Staff here were really customer service-oriented - warm friendly greetings. Rooms are lovely and tastefully decorated. Bed was really comfortable. I used to travel for a living so stayed in a lot of hotel rooms.this was in my top 5 stays. The Vinoy is elegant but staff make you feel welcomed. Decided to have a night get away and had the best experience! Very cozy and warm! It gave me the dream Gilmore Girls inn experience i’ve always been wanting but with our nice weather! I had a 4 night business stay here and it was good overall. The rooms are dated but unique, you could hear people walking on the wood floors above you but I wasn't disturbed any other times and that was minimal. I did visit the bar one night and the drink was great and the service was prompt and courteous, fair price as well!

This was our second stay here and it is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as far as accommodations we’ve needed while traveling . Great amenities for the kids. Mine especially loved that they could walk straight out to the playground and pool from our room. The rooms were a little bit dated but nothing awful. Bed was comfy. Wish some of the food options were open on site.
