This place was great. We never came across one person that wasn’t friendly. The lifeguards are right on it to. We had a little accident with one of the people with us coming down the slide. Courtyard is in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and amenities were plentiful. They have a great heated pool as well as lazy river and hot tub. Very clean. They do not allow smoking or pets which was awesome. It gave me peace of mind to know that animals and smoking is not allowed. Very well kept. Extremely comfortable. We had 3 bedroom suite. Plenty of space for my family of 3 children. Lazy river and pool were wonderful. The arcade is small and a couple of games took our money but front desk immediately refunded. Very close to main Pigeon Forge area but far removed enough to be relaxing and quiet.

The rooms are very clean and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. The view over the river is peaceful and much better than the middle of a town. The indoor pool is large but shallow. There is also an amazing outdoor lazy river that is small but perfect for a relaxing ride. The hotel is placed very close to Dollywood and the Dixy Stampede which are both a must do if you are in Pigeon Falls

We were on the third floor, so I can't speak for all of the rooms. But they had replaced the carpet with a hard flooring. The bed was quite comfortable. The A/C work really well. The staff was very nice to me. It seemed like they were a little stressed...

This Motel is a Great Value, for the Price! Employees were Very Nice & Helpful... Rooms were Clean & Comfortable.. All the Appliances worked. There's a Great Outdoor Pool as well! Located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge... HIGHLY Recommend this place... Only Conplaint I had was, wish the pool stayed open later than what it did, 10 or 11pm.... But other than that, we had a wonderful experience

First night was a bit rough with the smell but second night the smell definitely got better. Cleaning wise it could have been better. We had a giant cobweb by the bathroom, and one of the blankets we got had a ton of random hair on it. Also noticed a few ashes from cigarettes...

DO NOT let these bad reviews stop you from staying here. This is a family-owned establishment, the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Is this the Marriott? No, but that's why you're looking at other places to sleep... Because you want something affordable. You can't beat staying here for the price. You won't regret it.

Not a 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices either. Great little place to stay, friendly and adequate. Gave me a box of Taffy when we left!

On the 2nd floor of the 1st building above the office is a nice balcony that has lots of rocking chairs. You can sit & rock away & relax.
