Our room had an excellent location with great views. The music, pools, Whiskey Shack, and of course the beach were terrific.

Absolutely love this place! It has two beautiful pools, a yummy restaurant and several bars onsite to choose from. I can't believe the indoor bar is open super late on weekends! Upon checking in, the front desk agents were super nice and accommodating and I felt so welcomed. They explained all the fun things to do at the resort like live entertainment and dinner specials. They even let me walk around...

This was our first time staying at the Isla Grand. We loved our Garden View Cabana. It's a great room when staying with pets! The pool and jacuzzi area is awesome, and the beach is only a few steps away. If there were a microwave in the room, the stay would be even better! The Quarterdeck Lounge has great music, and sports. Great location, and close enough to everything else on the island!

Upon arrival I thought I had reserved a beach view room. Apparently I didn't I was with 3 of my family members. My cousin mentioned that I have cancer. The ocean view room we stayed in had a damp carpet and smelled stuffy. The bathroom door didn't close properly as well. The hot water went out and I had enough. I loved the morning and during the day clerks very nice, smelling,very polite but the evening about 6 pm thru 12 pm clerks had no smiles hardly would make contact with the guests.

My wife and I stayed here in 4101. Let me tell you, it was a wonderful experience!! Clean rooms, well furnished and the most beautiful view of the ocean!! It was amazing waking up with that view from the master bathroom as well as the living area. Hit tubes were on point and walking distance to the beach was wonderful! We definitely will be back!!!

Nice place. Rental service takes pretty good care of the location. Not all rooms can see the sunrise and/or sunset but stii a great view of the beach from pretty much ever room. 3 pools, 1 for adults only, which is nice. Multiple tennis courts and 2 small cabana bar and grills in the large pool area. I will most likely stay here again in the future.

This complex is beginning to show its age. One of the pools was completely shut down for renovation. The elevator broke several times during our stay. It would be nice if the pool bar was open year round but it is not. I will try a confo further up the beach next time

Nice and cozy condo that we got for a family of 8. Rooms are spacious, beautiful views from the 6th floor. Easy beach access and two nice heated pools and a larger one that isn't heated. We stayed for a weekend and everything was great, no complaints.

Stayed in room 9143 in Saida II for a long weekend and everything was perfect! Easy 1 minute walk to the beach on the gulf side, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent and two showers for cleaning off. There are three pools on the property with plenty of lounge chairs, and one pool bar with friendly bartenders and great drinks. The room had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher...

Clean and comfortable rooms with the beach just a good walk away. The rooms are spacious and look very nice. I've stayed several times and the Holiday Inn has never disappointed me. However, as a minor nitpick, the room we got had two beds, when as a couple one would have sufficed. The electrical socket was too close together for both of our phone chargers.

Overall, this place is a good hotel to spend the night after a long day at the beach. But the gentleman in the front desk had zero customer service, not very nice. Breakfast was alright with reasonable selection in the trays. However; our room was very clean and it has a great location.

Sheets on bed had stains from previous guest. Staff came and promptly changed it. Long hair on bathroom floor and tub. Staff cleaned after we pointed it out. Pool was extra small. Not sure where the pictures on Google were taken. Only 4 ft.... Beach was close. Cheap alternative if just looking for a place to stay.

holiday inn express is a hidden gem away from the busy part of the island. Front desk staff along with the housekeeping is friendly and informative. Every moment we can we come stay at Holiday inn Express in south padre island. The people r awesome the guest r so respectful and the staff is on point. Breakfast where to begin all I have to say it's worth every trip we take here. Two thumbs up.

An older site that looks like it has been kept up with maintenance and painting routinely. Since we visited in December we almost had the place to ourselves. Mellow 75 degree weather. The hot tub was on all of the time and a daily thing along with long walks on the beach right off the property. The kitchen is small but functional. The on site laundry had a new washer but the dryer was not working

First and foremost, the staff was always willing to help and very friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The beach is just a small walk away which made it very convenient. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant but our lunch at the poolside restaurant was tasty. Unfortunately when we tried the breakfast, it wasn't well cooked. The pool was great. Food good. But the sliding door didn't look. The room door was hard to open since the scannner waa kinda broken. Parking was super far from the hotel too.

I stayed here for two nights with my family and my 2 year old son had the best time playing on the beach. After we ate some delicious beef nachos at the restaurant we enjoyed the warm pool and the hot tub was amazing! Friendly and helpful staff made this stay a great one. What a big surprise upon opening the room door. My wife apparently viewed rooms for another hotel/motel with this parent company. I think the rates should've been lower for what is offered. Very clean, close to beach and pool.. Great for all of the Family.. I was able to see the sun rise.. The land scape was beautiful. A big plus upon booking I asked to keep our two rooms together as much as possible... I couldn't ask for it to be any better. Perfect for the younger Adults.

Wow wow wow. We love this place!!! It has amazing views from the villa(unit 573) and superbly kept grounds and wonderful courteous security. You feel so safe whether it's the gated drive in or walking up from the private beach access. The price is so close to staying at a nice hotel but so many more amenities and luxury feeling. We are looking forward to visiting again and again!!!

Nice clean rooms but walls and ceiling are thin. So you hear EVERYTHING. Also if you are in the bedroom beside the outside stairs. You hear EVERY booming step till they get to their floor. The pools are nice and clean and you can walk right onto the beach.

My family and I just finished a week long stay at Villas at Bahia Mar and I cannot recommend it enough! The property itself is well monitored and maintained. Two different pools to choose from with hot tubs. I saw the pools thoroughly cleaned daily. Our particular condo was very very well maintained and cleaned. I was expecting it to be like Airbnb - where we’d have a list of things to do before check...

This location was very nice, my family and I rented a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom two story condo. It had three nice balcony’s, it was right by the large swimming pool and just a few feet away from the beach. Great lounging area at the pool and also ocean front lounging as well.

It was home-like and we enjoyed how close we were to everything. We will definitely be booking here again, and the price was so reasonable. That makes us feel special and the property always check up on us thru email or text

I dont know about the other units but Rain Dancer 3 and 4 are superb and super high end inside. Very clean pool amd reserved parking. I have stayed on both of these 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos off Atol. It is half a block to the beach. Nice private patios that do have private grills. Perfect for a family with teens as pull out couch as well.
