Our riverside hotel is located on the Centennial Trail, a 3-minute walk from the 100-acre Riverfront Park and Spokane Falls. Follow the Inland Northwest Ale Trail to over 46 breweries. World-class wine tasting rooms like Barrister and Maryhill are less than 10 minutes away. Take a short walk for shopping and dining at River Park Square or wander over to Gonzaga to cheer on the Bulldogs. Attending a convention, sporting event or show? Our hotel is connected to the Spokane Convention Center and First Interstate Center for the Arts and less than a mile from the Spokane Arena and the Podium.
Hotel opened in 1974, renovated in 2011.

We were only there for a night and basically just to sleep and shower. The people were great. The elevator situation, however, was ridiculous. Even at 11pm when we returned, it was chaos. When I asked where the stairs were so we could walk to our 6th floor room, we were told that there was no access “for the safety of our guests” at night. E aureus about 15 min for an elevator.
Our stay was great, really. We stayed in a corner room that was very nice! The stairwell nearby not so great…..very noisy when someone used it, which seemed to be quite often, lol!
The only other thing we could have used was a blanket for the bed. We ended up turning up the heat, bit an extra blanket would be nice.
Shower was awful and room not very spacious but excellent river view and close to every thing also be prepared to pay 25 dollars a night for parking
The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, especially with its heated water and nearby hot tub. And let's not forget about the room – it was cozy, cooled and warmed up quickly, and even had a handy fridge. And the best part? Waking up to stunning views from my room every morning. Oh, and the option to have delicious steak delivered right to my door? That was the icing on the cake
Despite my usual trouble sleeping away from home, the bed was surprisingly comfy. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any noise from other guests, despite being close to the elevators.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.

I was unimpressed by this hotel. The service was just okay. The room was just okay. The best part about the room was. The heat was good, and the hot water was amazing in the shower. There just was nothing special about this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good part of the city. But it's right next to the convention center. So every convention that comes through will definitely be staying at this hotel. Unfortunately for me. I happened to come during the volleyball championship. The walls are papered thin. So we had volleyball teams in the hallway, and they were loud. Apparently, they were so loud that the hotel had to put up a couple of signs. Please check the photos that I posted.
