Everything was very clean and roomy. We liked having a balcony but was very noisy facing the main road.
This is a very nice property. The units can use some updates but overall pleasant stay. We attended a bird showing at the activity center and that was fun. First time ever holding a bird and it was a great experience.
The Rocky Mountains are beautiful! This resort was really nice. The suite I had the pleasure of staying was really nice. The staff was very courteous and kind. The view from the resort of the Mountains is amazing. This resort sits right in the heart of everything, but yet still offers the tranquility and peace that I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this resort as a place to stay. This...
Had so much fun here! Very clean & always something to do. We had from 10 months old to 65 years old in our group & everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty to do if wanted, but nice place to relax too without leaving the resort.
This place was great! I was not dirty but it could have been a littler cleaner. BUT the overall room, amenities, and location were absolutely fabulous. I would definitely stay again. It's great for kids because of the free mini golf and pools. As a family we utilized the weight room which was also GREAT.
It is absolutely wonderful especially if you have a big family an want lots of room! All you need is your clothes an toothbrush… Being able to cook in a full kitchen with everything you need is great! Rooms are very modern an clean! We only stayed 2 nights but next time will definitely stay a week!

All of it! I only wish I stayed longer! Just means I need to visit again for longer next time
Clean, friendly staff, Christmas lights and atmosphere are great, and food is good...if a little pricey but it is a tourist kind of place. The entertainers playing music throughout the day are very friendly and the trolley to Dollywood is a great touch. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Minor thing but the picture had a divider and a little privacy between bunks and the king bed and...
Absolutely fabulous! We have stayed twice in one year, once in May and then in December. Both times the hospitality from the staff was amazing and genuine. The premises was immaculate and so was the room. The saying goes “the difference is in the details” and DreamMore resort paid attention to all the details. In May my favorite surprise was the performance from a performer Will Carter. He did...
In general the hotel and its amenities were excellent. Very family oriented and great attention to detail. The only drawback, and the reason I rated four as opposed to five stars, was our room. For a three night stay we paid approximately $1500. That was fine for a resort like this and for the additional perks. But the room was billed as a suite and it was about the size of a very small roadside...
We absolutely loved our stay and wish the first two nights of our trip had been available to book. We ended up adding an additional night we loved it so much! All of the staff we encountered were extremely accommodating and friendly! My kids loved the pool and playground, they just wish the pool had a water slide like many of the other resorts in the area but that is a very minor detail. Would definitely...
My husband and I are very picky, and we had zero complaints about the resort. We found our room clean, and the resort overall was very comfortable. It definitely had a different feel from other resorts. It was very warm and welcoming. My only complaint, and caution to others, is you should check your final bill at check out. We had over $100 charged to our room from the late night lounge and we never...

Great location in pigeon forge, easy access to main strip, the island, Dolly Parton Stampede and of course to Dollywood
We just stayed there 14-17th of this month (AUG) Room was super nice & cozy! ABSOLUTELY BUG FREE Super nice at the front desk. No pool & no breakfast! Price was not to high! The only down fall was it’s under construction & there was absolutely no parking at all! Super packed on weekend with no where to park at all!!! Week day not so bad there was plenty of parking. The construction was not loud just...
Nice and clean hotel. I didn't know the hotel had construction going on until we arrived but it was quiet for the weekend. The king room was nice and spacious. I dislike the shower saving feature because to me it was just a hassle. By the time I get a good lather the water goes off and it gets cold quick. Overall, I would stay again.
The stay was comfortable as long as you do not rewrite coffee to function in the morning. Maybe I'm just a coffee snob, but McDonald's coffee is better. However the quality of sleep I got from the pillows and bed that must have been heaven kissed made up for the sad morning brew. I have a bum hip so I require a bed that is firm to provide support, theses beds did that while also being soft and hugging...
Great room, but one of the doors was missing from the closet? We had a connecting room and it was awesome. There is a small indoor pool and free breakfast in the morning.
The rooms were very clean, and well made. We came in late at night and left early in the morning so I can't say much for anything during the day. The rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Room service was a tad but late getting us some extra towels, but I can't really complain about that. Very nice time indeed.

We love most everyhthing about the Inn! Breakfast was great as always, room wasn't as nice as our last stay..still very clean and nice though, Bed was comfortable and we love the free cookies and movie rentals!
We just spent the weekend at The Inn at Christmas Place and it was a magical time! The serving staff in the dining, the front desk, maid service, just everyone was amazing! Santa performed our wedding ceremony-and our guests were so enchanted with the holiday décor! It is clean, family oriented, fun to stay at place that makes adults turn into children again! We highly recommend a stay! We walked...
My husband and I love Christmas and have wanted to stay here for a long time. We just got back from our visit and this is by far the best hotel!! The decor was breathtaking, the staff amazing and the room was so clean. We had cookies every night, we roasted marshmallows and watched Santa in concert. Watching the kids with Santa was awesome!! If you love Christmas, this is the place you want to stay...
I say this with complete honesty that is undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We entered to a large parking lot with plenty of space (Tesla and handicap parking as well) and took in a huge Christmas themed building. The inside is decorated from top to bottom with Christmas decor and has the most wonderful scent of the holiday season. I thought the trees may be dusty or tacky but everything...
We have been staying here since it opened 15 years ago. It’s always been a five star experience. My kids say they love it more than the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The indoor and outdoor pools are fun with the slide. Free coffee and lemonade all day. Freshly baked cookies every day at 8pm. The two room suites are especially nice with a kitchen and large Christmas tree.
We stay here several times a year. The staff is beyond friendly. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast especially the omelettes are so so good! My kids love it! We have stayed in several other places in Pigeon Forge and this is our favorite. We love Christmas Inn! We can’t wait to book our next stay.

The house was amazing. Thoughtful extras were provided, like rain ponchos and pool noodles, life jackets. Lots of coffee. :)
Overall, we really enjoyed the resort! It’s great for families with an awesome indoor and outdoor water park. The rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Having a full kitchen was very convenient. The only reason for 4 stars is because of the Pack n Play that we rented. It was not cleaned prior to being given to us. I opened it up and a ton of glitter and confetti came out, as well as a used napkin. I feel...
This place was great. We never came across one person that wasn’t friendly. The lifeguards are right on it to. We had a little accident with one of the people with us coming down the slide. Before we even realized what was going on the lifeguard was already in the water. It could have been a bad situation but she did her job and did it great! Thank you all.
Normally, don't give 5 stars unless they do us right, and they did. Wanted to take a few more days, and they hooked us up. we had to move rooms, which is understandable. But they gave us a great room, and we checked out and checked in all at the same time. If you do decide to do this, do it the day before so they can sit it up for you. Great service and great location from everywhere. Well, definitely...
Rooms are spacious, was nice having a kitchen in our room. Shampoo & Conditioner smells amazing & not small bottles. Kids loved the pools, husband & I enjoyed the hot tubs, especially after a busy day around town. Very close to everything we wanted to see
This was a beautiful Resort!! I loved everything except the check in process, the gym and the condition of our room. The pools were awesome. The activities they had for the kids were great!! I enjoyed every inch of the resort. The check in process was very long, we were told we could check in at 4 ended up being 6. Great rooms, we had 2 junior suites and they were great!
Great location to The Island, restaurants and many other shops in walking distance. Nice staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced. However, there is a lot of wear and tear that is under renovation. Floor in room was somewhat dirty but everything was in good working order. Some furniture needs updating. For a pet friendly older hotel, it wasn't bad.
For the location and price this is a great place to stay. Not really fancy or upper crust but affordable for us that appreciates a good value. Would recommend to anyone that's not more interested in show than utility.

Long review but a good one: Great location, indoor pool ( it wasn't warm and bring your own towels). Our room was located in with the indoor pool. We brought a fan to block the noise as we do any hotel. Our room was CLEAN and spacious and we chose the best rate. It had a mini fridge and a microwave. The whole staff was great! The breakfast was great too. I would suggest getting there early and bring...
I loved this hotel and even though it was quite expensive, the location was amazing. I stayed here for 4 nights and right when I arrived I knew this place would be great because the outside is very nice! When I got up to my room, the room was excellent!! Decent hotel. I expected more from this chain. The property and area is not well lit. Breakfast is exactly the same everyday so be prepared, and the waffle batter is not the best, stick with the other hot food items. Something I wish would have been noted on the website or at the time of reservation is to show up to check in with your vehicle information on hand. I arrived after a 12 hour drive, luggage...
Checked in Sunday for a three night stay. Front desk workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Fifth floor balcony room with a great view. Will stay here again. Television in our room was an old 32 inch LG. Still, the cable and television worked great! Indoor pool was closed. I wish we had been informed upon check-in. Outdoor pools and hot tub were fantastic!
We ended up in the area a few days early and needed a room for a couple of days prior to going into our AirBnb and got a room here. The prices were pretty good, but the guy at the desk when I checked in was not the nicest or or most helpful, or friendly for that matter. With the price being such a value, the hotel was above what we were expecting. Clean, Courteous, easy access restaurants, activities, and shopping. The pool was great. And I know this is not necessarily something that everyone looks for, but they have outside smoking areas, but located where the smoke would not be an issue for non-smokers, or near the entrance to any room. I believe in being fair...
I usually don't stay at an Econo Lodge but seemed to be a good price with good reviews. Good location plenty of rooms three floors. Pool was warm breakfast was good. My room was plenty big. No bugs. Nice place to stay that is within walking distance to the Forge shopping, dining and entertainment. They have a very good hot Breakfast. We especially enjoyed the river located behind the hotel. It has a concrete walkway beside the river, with tables, grills and a fire pit. The rooms offered parkway view or river view and are adequately comfortable. The noise level is not enough to notice on the front...
Great location. Room was good a little small but had enough space for our clothes and additional condiments and extra hygiene items. My bed was great the other not so much but my husband didn't mind. I literally can’t believe I’m writing a 5 Star Review… for an Econo Lodge… but it had to be done. Hotel staff were fantastic at check in and throughout, property is very clean, rooms are spotless and large. Decor is whatever in rooms but it’s fine. Beds were very comfortable and it was just overall a very pleasant experience. We also can’t believe it was so reasonably priced. Made for a very pleasant...
Reserved a room at the Econo Lodge in Pigeon Forge TN. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Bedding looked to be brand new. Nice walk down to the river with a outdoor fire. Entire stay was great! Staff was very helpful and appreciated the cleanliness of the room . Hotel was quiet and little extras like popcorn at night and a free bag of ice for our car was so appreciated!!!
Service is a bit slow at the front desk. From checking in, to purchasing a refreshment. Staff standing right in front of you, yet seems to not see you until you're about to walk away. Beautiful view off the balcony of the river. The complimentary breakfast is satisfying. Pool water inside was a bit cloudy looking. Hot tub floor "looks" dirty/stained. Outside pool had black stuff floating around and...
This hotel/inn is clean. They serve hot breakfast from 7am-10am, coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7, and popcorn from 7pm-10pm. The location is also convenient and close to the city center. I was very much satisfied staying here during our vacation.
Our hotel of choice when visiting pigeon forge. It is located right on the river and it is very accessible to the walking path that runs through pigeon forge. Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the river. I reserved a river view room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace. Fireplace is nice; guess in for 30 minutes at a time. There is a private balcony that overlooks the river. The shower is very spacious with a rainfall shower head and seating ledge. The rooms have plenty of space to spread out. There are only 3 drawers, but they have plenty of room. Great place to stay on The Island. Very clean and well maintained room. Convenient location. Only complaint on room was how easily you could here people outside room in hallways. Bell hops would be appreciated for luggage assistance since parking situation requires unloading in front of hotel lobby where there is not much room.
The rooms are very spacious and the views are awesome! The rooftop bar lounge/pool area is open and beautiful. All the staff were helpful and courteous of myself and my service dog. We had just had a bad experience at the Inn across the bridge but they definitely made up for it! The rooms are a little more pricey, but the towels, shower and room size were all worth it. I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff! For the most part - everyone was very welcoming. We came to Pigeon Forge for the weekend and originally booked at another hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, fresh and had modern features like USB sockets which we really appreciated. We even used the indoor pool and gym and it was very clean and in excellent condition, which when spending money on accommodation, is important to us. Thank you for making our study so great. Debbie and Richard 😁
The staff was friendly and welcoming she even called when we was on the way to let me know my card wasn’t working (it was locked) so I could keep my reservation instead of just canceling, very quiet and clean. We enjoyed the splash pad, hot tube, and pool!! It wasn’t far from anything great location!! Will definitely stay again!!
Great location, just off of the parkway. Our room was in great shape when we arrived. They have a good variety of food for breakfast. The pool area and outdoor fire place are nice additions, and it's very quiet considering how close it is to a lot of the attractions.
We stayed a weekend here. It was really nice. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. The view from our room was good. It had plenty of parking. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. We always stay at a Hampton when traveling. The beds were comfy, the room was pretty clean, although there was a lot of dust in the towel cubbies and on the TV stand, and the location was convenient yet away from all the heavy traffic noise. They could use an update on the dining hall furniture. It was super dirty and stained and had holes in it.

We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast running a little late that morning. We enjoyed our stay very much, great huge room and very clean. We had a beautiful view from our room overlooking The Island Pigeon Forge. Everything was so clean and new and neat, no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend and stay again. Great price too.
Great location and price! Included hotel breakfast was good too. I should mention- the first room we walked into had a funky smell. We asked the front desk about it and they immediately gave us a different room. Great experience overall and we would stay there again!
I would give 5 stars if the the breakfast was better and the cancellation policy wasn't 48 hours. We wanted to shave a night off of our 4 night stay. When we called the front desk on 10/5/21 (in the early evening) the lady was rude about it as well. The hotel is clean. The pet policy better than most.
Good place to stay. The room was nice, but lacked lighting where you needed it. Most hotel showers could use more water pressure and this one was no different, unfortunately. The complimentary breakfast every morning was nice and simple with some decent options.
Great, reasonably-priced place to stay in Pigeon Forge! The front desk was very accommodating and the views were perfect!! Loved the patio. The rooms are a bit more well-worn than some Home2 hotels we’ve stayed at, but that is to be expected in a highly traveled tourist town. Best staff I’ve ever met they take time to make sure everything is thorough! The rooms were clean and had perfect water pressure, if you’re tall it might be kinda annoying trying to wash your hair but that’s it! The breakfast is perfect and healthy with as much as you want. Definitely recommend.
The only reason i gave a 4 start for location is because of the location. Depending on the time of day or time of year the traffic is very bad and you have the inability to turn left out of the hotel, at least safely. The pigeon forge island had a tram just across the bridge outside which allows easy and fast access. The front is right on the main strip for pigeon forge so it has one of the best locations available. The rooms are clean and very good. The pool is heated. There was even some steam on the window. After my daughter's wedding my friends picked up my son and I and we went to the hotel...it was an amazing room. Very spacious and super clean. If I had 1 thing in a slightly negative way...it was $15 bucks for breakfast. That's a little pricey. But, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The lobby of this hotel is swank for a Holiday Inn Express. The check-in clerk told me that this hotel had just been built. The rooms here are also spotlessly clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel including our room. Staff were helpful. Even made friends with a lovely lady who cleaned our room. Will stay here again. The reason I deducted a star was for the chemicals in the indoor pool. We had to use drops to put in our eyes.

Ideal location, very clean room. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely come back to. Very friendly staff. They had hot tub and indoor pool. Plus another pull outside. Had beautiful decor throughout the hotel.

Breakfast selection is decent, but could improve. Double room is a little tight but I like the sitting area with the couch. Has a microwave, wet bar, and refrigerator which is convenient. The main thing I would recommend is better...
