Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto, Palo Alto1 / 26

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto
Palo Alto, 2050 University Avenue 🧭 Map
It's average, not amazing, and the hardware is far inferior to the Four Seasons in China. The location is OK, it's close to Stanford, and there is also the Stanford Shopping Center nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.
The price fluctuates greatly due to the booking situation. If you have travel plans tonight, please book in advance.
The hotel has an independent yard, full of security
The hotel environment is good and the service is very considerate
The hotel is a new hotel in the past two years. There are often large companies holding activities around it. The hair dryer is a Dyson. The hotel is very clean. The overall facilities in the room are also intelligent. The stay is very comfortable and the gym equipment is also very complete
The hardware is somewhat old as it appears to be quite old, but I am satisfied with everything else and will likely stay here again on my next business trip near Palo Alto.

This hotel should get 10 stars!! It is so perfect in every single way that this review will still not do it justice! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location for walking and shopping...that is if you even want to leave! The rooms are gorgeous and the people that work there are like coming back to see GREAT FAMILY YOU LOVE! Everyone is so helpful..and kind..and knowledgable...and wonderful...
Excellent hotel with all-inclusive amenities which were first class. With the menu choices for both breakfast, lunch and dinner and the availability to pick out a snack with an open kitchen model any time of the day, it was well appointed, the rooms were large and roomy, and the bathroom TV was definitely an upscale touch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the patio and living room area...
This is the finest hotel in Palo Alto. The rooms are beautiful and very large with amazing contemporary bathrooms that are also very spacious. We stayed 10 days and it felt like home in a high end condo with great room service. The pillows are amazing and the staff are fantastic. This is a very special incredibly well run and new hotel like no other.
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel!! This was our first visit (as several friends had told us we need to stay here) and boy, were they right!!!! Staff is superb..knowledgable.. and friendly... rooms were large and spacious for us to work from, and the "food perk" made for a wonderful end to each day we stayed here. We will be back often!
What a nice delux stay. Nice calm vibe. Great staff. Suite is at high standard, Toto etc. All inclusive concept very nice especially with the kids. High quality food prepared fresh - drinks at very good level e.g. on of the reds marquis murrieta reserve. I had my own stash of top wines I could bring without charge. Pool was under renovation - however we could use the pool at hotel next door. The kids...
The Clement Palo Alto is the best hotel I have stayed in my life. The rooms are big and yet absolutely cozy. The all-inclusive food and beverages very delicious. The staff is kind and amazing. I felt like home (a very fancy one!) and can't wait to come back.

Nobu Hotel blends luxury with minimalist elegance, offering impeccable service and a serene ambiance. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, featuring Japanese-inspired decor. Dining at Nobu is a highlight, with world-class cuisine. The staff is attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Perfect for a chic, relaxing getaway with a touch of sophistication. Highly recommended!
Our stay was amazing! Felt as if we were staying with family. As soon as we walked in they knew welcomed us and knew us. They even wished my daughter a Happy Birthday! They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Anything we needed they made sure they were there to help with whatever. Room was amazing and clean. Hotel Manager introduced himself and made me feel like family. Great staff and manager...
good hotel on awesome place. Only thing that is really annoying to me is the receptionist lady I had when checking out on 08/23 around 9 am. She (a black lady) doesn’t really want to service me and with very bad attitude. I cannot believe this is the service I got in a 5 star Japanese style hotel. In comparison, all the other receptionists and valets are really nice, no complaints at all.
Great location. Restaurant downstairs is amazing with friendly staff and chef - they accommodated me even though I arrived 30 minutes before the kitchen closed and the food quality was still up to par. Valet parking is not available after like 10 PM, but I did not get a notification for that until the night of the second day, after I’ve checked out. Requested late checkout but still lost my keycard...
Amazing location. Perfect for meetings in Palo Alto. Walking distance to everything. Room was super comfortable, great ambience and comfort. Room size is definitely on the small side, I guess that gives the feeling of being in Tokyo. Love the light color wood and utilization of space. Water pressure was horrible for a $500 night hotel and I was on the 3rd floor, not that high. Nice sound quality and...
Nobu is always an excellent choice for staying in the premium/luxury segment. Nice clean rooms, clean and cozy bathrooms. As in many California places, you might be surprised by water pressure in showers because of regulations (after Texas, it's almost non-existent in California). Also, this location has only outsourced valet parking, and it works only until 10 PM. If you arrive later, you will have...

Because I took my children to visit a school, I chose this hotel with good value for money. Overall, I felt good. Facilities: a bit old Environment: good
The shower in the room was the best during our trip and gave our whole family a very comfortable bath. The back door can be opened, and there seems to be a small courtyard, but it is shared with the rooms next door. It would be a good experience if you stayed for three or four days. Parking is more convenient, there are enough parking spaces, and breakfast is ok, with regular configuration. The receptionists...

Nice hotel right downtown. Great value. Room was small but nice and staff were super friendly and helpful. Floor was a bit dirty in the room. Would stay again!
No windows to speak of Basically there are no windows in the rooms. It’s fine for sleeping but isn’t a pleasant space to spend time.
Very nice The hotel was clean and the breakfast had good healthy options.
Quaint, clean, and nice Hotel Keen is perfect for my stays in Palo Alto for track meets at Stanford. It is next to dining and shopping options and a short walk to Stanford’s campus. Yhry have a bike to use and even had an umbrella to use when it was raining.
Nice hotel, expensive but not for Palo Alto Nice hotel on the basic side but was clean and front desk was nice. There was a homeless man out front going through the trash so that was a little scary but he didn’t bother me.
I had a wonderful stay here. Great location, walkable to everything, the staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean, bed is comfortable, it’s quiet, and they always kept the refreshment area will cold infused water and coffee. Would stay here again and recommend. They also have complimentary bikes to ride around town.

Stayed in this hotel for two days. Compared with other Hilton Garden Inns I stayed in during this trip to the United States, this one was very clean. The room was nice, so we stayed another night. We were able to experience the atmosphere of Silicon Valley, and it was very close to Stanford University and the technology company we were going to, and the hotel service was also very good.
Very spacious, clean, good service facilities, convenient parking, there are several delicious Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby, it's rare
Very good. The price was very good on the first day of stay. Later, because a global CRM giant held a meeting in San Francisco, the room price soared to 3,500 RMB per night. It was too expensive.
The room was clean and tidy. I switched from staying at a hotel in Yosemite Valley to a Hilton. I was quite satisfied and the price-performance ratio was high.
The room rate of more than 4,000 yuan (RMB) for two nights had already been paid when booking on Ctrip, but another US$589 was deducted when checking in (I thought it was a deposit at the time, but after a while I thought it was wrong, so I asked the front desk what the price was, and he After checking, we were told "Oh, the deduction was wrong...), what if we didn't ask? Do we just pay twice?"
1. location is excellent for me. 2. I liked the option of having a suite and a kitchen.

The beds were soft and comfy, as well as their pillows. The breakfast provided was alright, especially since they had a pancake maker.
It's a motel. Clean enough. Good enough service. Pricey, but it's mountain view so expected.
Clean quiet basic room. Variety of good at breakfast was limited. The desk chair was uncomfortable and bathroom fan very noisy. Friendly staff.
I liked the location, walking distance to NASA Ames. The hotel had breakfast included, but it was biscuits and gravy every day for a week. The room was clean but felt dated. I would stay again since it was clean, safe, and walking distance to where I need to be. However, the hotel could improve some things to make the stays better. Check-in process was smooth, hotel staff is very good they checked my dietery requirements and ensured that vegeterian breakfast is available. I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this hotel was. A great location right on the El Camino in Mountain View. Clean, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of choices to get your day started and the staff was very welcoming!

The hotel is now the Aloft. Comfortable, modern rooms, amazing shower, friendly staff. Look forward to coming back.
The downstairs main floor is beautiful, modern, and updated. The rooms however, are outdated, sad, and resemble a dorm room. I highly recommend the hotel paint the walls a fun color and consider hanging some actual paintings or something instead of bare sad White Walls everywhere you look. The bed was fairly comfortable, but all furniture was dated. The bathroom was updated which was nice, and the...
The Hotel had a very welcoming feel. The layout and atmosphere was similar to most Hilton Garden Inns.i enjoy have a cooked to order omelette and a hot breakfast. The grounds were clean and well landscaped. The beds were new and very comfortable with four feather pillows. The bath linens were soft and luxurious. My only complaint is that the nightly rate of $552 per night seemed quite high. The bartender...
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room appears to be updated with some modern touches, but there are areas that are definitely dated. The bed is supposedly adjustable, but I didn't notice any difference. Large TV in the room, but some channels didn't work (like HBO). Overall, I was satisfied, but considering the high price, I expected better.
A good location surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Water was very hot on demand

Good location, nice big rooms with a kitchen, a washer & dryer which are very important when you are on the road for 2 weeks at a stretch.
Modern rooms with nice bathrooms. Nothing fancy but solid all around.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is curtious. Rooms have what I needed. Internet was good and the fitness center was well stocked. My only reason to rate it less than 5 stars is due to the beds. It was not comfortable at all and very hard. I know that is a personal choice, thought they could meet us side sleepers half way.
The staff at this location were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms—bed(s), bathroom—were tended daily, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The location is also great: a short trip to Mountain View, and walking distance to dowtown Sunnyvale businesses. I would choose this location again without hesitation.
One of the nicer courtyards I've been to. Recently renovated, nice lobby, good location if you're working in the area. The gym is big enough to get a decent workout. But it's small enough to get really crowded quickly so as long as you're not working out in prime time you should be fine.
Really lovely for the business traveller. Comfortable, pleasant in every detail. The delicious and well run Bistro helped me out with a late meal, and all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. No room service. :(

When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for rooms upstairs. The front desk staff said no, only the first floor, okay! But when we went to the car to pick up our luggage and returned to the lobby, we saw that the guests behind us were arranged upstairs. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only downside is that...
Location was great, right in the middle of Sunnyvale. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The hotel itself was okay. The room was small. Shower had great heat and water pressure, but in general lacking in overall amenities. Gym was underwhelming. All that being said, I enjoyed my time at the Aloft. The location was great ,but Sam, the Bartender made all the difference. He made great drinks and was good company. Some of the best Tom Collin's I have ever had. Thanks Sam.
The location was great, and everyone was friendly. However, the rooms were so incredibly tiny, you could hear absolutely everything around you, and there was not even a mini refrigerator. When I say you could hear everything around you, I mean people outside, someone cough in the next room, doors shutting in the hallway, people laughing... literally everything.

It is perfectly located in less than one min from the highway. Only 8 minutes to SJC airport. The main road (Saratoga) has a lot of the main locations to see in San Jose like the Westfield mall. It is really nice when you find the hotel less than a minute from the highway. The place is well secured by many doors with room card access. You do not have to pass by the reception to access the rooms. ...
All staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. 10/10 would stay here again.
Great place to stay especially with a family! The laundromat on the premises was outstanding! Housekeeping, black out curtains and privacy door between the shower and the sink made our stay perfect! Also, the location is perfect for day trips to San Francisco, Santa Cruz and more.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was at per diem when I booked and not too far from where I was working while on business travel. It can be easy to miss the first time and turning around was a hassle, but a great experience overall
The hotel provides easy access to the 280. Rooms are clean, and meets the TownePlace brand. No complaints about housekeeping or other services. Check in was great, they accommodated all my requests for feather free / no down. Plenty of parking at this location.
Rooms are clean, a good size, have a little kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, sink). Bed is comfy, soft pillows, and most importantly outlets all over the room. Breakfast area has a waffle maker, different breads, bagels, juice, coffee, and done limited fresh fruits. Decent location, 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, just south of 101 making it convenient to commit to most tech companies.

I was there for 13 days and there wasn’t room service they kept skipping my room , I had to ask for towels in a few ovations and for clean bedding everything else was good .
The door of the room was really hatd to close, when upon of our arrival was open but later we find out why. The microwave was not working. The thing that I do not like is that is making you go to the lobby and ask for things, like dishes.
The smell is horrible When i came back to the room today there was this horrible smell theat smelled like a portapotty and a little while later the front desk person came to our room and told us that we cant use our water for an hour because there is a plumbing issue. I feel like we should have had a warning way before right now now i cant even use the bathroom this sucks
The room is quite big and has a kitchen, but the sound insulation is very poor. I always hear someone shouting in the middle of the night. It is best to bring your own breakfast. Pets are allowed.
The hotel has breakfast, but it's not very good, just coffee, milk and cake. The best thing is that the hotel has a kitchen and kitchenware at the front desk, so you can make some simple meals yourself.
I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, great layout. Comfy bed. Fairly fresh redecoration. Location is great and rates incredibly affordable for the area. Staff super friendly.

The hotel room size is OK, the location is good, very close to San Jose Airport. The facilities are average, and the service is good. As a hotel for business trips, it is quite suitable.
Breakfast was minimal but acceptable since I was there for work.
San Jose has good Witty, good atmosphere, good heating and cooling, good breakfast, and reasonable price... Not bad value for money.
Very good, big room, clean, free parking
Clean room. Nice breakfast… accessible to air port.. not much food around and need to drive.
The hotel is nice, there are many rooms, but the rooms at the back are a bit far away. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the room, you need to bring your own. There is a gas station next to it. There are few types of breakfast, but it is enough.

This place is dirty, avoid avoid avoid. They don't wipe down anything, even table tops, the bathtub had a damn pube in the soap rack.
Affordable and comfortable. Not swanky or fancy, but you get what you pay for.
Good over hotel for the price. Nothing fancy but does the trick for a close hotel to the airport. Front desk staff were nice. Only big negative is that the breakfast being advertised is really basic. Not worth it for me, went to a restaurant instead.
Great value for the price. Little pricier than others (not much though!) but it's only a couple mins to Uber (or walk) to/from the airport. I needed a new key, and the guy at the desk was very helpful and friendly about it. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute and they were accommodating. They even brought new (warm!) towels and soap to us later that day. No comments about the other staff...
This place is a good choice for the budget conscious. The motel was upgrading all the room furniture when we arrived, so we stepped out for 15 minutes when the workers were ready to do our room. The new furniture is a definite upgrade, and the manager told me they would soon be changing their flag to be a Best Western.
Good service and homely treatment... Loved my stay here

Very friendly and helpful staff. breakfast very good. great coffee!
Great experience. Needed a last minute room and everything was booked, but the front desk staff was able to accommodate me. I was treated with care and professionalism. Francis was great and made me feel welcome. I’ll be back for sure
Stayed there for one night family of four. Very good service. We wanted to go elsewhere for a breakfast and were suggested a few options and they even gave us a lift to one of them on the airport shuttle, because it was not busy! We were very pleased with this.
Close to the airport. Room was updated and comfortable. I wish there was more around it. The cafe next door at the bowling alley was about it, but it wasn't terrible.
Great room, super comfy bed, nice bathroom with plenty of shower products, pool was heated, and staff was friendly. It was real close to some grocery stores so picking up snacks was real easy. And to top it all off, the price was great. All you can ever ask from a hotel, would stay here anytime!
Front desk Personnel for cordial and efficient both I'd check in and leaving. Our plane got in late and they were very willing to send there transport to pick us up at the airport after 11 p.m. The driver in the morning was very courteous and efficient in getting this to our plane for the next leg of our trip Our room was spacious clean and well-appointed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was nice. The front desk was great service. The area was slightly sketchy. There was a woman at 3am yelling for someone to open the door. Not sure what happened but luckily I ended up falling back asleep. We got a great price which is why we booked it. Not sure if I would stay again.
On this day 7/22/22, my husband and I stayed at this hotel. It was pleasantly nice. Clean. Swimming pool available. Only a short distance away from the Winchester Mystery House, which is where we had gone to visit on our trip to San Jose. Considering the cost of everything nowadays it was affordable. The only thing we didn't care for was the $100 deposit they never mentioned when we made the reservation...

Convenient location for an early morning flight out of San Jose. We stayed here overnight before such a flight and it was well suited to that. The room was clean but needed some attention to some things. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. If flying out of San Jose early again, I would probably stay here.
Everything is in good conditions . Pool is heated, Jacuzzi is very relaxing. Rooms are a bit smelly but can work with that. Bed is comfortable. Staff is okay, felt out of place but the housekeeper Jessica made me feel more at home great service, friendly, and respectful as well as attentive. Surely would return ! Recommend it.
Was in San Jose for business trip. Stayed here for 1 overnight stay. It was solid. Bed was quite comfortable. Food was standard (decent) ??Service was standard. The price paid was to be expected considering the last minute booking. I'd stay here again if I needed to.

Went there on a business trip. The lobby looks great. I was impressed, clean and very welcoming. But when I got to my room I was disappointed. I stayed at $70 a night hotels that looked better than the room I had. The wallpaper was dated and the lack of a refrigerator and microwave for how much you will pay a night was also a let down. I have stayed at other hotels who have those things and it was...
One of my "All Time Favorites. " The Fairmont San Jose restored my confidence in myself as well as my high expectations of service in the Bay area. Personnel greeted my Gal and I with high respect and courtesy, that which cannot be matched. This applies to every level of personnel we encountered during our 5 night stay. The skyline views of downtown SJ are awesome, especially in the evening from...

I love the staff here. They always go above and beyond for me. The rooms are nice and the hotel is in a great location. My room has always been very clean, filled with great complimentary products. The tea is the best!! The food from the hotel restaurants and room service that I have eaten, were delicious. If I could give it more stars, I would.
Great place to stay, and it’s in the middle of everything. Conveniently located near lots of restaurants and stores.
The place is very clean. This is definitely one of the nicer hotels. Of course you pay extra for this type of hotel. Majority of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and super spacious. The hotel also has a gym and pool. I want to say the pool was heated as it was perfect to get into at night. Only issue I had...
