This place was great. We never came across one person that wasn’t friendly. The lifeguards are right on it to. We had a little accident with one of the people with us coming down the slide. Reserved a room at the Econo Lodge in Pigeon Forge TN. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Bedding looked to be brand new. Nice walk down to the river with a outdoor fire. The rooms themselves were very clean, the hotel though needs a lot of work there is a lot of visible damage. We stopped by yesterday to see the layout for a future stay. The last at the front desk was very friendly and took the time to show us around. The pool, fitness area, and fire pit area were very nice. There is an outside eating area where you can relax and listen to the creek roll on by. Courtyard is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and amenities were plentiful. They have a great heated pool as well as lazy river and hot tub. They also have a Starbucks located in the lobby. They have a huge fireplace in the lobby and a large fireplace outside on the patio great for cool mountain mornings and evenings. Best stay at Pigeon Forge This resort is amazing!!! Especially for kids! The lazy river was heated and excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The condos are so spacious and very well decorated! 100% will return!

Stayed here on my honeymoon. We booked a suite (#249) and could not have been more pleased. DO NOT let these bad reviews stop you from staying here. This is a family-owned establishment, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Is this the Marriott? No, but that's why you're looking at other places to sleep... Because you want something affordable. You can't beat staying here for the price. You won't regret it.

Very clean. They do not allow smoking or pets which was awesome. It gave me peace of mind to know that animals and smoking is not allowed.
