Long time waiting outside in the sun to check in. Room was a wreck.Had to check in at next door hotel. People playing loud music had to call office but they remedied the situation. Decorations around pool area was very tropical.

Trash service and zero customer service!
Horrible experience!! Customer service is trash. Rude manager and reps. Asking for an ID for all people staying in the room is absurd!! It was only 2 peiple! No parking available and rooms are rundown!! Do not recommend at all!!

We just spent a week in this property. Charming old school feel is real. Like from the 80s. The good first. Clean for the most part. Right on US1 Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. Close to most things or easy straight shot to I95. Cheap for the second part. Third, any interaction with the staff seem to be nice people. Office was open all night long. You did get a flat screen tv of decent size. No station guide and the signal came and went. It did have a fridge that the microwave sat on. The shelves in the fridge were on the last row. All of them. Now for the reasons you wouldn't stay here. Mostly it seems like a mix of longer term residents here. Residents, not guests if that is a problem. Second was size of the rooms. Back in the 80s, I did travel. The only place I've ever stayed smaller was in Toyoko. We stayed in a relatively updated room. Fresh paint, newer mismatched tile. Furniture was literally from IKEA. TV had signal problems. My friend is very protective of her items. So we didn't report the loose shower handles, loose toilet seat and the shower tension curtain rod askew. The curtain laid on the floor in the shower for 3 or so inches. The headboard was loose and hit the wall. You would think someone would inspect it for issues. The TV was on an end table and blocked the AC to a degree. And the phone was your own cell phone. No landline in the room. Not that they did a horrible job on rehabbing units, but there is no sound proofing. We heard the next room pretty well. The door between the room was residential hollow core door. Doesn't block noise. The AC fan masked a lot of the noise. The bed was not a high quality bed. Inexpensive hotel mattress with little padding. Housekeeping was 'as requested'. You had to ask for more soap, toilet paper and clean towels. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. It was weekly or check out service for linens. Something told me there might be problems as no rooms are on the listing ads. Just the outside which looks cute. In short, if you are on a strict budget looking very inexpensive and can put up with minor? issues, this is good. But it is a one start hotel basically. And it's locally owned it seems. But it was clean.

Last year the pool was sparkling clean and lovely. This year, no!, I wouldn’t even consider going in. I think the towels were pathetic this year, and the bed poor. Won’t be coming back

Not as advertized when booking. Very old, several things diddnt work. Never got any services for thw room for 1 week, no clean towels trash taken out ect. Forst day our ac went out and our outlets and 1 of the lamps didnt work. Moved to another room, shower was moldy, outlets only work with jiggling cords around. I super flat pillow for each of us. Room is extremely tiny.

EXTRA LARGE BATH
We arrived about 3pm but couldn't check in til 4pm, early check in required an extra fee. when we checked in and went to the room, the key didn't work. Our room was pool side the weather was nice so seeing a person in the pool was obvious, except the person was buttass naked and upon closer look they were bathing, I mean washing the hair, scrubbing betw the leggs the works (homeless). Our room was changed, No pool view. the 2nd room was OK, clean, quite serving the purpose of sleeping. The only think is the bathroom window didn't lock so we carried some items in the car. we stayed 2 nites and was OUT!!

Old beds that needs to be trashed along with the sheets pillows and blankets. Call a exterminator also
