Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn

We went on a couples weekend getaway and stayed at Music Road Hotel, the rooms were clean, there were plenty of towels and even some qtips and cotton swabs amping the extras like soap and body wash hotels normally stock rooms with. The outdoor pool and lazy river was open and warm and it was MARCH! That made me extremely happy because most hotels I’ve ever stayed in only had indoor pools available. We enjoyed playing a few games in the arcade. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a nice place to come back and relax. We got a room with a jacuzzi which was nice as well as the balcony. I can’t complain about much. The beds weren’t the most comfortable I’ve stayed in but they weren’t the worst. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back. Clean hotels aren’t always the easiest to find in an affordable price range.

We had a great stay at Music Road Resort. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

One of the highlights of the hotel was definitely the stunning riverfront location. The view from our room was beautiful. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the natural beauty of the area.

The amenities at the hotel were top-notch. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good with a wide variety of options to choose from. The only downside was the lack of plant-based milk options at breakfast or for coffee.

The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and activities that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Whether you're looking to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, visit Dollywood, or enjoy the numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the area, Music Road Resort Hotel is the perfect home base for your Pigeon Forge adventure.

Overall, I can't say enough positive things about Music Road Resort Hotel. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, beautiful location, and great amenities make it the perfect place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I can't wait to return for another visit!

This hotel is extremely nice for a family vacation. The lobby area/common areas are well maintained and have amazing views of the river! The back deck has ample seating the entire length of the resort. The buffet offered both hot foods (eggs,sausage, waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy) & cold foods (yogurt parfait bar and cereal). The resort had both the indoor & outdoor pool open. The indoor pool is 24 hours!! They have an arcade too but we did not visit due to being crowded each time.

Good value hotel that is in a very good location in Pigeon Forge. The Rooms were clean, though they could be updated with fixtures with charging docks, perhaps replace the bulky cabinetry that takes up space. The lobby is lovely. Breakfast provided is subpar, there is a lack of fruit and foods, and the coffee is not good. Staff was friendly and helpful. For our first trip to the area, it was a good fit for our needs as we explored it. Unlikely to stay again, but it is a good place to stay.

Very clean very nice place to stay. The amenities were great!! Also a huge + was that my family and I checked out on a Tuesday morning around 9am. It wasn't till around 4pm that I realized that I had left my laptop!! I called the inn immediately and explained to them what happened they took my name and number and within five minutes called me back and said they had my laptop! A huge Thank you to the honest staff for turning in my laptop!! Will definitely be returning!! VERY HONEST STAFF!!!

Stayed at this hotel the weekend of the GSMJI 2022. Awesome staff. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was simply delicious. The room was awesome so clean, right number of towels, the extras. The pool and waterside was a welcome sight after a hot day in the sun. I give it all the stars I can. Can't wait to come back in 2023 for Jeep Invasion. Thank you all for such warm hospitality.

The hotel was very pleasant, clean, and smelled good. The interior decoration of the lobby had a classic yet modern charm. My room choice of mountain view, fireplace with jacuzzi and balcony, was a perfect picturesque scene.
I enjoyed the luxury charm yet affordable rate of my room. The breakfast was a simple continental selection but tasted great.
