The room price of a three-star hotel is the same as that of a five-star hotel in Manhattan. The environment of this hotel is very poor, surrounded by railways and factories. The breakfast is very simple. I felt like vomiting when I had breakfast after staying for ten days. The room was not cleaned until three or four days later, and that was only after my repeated requests. It can be said that there is basically no service.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful and the structure in general is good. It has an excellent breakfast where they keep refilling things during the breakfast window. They have a honest gym that was useful for me. The room is good and has some great space. The location is amazing. It’s just one block from the N and W trains. This is one station from this 7 train.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness, brand-new condition, and professionalism of the staff at this facility. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, allowing me to feel truly relaxed after long days of training throughout the week. I am considering returning to New York City as a tourist and plan to stay at this hotel instead of one in Manhattan, as it is much more accessible and offers a significantly higher quality experience.

Clean rooms. Our family needed more space than the typical Manhattan hotels offer, and while it's out in Queens, you couldn't ask for a better location next to the N/W subway. It was easy getting into midtown, and the price was fair. Breakfast in the morning is a zoo, and they need better food options (they were always out of something) but everyone at the hotel was helpful, especially Omar at check-in.

STAY HERE if visiting NY! First time staying and the location was fantastic, subway to NW one block away. Close to food options within walking distance. We had a view from the 4th floor so not the best but still nice for the price. I forgot to get a picture, but have attached a video from the 7th floor which is a little outdoor seating area where you can enjoy a drink and take in the views. You are able to get packages from delivery like Amazon if needed for longer stays the front desk is very nice and helpful, GREAT breakfast that's FREE, big room options with full fridge and dishes if needed, pull out couch option housekeeping was also available daily to spruce the room up which felt like an added benefit and there's the option to go to the gym or wash clothes if necessary. I'll probably never stay anywhere else again when visiting unless something major happens to this hotel. The only negative is the queen size bed is a smaller size queen, not a standard queen we are used to. Overall a GREAT experience, so thankful to have found this place! 👏🏼

Also, they will hold your luggage for $10 a piece if you have to check out and have a flight later in the day.

Nice hotel and good location. Came as a family so need hotel room with a sitting area. Room was decently cleaned, did have some stick residue on the floor. But overall it was clean. Nice size compared to other NYC hotel. Located very close to the subway which made it super easy getting to Manhattan. Breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed it. Felt safe. There are some eatery's around the hotel. We went to the coffee shop across the street which was nice. Hotel is close to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Good for the price!! If I come back I definitely would consider staying here again!

The room is average, too hot in winter, breakfast is crowded on holidays, meals are collected at 9 o'clock, no free drinking water for members, convenient location, 100 meters from the subway, 7 minutes to Fifth Avenue, Central Park
