Caroline at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The overnight manager Anthony went above and beyond. And Sarah’s kindness, made suggestions for dining plans and things to do in Saratoga. I stayed in a junior suite which was cozy and very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at this location with easy parking and relaxing environment.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff is competent and friendly. However the restaurant closed 2 hours early without any advance notice. The only explanation was that the Bistro is an independent business that just leases space in the hotel, and the chef can do what he wants.

Great location. You do have to pay for parking and I can see where it would fill up quickly. It's a little walk from the car until you get to the front desk. Everything looks very nice and clean. Room was clean and stocked.

When booking my room I asked if the staff could build me a pillow fort. Fully expecting that the request would not be fulfilled. Well to my surprise the pillow fort was here. Or at least as best as they could make it. I have made these requests multiple times at other Hilton brand hotels and sometimes I get what I ask for and sometimes I don't. The room was clean and just as expected. Multiple towels and good toiletries. The conference rooms were large and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get an early check in by 1 hour and enjoyed having enough time to prepare for my meeting.

Attended a conference at the Hilton and have no complaints about the venue. It's very nice interior and the city has plenty to do for a few days. The staff were all welcoming as well.

The locations is perfect! It's close to downtown, can walk pretty much into downtown and eat or drink at any of the main restaurants. It's about a 15 min walk at most from the furthest restaurant. And if you don't want to go out they have a bar and pizza across the parking lot. They also have their own restaurant with a really nice happy hour! The room is amazing. Hotel is clean, new, and nicely decorated. The free breakfast has traditional buffet items, but also a really good made to order omelet bar. One of the best hotels I've stayed in countrywide. Large, modern rooms. Amazing free breakfast where someone will make you an omlete. Free drinks and snacks for happy hour. Decent indoor gym and pool. Great location. Truly incredible stay. You won't be disappointed if you book here.

I stay in Embassy suites most and been to many, and this is the best of them all. I like friendly staffs, convenient location, and good value for money with free WiFi and breakfast. We stayed here at the last minute due to problems with our original hotel. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, etc. It was also a quiet room. Mattresses seemed rather hard - more so than I've experienced at other Marriott hotels. Great location - easily walkable to downtown. I wish they had a continental breakfast.

Everything seems very clean. Their gym and pool are open from certain times which I was not able to use in the past due to covid. It is convenient to have a small Cafe downstairs and appreciated. the room was clean, it was very quiet in the evening and night-time. Bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of pillows. and there was plenty of hot water when I went to take a shower in the morning, and I could not hear other people showering when I was in my room. There is a reason why you mostly see high ratings! I was impressed with this spot! The hotel is clean and offered great amenities. I appreciate history and understated charm. The hotel has both. Surprisingly good dinner. Excellent grounds. Comfortable bed. I believe they are closing for some renovations soon, I imagine maintenance was tough during Covid shutdown and I hope they are able to preserve the historic character. We have been staying at Community Court for the last 10 years when we attend concerts and even though the motel is not much to look at and isn't a Hilton, the staff is great and very friendly! Plus it is within walking distance to downtown & SPAC (if you choose to walk there)!

For the price you pay it is what you would expect. Nothing fancy. Building appears to have been built in the early ‘50s and really hasn’t been upgraded. The room was clean and the water hot. Be aware that this is budget hotel so if creaky floors and sagging beds don’t bother you you’ll like it just fine.

Amazing hotel walking distance from the downtown and the great restaurants of Saratoga. We had the suite with the 2 bedrooms (2 adults/3kids) and it was Amazing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The pavilion Grand hotel was a great location for my wife and I to enjoy Saratoga from. The suite was spacious and nice and it was a short walk to anything in town. We were a bit disappointed in the linens which had an orange stain to them, but otherwise we were very happy.

We had the most beautiful and relaxing weekend away at Saratoga Farmstead! Comfortable rooms, delicious food, great company and incredible views of the farm. Wicked comfy stay!! We had gotten in to turn in for the night and Bernadette was really friendly to give us a hand checking in! Our second time staying at Best Western Plus in Saratoga Springs. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. It is in a convenient area, with easy access to the highway. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Because rooms don't face the road, they are quiet, as well. Read the small print! This place does not offer free parking. $12.00 + per night. Allegedly the parking garage is owned privately, they charge per vehicle per night. Very nice accommodations. The room seems very spacious and open. There is a nice writing desk and a living room sofa setup. The whole thing flows together well and it is a pleasure staying here. It smells good here too, I hate when rooms don't smell good! The bathroom is slightly smaller than some Hampton inns that I have stayed in however it is very functional and well done.

Awesome owners, they made accommodations for us even though they didn't usually let people have dogs they allowed me in because i had traveled long distance and it was late i couldn't find a place that allowed dogs and has one with me. This is a simple, clean, quiet place to stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. There are no amenities (pool, restaurant, coffee shop, fitness room, etc.). Park just outside your door. Stayed over night once before. This time needed a room for a whole week and didn't hesitate to call. Owner is very friendly and the rooms are cleaner than other places I've stayed at with higher rates. Everything feels new. I highly recommend this place.
