Reno, 2500 East 2nd Street 🧭 Map
Fun casino family friendly. Lot's to do other than just gamble? The only downfall is that the cocktails take too long, and they don't listen to the orders that you get them. The steak house is highly overpriced. And we ended up going. To have japanese, which was way better.
Always a great place to stay Nice newly remodeled rooms. The Casino is always updated and changed every trip. Had a great time there for my birthday and a nice jackpot to boot, making the trip even better.
Personally, this is my favorite place to stay for an adult weekend in Reno. They comp nights better than other places in Reno and have pretty good rewards. Also, they have the better buffet in town and on Thursdays it's easy enough to earn free buffet tickets with gambling some.
The rooms are very nice. The water pressure sucks for the showers, the ambience is a bit blah compared to other casinos...
Mixed emotions. There for a conference for high school students, accommodated all our needs. I did call housekeeping to just have my garbage emptied, for the first full day I was there. Returning to my room they had changed out the towels, and my bed. I don't mind that as long as it's not an extra charge. The same thing happened the following day, without my own personal request. Also, maintenance...
Good:
-There’s a fantastic Starbucks!
-the restaurants had great food!
-the front desk staff are absolutely fantastic and were so nice from the start!
-the cleaning staff are so kind!
Areas for Improvement:
-The room cleanliness. I recognize that there is a shortage of staff, however, maybe providing better guidelines for what they should be cleaning might support them better! I have provided pictures...
Very nice casino/resort hotel. Everything you would want and more. The rooms are great and large and have good views. Beds are nice and showers are good. Lots of restaurants, bowling alley and nice pool area. This really is the best place to stay in Reno.

Reno, 500 North Sierra Street 🧭 Map
Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.
Despite the intensely confusing structure of this hotel and its conjoined siblings, I enjoyed my stay here.
This is mostly thanks to the bell staff, Lukas and Chase, for not only bringing helping me with my luggage, but explaining the layout of the hotel. Lukas even guided me through check-in and provided a map.
My main complaint is that according to the staff, there are no microwaves or ways to...
We stayed for one night while traveling to California. The first thing I would say needs improvement is having better signs in the parking garage on where to go for checking in. When we did get to the front desk the self check in kiosks were useful, but it did take us a couple of times to find a kiosk that worked. The hallways to the rooms smelled fresher than down by the front desk/casino/arcade area...
The room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but that is my feeling on it, I like a soft bed. Pillows were great. Check in was easy as well as check out. When we were there there was alot of people so checking in had a long line. It moved pretty steady. Otherwise a nice weekend stay and I plan on being back this summer.
We stayed at Circus Circus for the Battle Axe & Tracks concert held at San Rafael Park since they were offering a discount, however when we asked about the shuttle to the park no one knew anything. Our room was roomy and clean and housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating when we needed anything. We were in the Sky Tower which was a good walk to our room since the shuttle wasn't running. Something...
Good place for gambling. Clean decent rooms. Affordable. They are owned by Caesar’s though so expect to pay $100 deposit and roughly $45 resort fee on top of what you are already paying. But the front desk lady who helped me was absolutely amazing!! She even helped later for something of an issue I was having at the cafe. She was right behind me in line and was very helpful even while off the clock
Its perfectly located to many restaurants, casinos and convenient to shopping upon arrival the thermostat was not working and the heater would not come on, they got it on but within 24 hours the room was like an oven. The engineering staff came, disconected the unit from the wall thermostat and all was good the balance of the stay. The room was clen and stocked well. Staff was very attentive and provided...

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
Reno, 2707 S Virginia Street 🧭 Map
The food is excellent. The staff, all of them, are awesome. The casino is very well laid out and is always clean. The comps are good, I have never paid for a room. I live in Reno but always take advantage of the coupon saying I have earned two free nights!
Check-in and check-out was a little rough depending on who you have helping you, but the staff are all very friendly. Planning a large event here also has some struggles. Definitely need some experience hosting events before booking here. Terrific cleaning staff and bellhop staff.
The rooms in the Tuscany side are very nice. The Peppermill Tower rooms are a little dated and you have a higher chance...
We visited here with family to play the slots and explore the amenities. Parking was good but almost full on Saturday afternoon. The air quality was good. Light and bright interior. There is no social distancing and no masks required. The slot machines are mostly close together. The sports book is large with gigantic screens in front and smaller ones around the space. If you are a sports fan you will...
Stopped here during Hot August Nights to check out the cars and decided to grab a quick bite at the Deli inside. Service was fast. Prices were high for a sandwich spot. Quality was below average. Edible since we were hungry.
The hotel and Casino itself is nice and well maintained. Better ventilation than most so it's not as smokey indoors. No luck on the slots here though.
We did not stay overnight...
Very nice resort with one of if not the best pool/hot tub setups in the area (I have not seen GSR'S new pool). The rooms are nice and the resort is clean. I prefer the Tuscany tower as you don't have to go through any of the Casino to get there. Parking is pretty easy. The only downside is that the restaurants are priced higher than most of the other resorts.
Wonderful experience for myself on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the food is flavorful and the amenities are plenty. Good place to bring kids in the daytime. Interesting eye candy for adults in the evening. Not enough time to enjoy all of it, got to come back.

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa
Reno, 3800 Virginia Street 🧭 Map
The Spa was wonderful. We came to the Atlantis for a girls trip and never left the hotel. Great restaurants at the hotel so no need to leave if you don’t want to.
Went to the sports bar for a few drinks and a bite to eat. The happy hour prices were excellent and the service was good. Even though the place was pretty busy we didn't wait more than 2 minutes for a waitress. Excellent selection of beers also. Would definitely go here again.
High Rollers Poker Room; 'nuff said.
Haven't seen the rooms but the pool and spa are top shelf. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy sitting out by the fountains to relax and reboot between games. They always seem to have good live entertainment as well if you appreciate that like I do. Thumbs up for sure!
I was the only member of my March Madness group to stay at the Atlantis. The rest of us stayed at another large casino right down the road.
During my stay, I interacted with the bell desk and valet a lot, and I have to say, this resort has the best support staff out of all the places I interacted with in my latest trip to Reno. Chad from the bell desk was consistently upbeat and helpful where ever...
The Atlantis is one of the nicer properties in Reno. It is cleaner than most and has great parking for a Casino. This is a full service resort and has everything you need. It is also located close to stores that you can purchase anything you left behind. In my opinion it is in the top 3 for Reno resorts. Very convenient in and out. I like the fact that you don't have to walk through the entire...
Great looking place, but atmosphere is rather dull. The buffet was great. But the it seemed as if there's absolutely no life in the casino / game area. Spent over $100 and during my hour on the floor I was only offered and brought one drink. No fun here! The room was nice, but the furniture seemed a bit rundown.

Reno, 345 North Virginia Street 🧭 Map
This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is
Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.
Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...
I love my stay there. Went to visit family and got a room. Room was clean but not as big as I would have liked. Video poker machines were hot for me. The VIP Gold room had awesome drinks too. Friendly staff.
Very clean, beautiful inside, pet friendly. Must I add there's a starbucks on the casino floor. All the staff was super friendly and didn't have a problem answering my questions in depth. A lot of restaurants and bars to go to inside connected with Circus Circus so you can let your teens go to arcade area. The rooms were quiet as well I never heard my neighbor and we had connecting doors. I highly...
We stayed there for 3 days because my son’s karate competition was held at a resort next to it. My son lost his iPhone, someone returned it to the lost and found and we got it back, Jessica at lost and found was so nice and helpful. We had such a good experience there, from the front desk, room service crew, valet parking, security, all were so friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
Casinos connected to the hotel. We stayed in circus circus which was more for kids so it was loud on the one level. It was nice having each one connect, but it allowed smoking which was strong. We ate at habit burger inside which was good, but 27 for 2 burgers and drink. It's nice the casino offers free drinks while you play.

Ramada by Wyndham Reno Hotel & Casino

Listen, this is an older hotel so set expectations accordingly. However, the staff here is PHENOMENAL! From the front desk lady with awesome Halloween nails to he housekeeping staff that made sure my room was up to specs it was a pleasure dealing with them. Older place but very clean and with security monitoring the grounds to ensure vehicles stayed safe. Plus, an awesome view.
First review i gave in the heat of the moment. Overall experience wasn’t too bad, moreover I enjoyed it. The issue i had with the one front desk officer shouldn’t dictate my whole experience and solely be determining factor for my review.
Mr Gerard, if you read this please contact supervisor for the front desk and ask about my ID that was lost/stolen and please reach out to me, because 2 of the employees...
Stayed here on the way back to Vegas and I highly recommend this hotel. The area is a little sketchy but in today’s America what part of any downtown is not sketchy. The room was really clean. They had a breakfast buffet which you have to pay for but it was really good and had a huge piece of cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful both at the front desk...
It was really nice. I got cold at some point and asked for blankets and they were brought up almost immediately. The casino was well staffed and extremely fun, and it was an all around good experience.
Bed and couch in room was very comfortable. They allowed dogs and allowed dogs to sit with owners over meals in the lobby bar area. There were two adequate rest areas for the dog. Room was on the second floor so pretty easy to get the doggo in and out.
Staff were friendly and very welcoming.
Although the decor was a bit on the older side there was no musty or icky smell. My room on the 2nd floor...
Low frills budget hotel. Nice people, dated units/facilities. Poor soundproofing between rooms.
Pros: one of the few pet-friendly places. There was a dog convention being held here while I was staying and there were dogs everywhere and nobody batted an eye. Service staff consisted of pleasant, down-to-earth folks.
Cons: you pay what you get. It’s a bit removed from everything, and the food and...

Very nice place to stay.even for one day. It is so relaxing that it fully energizes you. And not to expensive. And it's right behind the TA sparks. Not even a 2 minute walk. Well worth it. Only thing is it does not have a microwave in room. And the casino restaurant's are all expensive., But the food at Pancho and Willie's is something to remember.
The hotel is older, but kept in good condition and is clean. The casino is fun - and you can still smoke in it! The air is not smoky though - clearly they have good filtration. The steak house and the mexican restaurant were truly top-notch - you won't want to miss out of trying those. Be sure to get on their rewards program before doing any gambling to get the most out of your experience - have fun...
We went there for lunch. It was really good! They have a nice variety of slot machines. After lunch we decided to play a few slots and I quickly won $1400 jackpot with just $20 in. Very fun!
We visited Western Village and gambled some and then ate at their steakhouse. This is one of the best smokey casinos I've ever been too, which was refreshing! They have very good air filtration and they actually kept the air conditioner blowing, it was very cool and comfortable in there. The waitresses were coming around regularly and returning with drinks promptly, it was a refreshing change from...
Stayed for only 2 nights for my daughter's wedding. From the time we checked in and through out our stay, the customer service was excellent! The food in the cafe and Ponchos were delicious and very good value!! We will definitely recommend Western Village highly!
Western Village the motel I would give three stars. The property also sits right on the Sparks Marina which is always lots of fun. However, the Casino gets a solid 5 ?. The property, having just been bought out by the Peppermill Hotel of Reno is top-notch. They did not spare any expense in remodeling the casino and restaurants. The decor is beautiful, the machines are fantastic and laid out in...

Americas Best Value Inn-Reno
Reno, 701 East 7th Street 🧭 Map
I have now stayed here twice for a horse show over at RLEC. I stayed in May of 2016 and 2017. I chose this hotel because they will give me a ground floor room and allow my dog. I have had zero problems. If you need internet, be sure to ask for a room with a good signal. I got exactly what I paid for and never felt unsafe. I needed to sleep and shower and my bed was comfortable and clean.
Bruce is the best!!!!!!!!! Customer service was par excellent accommodations were adequate! We even brought two dogs and everything was fine! Also this is no longer a Days Inn. It is now America's best value.

Holiday Inn Express Reno Airport, an IHG Hotel
Reno, 2375 Market Street 🧭 Map
Rooms are very clean. Was offered shuttle service up to 3 miles, very handy since was staying for my company without personal transportation. Breakfast was good. Especially the cinnamon rolls.
Able to slide in and out at 3am without front desk questioning why I was there and had no clue where the elevator was at or the room I was going to although it seemed pretty quiet.
July 2022
In this hotel everyone was AMAZING! All the employees nice and I have seen them interact with eachother and help eachother. More than a chain hotel, it felt like a family owned hotel and I really liked that.
Plenty of parking.
Great breakfast from 6.30 am till 9.30 am .... fresh cookies during the week end
Big rooms . Indoor pool
What else can I say. Staff is excellent!
Rooms are extremely clean.
Breakfast everyday was amazing, and full of all options. I
Was asked each day when I extended my room... If I wanted room service.
Worth every dollar. They have a pool as well as a hot tub. They are equipped with Washers and dryers that we operational new ,and reasonably priced. They has a variety of snacks and ice cream available...
It's a typical holiday inn express with all the amenities you would expect at one. This one has rotating breakfast options. They change from bacon to sausage to ham for the meat as well as some of the other options.
Super quite, refreshingly clean rooms, staffed with friendly accommodating people. The WiFi is fast and the rooms are well equipped. The TV felt smaller than what you’d expect from a bigger sized room at a quality chain property.

Motel 6 Reno - Virginia Plumb
Reno, 1901 South Virginia Street 🧭 Map
Amazingly kind staff, good location, and nice facilities. I do not hold many high expectations for any sort of lodging, however I do hold fire safety and maintenance of safety equipment to high regard. My smoke detector was disabled and covered with a plastic bag. Fire safety is a priority for me, seeing that and having to mitigate the issue myself was not ideal.
Thank you for the kindness and assistance...
I was so pleased when we got to your motel six in Reno. We got a handicap room. It was so clean and everything was just right. One thing I really loved is that the parking was right at our door. This is the closest I have ever had to my room. The host were great too. Even called our room to see if everything was ok. Will tell others about our great stay.
I was satisfied for the most part it was clean didn't smell and they are very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this particular motel 6 to others. I would choose this motel 6 over the others that are located in the same city.

Hampton Inn & Suites Reno
Reno, 10599 Professional Circle 🧭 Map
Jennifer and everyone working on November 9, 2022 were excellent hosts. I haven't been to Reno since I was a kid. Jennifer immediately accepted me into the Hampton family and made me feel valued. Additionally, I felt accepted for my identity and ethnic diversity by everyone working. Jennifer also gave me the best restaurant recommendation of my life: Tokyo Sushi.
Extremely clean, up to Hilton quality standards. Quick check-in, if you get a room facing highway 580, you will hear the cars. Room had some minor scuffs. One of the exterior doors would not accept the key card for entry.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Hotel is close to everything we needed, restaurants, stores, etc. Room was fairly good. A few "dings" in the bathroom but nothing we were concerned with. Breakfast was decent and area was kept clean.
Had a good stay here. The room was clean and well kept upon arrival. The front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions. The breakfast was good, standard Hilton. Which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Hilton. The hot tub was out of service when were there boo. These things break all the time. Such is life. The location is excellent. The pricing was good...
Great hotel. Clean and super friendly staff. Viviana the front desk lady was super friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be back.
