Nice, clean & comfy hotel. Rooms are a good size with space to stretch your legs. Located in a good area that is very close to shops. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Araceli is amazing! Customer service is very important and they do a great job of taking care of you during your stay. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel looks nice and is in a good area. The room looked nice enough. Unfortunately the TV remote didn't work and the TV wasn't great. It's somewhere between a 2 and 3 star hotel. The premises and interior were clean, with the latter being a bit dated. Nice full spread of breakfast choices. Kids love bacon and make your own waffles. Cute country decor. Lots of comfy pillows and blankets. Quiet halls. Only thing I'd change is a better service presence at breakfast. Tables were messy and hot water for tea ran out and no one was around to remedy. But all in all it was a great choice for our family.

Hotel was really clean. The room I had was spacious, but infested with ants! The pool was always really COLD, so if you're going to go in go around 1-2. The front desk service was always really nice. The gym equipment was old! The hotel is too pricey for the quality!

Normal Hyatt Place experience. Front desk person was OK, but just OK. Rooms were exactly what I expected for the Hyatt Place brand. Close to Ontario Mills outlet mall. Starbucks about a block away. Rooms can be noisy is you're on the freeway side of the building. Restaurants very close.

Ask for a room facing the mall. It’s not a view, but it’s so much better than noise all night of the 10 and 15.

Room was extremely big and very nice. Staff were very friendly and they will sometimes give you complementary items. Staff was very straightforward with rules and were clear with quiet hours, which was not a problem. Ice machine was difficult to find, since there were no directions to it. Beds were very comfortable and large, 4 people could sleep on the larger bed.

I liked shuttle service taking you any place around (up to 3 miles). Rooms are big enough and clean, beds are comfortable. having the little fridge is a plus. The patio and pool are nice too

3.5 stars. Property was clean and safe. Probably needs an update. Weekends are awful because you are in the mall parking lot and traffic is the worst. Plenty of food options nearby. Breakfast is served but no bar.

I sent my employee to Ayres Hotel for a business class for 3 nights. I chose this property for it's location and amenities. My employee tells me his stay was comfortable and clean. Room was good for studying in the evenings, he very much enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be sending another employee to this hotel in July. It's our go to hotel now!

While the hotel didn't have an elevator to the second floor they would accomodate if necessary. The hotel was clean and the staff was phenominal! They truly cared were nice and didn't seem stuck up.

Super nice staff, very helpful. The Inn is somewhat dated, but clean enough and I was very comfortable. Breakfast could use some effort, but filled the advertisement. Honestly, I was very impressed with the staffs efforts to accommodate me during the stay. Price was reasonable. Ill go back.

Have stayed here twice, both times in March 2018. Both rooms were spacious and clean and the room rate from hotwire was awesome. Nothing was "old" or "dirty" in either room, as I read in some other reviews. I would recommend and stay here again.

Reasonable older property at a low cost. Yes, it's a tired older property, in need of a renovation, but at this price point, it's not a bad deal for the room size. You get more space, in exchange for staying in an older property. Everything is about trade-off's....if you choose this hotel, you are picking older carpets, bathrooms, etc to get more space and more of a vintage feel. Some are weirded out...

My family and I made reservations with another Hotel located in Covina California off Garvey. Once we arrived our suite (at the other hotel) it was bug and mold infested, beds unmade from previous occupant, broken refrigerator and much more. We quickly asked for our money back and searched for another hotel. This is when we stumbled on the "FOLK INN" it was so majestic and luminous really like it...

Cozy place. Except that I noticed an "undercover" female prostitute living there for at least 2 weeks. "Renting a room" with her "boyfriend" low class people can really kill the vibe. Nice hotel, but I wasn't impressed with the service. The staff at the front desk wasn't that friendly. The room keys kept deactivating, so I had to go back and forth to the front desk to change them! If they know how many days a guest is staying, they should be able to avoid this situation. We stayed in a handicap room and it was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating and found us a shower stool and the room was very spacious! We will definitely stay here again.

The owner is a really nice woman. She takes good care of her guests and watches out for everyone. My room has a really beautiful vaulted ceiling.

The room was very basic. A nearby holiday inn was $200. Capri was 1/3 the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The owners are very nice people. They need to spend a few dollars on maintenance. Also the walls in the 2 story section are very thin. Luckily my fellow travelers were very quiet.

Located on Holt ave just east of Grove ave it definitely isnt in the best neighborhood, which works perfectly when you're never up to any good and need a spot to call headquarters. The price for extended stays is unbeatable, and it turns out that if you book directly with them for a month or more and decide to leave earlier, you will be from the discounted monthly rates. I always enjoy staying at this location. It's quiet, yet near the freeway for easy access. The customer service is friendly and helpful. There are food and drink choices nearby, or perhaps a quick trip to the nearby Sprouts, in case you want to grab something and head back to the room. Plenty of gas stations in this area too. I really like the rooms and all the people at the front desk. The housekeeping staff can be a little rude, but overall i would totally recommend this place. Very quiet. I wish there was more than muffins and packages of oatmeal for breakfast, but i can leave with that.

The hotel exterior looks new but not inside. The bed sheets, blanket and towel are old. The pillows are flat. I had a hard time to sleep first night because the look of bedding. The facility is CLEAN and staff is nice. If you get a good rate and don't mind an older facility . It is still a decent place to stay but just don't expect too much. It is definitely better than Motel 6.

We have stayed here a couple of times and always found the customer service, the cleanliness, and the overall quality to be pretty good. If you need to stay in the Yorba Linda/ Anaheim Hills area this is definitely something you should consider.

I needed a place to stay that was centrally located for my travel plans while in SoCal. The Ayers Suites in Yorba Linda could not be more perfect. It was clean and quiet. The Breakfast was outstanding and their happy hour made it convenient too. The staff was helpful and every effort was made to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend staying here... as I will do so on my future visits.

Stayed two nights when the house got tented. True to the brand with everything you would expect. Staff gave us recommendations for dinner there is a Macaroni Grill, Islands, Wood Ranch and a movie theater within walking distance. Pet friendly. A little spendy.

Great hotel with modern look. Big suite for low prices and shopping center has great selection of stores as well as high end steak houses such as Woodranch or simple American food at Islands. Movie theater across the road is nice and has great deals for 5 dollar tickets on Sunday and Tuesday!

While I have never stayed at this location, I do work across the street from it, and it's got an awesome placement near several stores, restaurants, and a movie theater. They are also located just a few minutes from Disneyland. Great place to book if you're visiting California.

New owners new name great place. It's now studio/motel 6 . The new owners are friendly, and on top of things. I've stayed here many times and always have great service and great price. Pet friendly big plus too.

You will most likely end up here for the price but be warned that there is a reason. The carpets are old. The wallpaper is holding but only barely. The tile and grout all look like they were reclaimed from a war zone. I dared not to test the shower because of everything else so I have no comment on that. Cheap, yes. Livable, yes. This is a Motel 6. It was an average experience on most levels. The Santa Ana River Trail runs directly behind the hotel and was very nice. However I was quite disappointed when I returned to my room from my busy day only to see that nothing had been cleaned. Better than expected. Really great hotel if you are in a budget. Most people staying here are here for Disneyland. It's gated so you don't need to worry about your car. Parking does get full. Nice hotel with good amenities. The kitchen is always nice to have and a full refrigerator. The hotel staff was nice, the rooms were quite, and the coffee is always available. Good for short or long stays. Also, it has free parking and is close to Disney and the Angels stadium.

Perfect! We saw a concert at the Grove and it was only a 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants near by and convenance stores. Still the hotel has fresh hot coffee and a snack anytime for free. It's a standard Towneplace suite hotel with breakfast in the morning. This is a very popular spot for Disney traffic. it's nice enough and there's a Starbucks in walking distance. It's cool being next to the Angels stadium.

Great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was professionally helpful and efficient. They really surprised me when they made the hide a bed and put my daughter's stuffed animals on the pillows for her. A very cute hotel that is model just like the olden days. The insides of the rooms resemble castles and has an ambiance that is definitely unique. It isn't really Disney inspired inside the rooms even though it is so close to Disneyland. They do have a bus that goes to and from the park, so take advantage of that. Been staying here for our Disneyland trips for several years now. Very little to complain about. If anything is ever not right, they promptly fix it. Room was comfortable and adequate for my small family's needs. Service was professional. We made use of the small coin-operated laundry to dry some wet clothes from the rain. Overall a great experience.

Great rooms beds are comfortable. Excellent guest services when needing extra towels or soaps or bath items the hotel was very quick to provide them. Great location next to Disneyland short walk to the main entrance via the east shuttle drive on Harbor Blvd. Many food choices with a short walk. Getting to downtown Disney is a short drive away from the hotel also. And two pool wet play areas for kids...

Clean comfy rooms. Rooms in building 1 are renovated. If you get a room facing Disneyland you can see the fireworks right from your balcony. No free breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel! Right next to Disneyland, only a couple blocks to walk to the main entrance. Close enough but far enough away from all the foot traffic. My party had 2 adults and 2 young children. We did one day at Disneyland, and one pool day. The location is fabulous. A very easy walk to the parks, though in the morning I think it's the busiest entrance so the line for security was insane-it would be worth it to walk around to the other side. The staff was very accommodating with all our needs. They we're friendly kind and even greeted our son with a balloon animal. The hotel was clean and comfortable. And the pool area is great for kids.

There was a high $25 daily parking rate that was not mentioned by the hotel or the booking site prior to check in at the time of our stay. Be aware that the hotel will try to add additional charges to your reservation to pad their revenue.

My family was unfortunately not welcomed well. I have emailed the hotel with my concerns separately. I will most likely not be staying at this hotel with my family again.

Forget about all the other hotels, pictures, and reviews. I have spent days looking at reviews and pictures of all the other hotels (pictures was probably taken 10 years ago) the anaheim and garden grove area. Book this one. Such a great experience. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago during my Disney Dirty 30 celebration. Every staff member I came across was super nice and helpful, and they had easy access to everything we needed. Maritza (sp?) was especially helpful with maps and park info, and they even left me a little birthday gift! I would 100% recommend staying here for Disneyland trips, especially.

We've stayed here a dozen times. It is a quick .5 mile walk to either park, there is a McDonald's, a Mimi's and a Panera right outside. It was one of the cheaper places that is walking distance to the tram station for Disneyland. The hotel is pretty good for the location. If you don't want to get your feet dirty then you can never walk on the carpet floor bare foot. The floor is super dirty even though it doesn't look like it. Quick access to Disneyland, oatmeal, cereal and muffins were a good breakfast. Price was right and would stay again. Only issue hot tub was not hot. You can also watch fireworks from your room.

This hotel was nice because it was within walking distance to Disneyland. The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice as well. We will definitely be back.
