Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.

This is located in the heart of Reno with abundant parking and lots of nearby dining in the other casinos. The arcade opens at 3 pm and is by far the best aspect of this property. It was clean and there were many games, a lot of variety in games as well.
The hotel lacks clear signage, has multiple areas with broken glass, and we continually were running into people who were clearly not guests in long, quiet hallways with no staff anywhere in sight. The ice machine on our floor doubled as a VERY popular ash tray. Our room had a shower that leaked all over the bathroom with each use, probably vomit on one of the bathroom walls, and more than likely blood in the other bathroom. We couldn’t find anyone to help address so we bought our own cleaning supplies.

Despite the intensely confusing structure of this hotel and its conjoined siblings, I enjoyed my stay here.
This is mostly thanks to the bell staff, Lukas and Chase, for not only bringing helping me with my luggage, but explaining the layout of the hotel. Lukas even guided me through check-in and provided a map.
My main complaint is that according to the staff, there are no microwaves or ways to heat your food in the whole hotel or surrounding area. I genuinely doubt this, but if it's true, the hotel should take better care of their staff and provide them a way to heat food. Paying $100+ for a night's stay, it seems like there should be a way to heat food.
The rooms are good. The entertainment and dining options are vast, and even the casino is more welcoming than overwhelming. All roads lead to the casino, which can be frustrating and disorienting, but I suspect that's the intent.
Now that I know my way around, it's good value, has free parking, great hospitality, automated check-in, and I would stay here again.

We stayed for one night while traveling to California. The first thing I would say needs improvement is having better signs in the parking garage on where to go for checking in. When we did get to the front desk the self check in kiosks were useful, but it did take us a couple of times to find a kiosk that worked. The hallways to the rooms smelled fresher than down by the front desk/casino/arcade area. The room was clean, but when checking for bed bugs I did find a booger on the side of the mattress and there was another one on the wall above the nightstand. I think there are areas for improvement, but overall a very decent hotel for the price.

Last minute stay due to a business meeting had us stay at the circus circus. They charged us $180 CASH for valet, we explained to both valet employees the importance that our truck (ford 350) doesn’t fit in the self park garage and we are willing to pay for the valet for it to be safely in the front with valet. Last day, they parked our truck in self park and broke our cargo box and rake on the roof of our truck. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve only had 1 call from guest services. No cash back no room comp nothing.
The check in is at the complete opposite side of the hotel tower. We booked a king bed. They changed it to 2 queens without a discount or change in pricing.
Then get to the tower is a long sketchy walk to the elevator to the actually hotel tower. After a long drive the last thing you want is to walk a long narrow hallway and back.
The room was clean. Bathrooms do have fans. Shower head is TERRIBLE! It’s a squirting pressure like if the shower head was broken, I called it in and they said that’s the shower head. Wow.
I come to Reno every 3-4 months , have stayed in almost all the hotels but circus circus has been the worst. I will not be staying here again.

This is the Topsy the Clown sign at the Circus Circus Casino in downtown Reno. This casino opened in 1978, in the space of a 1957 built department store. It is the 3rd biggest hotel in Reno.

Great location if you want to be near the night life and other casinos. The rooms are spacious and comfy and the water pressure and temperature are perfect. It's difficult to deal with customer service when there are issues; they are very dismissive. I recommend booking from a 3rd party for the discounts (of course, always call the hotel and compare prices first) but there will always be a separate resort fee, as with most hotels and casino's. The casino smells like the rest but the kids area seems to have better odor control. Worth the stay 🎪

The room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but that is my feeling on it, I like a soft bed. Pillows were great. Check in was easy as well as check out. When we were there there was alot of people so checking in had a long line. It moved pretty steady. Otherwise a nice weekend stay and I plan on being back this summer.

+ Its perfectly located to many restaurants, casinos and convenient to shopping upon arrival the thermostat was not working and the heater would not come on, they got it on but within 24 hours the room was like an oven. The engineering staff came, disconected the unit from the wall thermostat and all was good the balance of the stay. The room was clen and stocked well. Staff was very attentive and provided excellent service Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
