Great location to be within walking distance of everything downtown. Room was a lot smaller than anticipated especially the bathroom, but they were clean! I did not require housekeeping during my 3 day stay. I just caught them in the hallway with garbage to dispose of and they were all very nice. Spent the majority of one day of the stay in the room and there wasn't many choices for TV channels.

People working there were great. Huge problem though with the club level…the issue is that it doesn’t function as a club level at all. Some of the expected amenities were unavailable at the time of our stay, and even though room cleaning was by request-only, the one time we asked they only removed the used towels from the bathroom and emptied the trash. We literally cancelled our hotel from the Ramada up the road because they were awful to us. The front desk lady was extremely helpful. Got us in before 4pm which was a life saver. The guy managing the pool area was really nice to us. The kids had a blast. Highly recommend!! Thank you all again!

We had a poolside room which was very cool. We checked in on a Sunday afternoon and they appeared to be very short staffed because there were open doors everywhere that showed they were trying to clean up a LOT of rooms. We were there for a kid's party and the room was OK. The pool area was OK for kids but they were very strict on bracelets. Pool is fun. Rooms were nice and neat. Ordered pizza from the restaurant and one was not made correctly but they gladly made another and let us keep the mistake pizza! Yay thanks! We stayed there for two nights and a day this week. The boys had a WONDERFUL time and one never left the motel at all. When we got to the airport, we discovered that our youngest had left his cell phone in the room. I called, in a panic, and the staff found it and delivered it to us ate the airport! Great value, the rooms were clean and what we were expecting. The water park is perfect for all age kids. The pool with the pirate ship is only around 1 foot deep, which is great for little kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall the place is a little dated, but a good value and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a wedding Sept 23rd and 24th. The Staff was amazing letting me know right away when there was a cancelation for Friday! My husband had been in hospital and he had such a comfortable stay here!! Beds were so comfortable!! The breakfast was top notch. Only complaint would be room coffee was quite bitter. But breakfast area had great coffee.

Exactly the restful location and the bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was cool and perfect at 68 degrees so we did not need it adjusted. This was close to many food options for supper and close enough for a later dinner delivery option. The breakfast was delicious with many different options. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, pool and kid pools were great, and continental breakfast was very good. The proximity of the hotel to things to do and restaurants was awesome! I would definitely stay again! My only minor qualm was there were no vending machines and the snack room was kind of picked over, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Our room was a little well-worn, but was comfortable for a quick overnight stay. The hallways on the first floor smelled strongly of cat or urine depending on where you were at, thankfully our room was distanced from whichever room stank. The outside of the hotel is well worn as well, with missing boards, siding, and exterior touches that show a hotel is being well cared for.

I was very pleased to stay here at the Homewood suites. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff where very professional and knowledgeable of the place to dine near by. Breakfast was good and their social hour during the evening was great. A definite restay for me.

The dragon king and queen enjoyed their stay at the temporary lair, conveniently close to where they performed their dragonly duties. Excellent service, we got a room with tv that didn’t work and the front desk came up tried to fix and when it wouldn’t work gave us a new room! He was the only one working because of the snow storm and still gave excellent customer service. Room was clean stocked with extra blankets and towels! For a last minute booking because we were stuck in town I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had to stay because our place flooded from a storm and it was the BEST experience. They were so accommodating in such a terrible time in our lives. Had TV for streaming channels, but internet was too slow when I was there, it kept stopping every 30-40 seconds to buffer. Got stuck in Sioux Falls on a recent trip across the state thanks to snow, and so we needed a place to stay. Front desk staff let us check in several hours early as everything else in town was closed, which was very nice. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Location was great, right off of I29. Would definitely stay again!

We love this hotel. However, we were a little disappointed with our last stay. One reason why we love to stay here is because of the wonderful breakfast they offer. That went downhill big time. The cost went up and the quality was extremely poor. The pancakes tasted and looked like cardboard. I wouldn't recommend staying and paying for breakfast. Decent hotel that's showing age. Pros: location. Bed is comfortable to me. Bathroom was clean. Cons: the most annoying issue was the wifi cutting out all the time. We recently held a college basketball team reunion here and they we very accommodating. The meeting room was perfect for our group. The guest rooms were great and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding!! We plan on holding our next reunion here again in 2024.

Evening staff member was terrific. Think his name was David working the night shift. Had a problem with our window coverings and he came right up to fix it. Very friendly and was working a ton of hours (all hotels seemed short staffed). I made a mistake on the breakfast hours and couldn't figure out why the hotel was having a staff meeting in the breakfast area while our family was trying to eat...

Our family of 6 stayed in this hotel for one night. We enjoyed the pool, and we were all able to find spots to sleep either in beds or a rollaway. The rooms downstairs were very Smokey for some reason. But it had a very nice breakfast area and a staff we're professional.

Very comfort room bonus being able to open my windows for fresh air, front staff were excellent breakfast and evening meals very good. I still would rate Hampton inn more comfortable but having my own cooking area is a massive plus.

I booked a suite for my parents, husband and 2 teenagers. There was a mix up in what type of room we got, likely my fault, and we were in a one bedroom set up. Tight squeeze! The staff there worked tirelessly to get us set up in something different for the remaining 2 nights. Even though located along I-29, I did not hear any traffic noise in my eastside room. No earplugs needed here. I had a room with a kitchen and really appreciated the full size fridge. I liked that they had full size dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub. One of a few hotels that don't charge outrageous fees for having a pet. Would have given 5 stars if my room had been a little...

We pulled off the road in a snow storm for the night. The rooms were very comfortable, the jacuzzi and pool were clean and there even was a fire pit. It was a very comfortable stay and the breakfast was a good spread 👍

Overall great stay. Breakfast was typical with above average biscuits and gravy for a hotel. The pool was clean and a nice temp for how cold it was outside. Room was clean with comfortable pillows and a shower with great water pressure, only issue was the temp control unit could only be set to "auto" for a/c and not heating so we had to get up and turn it on/off a couple times.

Rooms were clean. Check out at noon is always a plus! Only complaint was the pillows. They were terrible pillows to sleep on. Flat and squishy and oddly shaped. They are the kind that give someone a stiff neck if they have to sleep on them for more than a night. Other than that I've got zero complaints about the stay. Great hotel!

I was in the lobby for 15 min it was beautiful! Fireplace was warm I could hear faint conversations about how amazing everything was. If your looking for a place to stay and just feel all warm and cozy this is the right place.

The staff at front desk (Seth) was incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone for that matter are so friendly. Used the pool and hot tub with our grandkids and they had a ball. Our king suite had a roll out table, dishwasher, actual dishware and cutlery, and a near full sized fridge. I was in awe. Spacious Rooms! Stayed here with a family of 6. The kitchen is what we always need and this has everything but a stove. Has plates, Cups and utensils. The pool is 3 feet, perfect for my youngest 5 year Old girl. Couch turns Into a bed. A lot of storage if you're staying here long term As well.

I stay here pretty frequently for medical reasons. This hotel is so clean & nice! There is a skywalk to the hospital, and everything you need right in your room. (Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove, dishes even a dishwasher!) I've never been disappointed in my stay & there is a discount if you're a Sanford patient.

Our room was very clean and seemed updated. The hotel staff was gracious and kind. Our stay was rather noisy with high schoolers staying in most of the rooms on our floor. The bathtub wasn't draining properly, but I imagine it just needs a quick fix. The continental breakfast was pleasantly stocked. We would stay here again.

Very nice spacious suite--on second floor but near stairway so access not too bad for unloading/loading.

Staff is friendly and prompt. Elevators and card readers worked great. We always stay here because of the kitchenette so we can prepare our own meals or have food delivered. The rooms are usually fairly quiet as well. We know we do not get maid service until the end of our stay.

My granddaughter treated me some relaxation time after some medical tests. Our stay was very enjoyable. The only question is why guests need to pay to park by the hotel over and above all other lodging costs.

Who knew Garden Inn had suites, I sure didn't. Got upgraded to one. And while nice and large it still had some quality issues. This hotel has 5 star housekeeping services - excellent and proactive in making sure the rooms are taken care of - and extremely friendly too. The front desk experience though is bleh - inaccurate information and overall underwhelming. The room was lovely, well appointed and clean so exceeded in most ways. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is that it seemed small for the price and since it's in South Dakota not a major Mecca of entertainment or population. Having said that, the food was superb, the staff great, the room already mentioned and lovely location... so if I am back in Sioux Falls I'd certainly book here again

Customer service. Our staff went out of their way to start breakfast early and keep our stay pleasant. We were there for a volleyball tournament and even though it was busy the staff came in early to accommodate us. The two bedroom suite was beyond expectations.

Comparatively speaking, as a Residence Inn, it's OK. We only stay at SPG/Marriott so this appeared to be the best Marriott option in town. Looking back, I would have made an exception and stayed downtown instead in this city.

We got stuck in Sioux Falls during a road trip due to snow. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When our first room smelled like cleaning supplies, the front desk person didn't think twice and told us to come to the front desk to get new keys (she even gave us a nicer room than we originally had). The staff was friendly, the room felt like a small apartment and I really enjoyed it, loved that both rooms had a flatscreen, and the breakfast was pretty good

The room itself was very nice and clean. I bring a black light flashlight with me to check for bed bugs and dirt, The room was immaculate I did not even find a hair on my bed which I often do in hotels. The only issue I had was that I was on the 1st floor and the outside Courtyard had tables that were right outside of my window. This Motel is beautiful kind of pricey but up in the room I had upstairs room with a little bitty kitchen and stove sink everything not just the microwave and fridge. Going to Corner you know so I enjoyed it except for you know I only stayed there one night but they were really nice I think they're under renovation right now

The rooms are simply but tastefully decorated, very clean, and extremely spacious. Great place for a family considering the large rooms and separate kitchen area with full sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and dishes. Pool is large and clean. This is a great value and the hotel is conveniently located to many stores and restaurants.

I had a great time staying here. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly, even some of the guests were too. There was an abundance of amenities and a hot tub was one of them. The building was in need of small repairs (as all buildings are) and if I needed something done it was taken care of the day after I submitted the work order. Over all it was a great place to come back to after busy days

Cons - Housekeeping left garbage can full in room Breakfast was late for a Saturday and juice machine was down. Pros - Friendly staff. Decent room, bed and extras. Would recommend with fixes to the above.

The hotel lacks a few upgrades but the overall hospitality makes up for it. The staff were all very friendly and I also noticed the exceptional cleanliness in our room. The continental breakfast had plenty of variety, and the eating area was spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was splendid. Very clean. Very good service. Pool area clean and perfect temperature. We had 4 people to shower in morning and never ran outhot water. Lol. Over all very nice stay. Would recommend if some one is looking for reasonable price.
