I was recently in town for a 4 day conference. The team at Marriott were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and adjoining conference center were a bit tricky to navigate on day one but the staff of the hotel patiently guided about 400 people to all of the event locations. The room was just fine - a few minor repairs/cleaning notes in the bathroom area but nothing egregious . I was a bit...
Visited this location for a business conference. The location is walkable to many restaurants and The Arch. The restaurant in the hotel serves great food and has nice servers. The room was clean, fresh, and modern with a great view of the City Museum and city skyline. The hotel is well kept and check in went smoothly. The conference facilities are well maintained and the conference lunch catering...
I stayed here as part of a business conference put on by my employer. It's a very nice hotel all around. Their catering of our meals was awesome, with a variety of food and beverage options. The building itself is modern with classic architecture. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. I'd suggest checking your safe immediately upon arrival if you really require it. Mine never locked...
The place was packed & the mask & plastic between us & the bartender or clerk checking us in was horrible. We also were double charged. Once to our credit card & to our room for the same meal. Two hours Manager get in contact with manager. She wanted us to leave & trust that one of the charges would be removed. I still have not received my refund.
Front desk was very nice and helpful so they receive a 4 star. Other items including hotel doorman and bedding below average. Arrived in the hotel after a very long day traveling (exhausted with a start time of 4 am) and standing in line at the front desk only to be told by the doorman that I am in the wrong line. I quote from the doorman, “Can you not read? The line is over here!” Well Mr. Doorman...
My husband and I travelled for the night. All staff were friendly. Food at bar was great. Room good and cleaned. However, we had the room temp for 80 and it blew cold air all night. The heat never kicked on. Definitely a cold experience thank goodness the blankets were warm. Tried to call front desk but no answer.

Went to Hyatt Regency St Louis for a weekend getaway with my lady friend and had a wonderful time. It's right next door to the Arch and we had a view of the Arch from our hotel window. The room was clean, and the service was commendable. Their weekend brunch was "KILLER". Everything downtown was within walking distance and we went to a jazz concert that was a short Uber ride away. If you want to "impress...
My husband and I had really enjoyed this hotel! The staff was nice and helped with all of our questions. It’s right across the the arch and other activities are just a short distance away as well. There’s a breakfast buffet in the morning that stops at 12 on Saturday. We didn’t get there until 11:30 and rushed to eat. We were a bit shocked by the price for the little bit we ate, but that’s on us. We...
This is a decent hotel. I was here for a business conference, and had a good experience. The check-in process was quick and easy. The room itself was good, but I did notice that the A/C return vent was a bit dusty. The bed itself was comfy, but the comforter was too warm to use all night, while using only the top sheet was too cold. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, and there was a brand...
The location is supreme. The parking is a nightmare. Didn't spend much time at the hotel. I highly recommend an Arch view room! The room was slightly dirty. We found old towels and lots of hair during our stay in our bathroom. The beds could use some improvement. However, the stay was pretty decent for a last minute stay. I would stay again with hopes the rooms are cleaned better.
HYATT EVERY WHERE WE GO NOW! Service is the greatest everywhere we visit! the breakfast here was TOP NOTCH DELISH!! AMAZING VIEW OF THE CITY AND ARCH... Saw the whole parade right outside our window! Room was everything we wanted with separated spaces. Very spacious and modern!
Nice rooms with great views from the windows. The Arch is right behind the Hyatt. So many locations around to hang out and enjoy yourself. Everything is in walking distance which you will have to do unless you prefer taxi or uber. Restaurants and shopping on the first floor as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I could not be more pleased with this hotel. We had to cancel a previous stay and they were so understanding. They made rescheduling the trip a breeze. The rooms are clean and well maintained, restrooms included. The rooftop bar is a real treat! Justin and the rest of the staff were amazing, and make you feel right at home. Don't hesitate to book a stay here - it is a great value and a step above the...
Best place to go to rekindle a flame or just to keep the one you have burning. Beautiful view free tickets for the cardinal games because you can see the whole game from the roof top. I love their food the hamburger is to die for. And drinks hands down great quality when it comes to wine. I love it here. My little hide out spot. A must go not too pricey no complaints here.
Our experience was amazing! Greeted by a friendly valet, SUPER professional front desk man Austin, incredible bar lobby Carrie Ann w/37 years of service. Arch view room was fantastic! A surprise tub of various libations surprised us. Market Bistro staff were superb! 360 bar overwhelmed but who isn't at times? One of the best 2 days stays we have ever had. MOD Bill took the time twice to speak with...
This is an amazing hotel! It began at the front desk, which the employee looked amazing in his suite and grade A customer service. Although there was construction going in the lobby it was still extemely clean and nice. He got us into a room early, which was spotless, updated and super nice. It was extremely quiet in our room the whole stay which is unusual for hotels. I don't think you can judge a...
The rooms have been updated pretty well, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The staff are also great and extremely friendly and helpful. However, there are some base structural/layout issues with the hotel. It's very noisy, I could hear people yelling on the street from my 21st floor room, not to mention cars. It's also loud between rooms, my neighbors weren't very loud but I could hear...
A very good property to visit. If you're going to a ball game do stay there. I stayed in the West tower and my room looked right into the stadium. Take the Metro Link to the Stadium stop and you're right at the hotel and ball park. What really sets this property apart is its staff. VERY friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying there. Oh, and the Gateway Arc is a very short walk away.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have bottled water replenished. The light show in the evenings was spectacular.
I cannot sing enough the praises of this location! The main lobby is stunning!! The staff are so warm and attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean. If you to check out the aquarium, the wheel and all the shops at the back of the hotel.
Great location but man this hotel needs an update and a better cleaning service. Our room was so dirty. You definitely will want to pack some Clorox. Doors are very hard to access via the app and the halls & elevators are also very dirty. To be fair we got a pet room since we brought our dog, but man it was gross. We were also “upgraded” due to our diamond status. I cringe to think of what we had before...
I came for a conference. It’s beautiful how they transformed it to make a hotel. The grand hall and light show was fabulous. The food was awful but the waitresses and waiter I had during my stay were great. The rooms need to be updated and a deep cleaning like wipe down walls and door ways. The fridge barely was cold. No microwave. I was told I have a $15 dollar food credit. Used it at Starbucks and...
Overall had a decent stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous to explore, has lots of history, and tons of amenities. The bar is fantastic and had impeccable service from our bartenders. Fabulous location, close to lots of entertainment and restaurants. The main issue I had was with the front desk service and the overall cleanliness of our room. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and heavily stained...

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. It was pretty much a letdown. The parking attendant was kind of rude, the room was really dated, and the carpet was super dirty. The door to our hotel room looked like it had been kicked in before. The mirrors in the entire Hotel, and especially in our bathroom, looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty dryer sheet. The bartender that evening had zero personality...
Hard to beat the price and location. Our room was pretty clean and had a good view of the river. Our TV didn't work, but we were really just there to sleep and shower. Staff was great and friendly. We did, however, have zero towels after room service cleaned the room, and after calling three times to request 4 towels, someone dropped off two. I'd stay there again just because it was cheap and within...
I stayed here for one night. I arrived early in the evening and no room was ready for me so I was asked to wait 10 to 15 minutes and come back up. After about 10 minutes, I walked back up to the desk and was able to get a room but it took some flexibility and I had to be willing to take a smoking room. The room looked nice enough at a glance but I quickly found that the AC unit was in poor condition...
Myself and two friends booked a suite for one night at the City Place Hotel. We wanted a room with two queen beds and a cot in case one of us didn't want to share a bed. When we arrived we were placed in a room with one king bed. We had to go back to the lobby to fix this. While the receptionist was nice, it was still annoying to have to go back and fix. Despite having 2 newer elevators and 4 older...
The air conditioning doesn't work very well at all. Having to pay so much for parking isn't good. I believe there should be coffee offered in the lobby not just lemon water. Hair dryer didn't work, only one towel in a room and no washcloths. We ask for more but none was ever brought to the room. I took some off housekeeping cart. Most of the staff are friendly but there are exceptions. Location is...
Great views, with very friendly and personable staff. I was worried because of some of the reviews, but our experience here was so wonderful. We did find some stains on the sheets, but the staff quickly resolved the issue when we called down to the front desk. We were moved to a new room with a great view of the Arch, and everyone was very hospitable! Definitely would come back and stay here again...

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I would and that’s saying A LOT considering how much I travel. We arrived unsure of where to park (you have to check-in first and then utilize the parking garage to park) and they graciously allowed us to park and then check-in. The lobby is beautiful and unique! The General Manager greeted us at the desk and offered to upgrade our room to one with a view...
What a delightful experience. Much needed family staycation to celebrate our anniversary that had been postponed 3 times, since spring. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Helped us with luggage when we dropped off early. Smiling all night and day. Meals were great! Room and terrace has fantastic view of the arch. Located close to the Gateway Arch Riverboat cruise.
Totally impressed with the staff led by Robyn. They are friendly with smiles and desire to make sure the stay is enjoyable. Location is perfect! Room cleanliness and furnishings are on par with some of the four/five star hotels we stayed in the past. One minor issue in terms of cleanliness that need to be addressed is the pool area. Breakfast and “happy hour” are the best with food enough to satisfy...
We just finished a stay for a day game at Busch and absolutely loved the hotel. This is the best I’ve seen this hotel and we’ve been there many times. The manager has done an outstanding job staffing and training. EVERY PERSON we interacted with was friendly, made us feel welcome and smiling. That level of customer service plus the the Kickback (afternoon happy hour) took it to the next level...
It's just a few blocks from the arch and Busch Stadium. Service is excellent. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the 5 o'clock kickback. My only complaint is the water pressure in the showers. I don't know if it is just the choice of shower heads or a true lack of pressure. Anyways, that's just a petty complaint because this place is great. Would highly recommend.
We were in town for my son's 4th birthday. At breakfast(included), the manager was walking around checking on the guests that were eating. He announced it was his birthday and she wished him a happy birthday. Then, as we were walking to the elevators, she came walking towards us with a bag of snacks and candy with a birthday card. She also had a bag for my 1 1/2 year old daughter so she wasn't left...

Hotel is a gem, sure it's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Rooms are very large and luxurious. Staff friendly. Great service , lovely area to walk around with beautiful old mansions block away. This is my second time at the Chase and will stay there again when in St louis. Hotel has a full movie theater on site and outdoor pool. Near museum area.
*I would gladly give this hotel a 5 star rating if their evening options were better. We were in town with my mom for her 80th birthday celebration. I chose this hotel for it’s history and architectural beauty, it did not disappoint. The lobby and public areas with their art deco detail are elegant and beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and nicely updated while keeping with the personality...
A great hotel with all the luxurious options. The rooms are super clean and above all the staff is really great. Guess what! They all smile 😃 Also it’s a huge hotels with many buildings. It’s just confusing because each building has the same floor number and you need to ask which building tgat has your room while checking in. They have a very nice gift shop. The pool is so nice and clean. So overall...
Had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was phenomenally large. The hotel is older but everything is superbly maintained.
The room was clean but very blah, and ours had a view of the rooftop ventilation system. :-( The service staff and amenities are very lovely. Really very nice people, great service, good food, beautiful lobby and public areas. I would have given 5 stars if the room had a better view and a little more oomph.
This was a beautiful and comfortable hotel. My suite was extremely spacious and fully featured. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. There were good local restaurants a few blocks away, easily within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the casino! We’ve been to Ramseys and Morton’s, as well as the other good places in the building. Only recommendation would be for the drink servers to interact more. I’ve been more than 5 times and sat for hours and I’ve never been asked if I wanted a drink.
I noticed reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness but this wasn't our experience at all. we had a corner suite which was perfectly clean and tidy upon check in. the only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is the lack of room service but that figures; they want you to go over and spend money at the Casino and restaurants... which we did and had a great time
We went to Lumiere to try the new restaurant OZZIE'S BURGER BAR. Atmosphere was nice, cleanliness ok. Burger tasted good, fries seemed a little over-salty. Milkshake took forever because worker was making only one at a time despite having what looked like 6 mixers! The rest of us were done with dinner by time the one guy finally got his milkshake and was able to join us. Would have also been nice,...
Someone i knew threw a party. Epic. Let's say there's enough room in these rooms. Very nice. Very clean. The staff are very kind and respectful. The casino is cool. So ate the different buffet. Parking staff can be very rude. Other then that enjoy yourself.
The Kitchen is a great restaurant and we very much enjoyed the buffet. The breakfast buffet is the best. Before and after eating we spent some time in the casino. The only disappointing experience we had was every single soda machine was out of order for at least 20 to 30 minutes. When I finally asked a bartender how long it would be, he said he did not know but offered two small bottled waters. Otherwise...
I booked this room for my birthday. Upon inspection, which I conduct at every hotel, I realized that an entire panel was missing from the bedroom closet as was the iron. I called the front desk and was assured that one would be delivered, but never was. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 a.m. waking us up. Check out isn't until 11 a.m. It was mediocre compared to other casino...

The room was spacious had extra space to set luggage on so it wasn't on the floor or bed. Was surprised by the tub in the bathroom very nice. My sister and I were meeting other people at the ball game were nervous about getting out of the game at night and walk to our hotel not a problem staying across the street from the stadium!
Hotel was in a fantastic location. Rooms were very nice. Bed was incredibly comfortable which is always my biggest pet peeve when they are not. Staff was helpful. We ate dinner at the in-hotel restaurant and ordered room service for breakfast. The food was delicious. The one criticism I have is we were in a King room in the corner of the hotel. The room felt very stagnant with the fan on high and...
Let's face it the only reason to stay here is location. In typical Marriott fashion didn't miss a beat to cut corners, never told there was no make up service in the morning, nor were we told this at checkin. The Club barely had much to offer for breakfast. Room was a nice size, no idea if I was upgraded, as I was just handed keys at the front desk. It's all about location.
Nice and QUIET! Extremely convenient location - we walked to and from the Arch and Busch Stadium. Really appreciated the quick walk after the game. Loved the room and the hotel.
I stayed at the Westin in St. Louis, MO. Everything from stay was very very exceptional! From the bathroom to the room was above what I expected! And I don't know what brand the bed was but I didn't want to leave the damn thing. The bed was extremely comfortable!!!
Nice hotel but more like a 3.5 star needs some updating. The bathroom was dated and carpets needed replacing. Good location right next to light rail and walking distance to get to places downtown. Nice beds!

We stayed here on 11/11/22. Room was nice and clean, the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful when needed, breakfast was good as well. One more thing though..... There were plenty of great employees there but Kenya checked us in and she was fabulous. She was friendly, funny, very sociable and an asset to your hotel. Keep her!
We have always enjoyed staying here because the price is reasonable. They have a restaurant attached to the Pear Tree which is nice. They offer free drinks and happy hour every day. They offer a good breakfast with quite a few choices in the morning. I like that you do not have to pay extra for parking which is relatively safe in a garage. The bathrooms are a little tiny with not much counter space...

Definitely one of my favorite hotels EVER! Yes some parts of the floor where stained. But honestly it was a very nice and comfy environment. The breakfast was amazing, you get free drinks and they serve good popcorn around 3. And if you stay at a certain place you get a good view of the ferris wheel. They give out wine and snacks at a certain time. I want to go back so bad.
Yes there’s still 3 free beers served every evening! Decent stay, breakfast was good and I like the parking garage outside. What’s up with the gym locker room style soap dispensers in the bathroom?

An absolutely tremendous hotel experience. So many thoughtful details like a note card from the general manager thanking me for my loyalty. The newly renovated hotel is immaculately clean, the service absolutely top-notch and friendly. The bar has the best specialty cocktails in the city and the mussels and risotto is to die for. A definite must stay / eat / drink anytime we're in St Louis.
Beautiful hotel room with great location for walking around the city. We got there around midnight so check-in was slightly complicated because the front door was locked. The staff let us in and we were able to get into our room. We decided to eat breakfast in the restaurant there. What should have been a reasonably priced breakfast turned into a $60 meal (with sub-par food) due to $4.50 delivery fee...
Closed for renovations until July BUT I know from experience that the arch and the arch museum offer a wonderful historical experience for the whole family. The ride to the top is also lots of fun and you get to meet lots of new interesting people from around the world. We will continue to visit the arch every time we are in Saint Louis!
This hotel is classy and old school all in one. It's beautiful and the rooms are nice and clean. My husband and I visited here for our anniversary and everyone was so nice and helpful, we even got free drinks at the bar to celebrate. The bartender was very friendly. The location was great for us since we had a family member in the hospital. I loved the access to the restaurant & hospital without even having to go outside.
Very expensive. Very clean lobby, hallways, and rooms are very spacey and beds were very comfy. Our bathroom didn't have bathtub but shower was huge. I've stayed here many times due to personal reasons with the medical center next to it. The rooms are always clean and the front desk staff always very nice in answering requests. Stayed the night on 01/25/2021 because they have a walkway between them and the hospital. Great place to stay pre surgery. Check in was easy and fast with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and was pleasant smelling with plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. St. Louis zoo and many other attractions near by if you have time to visit.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional finishes! The customer service has been fantastic. The bed is very comfy and the towels white and fluffy. I brought disinfectant wipes to make sure our environment is safe during this pandemic. I wiped down the room and this room is so very clean that not so much as a speck of dirt came off on the wipes. I highly recommend this hotel.
No complaints really. We did want to do laundry and they don't have a coin machine, or have change handy. We had to walk down the block. Rooms are clean and nice. Not many amenities but our son is in the hospital so we just need a place to sleep. Do wish the breakfast was better though.

I couldn't even begin to guess how many different hotels I've stayed in throughout my life, and this one has hands-down been my favorite! Great location and loved their happy hour. A little old and worn but clean and service was decent. Pool is kind of small but indoor and the hot tub was fine. Comfortable spacious well appointed room. Valet was spotty but lots of construction so maybe it's normally better.
Cost to park is outrageous ($42 per night), but I couldn't find any lots nearby that allowed overnight parking, so I had to pay it. Hotel guests get free alcoholic drinks during happy hour every day. The free breakfast is very good. But the hotel needs updating; the pool and hot tub, for example, have many missing tiles; the air vents in the rooms rattle and whistle. The king bed was very comfortable...
My family stayed from the 28th of March to the 31st, 2018. We enjoyed staying at this Embassy. The staff we encountered were all very nice and accommodating. The location of this hotel is Downtown St Louis. If it is not raining. You can walk to the Arch, nearby restaurants. Rooms are a good size. Cleaned daily. The building is historical with a lot of personality and appeal .The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only negative was there was no mini fridge in our room. I will stay here again every time I come to St. Louis.
Wonderful hotel. The ladies at the front desk were extremely courteous and fast with both check in and check out. The location is within walking distance of a lot restaurants and attractions and about 20-25 min from the airport. Standard rooms, nothing too fancy, but perfectly fine. This classic hotel has been remodeled recently with significant upgrades to the furniture, electronics, outlets, and wifi. My 2-queen room is comfortable and has good water pressure. It does not have a refrigerator. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Room service is quick. WiFi speeds aren't great. I would also appreciate more power outlets near the beds.

Was easy to find. Parking on site was nice. The hotel key is used as your parking pass. Was able to walk to Snarf Sandwiches for dinner. It was very good. Location was excellent for those looking to visit the Arch or a Cardinals or Blues game. The rooms were clean, the breakfast options were solid, and the on-site parking was a plus. Downsides: It took quite a while for the A/C to cool the room down, and the spaces in the parking garage were quite tight and laid out in a strange way. All in all, a good experience!
The front desk employees were always pleasant and welcoming. The room was a typical hotel room, it was clean and had a great view. My biggest complaint is the elevators. Layer of dust on ice bucket lid makes you wonder how clean things are if they can't wipe off a lid. Bathroom sink drain was very slow. Room was warm, set to 70 around 4pm, next morning at 9am, it was only 72. Started at 76 when checked in. Beautiful old building. I expected better cleaning and maintenance for the money.
I was in town for a conference at Union Station. Phenomenal stay! Amazing breakfast options and happy hour is top tier! Great service and workers. Clean and comfortable bed, nice view of US at night. Limited elevator access depending on what side you're staying on was my only complaint.
Amazing location!!! Beautiful restored old building that embraces the railroad heritage of the area. We love Drury Inn because the breakfasts and evening kick-back dinners are free and amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. We will 100% be back.
First time staying at a Drury, but it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy. The GPS instructions to the hotel were a little off. We ended up parking along the street before realizing the parking garage has 15 minute parking for check in. While parking isn't free, it's a secure parking garage and worth it. You have to have your room key with you to exit or enter the garage. The only downside...
I loved their 'happy hour' from 5:30 to 7:00 with free food and 3 cocktails per person. Both good and drinks were very good. Also, the free breakfast was very good; with a lot of selections. Free popcorn and coffee/hot tea in the lobby! There are a lot of cable channels! I will definitely come back if I come down to stay around Union Station.

Many hot food choices for the breakfast. To our surprise, the hotel even provide dinner with wine, beer and various other beverage, which is definitely beyond my expectations and makes me try to book the Drury Inn in my future trips. The staffs of the hotel are super friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenience for driving to Wash U and downtown of St. Louise but not within...
Service seemed a bit lacking as we waited at the front desk for 20 min rang the phone and still no one arrived. Not a good start to the welcome hotel feel. Finally got to the rooms be advised they have cross halls so the number on the wall may not fall in the room number you have it may be in a cross hall of rooms. They are nice rooms the location is fairly good and gas and food is easy to get to....
We had a great experience at the Drury Forest Park, the staff was polite and helpful and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room bathroom was clean and updated and there were many outlets and lamp options in the room which is important to me! There was also a small fridge and microwave which was a plus. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and were able to use it both nights, I appreciate...
Don't forget to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Clean rooms, awesome staff! Free appetizers around dinner time!! I mean you could skip...
Great location for my doctor's visit at Barnes. Room was spacious and clean. I did get upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Breakfast was the usual fair of biscuits, sausage, eggs, sweet rolls, potatoes, waffles etc. The gravy was a little too thin for my taste but tasted ok. Will book with them again if I need an overnight stay in that area. Also it's very close to the hill for good food.
Lovely, bright room with a king size bed. Moderate price with a decent complimentary breakfast and a good complimentary buffet at 5:30pm. It's not dinner, but it will quell your hunger until it's dinner time. The staff is uniformly welcoming and friendly. Very convenient to The Hill. We've stayed here several times and will again.

I am staying at the hotel for work. The staff are amazingly courteous and very helpful. They switched my pillows for hypoallergenic ones and the bed is the most comfy I have ever slept in. The breakfasts are very good and the view of the arch from the deck is stunning. Very enjoyable stay.
We arrived very late to the hotel during our travels. We were warmly greeted by the staff and they made sure to take extra care of our needs including helping me with contact solution that I forgot at home. The room and bed we're comfortable as well. No complaints from a guy that is very critical of hotels. Great job!
This place is a favorite of ours. We’ve had family and friends stay here but additionally this is just a fun place to go. Several different dining options. Cielo is absolutely amazing and kid friendly:) Sitting outside is a lot of fun. There is always a great crowd and the pool is nice. The view is beautiful and again the food is out of this world. If you happen to want dessert ask for the lemon cake...
It is a very nice hotel but I don't feel it is worth the price. I feel the rooms are due for new carpet and some renovation. I do love the bathrooms and the nice bathtub. The Arch View rooms are very nice but the City View rooms have a terrible view of our city ... empty parking lots, abandoned buildings, dumpsters and graffiti. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The most amazing hotel experience EVER! Anthony at the front desk was amazing. The entire staff was so friendly and nice. Even the housekeeping staff was great. The room and the view was soooo beautiful. Almost cancelled all my plans and stayed in the room the whole weekend because the bed was so comfortable. This has been the best birthday celebration I've ever had and the Four Seasons staff made...
The four seasons was a very nice place to host our event. The rooms were spacious and well-lit. He snacks provided were sufficient, and the restrooms were very high class. This location also has a very nice view of the river.

Great location! Walking distance to the Dome which was our main reason for being in town. Staff was courteous. Check in and out was easy and quick. We did not need to use coffee make or refrigerator but the TV was working on and off, kind of annoying. Parking offsite and easy to manage.
The 3 K's were fabulous. The carpet had too much padding under it. A Marriott thing. Also as I sat in my wheelchair in my wheelchair accessible room & went to look >n the bathroom mirror the mirror was above my head. Unable to see pepven the top of my head. Also a Marriott thing. The staff were amazing. So accommodating. THANK YOU!
My kids and I stayed at this lovely hotel over the weekend. We received great customer service at the front desk and the people at the valet were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the city! We would definitely stay here again!
Stayed for 2 nights while in town for a competition. The good: The location is great, walking distance to everything. Which was good since parking was $$. The staff was friendly and helpful. Never felt that we were inconveniencing them with questions or help. They did not have much staff it appeared however, so you did have to wait to be helped. The bar in the lobby was great and a cozy spot and...
Checking in was easy and the young lady at the front desk was pleasant. We unloaded our bags, but the valet did take the luggage cart to the room for us. Housekeeping was horrible, no service in our room but they did the other rooms on our floor. There was no microwave in our room and the freezer part of the fridge had something spilled in it. We did love the proximity of the convention center. The...
COVID has effected the hotel cafe. The hours are spotty if not nonexistent. I couldn’t even get coffee or a grab and go breakfast 3 mornings during my stay. Very inconvenient for a business traveler.

Everything. Great space themed hotel. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful and informative to help our sightseeing. Room was large with lovely comfy bed and great shower. The Delmar Loop is a good place to stay with boutique shops and good restaurants and easy access to downtown using the Metro to visit the Arch and museums. Comfortable area to walk about. A big thank you to all the staff...
This place is wonderful! Beautifully decorated, eclectic but so welcoming. The room was spacious, and oh my were the beds so comfortable! The rooftop bar is a must-go. But the true star is the staff! Every single staff member I encountered was over the top friendly and kind. I was in town for a three day concert and the front desk workers asked us all about it, and let us gush to them. They had great...
The Moonrise is a must-stay if you're attending any event at the Pageant, and a wonderful choice if you're looking to explore any part of St. Louis proper. They offer free parking, which is something we didn't dare hope to find so close to the city. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and competent. The location is excellent; the zoo is practically in walking distance, and there is an abundance...
The location was great. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was good. But what really stood out, what made our experience exceptional, what made me want to leave a review, was Ashley at the front desk! The first morning after we arrived Ashley saw us on the street and greeted us by name! She wasn’t even the person who checked us in. What attention to detail! We were blown away...
Me and my significant other stayed here after seeing a Hanson concert next door. Very nice hotel! Our room was bigger then my apartment, the bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant was closed the day we were leaving but the complimentary danishes were good and the coffee is the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel! I defiantly recommend this if you need...
The Moonrise is always a wonderful place to visit. The staff (from the front desk to the valet to the restaurant) are very kind and welcoming. They try to learn your name and strike up a conversation with you which I think is great. Besides that, their location (on the Delmar Loop) is very convenient. I've been using the hotel for 3 years now and will definitly continue to do do.
