Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto, Palo Alto1 / 26
Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto
Palo Alto, 2050 University Avenue 🧭 Map
My stay here was for business. I loved the services and professionalism shown by the staff. The rooms too were up to date. The only reason that I wouldn't rate it a 5 star is because even at the price paid for the room, the breakfast wasn't included in the room. I think asking the guest for an additional 30$ is a deal breaker.
The bed and linens are always so clean and fresh. Great quality to ensure a great night’s rest. Tip: get complimentary coffee in the mornings for a great hot cup of coffee or tea. Don’t bother getting a latte or special coffee from Quattro, it will be $10 by the time you tip and they only have one size which is small.
Stayed here a week ago! The hotel has great facilities like a swimming pool and a well stocked gym. Staff are friendly and inviting! Room service is very quick and anything we requested through the app was brought hastily. The food is really good as you’d expect from the Four Seasons. Room was nice and spacious and the beds were great! The sound proofing is amazing; we’re very light sleepers and we...
I've traveled to the Bay Area for work dozens of times, and this was my first time staying at the Four Seasons. It definitely won't be my last! I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The bed was heavenly (planning to buy the linens for my own home!), the room was spacious and bright, and the room service was outstanding. I worked late every evening so ended up eating in my room way more often...
Great spa, relaxing pool and steam room. Massage therapists are very knowledgeable. Exceptional friendly service and attention to detail.
This is a favorite hotel of mine. Staff is wonderful, food is great. So relaxing to come during stressful buisness trips. Always love it here!!

good hotel on awesome place. Only thing that is really annoying to me is the receptionist lady I had when checking out on 08/23 around 9 am. She (a black lady) doesn’t really want to service me and with very bad attitude. I cannot believe this is the service I got in a 5 star Japanese style hotel. In comparison, all the other receptionists and valets are really nice, no complaints at all.
Great location. Restaurant downstairs is amazing with friendly staff and chef - they accommodated me even though I arrived 30 minutes before the kitchen closed and the food quality was still up to par. Valet parking is not available after like 10 PM, but I did not get a notification for that until the night of the second day, after I’ve checked out. Requested late checkout but still lost my keycard...
Amazing location. Perfect for meetings in Palo Alto. Walking distance to everything. Room was super comfortable, great ambience and comfort. Room size is definitely on the small side, I guess that gives the feeling of being in Tokyo. Love the light color wood and utilization of space. Water pressure was horrible for a $500 night hotel and I was on the 3rd floor, not that high. Nice sound quality and...
Nobu is always an excellent choice for staying in the premium/luxury segment. Nice clean rooms, clean and cozy bathrooms. As in many California places, you might be surprised by water pressure in showers because of regulations (after Texas, it's almost non-existent in California). Also, this location has only outsourced valet parking, and it works only until 10 PM. If you arrive later, you will have...
If I could give more than 5 stars on service, I would have done that. The staff’s attention to detail is amazing. Had an excellent experience checking in and checking out. Nobu in Palo Alto is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful cafe in a Japanese garden. I was there every morning during our 5-day stay at 7 am sharp. Breakfast in that peaceful garden is a perfect start to a busy day ahead. The rooms...
Service could get better. I have to ask every time for refills of coffee or water. The carpet in the room is too old. No business room or other amenities like sauna or hot tube or pool. More like boutique hotel. Quality of other stuff is good. I like the restrooms here. They have the lux toiletries

Service is one of a kind here. They truly make you feel like you're the only guest staying with them.
This luxurious, all-inclusive establishment for executives is worth every penny. You surely feel you’re taken care of when staying there. My bed was so comfortable you feel like you are sleeping on clouds. Bathroom with heated floors and a nice bathtub is just another indication of this place’s attention to detail. Their lobby and restaurant were well designed and staffed. They CARE. Unfortunately...
During our recent stay at The Clement in Palo Alto, we were treated to an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this boutique hotel offers a level of luxury and relaxation that truly stands out. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every aspect of our stay carefully curated to ensure a stress-free and indulgent experience. The...
My stay here was absolutely delightful. The rooms are amazing, the vibe is great. It's close to campus and the hotel has bicycles you can borrow to navigate around town without having to drive/Uber, so that was a godsend. It's also just in a lovely area. And so convenient to campus! The staff were amazing and made sure I enjoyed my stay.
Every visit to The Clement Palo Alto confirms its status as a premier destination for those who seek not just luxury, but also an intimate experience. Their team's dedication to discretion and personal attention provides the ideal environment for our operations, ensuring that our clients' privacy and comfort are prioritized. It's the unmatched attention to every detail that resonates so well with us...
This hotel is really top tier. All the employees, especially the ones at the reception treat you really like guests and not only like customers. The service is outstanding. The room is very probably the best I've been at a hotel. Everything is very comfortable and very clean. Definitely best bath room ever. The restaurant is very good, also the pantry is always filled with great food and beverages...

Enjoyed our one night here, comfortable beds, coffee in the room, and very convenient location. Super clean! Fridge and microwave included.
The personnel was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. They had a wide variety of breakfast options, including smoothies and parfaits with fresh fruit and yogurt, which I liked. It was wonderful that they also have a comfortable lounge area away from the lobby where you could watch a movie. What's not to love about this place? They even serve freshly baked chocolate...
This was our first time staying here and we loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near the Stanford campus which is why we close this location. The rooms were clean and we had safe, covered parking.
A decent hotel, although it's more like a motel. Breakfast is ok, although there could be some greater variety (you will end up eating the same stuff every day). One night I couldn't sleep because of loud music from the room upstairs, I had to call the hotel staff to come and tell them to stop. Room is spacious and has good comfort for its price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked fine.
Amazing complimentary breakfast every morning, great customer service and nice, clean rooms filled with amenities. Would definitely stay here again!
Awesome, clean, inexpensive, low frills (free breakfast and wifi, small workout room, no pool, no room service), terrific little place to hang your hat for a few nights!

Small hotel with small rooms to match. Fine for my short stay but other great options in the area. Great location a short walk away from University Ave and many shops and restaurants. Ok breakfast with Nespresso coffee and wine reception from 5-6pm.
Nice hotel Friendly staff. Great location. Oddly weird feature there was no door to the bathroom in a standard room. The toilet and shower was in full view to the rest of the room. Also there were no drawers or shelves to put personal items.
Keen has one of the best locations in Palo Alto. They did a nice renovation and it looks great at face value, however there are still a few hints that it is a very old building such as the windows.
Quiet and comfortable but zero amenities and tiny rooms. They should add coffee makers at least. Silly not to include such a thing.
Room was quite small; walls were a bit thin, so you can hear noises from the hallway and the rooms next to you. There is a curtain instead of a door to the bathroom. The dry-erase marker compatible walls are cool though! Overall, a reasonable place for an individual or a couple to stay in Palo Alto.
Booking Pro Tip: If you need a closet or any storage space at all get a premium/deluxe room. Living out of a suitcase? Any other room is fine. 😅

I spent here 4. We came for a conference in Stanford. We were extremely positively struck by this Hotel. It’s by fair the best in its category I’ve been in. There were no issues at all, the room is big and clean, the AC was new, the complimentary food and the cleaning services were perfect, they have complimentary laundry services (they make it for you and deliver). Everything really exceptional. The...
We needed a handicap accessible room, but the Inn only had one. The managers were kind enough to ask the guests who had already rented it if they actually needed the accommodations. As they did not, the Inn gave them another room (at a discount) and gave us the room we required. Everything was clean and great! The beverages and snacks were a wonderful treat. The managers were friendly, thoughtful and...
This classic motel has been remodeled with all the modern-day amenities that one could ask for. I booked the last room the afternoon of our stay for four nights and was first impressed by the reasonable pricing for the area. Upon arrival the young man in the office was warm, caring, professional, and welcoming too. The room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. You have all the convivences...
Deserves much more than 5 stars. The room was perfect, very quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area for fresh air, water features and beautiful plantings. You forget your on a main thoroughfare. Staff very friendly and accommodating! When we needed to extend stay, and no rooms were available they made all arrangements for our stay at another hotel. Making a potentially stressful situation...
We stayed here while receiving medical treatment at Stanford Hospital. The owner and cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The rooms have been completely remodeled. Even though the hotel is right off a major road, the rooms are quiet at night and we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. There is a lovely patio with outdoor furniture and water features where we spent...
Was very pleasantly surprised by this place.  Remodeled rooms were nice looking, although kind of small for two people (especially the king room). But the place was immaculately clean...no obsessively clean. Check-out the photo of the housekeeping staff cleaning the rafters on the upper level...never seen that before!! The staff was courteous and helpful and did their best to accommodate our every...
1. refrigirator in my room was hard to open because it was leveled below the kitchen floor. 2. general feeling is that everything (furniture, utensils, air conditioning) is very old and basic.

The beds were soft and comfy, as well as their pillows. The breakfast provided was alright, especially since they had a pancake maker.
Clean quiet basic room. Variety of good at breakfast was limited. The desk chair was uncomfortable and bathroom fan very noisy. Friendly staff.
I liked the location, walking distance to NASA Ames. The hotel had breakfast included, but it was biscuits and gravy every day for a week. The room was clean but felt dated. I would stay again since it was clean, safe, and walking distance to where I need to be. However, the hotel could improve some things to make the stays better. Even just rotating some breakfast items would make it feel less like...
Just spent 4 days there for work, less than & 10 minute casual walk to the Quads, Fairchild etc. Has all the essentials, room was spacious and clean, equipped with coffee-machine & fridge, bathroom was actually quite nice; sink is in the living area. Really comfy beds! It's a standard 2-3 star hotel quality, with absolutely no cleanliness issues that I could see. I appreciated the on-site washer-dryer...

The rooms were small but comfortable. There was enough room to stow my overnight bag and lay out my toiletries in the counter. But, my stay was short, and my bag was small. The the showers were nice enough but like most stays away from home I'm always left wanting more pressure from the shower head. It was everything you could ask for in an overnight stay and just about nothing more. Parking was not...

Check-in process was smooth, hotel staff is very good they checked my dietery requirements and ensured that vegeterian breakfast is available. Room was great and another thing I liked very much is a tablet inside the room which you can use to order room service or complain for things which are not working, icing on the cake was a robot delivering water as part of room service. Last but not the least...
I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this hotel was. A great location right on the El Camino in Mountain View. Clean, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had an assortment of choices to get your day started and the staff was very welcoming!
My wife and I were very impressed.frist the parking was great, you park under the hotel it's self. Plenty of room and well light and close to the front desk. We walked in and talk to the employee at the front desk he already had our paper work and room card ready for us. After we where done he said breakfast would be to our right and and elevator was behind us. We get to our room and were impressed...
Really nice place to stay in Mountain View. Close proximity to prime offices. Budget hotel with good breakfast, decent room size, bathtub and in house parking. Plus this hotel has a robot which deliver any order you place to the front desk.
Staff were nice and hotel was neat and tidy. Lots of traffic noise in second floor street-facing rooms. Walls were thin; could clearly hear German-speaking folks in the adjacent room.
Pretty standard hotel. Nothing especially great. Main problem I had was that the rooms aren't well sound-proofed, so I could hear noise from the adjoining rooms (like people talking, the tv, etc.).

The hotel is now the Aloft. Comfortable, modern rooms, amazing shower, friendly staff. Look forward to coming back.
The downstairs main floor is beautiful, modern, and updated. The rooms however, are outdated, sad, and resemble a dorm room. I highly recommend the hotel paint the walls a fun color and consider hanging some actual paintings or something instead of bare sad White Walls everywhere you look. The bed was fairly comfortable, but all furniture was dated. The bathroom was updated which was nice, and the...
The Hotel had a very welcoming feel. The layout and atmosphere was similar to most Hilton Garden Inns.i enjoy have a cooked to order omelette and a hot breakfast. The grounds were clean and well landscaped. The beds were new and very comfortable with four feather pillows. The bath linens were soft and luxurious. My only complaint is that the nightly rate of $552 per night seemed quite high. The bartender...
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room appears to be updated with some modern touches, but there are areas that are definitely dated. The bed is supposedly adjustable, but I didn't notice any difference. Large TV in the room, but some channels didn't work (like HBO). Overall, I was satisfied, but considering the high price, I expected better.
A good location surrounded by restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Water was very hot on demand
Nice Silicon Valley hotel for business travel stay. Strategic location - close to 85, 237 and 101 freeways. Has been recently renovated. Staff is very friendly.
