Entire stay was great! Staff was very helpful and appreciated the cleanliness of the room . Hotel was quiet and little extras like popcorn at night and a free bag of ice for our car was so appreciated!!!

The location is the best thing it has going on.
For the price of the rooms you would except things to be more up to date. We encountered some issues with the cleanliness when we arrived and ended up canceling our stay.
The lady at the front desk wasn’t allowed to give us a refund for that night even though we had only been in the room not even 20 mins. We did go back the next day to speak to the manager who was supposed to call us and he did refund us so for that we were thankful.

Service is a bit slow at the front desk. From checking in, to purchasing a refreshment. Staff standing right in front of you, yet seems to not see you until you're about to walk away.
Beautiful view off the balcony of the river. The complimentary breakfast is satisfying. Pool water inside was a bit cloudy looking. Hot tub floor "looks" dirty/stained. Outside pool had black stuff floating around and in the step creases, my guess would be that it's bird droppings.
Room was comfortable. A bit on the pricy side.

This hotel/inn is clean. They serve hot breakfast from 7am-10am, coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7, and popcorn from 7pm-10pm. The location is also convenient and close to the city center. I was very much satisfied staying here during our vacation.

Our hotel of choice when visiting pigeon forge. It is located right on the river and it is very accessible to the walking path that runs through pigeon forge. The breakfast is excellent there's a fire pit and the ducks and geese eat out of your hand. Right next door is Puckett's and across the river is the harpoon Crab House. It is wheelchair accessible and there are cookies, popcorn coffee in the lobby.

Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the river. It was beautiful, peaceful, and surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. Our toddler loved watching all of the animals from the balcony.
The hotel itself is centrally-located and within walking distance of many local attractions. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is arranged so that every room has easy access to an elevator and parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We experienced nothing negative during our stay.

Clean hotel, great beds, good FREE breakfast, miniature size toiletries but they pleasantly supply more, and the indoor pool is warm. Great hotel for kids and a great value for such nice beds!

Stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, very clean and a nice view of the river. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast has many options. Popcorn is served in the evenings which was a nice touch. Located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge with many things within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again in the future.

We had the best time! The beds are so comfortable and the room was very clean. Loved the view of the river! Harpoon Harry's next door was delicious and Christmas place is two places down. The continental breakfast is best we've ever had and they let you know which items are gluten free. We will definitely be back!
