Hotel Ruby

The room was very clean and nice. Great size shower, the toilet is a little small but hey, you can't have everything! 😁 Everything else was functioning as it should, nice little fridge that kept all our stuff really cold. The only con we experienced was that the stairs are pretty steep and one side doesn't have a rail to go down and the other doesn't have a rail to go up. All in all it was a great little room, staff was great and accommodating...we would definitely stay here again. They also have the awesome Sapphire lounge attached to the hotel, it was fabulous! We went there both evenings we were there.

Suzie was amazing in the day time, and the evening desk lady was also lovely.
Hotel bar is 2 thumbs up with amazing happy hour, food, and service!
The rooms are clean, the bathrooms fancy.
There is parking and an elevator, ice machine.
Great location.
And the food voucher for next door- the place had absolutely delightful food.
Would 100% stay sgain.

Overall pretty good! Short walk to The Knitting Factory a little loud but it's right next to downtown Spokane so to be expected. Room was clean and comfy. A little bit deceptive though as it says free breakfast but it's one per reservation so if you are traveling with somebody only one of you gets said free breakfast.

AMAZING customer service. Parking available for very little cost, breakfast included. Any concerns I had I would ask the front desk about and they would deliver above and beyond. We forgot our personal pillows and they took the time over the span of two days to search specifically for ours and found them. So kind, and great people. Would 100% recommend.

The location and facility were clean and easy to access. Coming from retail I understand how important reviews and how they can help people make decisions, that being said, the facility, staff, cleanliness, and room were worth the price and the stars. It would be difficult for anyone or any facility to earn 5 stars for location. Spokane is becoming more and more filthy and dangerous as the homeless population continues to take control of the city.

Nice rooms with complimentary bike rentals. Parking is available for a fee but it is reasonable. Depending on the room you may be close to the train tracks that can get loud. Decent light breakfast is included. Overall a good hotel for the price and location.

For a solo trip, all I want is a safe place to park, a good place to shower, and laundry service. That's what I got, and the price was justifiable for these things - especially because of the central location.
My room was clean and the amenities, although simple, worked well. The carpets had some of that characteristic hotel room stick, but it wasn't as bad as some places, and there was a good amount of space. The internet was spotty, but I was able to work from my room adequately (Google meets meetings).
Laundry does require quarters, and although I had packed laundry soap, I ended up leaving all of my pods at my brother's and forgot to save one for myself. The establishment usually provides soap, but unfortunately, they were out on the day I chose to do laundry.
Parking can overflow to Steam Plant, but luckily I came during a slow week. The area is close to a lot of great places in Spokane, and I walked as much as I could manage. The staff was friendly and sweet without being overly chatty. I almost wanted to be chattier than usual with them.
