Fun casino family friendly. Lot's to do other than just gamble? The only downfall is that the cocktails take too long, and they don't listen to the orders that you get them. The steak house is highly overpriced. And we ended up going. To have japanese, which was way better.
Always a great place to stay Nice newly remodeled rooms. The Casino is always updated and changed every trip. Had a great time there for my birthday and a nice jackpot to boot, making the trip even better.
Personally, this is my favorite place to stay for an adult weekend in Reno. They comp nights better than other places in Reno and have pretty good rewards. Also, they have the better buffet in town and on Thursdays it's easy enough to earn free buffet tickets with gambling some. The rooms are very nice. The water pressure sucks for the showers, the ambience is a bit blah compared to other casinos...
Mixed emotions. There for a conference for high school students, accommodated all our needs. I did call housekeeping to just have my garbage emptied, for the first full day I was there. Returning to my room they had changed out the towels, and my bed. I don't mind that as long as it's not an extra charge. The same thing happened the following day, without my own personal request. Also, maintenance...
Good: -There’s a fantastic Starbucks! -the restaurants had great food! -the front desk staff are absolutely fantastic and were so nice from the start! -the cleaning staff are so kind! Areas for Improvement: -The room cleanliness. I recognize that there is a shortage of staff, however, maybe providing better guidelines for what they should be cleaning might support them better! I have provided pictures...
Very nice casino/resort hotel. Everything you would want and more. The rooms are great and large and have good views. Beds are nice and showers are good. Lots of restaurants, bowling alley and nice pool area. This really is the best place to stay in Reno.

We upgraded to a Spa tub room. Basically a king bed room with an insuite spa tub for 2. The tub was excellent, especially after a long drive. Very comfortable for two people. The bathroom was huge as was the attached shower. Bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff are all super nice. I love the convenience of being able to travel between the hotels all without having to go outside (perfect for when it’s too cold outside) the rooms were comfortable and big. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport which is so nice and convenient. The slot games are of good variety too and I love that they have a frozen slushy alcohol bar. It was Halloween time...
Nice room. Very clean and comfortable. The casino can use a overhaul though. Not as many games as you'd expect and mostly old out dated ones. The location used to be the spot to be at, unfortunately and no fault of the silver legacy, that part of Reno seems to be dying out. All the cool spots are closed or going out of business. I do recommend going here with your kids because it's connected with...
Too much smoke. That's my only complaint. Nice bars. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were pretty good. Food was pretty good. I get that smoking is a popular vice while drinking and gambling but at least one of these connected casinos could go non smoking...
The rooms here are much nicer than you would expect from an older hotel. I have stayed there off and on for years. Parking easy. Luggage drop off is easy check in easy. Quicker than other establishments. Usually three people more concise streamline so easier to in and out. All the views are very good of downtown. This pool picture is 100% accurate but it only has three of those covered comfortable...
They greeted us with coffee and cookies. More employees came out and pulled people from line to help them check in at the kiosks. The rooms were clean, the value was good. The drinks at the bars were delicious, I had a lemon drop and watched the bar tender squeeze fresh lemons with flourish. Everything we did, aye and drank in the hotel exceeded expectations.

The food is excellent. The staff, all of them, are awesome. The casino is very well laid out and is always clean. The comps are good, I have never paid for a room. I live in Reno but always take advantage of the coupon saying I have earned two free nights!
Check-in and check-out was a little rough depending on who you have helping you, but the staff are all very friendly. Planning a large event here also has some struggles. Definitely need some experience hosting events before booking here. Terrific cleaning staff and bellhop staff. The rooms in the Tuscany side are very nice. The Peppermill Tower rooms are a little dated and you have a higher chance...
We visited here with family to play the slots and explore the amenities. Parking was good but almost full on Saturday afternoon. The air quality was good. Light and bright interior. There is no social distancing and no masks required. The slot machines are mostly close together. The sports book is large with gigantic screens in front and smaller ones around the space. If you are a sports fan you will...
Stopped here during Hot August Nights to check out the cars and decided to grab a quick bite at the Deli inside. Service was fast. Prices were high for a sandwich spot. Quality was below average. Edible since we were hungry. The hotel and Casino itself is nice and well maintained. Better ventilation than most so it's not as smokey indoors. No luck on the slots here though. We did not stay overnight...
Very nice resort with one of if not the best pool/hot tub setups in the area (I have not seen GSR'S new pool). The rooms are nice and the resort is clean. I prefer the Tuscany tower as you don't have to go through any of the Casino to get there. Parking is pretty easy. The only downside is that the restaurants are priced higher than most of the other resorts.
Wonderful experience for myself on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the food is flavorful and the amenities are plenty. Good place to bring kids in the daytime. Interesting eye candy for adults in the evening. Not enough time to enjoy all of it, got to come back.

Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.
Despite the intensely confusing structure of this hotel and its conjoined siblings, I enjoyed my stay here. This is mostly thanks to the bell staff, Lukas and Chase, for not only bringing helping me with my luggage, but explaining the layout of the hotel. Lukas even guided me through check-in and provided a map. My main complaint is that according to the staff, there are no microwaves or ways to...
We stayed for one night while traveling to California. The first thing I would say needs improvement is having better signs in the parking garage on where to go for checking in. When we did get to the front desk the self check in kiosks were useful, but it did take us a couple of times to find a kiosk that worked. The hallways to the rooms smelled fresher than down by the front desk/casino/arcade area...
The room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but that is my feeling on it, I like a soft bed. Pillows were great. Check in was easy as well as check out. When we were there there was alot of people so checking in had a long line. It moved pretty steady. Otherwise a nice weekend stay and I plan on being back this summer.
We stayed at Circus Circus for the Battle Axe & Tracks concert held at San Rafael Park since they were offering a discount, however when we asked about the shuttle to the park no one knew anything. Our room was roomy and clean and housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating when we needed anything. We were in the Sky Tower which was a good walk to our room since the shuttle wasn't running. Something...
Good place for gambling. Clean decent rooms. Affordable. They are owned by Caesar’s though so expect to pay $100 deposit and roughly $45 resort fee on top of what you are already paying. But the front desk lady who helped me was absolutely amazing!! She even helped later for something of an issue I was having at the cafe. She was right behind me in line and was very helpful even while off the clock
Its perfectly located to many restaurants, casinos and convenient to shopping upon arrival the thermostat was not working and the heater would not come on, they got it on but within 24 hours the room was like an oven. The engineering staff came, disconected the unit from the wall thermostat and all was good the balance of the stay. The room was clen and stocked well. Staff was very attentive and provided...

All of them i love the personal, beds and the pool it just they should put the heater on because the Pool room feels cold. It will be nice if they do that. we can joy more at the Pool.
Kind of a dated feel which is great if your the type that waxes nostalgic for 1983 but I will say they are really mellow there and they are cool with pets and basically if you don't bug them they won't bug you which is a very good thing to know depending on how legal you are in your endeavors. Suffice it to say it has a family feeling and is a safe place to go if you want to do a little Reno type...
The room was quite clean and the staff helpful and polite. A great experience. We got a very spacious room with a very comfortable king bed. After a very long and taxing 8+ hour drive across the state its very refreshing to have such a beautiful and comfortable place to rest at night. A blessing for sure. Best hotel I've gone to this trip and it's my third one! Definitely will recommend.
Highly recommend! Our rooms were large, clean, housekeeping was attentive and cheerful! Had a blast at the black jack tables! Everyone so friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast at Rosie's Cafe. The portions were large and everything was delicious! The gals that were working the gift shop were so much fun. We had a joke that we couldn't find a K and they just made us laugh and laugh! We stayed for almost a week. At the front desk they asked if we needed room service everyday, I stated that wouldn't be necessary, but didn't think I would have to chase people down to empty trash and add fresh linen. I just didn't need my bed made daily. There is a bunch of homeless that sleep in tents nearby. The rooms were outdated, not the cleanest, but had amazing views! I think they were in the...
There’s quite a few reviews of dirty rooms so I was pleasantly surprised to find ours was pretty clean. The hotel is definitely dated but everything was clean and comfortable. (Obviously lobby and some areas smell of smoke because it’s a casino but the room smelled good) Casino was great, 24 hour bar was decently priced, slots were fun and I won a good bit of money. The food was cheap, as well as tasty. In the back, there was an arcade for kids, which I thought was a good idea. The casino was very lively and fun to play in. There are about a gazillion slot machines so most people can find something to do if they don't want to gamble traditionally.
Convenient location to Heavenly Gondola. The rooms are a little older & you could say that they need a slight renovation. There is a game room both here & across the street at Harvey's. So that's great for the kids! Buffett closes at 9pm, so be sure to eat early enough. If the buffet is too much, they have a few small fast food restaurants in the casino level. They apparently have a dance club...
Great staff attitude. This was my first stay here, the staff was very informative. The gold players reward card was given with free play and casino wide discounts. My room was outstanding, clean and what a view !!! I will definitely return here and recommend this Harrahs to anyone. P.S. THEY LIKE LOCALS.
Room was spacious and clean. View was great. Took in two shows while we were there and loved them both. Good selection of food on the buffet. Smoking in the casino definitely reduced the time we spent gaming. King size bed had a full sized mattress protector on it leaving you sleeping on the seams. Housekeeping “ran out” of wash clothes and we ran out of hot water briefly. Those are things...
For starters, I would like to point out that if you have a bad stay you still can have a good experience. This was made possible by an agent named Shea. Her name tag said Rack..something.. but whatever she does she should be a supervisor unless Rack means you are higher than a Supervisor. She is far more professional and knowledgeable than the others I had to talk to. It started with my friend and...
Definitely an older property, so the architecture is unique and seems disjointed. Casino is on multiple levels in two buildings and it's clear February is the slow season, since they were closing sections of the casino for maintenance. Some of the areas seemed neglected, while others were more modern. Rooms were clean and spacious, but also an older style. Maintenance issues were handled promptly,...

Reno, 3800 Virginia Street 🧭 Map
The Spa was wonderful. We came to the Atlantis for a girls trip and never left the hotel. Great restaurants at the hotel so no need to leave if you don’t want to.
Went to the sports bar for a few drinks and a bite to eat. The happy hour prices were excellent and the service was good. Even though the place was pretty busy we didn't wait more than 2 minutes for a waitress. Excellent selection of beers also. Would definitely go here again.
High Rollers Poker Room; 'nuff said. Haven't seen the rooms but the pool and spa are top shelf. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy sitting out by the fountains to relax and reboot between games. They always seem to have good live entertainment as well if you appreciate that like I do. Thumbs up for sure!
I was the only member of my March Madness group to stay at the Atlantis. The rest of us stayed at another large casino right down the road. During my stay, I interacted with the bell desk and valet a lot, and I have to say, this resort has the best support staff out of all the places I interacted with in my latest trip to Reno. Chad from the bell desk was consistently upbeat and helpful where ever...
The Atlantis is one of the nicer properties in Reno. It is cleaner than most and has great parking for a Casino. This is a full service resort and has everything you need. It is also located close to stores that you can purchase anything you left behind. In my opinion it is in the top 3 for Reno resorts. Very convenient in and out. I like the fact that you don't have to walk through the entire...
Great looking place, but atmosphere is rather dull. The buffet was great. But the it seemed as if there's absolutely no life in the casino / game area. Spent over $100 and during my hour on the floor I was only offered and brought one drink. No fun here! The room was nice, but the furniture seemed a bit rundown.

This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.
Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...
I love my stay there. Went to visit family and got a room. Room was clean but not as big as I would have liked. Video poker machines were hot for me. The VIP Gold room had awesome drinks too. Friendly staff.
Very clean, beautiful inside, pet friendly. Must I add there's a starbucks on the casino floor. All the staff was super friendly and didn't have a problem answering my questions in depth. A lot of restaurants and bars to go to inside connected with Circus Circus so you can let your teens go to arcade area. The rooms were quiet as well I never heard my neighbor and we had connecting doors. I highly...
We stayed there for 3 days because my son’s karate competition was held at a resort next to it. My son lost his iPhone, someone returned it to the lost and found and we got it back, Jessica at lost and found was so nice and helpful. We had such a good experience there, from the front desk, room service crew, valet parking, security, all were so friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
Casinos connected to the hotel. We stayed in circus circus which was more for kids so it was loud on the one level. It was nice having each one connect, but it allowed smoking which was strong. We ate at habit burger inside which was good, but 27 for 2 burgers and drink. It's nice the casino offers free drinks while you play.

We had a GREAT experience here. Hosted an all day business training for a local company, and the service was impeccable. A/V was all set, supplies and materials, lunch, regulating the temperature - the service was outstanding and we will definitely be back! Shout out to Jason H as well as the always-friendly front desk staff. You made our work day a real pleasure!
Love the hotel. The service. The rooms. And the water machines on each floor. Just a note in case you have sensitive allergies... Everything is heavily scented. The hallways especially.
Staff is great there and I really like the styling of the hotel. Very modern. The attached restaurant was very satisfying.
Conference rooms were clean, people were friendly. Parking was covered by my company but valet and lot attendants still treated us like valued customers. Decor is beautiful. Bathroom faucets are a bit confusing as they are both turn-on and auto style and its hard to tell how they're set. Overall a fantastic experience!
The room was clean and tidy and had a really comfortable bed! There was lots of space and a great view. The hotel has amazing amenities especially if you're into climbing. I loved that it is a non casino hotel and the central location!
If staying in Reno, then try here first. Our stay was great. Super quiet in the rooms and ours was by the stairwell. The pillows are THE BEST I've ever used in my life! First off, I haven’t encountered such a great staff in quite some time. They definitely go above and beyond, especially for Marriott members. Multi-year Titanium member, everything about this stay exceeded expectations but it's the staff involved who sealed that. Great experience! Public areas of hotel are hip and stylish. We used Marriott certificates for our stay accumulated during the pandemic and still got a room with a view of the river that was nice and quiet as we requested. Rooms clean and comfortable. Wish you didn't have to walk through casino to get to room, entire ground floor reeked of smoke despite hardly anyone smoking. Air quality in room fine, though. Heater noticeable when it came on at night, but not so terribly noisy I couldn't fall back asleep. BEWARE $11 resort fee added without even being disclosed on reservation or at checkin.
This is one of the best casinos in the entire Reno area. It is a little out of the way but that's what makes the experience so nice. It is quiet and refreshing to be out by the mountains instead of downtown with all of the traffic, noise, pollution and people! And it is only approximately 6 miles from downtown so the ride into town takes less than 10 minutes. This should definitely be one of your...

Perfect location for an early flight. Good shuttle service. Nice rooms, pleasant staff, many amenities. I especially loved an early morning stroll in their enclosed park. Very beautiful.
Place was good. Lot of the amenities were either limited or closed due to staff shortages. The bed was a gang plank hard. It a really hurt sleeping on it and I by the way like hard beds. This one was a board.

First review i gave in the heat of the moment. Overall experience wasn’t too bad, moreover I enjoyed it. The issue i had with the one front desk officer shouldn’t dictate my whole experience and solely be determining factor for my review. Very nice hotel. Very accommodating. The staff was nice. The room was clean. The water was hot and had a good pressure. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were, too. Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff, and an awesome view from the room. The room was spacious and clean but a bit austere. I used the laundry room which had an antique washer and dryer that didn't dry. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Holiday inn is not bad for business or corporate stay, other than that the price for anything is abnormally high especially when they have the Nugget casino about half a mile up the street, very clean and open on the first floor, staying in a 1 bed which includes the immenities such as pool, gym, and even office work area if needed. Which is definitely on the higher side of why I can associate the...
I am giving this place 4 stars because even though the rooms are out dated the staff here are good. The lady at the bar was nice considering we were kinda loud while we watched one of the basketball games and made it feel like it was a private party. Very nice place to stay.even for one day. It is so relaxing that it fully energizes you. And not to expensive. And it's right behind the TA sparks. Not even a 2 minute walk. Well worth it. Only thing is it does not have a microwave in room. And the casino restaurant's are all expensive., But the food at Pancho and Willie's is something to remember.
The hotel is older, but kept in good condition and is clean. The casino is fun - and you can still smoke in it! The air is not smoky though - clearly they have good filtration. Reno doesn’t exactly have a vast selection of luxury or high-end business hotels. I chose this Courtyard because of its location, I hadn’t been in Reno for about six years, so I was unsure which area would be best to stay. William, front desk, was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient, even when I had multiple questions over the three day stay. I did leave an item in the room and didn’t hear back about it which was disappointing but that was my organization error. Really enjoyed the pool, although I called front desk one morning...
Great place with great service. Room was clean and very nice. Lobby nice and big. Wi-Fi service was really good.
Rooms are clean. Plenty of overnight parking for guests in the parking lot across the street. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. It is downtown but not located on a very street so evenings are fairly quiet.

Everyone was great! Location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The staff here are top notch and extremely helpful. My stay was made perfect because of the people who work there. I highly recommend!
Floors are covered with carpet stains. Furniture didn't match. Wall by chair was damaged. No silverware at table for first breakfast; tables on the second day weren't cleaned. Water fountain inop.
The service here is okay and the rooms are decent not the prettiest or the cleanist but decent. The location is very helpful towards the the social event I have been attending to.
Rooms are well appointed and appear clean. Nice to have a mini fridge. Breakfast coupons came in handy. Lots of dinner options, convenience stores, and fuel right nearby. Close to Hwy 580 and 80. Would stay again here when in the area.
Cons - Hotel walls/room partitions are very thin. You could literally hear everything neighbors are talking. And we got couple of complains for just casually talking at night, that too in our own room. Pros - Service is good and rooms are clean. Plenty of parking space and location is nice.
Great hotel. Close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and other places of interest including a great park for an early morning run. Nice pool, bar and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed is adjustable, but I'd didn't figure that out until I was leaving.

Trip to Reno during a busy busy weekend and staying near the Chaos of it all didn’t sound all that great. So booked here. Glad I did. Rooms were basic, but clean and comfy. For what it is, it’s great. Next to the airport and away from the casinos and Virgina, but a short 8-10 minute and you’re there. Only drawback - after coming back from Virginia street late, the parking was hard. We literally got...
Great place to stay that's not a casino. Room was clean and didn't smell like smoke like casino rooms. Front desk person was welcoming and helpful. Full breakfast was good and changed each day.
Amazing staff and stay! Clean, quiet, and friendly! Staff was very accommodating and so helpful! The housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful on our hallway. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you to Anita and each of the others who made this stay amazing! I will definitely stay here again.
Love this place very clean and close to the airport. The third shift night woman. I apologize because I don't know her name. She is completely covered from head to toe nicest person in the world. She welcomed us in after a late night flight. Was They also have breakfast and pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Enjoy the sunshine lounging outside with a beautiful mountain view. Thank you, everyone 💓
Really a nice hotel for the price. The staff is ultra nice and helpful. The rooms were updated, very clean, and comfortable
Rooms are good and its very close to the airport. Service not that good, I was denied a microwave(needed to prepare baby food) as i stayed for just one night. In other Hyatt they can provide it with some fee($25), but here no option to have microwave if you are staying for just one night.

Everything about the hotel was good typical Hilton. Rooms were clean and ready, restroom down stairs was very clean. I would rate it 5 stars. However, during our stay, the hotel was at full capacity and it was very obvious the staff was having a hard time keeping up with the amount of people. It really only showed at the swimming pool and breakfast the next morning.
On our way home from a trip to Vegas. I used some Hilton points to cover our stay. This location is in a nice area of town. Close to everything we needed and super quiet. Breakfast was a nice treat. Our rooms were surprisingly large. I would definitely return here.
Pretty decent stay, but our suite and the other parts of the hotel showed some signs of heavy wear. The doors were chipped and scuffed, so were the walls in our suite. The carpets in the room were threadbare and fraying, but the beds provided a good night’s sleep. With a little attention, this hotel could be restored to expectations.
Absolutely wonderful stay. Hotel was really nice and my room exceeded my expectations. Not only was the hotel wonderful, but the staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and asked about my day. It meant a lot to me I’m the moment because I was going through a rough time dealing with the loss of my husband. Genuine compassion and kindness are superb traits especially in a...
Excellent. Clean and spacious room. Kitchen is spotless. The breakfast choices impressive. They even have rice with Japanese seasonings...which I definitely lean towards. Fresh and RIPE fruit. Pet unfriendly, laundromat in-house. Due to busted water pipe and being "kicked out" of my home temporarily...they have made my life so much easier. Nice dinner of soup and salad and as simple as that...
Cozy, clean and amazing breakfast! I was just a guest in a room that was paid for by someone else so I don't know what the price was, but it was a very nice little suite. I was very impressed with the kitchenette being fully stocked with cooking necessities, even Tupperware to store leftovers. Internet could be a little bit better, though.

This is a great location if you’re staying for a few nights and want to be close to food, shopping, and freeway access. Speaking of freeway access…we heard quite a bit of road noise from our room. Overall, basic place to stay. Little café downstairs was great for a breakfast bite and snack.
This a very nice and well maintained hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This hotel is located at a walking distance of many restaurants and stores. They offer a conference room, indoor pool, gym center, laundry room, a beautiful backyard and free parking lot. And last but the best is its staff. Front desk agents, housekeepers, maintenance and Bistro crew. All of them are very kind and professional...
The place could use a thorough cleaning. The room has an odor, the carpets are stained. Service is good and the location is perfect for my needs.
What an AWESOME stay we had at the Courtyard by Marriott Reno! My husband and I went to Lake Tahoe and Reno for some fun vacation. We're so delighted with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We even got to meet Len Marazzo (General Manager) while having breakfast. He was walking around greeting the guests. We'll definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Draft
Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help with any issues. As a rewards member, I was upgraded to a phenomenal room with no extra charge thanks to an amazing staff member.
This is good Marriott with friendly service. Stayed at this hotel and was treated immediately. Got a complementary upgrade that is always nice. Got a few recommendations for food in the local area. Also, the lobby has been redone with a Starbucks inside. My only complaint and not never that bad is the rooms feel a little old inside and not modern. Example: carpet, counter sinks or tv. Either way I...
