Hotel is clean, modern and tidy..BUT u need to pay for towels avg $30/day + u need to pay for umbrella on beach for not to get toasted $40/day...so u will end up paying $70/day plus your hotel reservation....Guests should not be paying for basic things, especially that Hotel is not direcly on beach and u had to wait for shuttle to take u to the beach, kindly dissapointed only from this lart

2nd time. Beautiful great amenities. Clean. Great views from the room. Good breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. They even replaced the microwave and tv remote control.

The room was spacious and tidy but the A/C wasn’t working properly the entire stay. They said they would have someone come up to fix it but no one arrived. Hotel was incredibly busy and overbooked. Lobby was dirty. The photos of the pool are deceiving because the sun doesn’t hit the pool at all. Very over priced. Paid this much to stay at the Grand in Bal Harbour and it was much nicer. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location and amenities
Loved the location, the amenities and customer service. Did not however like the nickel and dime fees that werent disclosed prior. Parking is taxed and higher than listed price. There is a resort fee i was unaware of. My tv and landline phone stopped working last day. They sent someone up to reset a panel in our room and instructed us to wait 10mins, but it was a failed attempt and i was to tired to have him return to room. But still through all that i would stay again.

This hotel is beautiful! The service is top tier, the rooftop pool is heated so it's comfortable even in the cooler months, and it's RIGHT across from the beach. There's a Publix down the street and a few restaurants nearby as well. Truly a prime location with beautiful views and sunshine.

Recently Bobby and Renata at the front desk helped me after I forgot some items in my room after checkout. They were very calm and patient and went out of their way to help me as much as they could, especially as their desk is usually quite busy. I already loved my stay but their actions set my heart on being a repeat customer. Thank you two so much and I can't wait to stay again!

Marriot Residence Inn in Sunny Isles is disgusting. Hallways are gross and the rooms are even more disgusting. Mattresses are super lumpy and the springs are popping out everywhere on the mattress. Rooms are filthy and the bathrooms are filthy. The location is great but the entire hotel is nasty. I barely got 3 hours of sleep because I kept feeling like bugs were biting me when I was laying on the mattress. Definitely one of the worst Marriott experiences I have ever had!
