Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge

We stayed a weekend here. It was really nice. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. The view from our room was good. It had plenty of parking. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. The hot tub jets were a little wonky but worked. The complimentary breakfast had biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, toast, some fruit. The motel is dog friendly (for a fee). It’s in a great location. It off the main strip so traffic is better, yet it’s still within walking distance to several stores, an outdoor outlet mall, and several restaurants. Overall we were happy with our stay and would gladly stay again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming she even called when we was on the way to let me know my card wasn’t working (it was locked) so I could keep my reservation instead of just canceling, very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the splash pad, hot tube, and pool!! It wasn’t far from anything great location!! Will definitely stay again!!

Great location, just off of the parkway. Our room was in great shape when we arrived. They have a good variety of food for breakfast. The pool area and outdoor fire place are nice additions, and it's very quiet considering how close it is to a lot of the attractions.

We always stay at a Hampton when traveling. The beds were comfy, the room was pretty clean, although there was a lot of dust in the towel cubbies and on the TV stand, and the location was convenient yet away from all the heavy traffic noise. They could use an update on the dining hall furniture. It was super dirty and stained and had holes in it.

The hotel was lovely, my room was clean , spacious, the bathroom was big with great storage to put my blow dryer.... the bed was very comfortable. I slept very good. I loved my room and the way it was set up. I also loved that they had a fire place out side with some comfortable chairs.

This hotel was one of the best I have every visited. The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. It has an amazing outdoor sitting area with a fireplace. The breakfast was very nice as well. It seemed all staff members were dedicated to ensuring my stay was great. I will definitely be staying at the location again

Beautiful hotel. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy, Bed was very comfortable and water was hot. AMAZING breakfast, couldn't even enjoy all the options because there were so many to pick from. And the location is perfect for all the attractions, restaurants and fun.

We stayed for our special wedding anniversary. Service was on point. Adequately staffed. Not only did they have peanut butter for my waffle, they had Nutella! Coffee was always hot and fresh. Shower was hot. Jacuzzi tub worked well. Some aspects of the building are clearly older and some tiling needs to be replaced. We would happily stay again any time.
