I was recently in town for a 4 day conference. The team at Marriott were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and adjoining conference center were a bit tricky to navigate on day one but the staff of the hotel patiently guided about 400 people to all of the event locations. The room was just fine - a few minor repairs/cleaning notes in the bathroom area but nothing egregious . I was a bit...
Visited this location for a business conference. The location is walkable to many restaurants and The Arch. The restaurant in the hotel serves great food and has nice servers. The room was clean, fresh, and modern with a great view of the City Museum and city skyline. The hotel is well kept and check in went smoothly. The conference facilities are well maintained and the conference lunch catering...
I stayed here as part of a business conference put on by my employer. It's a very nice hotel all around. Their catering of our meals was awesome, with a variety of food and beverage options. The building itself is modern with classic architecture. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I'd suggest checking your safe immediately upon arrival if you really require it. Mine never locked...
The place was packed & the mask & plastic between us & the bartender or clerk checking us in was horrible. We also were double charged. Once to our credit card & to our room for the same meal. Two hours Manager get in contact with manager. She wanted us to leave & trust that one of the charges would be removed. I still have not received my refund.
Front desk was very nice and helpful so they receive a 4 star. Other items including hotel doorman and bedding below average. Arrived in the hotel after a very long day traveling (exhausted with a start time of 4 am) and standing in line at the front desk only to be told by the doorman that I am in the wrong line. I quote from the doorman, “Can you not read? The line is over here!” Well Mr. Doorman...
My husband and I travelled for the night. All staff were friendly. Food at bar was great. Room good and cleaned. However, we had the room temp for 80 and it blew cold air all night. The heat never kicked on. Definitely a cold experience thank goodness the blankets were warm. Tried to call front desk but no answer.

When I opened the door, I saw a very updated room with a very different look. The room was a little small, but comfortable and still easy on the pocket. A good place to stay. Staff was friendly
This hotel was everything I have come to expect. Newly renovated rooms, new bedding, flat screen tvs, friendly staff. The hotel was very clean, including our room. I would highly recommend redroof.
I stay here frequently on my visits to resturants and shopping fairly close, and great rates I have no complaints for the price you cant find a better place to stay and staff very friendly
The stay was absolutely perfect. Everyone was very nice, and the room even had a mini fridge, so pleasantly surprised. The price was amazing. We will definitely stay, also recommend it to others.
Very nice value hotel. A couple marks on the pillow, but otherwise just fine. Very friendly front staff. No frills economy, but well worth it.

The attendant that evening and morning were both super nice. The room was very nice and beds comfortable.
America's Best Value Inn was an average hotel stay. There were possible can security concerns with the entry door by my hotel room. It did not close completely or automatically. The room door also did not close automatically or with any force that allowed it to close and shut by itself. Staff however was very pleasant and kind in both check-in and check-out. The continental breakfast in the morning...

Room was fine. Towel hook in the bathroom was falling out of the drywall. Staff is friendly. The hotel nickels nd dimes you for everything ($10 if you want to check out after 10 am, $10 if you don't turn off the electricity, $10 if you check in before 4pm) and they room is overpriced for no amenities. The "gym" is a joke and there is just bagels for breakfast. Also there was a crackhead trying to break...
This hotel was really amazing. It smelled really clean when I walked in my room. Also, because I really needed the hotel by 3pm or even before 3, the woman at the front desk allowed me to check in early for a small fee. Even though it was $160, I was grateful that I was able to get a hotel room. Everything was great! The bed was very comfortable . The bathroom was clean and well kept. Now a days hotels...
The rooms were clean and ready at check in. The staff was nice and courteous. Parking was always available. We didn't try any of the food, but there is a convenience store next door for any snacks/drinks if the vending machines inside the hotel don't have what you want. It's located right by the highway, so it's easy to get to other parts of the area without having to navigate a bunch of potentially...
I stayed here to visit my husband. My husband didn't really like it; his coworkers had to go to the front desk to talk to the staff because the housekeeper would just give them towels but wouldn't empty trash or make the beds so trash was building up. I had the DO NOT D|STURB sign on the door I was laying on the bed fully dressed (thank GOD) a housekeeper came all the way in the room without knocking...
Location was great for freeway access and proximity to the Cherokee St district. Price was good for the quality. Rooms were spacious with a pullout bed in addition to two double beds. Linens/towels/etc were good for the price. Breakfast was mediocre and not complimentary.

Rooms are nice and big and the beds are very comfortable. You have to pay $25/night for parking. The shower curtain does not hold water in! Staff very pleasant.
