We had a 2-day stay at the Clubhouse, where we have often stayed. We loved the free drink tickets upon arrival and the beauty of the back terrace at sunset.

The pool has a maximum depth of 3 foot, which was perfect for small children. Beds were a little firm for our liking, but room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a large selection and very good. Staff was very attentive and helpful!

Stayed here and attended a three day seminar on site. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, and the staff was super friendly. We recently hosted an event at the hotel with less than 50 people. The staff, the location and the facilities were excellent. We had been displaced due to a water incident from our upstairs neighbor; we picked the hotel for the kitchenette, the room, and the breakfast. The rooms were clean and up kept. Stayed here for work this week, verified with front desk/website that breakfast ends at 11 am. Our room was a little well-worn, but was comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The hallways on the first floor smelled strongly of cat or urine depending on where you were at, thankfully our room was distanced from whichever room stank. The outside of the hotel is well worn as well, with missing boards, siding, and exterior touches that show a hotel is being well cared for.

The cleaning service was amazing. Rooms were beautiful. Had some trouble with the new key card system. Rodney Lee was extremely kind, courteous and respectful to us. I was very pleased to stay here at the Homewood suites. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff where very professional and knowledgeable of the place to dine near by. Breakfast was good and their social hour during the evening was great. A definite restay for me.

Got stuck in Sioux Falls on a recent trip across the state thanks to snow, and so we needed a place to stay. Front desk staff let us check in several hours early as everything else in town was closed, which was very nice. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Location was great, right off of I29. Would definitely stay again!

We love this hotel. However, we were a little disappointed with our last stay. One reason why we love to stay here is because of the wonderful breakfast they offer. That went downhill big time. The cost went up and the quality was extremely poor. The pancakes tasted and looked like cardboard. I wouldn't recommend staying and paying for breakfast. Other than that, the rest of the hotel is wonderful

The staff are friendly. The conference space was good for our group that needed varied sizes for different meetings and had the requisite AV equipment. The room is large. The bathroom had mold in the grout, and the wall paper was peeling. We ate breakfast, ordered “from the menu” an omelet and pancakes with blueberries. Outstanding, and most delicious ever! The chef even came out from the kitchen to check on our satisfaction! Our waitress, Judy, was the best!

Decent hotel that's showing age. Pros: location. Bed is comfortable to me. Bathroom was clean. Cons: the most annoying issue was the wifi cutting out all the time. This is a great place to play for entertainers. There's an access door right to the backstage of the ballroom. Super friendly staff.

Very comfort room bonus being able to open my windows for fresh air, front staff were excellent breakfast and evening meals very good. I still would rate Hampton inn more comfortable but having my own cooking area is a massive plus.

Nice, clean, and affordable suite with a good breakfast. Kitchen staff was very helpful. Rooms had a sofa pull out and a mini kitchen area with stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We did not use the pool even though we planned on it for Elementary aged kids, because it did not look clean or kept up...that's why it got 4 stars.

I booked a suite for my parents, husband and 2 teenagers. There was a mix up in what type of room we got, likely my fault, and we were in a one bedroom set up. Tight squeeze! The staff there worked tirelessly to get us set up in something different for the remaining 2 nights. I so appreciate the effort they put into it and would definitely recommend this place just on the service alone!! Well done...

I am very happy I had a queen suite at staybridge it's a very nice room and it's beautifully equipped for one or two people if you're in the Sioux falls area and you're looking for a place to stay make a reservation book one for yourself I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed

Even though located along I-29, I did not hear any traffic noise in my eastside room. No earplugs needed here. I had a room with a kitchen and really appreciated the full size fridge. I liked that they had full size dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub. One of a few hotels that don't charge outrageous fees for having a pet. Cons - Housekeeping left garbage can full in room Breakfast was late for a Saturday and juice machine was down. Pros - Friendly staff. Decent room, bed and extras. Would recommend with fixes to the above.

The hotel lacks a few upgrades but the overall hospitality makes up for it. The staff were all very friendly and I also noticed the exceptional cleanliness in our room. The continental breakfast had plenty of variety, and the eating area was spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed July 29, 2022 at this Fairfield by the Empire Mall. A great place for us to stay. You won’t go wrong staying here, and we even had the room by the elevator on the second floor. Nice rooms for a good price. It’s a little outdated but clean. My only complaint is Housekeeping came knocking at 9 am on Saturday and then on Sunday at 9 am they just opened the door and walked into my daughters room. And they just walked into my room as I’m typing this review when I didn’t get up quick enough.

Better than I anticipated, especially for the price. Nothing fancy but clean and fairly quiet. Updated rooms with single serve coffee pots, hair dryer, refrigerator (no microwave). Smaller TV by today's standards, but it worked. Shower pipes were loud. Bed was a little soft for my taste. Nice location downtown. I would stay here again.

This hotel would not be the same without Patrick and Tracy! They do everything they can to make your experience and time here feel like home. Im 2300 miles away from home and they work 24/7 around the clock to make sure you have everything you need.

My room was very clean and Tami down at the front desk was the best. Big tv’s in the rooms. One of the better Hampton’s I’ve stayed at for sure.

This hotel was AMAZING!!. I have stayed in MANY luxurious hotel but let me tell you it's the top notch customer service, the CLEAN room, the quiet place, safe neighborhood, literally minutes to everything! I absolutely enjoyed staying here and will always look if they have availabilities when I come in town. It's workers like them that gave a good reputation to the company.

The service here was outstanding! My husband had a medical emergency the evening of our stay. Hannah called 911 for us. She kept her calm, was very professional, as well as, kind and caring. A little out dated. The staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone who worked here was polite, kind, and super helpful. The rooms were clean. Not sure how we felt about the pocket door to the bathroom. But the shower was HUGE! The decor throughout is outdated but the service really makes up for that. There is no elevator since there is only two floors so be aware of that.

Good budget hotel. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast including hot options and good coffee. It's not fancy, the carpet in the room is ready to be replaced, the A/C cooled the room down, but the air still felt "clammy" and it wasn't all that hot or humid outside. This Motel is fairly small the Super 8 but it was fairly close to the airport and that family there took good care of me and you can I rented the room with the hot tub in it it's a little more expensive but it was nice

I stay here often and I'm very well treated. Recently I had emergency work done on my vehicle and I asked them for an early check in. No problem! They always accommodate me. It may not be the Ritz Carlton, but you can't beat the service. I highly recommend this Super 8. They've earned my business several times over.
