Jason and Patricia are my favorite. They treat CLC customers very well. Everyday I wake up to smiles before work and very warm welcomes when I get back to the hotel

They even went out of their way to my job to tell me when the hot water came back on (out due to weather) so I could shower. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very clean

Jacuzzi bath tubs in every room, some work done dont. Full size refrigerator 2 burner electric cook top. It has a bathroom & a kitchen sink separate from each other. Tile in bathroom and laminate wood floors

Staff was very accommodating & helpful however this hotel needs updated & repaired. I rented two rooms & at least one light in each did not work. The bathtubs did not have plugs so we had to use a washcloth to plug them

She was extremely helpful throughout our 5 day stay and never complained about our various request, the room on the other hand definitely needs some updating, more so in the bathroom than anywhere else
