The room was very clean and spacious but there was a chair and auto men that looked like a crime scene happened on it and very few linens. No wash cloth and there were only 2 shower towels and 1 hand towel other than that everything and staff were perfect. Thank you.

Jamie went above and beyond her paid duty to assist my elderly family member who stayed the night at the hotel. That type of humane service speaks to the character that she embodies. Today it seems that a lot of big corporations and their employees don't care about the people, just making the customer's money, and I'm grateful that isn't so at the Holiday Inn. I will absolutely stay here next time...

My stay here was very pleasant. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet which was just okay. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a lot of other people around us but the buffet worker only asked us to show proof that we had the breakfast included with our room stay. Good rooms. Clean, spacious, cool (mine was on the 4th floor, facing north). Breakfast is a bit too simple for a hotel in this price class. But maybe I am used to European standards? Decent hotel. No complaint or issues with my room or customer service during my stay (July 15th). The only downside was the dirty pool and when paying for breakfast, the server had to run the credit card at the front desk, and it wasn't a quick process. But I would stay here again.

The rooms are great, but the service is phenomenal. All of the staff are 10 out of 10 without exception. I travel for work several times a year, and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed because of the staff.

Breakfast is really good there. Rooms or nice. The cleaning was not great. Stuff on the floor behind curtains. Which tells me they don't vacuum floors good. And the remot control was disgusting filthy. Had to ask front desk for bars of soap. Was none in the room.

Great stay. The made to order breakfast was awesome. They even had two different salsas for my omelet!! The free happy hour was bomb. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

The stay was pleasant and suites are nice. It's close to the mall and restaurants. The breakfast is pretty good considering one can choose the omelet of ones liking. The evening gathering is nice which includes complimentary drinks and snacks. The common area provided is comfortable to sit and talk with family and friends.

Digital keys didn't work. Back hotel door wouldn't open for any guests (even with working keys). Miscommunication to several guests about when breakfast started. Elevator messy at night and still messy the next morning. Otherwise the hotel/room was nice. Just expected no problems at this level of hotel.

I love the heavenly beds. The staff at the front door is very nice and helpful. Every since I found out this hotel is here I stay a few times a month. I actually stay a few minutes down the street. However, i Enjoy the cleanness and location of the hotel.

Depending upon how much you're willing to pay will determine what room you get just like any other hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean. The first time choosing the Element was due to its convenient location near everything. Is located near several restaurants and stores. Not impressed! Yes, it’s clean, and relatively new, so not worn out. The staff will do whatever for you, which is nice, but I’m really capable of getting ice, and little things like that, so maybe an ice machine on each floor? Great hotel for our stays when traveling with our pets. They accept our cat and two dogs without additional charge. There is a decent breakfast included as well. Rooms are well appointed and clean

Stayed here for an extended business trip 11 days. Nice quiet hotel, Room was big, kitchenette was nice. Weak water pressure, toilet would almost overflow everytime or toilet bowl water would just keep running at times. The kitchen sink leaked onto the floor. This place is set up for extended stays. Which is why I chose this place. I am here for 3 weeks, due to work. Rooms are very nice, and are equipped with a kitchenette, pots, pans, dishes, etc. I am very pleased with the room! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and always cheerfully friendly. Parking has always been convenient. The complimentary breakfast is always good and has a bit of variety each day. I consider myself fortunate to stay here for my 2 week business trip.

More than a typical hotel stay, due to the suite configuration of the room and the amenities at this location. Hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The days a week they also host a dinner buffet /happy - hour with free beer and wine.

Easy check-in. Everything explained clearly and simply. Staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef. We ate a small snack and they were happy to split it for two people.

The room was great and the manager was completely awesome, but, if you ever stay at any of the hotels/motels in the Palmdale/Lancaster area get ready to get charged for something they call "Incidentals"....It can be anywhere from $25.00 to $400.00....It was new to me so be careful.....

Nice staff, but never had the vending machines filled, nor their little snack area in lobby stocked. Also, only one washing machine and one dryer for entire facility of three floors of guests to use. Otherwise, staff was nice, friendly and the overall look of hotel itself was okay. Little things like no toilet paper holder, no lid for ice bucket, no screen on window were a bit out of the ordinary.

Basic rooms... someone on our floor was smoking weed nonstop for 48 hours. Service was friendly and nice. Sunday breakfast service was only yogurt and cereal, but whatever. Palmdale is not the place you go looking for luxury either way. Beds were comfortable!

The service is good and friendly, but I'm not a fan of the bed. It's my third day and I woke up with neck and back pain.

the property was as advertised: spacious clean rooms, and all room facilities functioned as intended. the location was great and so easy to get to a wide choice of restaurants just off the highway. staff were genuinely friendly and attentive and the on site gym was an absolute bonus - really spacious and well equipped.

One of the best hotels to stay in Palmdale! The neighborhood seems very safe and quiet all the time and I have been there 4-5 times, the rooms were always very clean and the rooms have a kitchen which is a great plus point. Loved it!

I really loved this place! I actually found the hotel and got it that same day of our check in because of personal issues with the original hotel we were going to stay at but suffice to say, this place is wonderful! You Do have to pay for parking per night but they make sure it’s safe and have a security guard on the premise. The beds and room were all wonderful and they have breakfast and dinner there...

I've been staying here for almost 10 years on work travel, but I won't any longer. The charge for parking is ridiculous for the area. My room smelled of must and cleaning supplies. The toilet ran occasionally throughout the night. The gym room had no towels and no wipes. The TV reset every time the fridge compressor turns on. Only 2 choices of tea in the morning. None of those were problems before...

Nothing out of the ordinary. Location is near a bunch of convenient food places and the main highway. Room is fairly clean and housekeeping comes in everyday as they should. Amenities are great as well

I don't write too many reviews, but this staff deserves accolades...very friendly, very attentive...a solid A+. The rooms smell awesome...not that cleaning agent motel smell. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Quiet. You won't go wrong and it's priced very well too! Good coffee also...this place makes me always want to check out Hamptons.

I was here for 5 days in October and it was comfortable with easy access to the Highway and I could get anywhere I needed quickly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Great Continental Breakfast. I used the Pool and it wasn't long enough to do laps easily, but it was relaxing with lounge chairs and clean towels. The workout room was convenient.

Very clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Location is great, out of the way but close enough to basic places. Was a little worried while driving there because you pass some not so great areas but it exceeded the expectation. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. Pool was definitely a plus with the heat.

Security comes to room stating people are hanging around my front door. When in fact I didn't even know those people. Nobody has control over what other people do or say. Security should of addressed those individuals instead of addressing the occupants such as myself. There are also police roaming in and out of the motel constantly. Keisha at the desk was an excellent representation of how someone in customer service should be..kind, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The rooms were clean. we felt safe. I will say that the beds are hard as a rock, mainly from being on a platform verses a box spring but thats a corporate thing.

Nice for what it is and the price. Staff was friendly. AC/Heat barley worked but it wasn't hot out so it didn't matter. Room had a smoke smell but I left the door open for a while and I didn't notice it (probably got used to it also). The room was updated and pretty clean. The beds are harder. Its a motel so the walls are fairly thin if you're a light sleeper.

I have children four of them. When I come to Motel 6 it's so the kids can have the pool or I can take a break. Upon checking into my room on this particular stay one of my children found a razor blade on the counter in addition to my previous stay where the bathroom door didn't work it has been a frustrating couple of occasions. The motel well really comfortable. I was shocked that they did not have a blow dryer in the bathroom so I did end up with a cold. On the upside I did enjoy the closeness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff.
