The place was packed & the mask & plastic between us & the bartender or clerk checking us in was horrible. We also were double charged. Once to our credit card & to our room for the same meal. The location is supreme. The parking is a nightmare. Didn't spend much time at the hotel. I highly recommend an Arch view room! The room was slightly dirty. Nice rooms with great views from the windows. The Arch is right behind the Hyatt. So many locations around to hang out and enjoy yourself. Best place to go to rekindle a flame or just to keep the one you have burning. Beautiful view free tickets for the cardinal games because you can see the whole game from the roof top. A very good property to visit. If you're going to a ball game do stay there. I stayed in the West tower and my room looked right into the stadium. Take the Metro Link to the Stadium stop and you're right at the hotel and ball park. What really sets this property apart is its staff. VERY friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying there. It's just a few blocks from the arch and Busch Stadium. Service is excellent. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the 5 o'clock kickback. My only complaint is the water pressure in the showers. I don't know if it is just the choice of shower heads or a true lack of pressure. Hotel is a gem, sure it's not cheap but you get what you pay for. Rooms are very large and luxurious. Staff friendly. Love the casino! We’ve been to Ramseys and Morton’s, as well as the other good places in the building. Only recommendation would be for the drink servers to interact more. I’ve been more than 5 times and sat for hours and I’ve never been asked if I wanted a drink.

I noticed reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness but this wasn't our experience at all. we had a corner suite which was perfectly clean and tidy upon check in. the only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars is the lack of room service but that figures; they want you to go over and spend money at the Casino and restaurants... which we did and had a great time

Let's face it the only reason to stay here is location. In typical Marriott fashion didn't miss a beat to cut corners, never told there was no make up service in the morning, nor were we told this at checkin. We stayed here on 11/11/22. Room was nice and clean, the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful when needed, breakfast was good as well. One more thing though..... We have always enjoyed staying here because the price is reasonable. They have a restaurant attached to the Pear Tree which is nice. They offer free drinks and happy hour every day. They offer a good breakfast with quite a few choices in the morning. I like that you do not have to pay extra for parking which is relatively safe in a garage. Definitely one of my favorite hotels EVER! Yes some parts of the floor where stained. But honestly it was a very nice and comfy environment. The breakfast was amazing, you get free drinks and they serve good popcorn around 3. And if you stay at a certain place you get a good view of the ferris wheel. An absolutely tremendous hotel experience. So many thoughtful details like a note card from the general manager thanking me for my loyalty. Closed for renovations until July BUT I know from experience that the arch and the arch museum offer a wonderful historical experience for the whole family. The ride to the top is also lots of fun and you get to meet lots of new interesting people from around the world. We will continue to visit the arch every time we are in Saint Louis!

I've stayed here many times due to personal reasons with the medical center next to it. The rooms are always clean and the front desk staff always very nice in answering requests. I've had visits with late flights out and they have accommodated me with a late checkout. Stayed the night on 01/25/2021 because they have a walkway between them and the hospital. Great place to stay pre surgery. Check in was easy and fast with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and was pleasant smelling with plenty of room. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. St. Louis zoo and many other attractions near by if you have time to visit.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional finishes! The customer service has been fantastic. The bed is very comfy and the towels white and fluffy. I brought disinfectant wipes to make sure our environment is safe during this pandemic. I wiped down the room and this room is so very clean that not so much as a speck of dirt came off on the wipes. I highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints really. We did want to do laundry and they don't have a coin machine, or have change handy. We had to walk down the block. Rooms are clean and nice. Not many amenities but our son is in the hospital so we just need a place to sleep. Do wish the breakfast was better though.

The location of this hotel is Downtown St Louis. If it is not raining. You can walk to the Arch, nearby restaurants. Rooms are a good size. Cleaned daily. Breakfast and happy hour were amazing! The staff was lovely especially the woman serving at the happy hour bar.

Layer of dust on ice bucket lid makes you wonder how clean things are if they can't wipe off a lid. Bathroom sink drain was very slow. Room was warm, set to 70 around 4pm, next morning at 9am, it was only 72. Started at 76 when checked in. Beautiful old building. I expected better cleaning and maintenance for the money.

I was in town for a conference at Union Station. Phenomenal stay! Amazing breakfast options and happy hour is top tier! Great service and workers. Clean and comfortable bed, nice view of US at night. Limited elevator access depending on what side you're staying on was my only complaint.

Amazing location!!! Beautiful restored old building that embraces the railroad heritage of the area. We love Drury Inn because the breakfasts and evening kick-back dinners are free and amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. We will 100% be back.

First time staying at a Drury, but it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy. The GPS instructions to the hotel were a little off. We ended up parking along the street before realizing the parking garage has 15 minute parking for check in. While parking isn't free, it's a secure parking garage and worth it. You have to have your room key with you to exit or enter the garage. The only downside...

I loved their 'happy hour' from 5:30 to 7:00 with free food and 3 cocktails per person. Both good and drinks were very good. Also, the free breakfast was very good; with a lot of selections. Free popcorn and coffee/hot tea in the lobby! There are a lot of cable channels! I will definitely come back if I come down to stay around Union Station.

Service seemed a bit lacking as we waited at the front desk for 20 min rang the phone and still no one arrived. Not a good start to the welcome hotel feel. Finally got to the rooms be advised they have cross halls so the number on the wall may not fall in the room number you have it may be in a cross hall of rooms. Great location for my doctor's visit at Barnes. Room was spacious and clean. I did get upgraded to a suite which was really nice. Breakfast was the usual fair of biscuits, sausage, eggs, sweet rolls, potatoes, waffles etc. The gravy was a little too thin for my taste but tasted ok. Will book with them again if I need an overnight stay in that area. Also it's very close to the hill for good food.

Lovely, bright room with a king size bed. Moderate price with a decent complimentary breakfast and a good complimentary buffet at 5:30pm. It's not dinner, but it will quell your hunger until it's dinner time. The staff is uniformly welcoming and friendly. Very convenient to The Hill. We've stayed here several times and will again.

I am staying at the hotel for work. The staff are amazingly courteous and very helpful. They switched my pillows for hypoallergenic ones and the bed is the most comfy I have ever slept in. The breakfasts are very good and the view of the arch from the deck is stunning. Very enjoyable stay.

We arrived very late to the hotel during our travels. We were warmly greeted by the staff and they made sure to take extra care of our needs including helping me with contact solution that I forgot at home. The room and bed we're comfortable as well. This place is a favorite of ours. We’ve had family and friends stay here but additionally this is just a fun place to go. Several different dining options. It is a very nice hotel but I don't feel it is worth the price. I feel the rooms are due for new carpet and some renovation. I do love the bathrooms and the nice bathtub. The Arch View rooms are very nice but the City View rooms have a terrible view of our city ... empty parking lots, abandoned buildings, dumpsters and graffiti. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The four seasons was a very nice place to host our event. The rooms were spacious and well-lit. He snacks provided were sufficient, and the restrooms were very high class. This location also has a very nice view of the river.

Great location! Walking distance to the Dome which was our main reason for being in town. Staff was courteous. Check in and out was easy and quick. We did not need to use coffee make or refrigerator but the TV was working on and off, kind of annoying. Parking offsite and easy to manage.

The 3 K's were fabulous. The carpet had too much padding under it. A Marriott thing. The Moonrise is always a wonderful place to visit. The staff (from the front desk to the valet to the restaurant) are very kind and welcoming. They try to learn your name and strike up a conversation with you which I think is great. Besides that, their location (on the Delmar Loop) is very convenient. I've been using the hotel for 3 years now and will definitly continue to do do.
